WOW Women of Wrestling Episode #52

This is a recap episode, though I don't think we've seen BK Rhythm vs Princess Aussie before. I believe this aired on 9/9/2023 or 9/16/2023. It aired before 9/23/2023 for sure.

We get a video package on Princess Aussie. We see her winning streak coming to an end. She reads a letter from her mom telling her that her strength comes from within and telling her to go out and go shine. She said she hasn't seen her family for 7.5 years. She said her mom supported her and everything in life lead her to this moment.

We see clips of Penelope Pink being welcomed to Lana's crew. They drive around together. Pink said she's 5.2 1/2 and from Detroit. She said she met Lana at a show and Lana was awe struck. She said Lana knew immediately she was her next protege. She said they went to Rodeo Drive and saw celebs who waved at them.

We see clips of The Tonga Twins fighting Miami's Sweet Heat where MSH hit them with mirrors.

We see the Tonga Twins promo where they said if MSH thinks they are tough and big, they are bigger.

BK Rhythm vs Princess Aussie

 

BK does her rap. She says she doesn't trust Aussie, she's dodgy and asks if she can dodge these kicks to her body. Aussie snapmares her then Aussie escapes a hammerlock. BK back elbows her on the ropes then Aussie hits a single leg dropkick.

Aussie is pulled down over the top rope. BK puts the boots to her then PK's her. BK boots her in the gut then Aussie cradles her. BK suplexes her then stomps her on the apron. BK foot chokes her on the apron.

BK cranks Aussie's head and Aussie fights back. Aussie lariats and back elbows BK. Aussie indian deathlocks her then spin kicks her in the gut. BK hiptoss neckbreakers her for 2 then Aussie armdrags her. Aussie does her cutter from down under (roll into a cutter) then Aussie top rope splashes her. Aussie picks up the win.

There were two sloppy moments here but it was your average match otherwise.  

We get a video on Miami's Sweet Heat. Miami's Sweet Heat says they are the champs and nobody is on their level. Laurie said she's getting tired of hearing about them but says she never hears the word "winner" when talking about them. She says they will win again against them. Lindsay says the belts aren't going anywhere. They say to bring it and they will see them there.

We see a video on The Tonga Twins. They are running up a mountain then they pose on it. The Twins says it all comes down to this. They say they want a falls count anywhere match for the titles.

We get another video on Princess Aussie. They talk about how she was never able to become champ. They said Lana Star and crew cheated to help keep her away from the title. They ask if she can win the title against Penelope Pink.

Overall thoughts: There was only one new match here (or at least I think it was new) and it was average. I still wanted to cover it though. This was just a recap show and oddly, I don't know if this even made WOW's youtube channel.
