"La Amenaza" Bryan vs Lou Forza

Bryan shoves him down on the lock up. Lou teases tests of strength with him but switches arms. Lou kicks, clubs and stomps him. Lou rakes Bryan's eyes on the top rope. Lou hits corner spears. Lou eye rakes him and foot chokes him.

Lou chops him in the corner. Bryan chops back. Lou boots him out of the corner and running lariats him for 1.

We go to break.

Chicano does a promo. He says he gave Oscar Benabe life and now he's biting the hand that fed him. He says Oscar wants to go up like a rocket but he doesn't know that rockets often fail and explode before they reach the top. He says he's been living at the top for years and will knock him down. He tells him to wake up from his dream as it's not the time. He says he softened him up and now needs to put him in the oven.

Oscar Benabe does a promo. He says life is always a lesson about how people try to trip you up so you don't become better than him. OB says Chicano tried to stop what was coming. OB says he urges everyone not to stop going after what they want in their hearts. He says Chicano will pay for what he did to him but first he'll team with Zcion RT1 against him.

The mayor of Aguadilla invites us to tonight's show.

We return from break.

Lou hits forearms on Bryan and rakes his eyes on the ropes.  Lou bends over and takes a swinging neckbreaker. Bryan hits punches on Lou then back body drops him. Bryan blue thunders him for 2. Bryan boots him out of the corner and 2nd rope blockbusters him. Bryan AA's him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one. Lou did basic heel stuff and stayed in control until Bryan won. It was average to acceptable.

Romeo Quevedo does a promo. He says he warned everyone what would happen and says the feeling of being right isn't easy. He says he debuted for the biggest promotion in PR 3 weeks ago and debuted for the NWA 2 weeks ago. He says he will debut for Powerslap as well. He calls Eddie Colon a disrespect. He says he wanted in PR 18 years ago, Eddie didn't help him.

Eddie Colon does a promo. He says he's facing Romeo Quevedo. He says Orlando Colon came to WWC with a grudge from the last company they worked in. He says he knows his motive and the cards he is playing. He says Romeo knows what he's doing in the ring and he respects him. He says Romeo is in his area. He says it will be difficult for Romeo and Orlando.

Super Medico #1 vs Eric Embry

We join this in progress. Eric comes off the top and is hit in the gut. SM hits a bunch of punches and hits a 2nd rope shot to the head. Eric tries to leave but SM stops him. SM punches him off the 2nd rope for 2. SM punches and eye rakes Eric.

SM hits jabs. Eric is close to going down and does fall down. Eric's valet named Sacha puts Eric's foot on the ropes. SM butt drops Eric's leg. SM runs into the ref when Eric leapfrogs. Eric runs the ropes and him and SM bang heads.

Sacha gets in the ring and gives Eric a weapon. Eric drops SM with a punch with the weapon. Eric pins him.

Huracan Castillo Sr., the commissioner, comes out and tells the ref what happened. The ref finds the weapon and the ref restarts the match.

SM sunset flips Eric. SM cradles him for 2. Sacha gets on the apron with a chair. Eric tries to send SM into it but SM sends Eric into it. SM then pins Eric.

Thoughts: What we saw looked fine here. SM threw some great punches. Eric had good speed and was really selling hard for him. Why we saw this instead of matches we haven't seen or parts of matches we didn't get to see is unknown. While classic matches can be fun, WWC has a show tonight and they should be hyping that up instead. And in natural WWC fashion, we didn't get to see all of this.

Mike Nice does a promo. He says he's facing Xavant and says it's the first time they fought in the ring. He says Xavant will feel the power and says the title will come back around his waist.

Xavant does a promo. He says he can't believe he's seeing Mike Nice so full of hate and bitterness. He says that's not the Mike Nice he knows as he was always cheerful. He asks if Chicano messed with his mind. He says he can't believe Bryan wants to make jokes about him either. He says he's ready to fight Bryan tonight. He says he will give Bryan the boot for being a loudmouth and will fight until he perseveres as that's what heroes do.

WWC Women's Title - Extreme Rules - Sai Perez vs Kamila vs La Guerrera Amazona vs Stephany Amalbert

We join this in progress. Informante is with Kamila. Steph runs away from Kamila and Kam chases her around the ring. The club on each other. Ama hits Steph with a baking sheet. Sai Perez forearms Kam outside and gets hit back. Ama hits Sai with the baking sheet. Ama nails Kam with it too. Steph hits the girls with a helmet. Kam dropkicks Steph against the 2nd rope. Kam tries to 619 her but Steph uses the helmet as a shield and Kam hurts herself kicking her.. Steph jumping flatliners Kam.

Steph puts a bike helmet on. She hits the girls with an umbrella. Ama hits Steph with a sign...but Steph has a helmet on and doesn't feel it. Steph hits Ama with an umbrella.

We go to break.

Orlando Colon does a video. He says Zcion RT1 is repeating the same things Ray Gonzalez said about him being a rat. He says he's a revolutionary and reads the definition of what one is. He asks what kind of revolution Zcion is running since he's been here for 20 years. He says it's stagnation and kissing the bosses @sses. He says everyone is moving backwards instead of forwards. He says he represents change and mocks his voice. He tells him to prepare himself. He says the title is too big for Zcion and tells him not to bring his father. he says what happened to Ray Gonzalez might happen to his dad. He says there will be a new Universal champ at the Halloween show. He says change, progress and Sangre Nueva are inevitable.

Zcion RT1 does a promo. He says he will tell him about himself, Felix Torres. He says he wants to absolve WWC of all responsibility and says he will speak straight. He says there's no wrestling or business worth doing here. He tells Orlando to say what he wants because the camera can handle it. He says talking about family crosses a sacred line. He says it's unfortunate Orlando's dad gave him a worthless son. He says Orlando threatened his dad, who is his hero. He dares him to lay a hand on his dad and says he will rip his head off if he does. He says he won't get away with it. He tells him to record another video and talk all he wants. He says he will answer him at the Halloween show. He tells him if he crosses that line, he will regret it for the rest of his life. He says he will see him on the 24th.

We return to the match.

All four girls are down. Ama hits Sai with a sandal then a chair. Steph gets a chair to the head too. Kam ducks a chair shot and 619's Steph. Kam stomps Steph. Kam top rope splashes Steph and Sai breaks the pin up. Sai sticks a chair in Steph's gut then sticks the chair on Kam's neck.

Sai grabs something out of her pocket and it's a bag of tacks. Sai gets forearmed by Ama then shoved. Ama is thrown out. Sai goes for a tope but Ama chairs her as she tries it. Ama rock bottom's Sai on the chair with tacks for 2.

Steph hits kendo stick shots on the other girls. Sai throws salt in Steph's face and hits her with a kendo stick. Sai piledrivers her and pins her.

Thoughts: I don't know what it is about women's hardcore matches, but the girls often beat the crap out of each other when they do them and seem to really let out all frustrations. And that makes for good wrestling. This was way better than I expected and a lot of fun. Steph using a helmet as a weapon and as a shield was creative and everyone took chair shots to the head here. I really enjoyed this. It would have been nice to see the whole thing...but we had to see some random match from 40 years ago instead.

Intelecto Cinco Estrellas does a promo. He says Lightning has to admit his time has passed. He says he won't tell lies in front of the camera. He says he is not the same guy he used to be and says his years of wrestling took its toll. He says he will be the person who retires him. He says he came to WWC to become a legend and take out anyone who stands in his way. He says not to expect extravagance though.

Kamila does a promo. She says everyone will see Lightning become the new Caribbean champ. She says Cinco Estrellas' ordeal begins because they are ready.

The hosts then close the show and hype up tonight's event.

Overall thoughts: We saw all the promos here already. Bryan/Forza was acceptable. While I did like Medico/Embry...it was from 40 years ago and with a show happening later on in the day, they shouldn't have aired that. They also should have aired some of the matches they taped from the Anniversary show weekend that we didn't get to see yet.The women's hardcore match was a lot of fun and definitely helped this show out. I don't know if I'd say the women's match was must see, but it was one of the more fun matches we've seen on this show in some time. I'd give the show a 5 out of 10. The wrestling was fine but it wasn't the best show to hype up the show that will happen tonight.
