Dijak vs Shawn Spears

SS side headlocks him, shoulders him over then is chopped down. Dijak lariats him over the top and goes with him. SS plancha's him then Dijak tope con hilos him. Dijak beats up on SS in the ring then backbeakers him. Dijak twisting splashes him off the 2nd rope.

SS neckbreakers him then bangs his head off the buckles. Dijak boots him in the corner and headbutts him in the chest. Dijak takes a dangerous release german off the top then SS flying knees him out of the ring. Joe Gacy shows up under the ring and takes the chair that's out there. Dijak's head is banged off the rails and apron. SS then codebreakers him over the 2nd rope.

We go to PiP break and return. Dijak top rope lariats him and they trade shots. Dijak flying lariats him then hits chops in the corner. Dijak throws him on a suplex then SS rolls him up for 2. SS superkicks him then takes a spinning face kick for 2. Dijak gets countered on fireman's carry move. Dijak misses a springboard elbow drop. SS goes for the chair that Gacy stole.

SS comes off the top and is caught it a sitout chokeslam for 2. Dijak superkicks him then hits a GTH for the win.

They did too much here as they always do in Dijak matches. Dijak took a release german suplex off the top then still fought for a good 10+ minutes after. 

Roxanne Perez does a promo. She said her journey towards the NXT title started a year ago. She said she was so naive and said it was pathetic how she wanted everyone to like her. We see Perez with a collage of her various photos in the video and then we see Perez cutting them up here. She says that Roxanne Perez is dead. She said her heroes got her nothing and she's her own hero now. She said she was seen as the woman who would carry the torch and said she put the brand over her own life. She said all that got her was discarded and without her title. She said she's looking out for herself and says too bad if you don't like it. She said she's in the women's title match at Stand and Deliver by just being her. She said she has no feelings for Lyra Valkyria and says she's just the woman carrying her title. She said she will be the one holding the women's title at Stand and Deliver. 

We see Hank and Tank are in the back. They said they get to host Stand and Deliver if they nail this audition. Brinley Reece tells Enofe and Blade to give 100%. Andre Chase says he nailed his audition. The gut calls for next and Chase slaps down the clipboard. Meta-Four then go in to try out.

Thea Hail vs Jazmyn Nyx

This is Jazmyn Nyx's TV debut. Thea charges at her with double axe handles then yanks her arm. Thea exploders her. Jacy gets on the apron and distracts the ref. Nyx legsweeps her and PK's her.

Jacy has words for Thea from the outside then Nyx stomps on Thea in the corner. Thea's head is banged off the mat then Nyx does a chin and arm lock to her. Thea flipping neckbreakers her then Nyx pele kicks her for 2. Nyx puts her legs on Thea's neck and pulls both of her arms back.

Jacy takes Chase's towel and throws it in. Riley Osborne grabs the towel out of the ring then the ref throws Chase U out. Jacy taunts them. Thea jawbreakers Nyx and then argues with Jacy who is on the apron. Thea said she thought they were friends and Jacy said they never were never friends. Jacy slaps her, Nyx rolls her up for 2 and Thea turns it into a kimura. Thea submits Nyx.

It wasn't a bad tv debut for Nyx. She didn't get to do a ton here but what she did do looked fine. She seems like she can move well and she looks great.

Jacy nails Thea from behind after. Thea hits forearms  then Izzi Dame and Kiana James come in. Thea takes a 3v1 then Fallon Henley and Kelani Jordan make the save. Thea running back elbows Jacy then a tug of war breaks out over Jacy's body.

We get a video package on Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams.

Lola Vice issued an open challenge and is getting ready in the back.

Alpha Academy are working out. Maxxine says to keep your eyes on the prize. Otis says it's time for fighting. Tozawa said they get to Stand and Deliver if they beat Baron and Bron. 

Lola Vice comes out and does her open challenge. She said she hopes whoever comes out is ready to be put to sleep. Natalya comes out. Nat says her resume has grown along with her ego and says someone needs to put Lola in her place. She said she sees everything her and says she'd love to be the one to kick her @ss.

Lola Vice vs Natalya

Lola takes her down and they trade shots. Nat bangs her head off the buckles then bangs her head off the apron. Lola fires back at her in the ring. Lola just stops what she is doing for a second and then knocks her down with a high kick.

We go to break and return. Nat hits punches then basement dropkicks her. Nat goes for the sharpshooter then Lola ankle locks her. Lola puts her in la magistral then urakens her for 2. Karmen Petrovic comes out as Lola has Nat in a triangle.

Lola shakes her butt at KP then hip attacks Nat. Nat ducks a uraken and hits a spinning lariat. Nat armbars her then backrolls her for the win.

I didn't like the open challenge here as someone else like Elektra Lopez should have came out for it. Natalya coming out and winning was random. Maybe it will lead to something though. The match was a little more spirited than the usual offerings but not great.

Shawn Spears is interviewed leaving the parking lot. He says Joe Gacy wasn't on his radar but now is. Joe then throws a chair off the roof and said he meant to give that back to him. Gacy then laughs. Oba Femi steps on the chair and stares at Gacy.

The D'Angelo Family is with Stacks, who is getting ready in the back.

We get a video on Sol Ruca. She talks about Blair Davenport injuring her, shredding her ACL. She said she was on the shelf for 9 months. Sol says she's back and says she's p!ssed off. She said the match with her next week is more than a match. It's for all the pain she endured. She said she will snatch Blair's soul next week.

Blair Davenport is interviewed. She said Sol is so delightful. Blair says Sol's tiktok's won't help her and said when she is done with her, she will be on another road to recovery.

Ilja Dragunov vs Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo

Stacks catches Ilja's boot then forearms him down. Stacks hits forearms then dropkicks him. Stacks hits a short arm lariat. Ilja hits chops then Stacks running euros him. Stacks goes for corner punches then Ilja throws him on a powerbomb. Stacks stomps Ilja's fingers and Ilja sells it big. Ilja headbutts him then chops him. Stacks tornado ddt's him then pounds on Ilja's hand.

Stacks knee drops the hand and Ilja spinning chops him. Ilja hits a jumping kick then enzugiri's him. Ilja rebound dragon suplexes him then powerbombs him. Ilja hits a torpedo moscow and wins it.

It was a fun match with Stacks working the hand and Ilja selling it then making his comeback. The two matched up well together as expected.

Tony D'Angelo and Luca Crusifino talk in the back. He says he wants Luca to invite Ilja to dinner. Tony says to invite him to the Senegal. Luca asks if it's real and Tony said it's only for special occasions. Luca asks if he did that thing there and Tony doesn't want to go into it.

We see Trick Williams in South Philly with his family greeting him. Trick said his uncle will be in attendance in Philly and they will tear the roof off the joint. Trick says it's the city of brotherly love and thought Melo was his brother. CM Punk, Booker T and one of Trick's friends talk about this. We see Trick training. Booker says Trick will come back stronger, faster and better. Punk says when something monstrous is done to you, you risk becoming a monster. Trick's friend said he will whoop that @ss. Trick does the Rocky steps and says he's coming for him.

Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker talk in the back. Baron says he looks really tan. Bron says it's real tan. He tells him he should try it. Baron says tanning beds are not the actual sun. Bron gives him spray on tanning spray.

The OC come in and say they want a traditional tag match with them at Stand and Deliver. Luke says if they lose tonight, they will double their workload and make it a triple threat. Bron says it won't be a triple threat. He says they will do their jobs tonight and they better do theirs next week.

Ridge Holland is in the ring. Ridge thanks people for helping him out and giving him chances. He said he used to say that if he found himself hesitating or stepping off, it's time to have difficult discussions. Ridge says he's been hesitating and stepping off and can't run the risk of hurting himself or others again. Ridge says he's heard the whispers and said fans haven't seen what it does to the real Ridge. He said he's tired of taking the work home with him. ridge said he made a decision based on his mental health and his family. He said he's stepping away from in-ring competition indefinitely. He says he's blessed and lucky to step foot in the company. He thanks the company and fans for one last shot at redemption and he's sad it didn't work out. He says cheers and thank you. The crowd chants "thank you, Ridge". Ridge then walks to the back.

I honestly thought some of the cheers here were because people wanted to see him retire. We know there's more to this, but the general fan consensus from the IWC is negative towards Ridge and him retiring would be a face move for them.

Lyra Valkyria talks. She said you can take the right path or the wrong path in everything and said everything changes when you reach the top. She said the little girl in you has no idea what's inside.

She said her and Roxanne took different crossroads when it came to choosing between right and wrong. She said it'd be easier to smack people around like Perez is and said doing the right thing is too hard for her. Lyra said her and Rox both know that she was beaten for the title. She said the title deserves better than her. She said she thinks she's the chosen one but time has passed. She said she will do anything to keep the title and keep her away from it.

Duke Hudson vs Josh Briggs

Dijak is on commentary. Briggs backs up Duke on the ropes and they shove each other. Duke's head is banged off the buckles and Briggs tells Dijak to look at him. Duke corner uranages Dijak then Dijak flying hurricanrana's him. Duke side slams Briggs and bangs his head off the apron. Duke slingshot germans him then is rammed into the steps.

We go to break and return. Briggs side slams and splashes Duke. Briggs superplexes him. Duke hits forearms then short arm lariats him. Duke running boots him then does a bionic elbow. Duke sentons him then black hole slams him.

Duke powerbombs him then Briggs running lariats him. Briggs then hits another lariat and wins it.

It was a fun hoss match with the two doing some high impact moves.

Dijak gets mad at Briggs looking at him and goes up on the apron. Oba Femi then appears on the riser. He said he has two worthy opponents for his title and says he is the mountain. He said on April 6th, both will find out nobody can reach that summit. He said people will pay good money to see them try in a triple threat match.

We get another video package on Trick vs Melo with Gagano, Punk, Orton, Ciampa and Cody talking about it. Ciampa said it'll be the biggest match in NXT history. Cody said he's picking Trick to win. Melo asks if Trick thinks he really has what it takes to be on top and being "him". Melo said he brought him into the world and will take him out of it. He said Trick has always been his hype man. Trick says if he wanted war, they will go to war.

Meta-Four take over the production truck. they said they are officially the hosts of Stand and Deliver. They boot the tech out.

Arianna Grace says she doesn't know which dress to pick for "Georgina". She goes through a closet then finally finds a dress.

Ilja Dragunov is interviewed in the back. He said the underboss brought it and The Family has done their homework. Ilja said he was expecting Tony to be there.

Luca Crusifino walks in. He invites Ilja to a pre-Stand and Deliver dinner. Ilja thinks it's at the usual restaurant and Luca says it isn't. He hands him an envelope and says he will need this.

Tag Title Match Qualifier - Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin vs Alpha Academy

Akira hits shots on Baron then diving 2nd rope hurricanrana's him. Akira dropkicks him. Bron and Otis get in. They shove each other and Otis hits a big lariat. Otis corner lariats Baron then Akira is popped up into a hurricanrana on Baron. Akira is gorilla pressed onto Baron and Bron outside.

We go to break and return. Bron runs the ropes fast and runs over Akira. Akira is thrown/popped up into a Baron slam. Baron foot chokes Akira then back elbows him. Baron does a suplex into a cutter on Akira. Bron flips Tozawa into a cutter.

Bron spears the post when Akira moves. Akira step up enzugiri's him then Otis gets the hot tag in. Otis lariats Baron then spinning back elbows Bron. Otis lariats him then trades with Baron. Otis double back body drops his opponents then does his caterpillar elbow. Otis world's strongest slams Bron. Bron counters a doomsday device, hitting a slam on Akira. Otis then takes a double powerbomb through the commentary table.

Akira superkicks Baron then Baron powerbombs Akira. Bron hits a big spear on Akira and wins it.

It was a good tag as expected with Otis matching up well with Bron and Akira getting thrown around as expected.

The OC, LWO and Frazer/Axiom all come out after. They fight with Bron and Baron and the show ends.

Overall thoughts: It was a heavy wrestling show with some filler with Stand and Deliver right around the corner. Ilja/Stacks, Alpha Academy vs Bron/Baron and Duke/Briggs were all fun matches and helped turn this into a good one.
