Future Of Stardom Title Match - Rina (c) vs. Yuzuki
They lock up. Yuz rolls through a wristlock then is side headlocked. Yuz headscissors her and then dropkicks her. Rina pulls her down backwards then slams her. Rina fujiwara's her and Yuz ropebreaks.
Rina foot chokes her on the bottom rope. Yuz forearms her then is booted in the chest. Yuz headscissors her then dropkicks her against the bottom rope. They trade chest forearms and Yuz forearm flurries her on the ropes. Yuz walk up the ropes facebusters her then slams her for 2.
Rina hip throws her twice then does a grounded octopus on her. Yuz rolls her into a pin and is countered then she counters that into a pin. Yuz does hip throws then gigi drivers her for 2. Rina does a gigi driver style move to her then Rina top rope double knee drops her for 2.
Yuz goes for a pin attempt and they counter each other on it. Rina gori special drops her and wins it.
It was a good effort. Yuzuki is honestly better than Rina is at this point and really seems to be picking up wrestling fast. They could have cut a minute or two off but it was enjoyable overall.
Queen's Quest (Lady C & Miyu Amasaki) vs. Oedo Tai (Momo Watanabe & Natsuko Tora)
Momo knee chokes Miyu in the corner then kicks her in the back. Miyu hits forearms on Momo then Momo drops her with a kick. Miyu fights her opponents 1v2 and is knocked down. Miyu tornado ddt's Momo off of Tora.
C face kicks Momo then cobra twists her. C russian legsweeps Momo for 2. Momo dropkicks C then face kicks Tora. C double clotheslines her opponents then Miyu pendulum ddt's Momo. C chokeslams Momo. Momo chickenwings her and Miyu breaks it up. Miyu is thrown out. C is lariated on the ropes by Tora then takes a high kick and lariat. Momo meteora's C for 2. Momo hits a b-driver on her and wins it.
It was a quick one and it wasn't much of anything.
Cosmic Angels (Tam Nakano & Yuna Mizumori) vs. Empress Nexus Venus (Mina Shirakawa & Waka Tsukiyama)
Tam and Mina start us off. Mina leglocks her then Tam goes for an armbar. Tam avoids a kick to the head and is dropkicked in the leg. Mina bangs Tams knees on the mat then both of Tam's knees are banged in the mat. Waka hip attacks Tam in the knee. Mina basement dropkicks Tam then kneebreakers her.
Mina stomps Tam's knee then Tam cradles her. Tam basement dropkicks her then ties up her leg. Mina drops Tam on her knees and they trade forearms. Mina stomps Tam's knee then Tam cutters Mina after Yuna helps out.
Yuna shoulders over Mina then rams Waka into her. Yuna hits a double bulldog on both. Yuna side slams Mina after blocking her kick the nlegdrops her for 2. Tam top rope crossbodies Mina then Mina forearms her. They stare down before hitting each other.
Mina hits a forearm flurry on Tam then Tam forearm flurries her with a hair extension going flying. Tam wind-up forearms her then Mina spinning forearms her. Mina bridging ddt's Tam then Waka top rope dropkicks Tam. Waka flatliners Tam while sitting on the 2nd rope. Waka straightjacket bombs Tam for 2. Tam PK's Waka.
Mina drops a knee on Tam's arm from the top then Waka fisherman wrist-clutch suplexes Tam. Waka straightjacket chokes Tam then Tam throws her off the top. Yuna top rope lariats Waka then Tam flying knees Waka for 2. Waka gets a 2 count on Tam then Yuna lariats Mina. Tam germans Waka for 2 with the ref doing an odd count. Waka takes a bad looking attitude adjustment combo then Tam tiger suplexes her for the win.
Like other matches on the show, Tam's leg was worked on then it was forgotten about and they had their usual match. It looked like it had potential at times. The finishing stretch wasn't good.
High Speed Title Match - Mei Seira (c) vs. Hazuki
Haz rolls out of Mei's dropkick then headlock takeovers her. Mei headscissors her and they stand off. Haz trips her then Mei dropkicks her on the apron. They trade armdrags and stand off. Mei corner lariats her then headhunters her. Mei sits on her back with a sleeper.
Mei is back body dropped over the top rope then Haz topes her three times. Haz top rope dropkicks her then headlocks her. Haz stands on Mei on the bottom rope the facewash kicks her. They trade forearms and Haz forearm flurries the back of her head.
They hit each other on the ropes and Mei does a nice springboard blockbuster. Mei spin kicks her then springboards and is dropkicked. They kip up at the same time. Mei flips over Haz's back then flying headscissors her. Mei is on the buckles and is kicked off of them onto the apron. Mei dropkicks her through the ropes then jumps off the apron with a hurricanrana on the floor.
Mei springboard blockbusters her for 2 then does an stf. Mei goes up top and gets stopped then Haz 2nd rope superplexes her. Mei no sells it and dropkicks her then takes a face kick. Mei is put on the top then codebreakered. Haz top rope sentons her for 2. Haz picks her up like a powerbomb and drops her on her front then Haz crossfaces her. Mei rolls her up for 2, trips her and Haz reverses her roll-up. Haz gets another 2 count then brainbusters her. They go to a time limit draw.
The action was fast paced but there was no selling at all. Mei had a good showing here and the two matched up well.
Mayu Iwatani, Nanae Takahashi & Queen's Quest (AZM & Utami Hayashishita) vs. Giulia, God's Eye (MIRAI & Syuri) & Suzu Suzuki
G = Giulia
All the girls trade forearms to start and Suzu takes a 4v1. Suzu takes multiple corner attacks then 3 people get on Utmai's back to splash Suzu. Suzu's team helps her out then Mayu gets picked up and dropped by 4 people. Mayu takes a 4 person basement dropkick. Mirai botches a slam on Mayu, dropping her on her shoulder then she armbars her. It is broken up qick then Mirai and Syuri hit corner attacks. Mayu takes a double basement dropkick. G foot chokes Mayu then hammerlock and clutch suplexes her.
Mayu rolls up G out of the corner then basement dropkicks her. Nanae hits shoulders on all 4 opponents then trade forearms with Syuri. Nanae and Utami shoulder over G and Syuri. AZM uses Nanae to dropkick G. G is dragged by the hair then lariated by Nanae. G is held by her hair in the corner for chops from Nanae. Syuri kicks Nanae while she has G in an indian deathlock and Nanae falls over, making it worse on G.
Nanae takes a double backdrop then G basement dropkicks her. G saito suplexes her then Syuri shotgun dropkicks Nanae. Nanae slaps and enzugiri's Syuri. AZM PK's and basement dropkicks Syuri. Syuri kicks her in the back then lets AZM kick her in the back. AZM high kicks her then AZM takes a double team shotgun dropkick. Syuri kicks AZM in the back then Mirai top rope dropkicks AZM.
AZM headlock takeovers Mirai then AZM hits a la mistica drop on her. Utami running lariats Mirai for 2. Mirai and Utami shoulder battle and Mirai dropkicks her. Mirai half-nelson slams her then Utami air raid crashes her for 2. Mirai backdrops Utami then Utami germans her. Mirai lariats her then Utami lariats her back.
Suzu snapmares Mayu then G holds Mayu for a drive by kick from Suzu. AZM and Utami stereo basement dropkick Suzu. Mayu walks up the buckles with Nanae's help then springboard corkscrews onto Suzu. Suzu half-nelson slams Mayu. Mayu is sandwich kicked then AZM springboard double dropkicks Suzu and G. We get stereo tower of doom spots.
Nanae slaps Mirai then is slapped back. They lariate each other down at the same time. Mayu flying dropkicks Suzu in the corner then Mayu 2nd rope dropkicks Suzu. Mirai lariats Mayu then Mayu takes a coriolis from Syuri and G. Suzu tequila shots Mayu for 2. Suzu germans Mayu then Utami germans Suzu. AZM top rope double stomps Suzu.
Nanae sliding forearms Suzu then Mayu dragon suplexes Suzu. Utami throws AZM out onto people then Mayu is thrown for a dropkick on Suzu. Mayu top rope moonsaults Suzu to win it.
It was a good tag. Everyone had their working boots on and they gave full effort for this one. This was a throwaway tag on paper, but they didn't treat it as one. We got some big spots here like the stereo tower of doom spot, AZM being thrown out to the floor and Mayu doing a springboard corkscrew swanton.
Wonder Of Stardom Title Match - Saori Anou (c) vs. Starlight Kid
They lock up after a forearm. Kid slaps her then spinning headscissors her out. Kid goes on the apron outside and bangs Anou's heel off a table which likely hurt. They get back in and Kid knee drops her leg. Kid stretch mufflers her and Anou ropebreaks. Anou side slams her.
Kid forearms Anou then fisherman suplexes her. They hold on and both hit multiple fisherman suplexes in a long sequence. Anou fisherman suplexes her then hits another for 2. Kid flying kicks her then Anou step up enzugiri's her. They slap each other and both go down. They trade shots on their knees.
They get up and trade chest slaps then Anou flurries her. Kid dropkicks her then asai moonsaults her outside. Kid 180 splashes her and stretch mufflers her. Anou gets her knees up on Kid's top rope moonsault, hurting her legs further. Anou then hooks Kid's leg, armbars her and hooks her other leg around Kid's head.
Anou misses a twisting splash from the top and Kid dropkicks her in the knee. Kid top rope moonsauls her leg. Kid then dragon screws her leg into a stretch muffler. Anou rope breaks. Anou release germans her. Anou germans her for 2. Kid rolls her into a TTD then tiger suplexes her three times. Kid does a half and half hammerlock/tiger suplex for 2. Anou tries to pin her with a bridge for 2.
Anou step up enzugiri's her then does a nice cuty special. Anou hits short arm face kicks then wheel barrow and germans suplexes Kid. Kid does a momo latch for 2 then Anou dragon suplexes her for 2. Anou does a ranhei variation and does a neat looking suplex to win it.
Kid mostly worked the leg here then Anou got almost all of the offense in on the last 3rd of this. Anou didn't sell the leg much and the legwork ended up being meaningless. There were so many suplexes here. I really thought they were going to pull this out into a good one but the first and second halves of the match had nothing to do with each other.
World Of Stardom Title Match - Maika (c) vs. Saya Kamitani
Saya goes for the legs and Maika front face locks her. Saya reverses it then reverses a wristlock. Saya side headlock takeovers her and they stand off. Saya rolls over Maika's back, goes up and over in the corner, then hits an armdrag and dropkick. Saya springboard dives her outside.
Saya slingshot splashes her for 2, snap mares her and basement dropkicks her in the back. Saya does a figure four and grabs the arm and Maika ropebreaks. Maika powerslams Saya and goes for an armbar. Maika throws her into the buckles shoulder first. Maika wraps her around the top rope and pulls then kicks the rope. Maika pulls Saya's arm down over the top rope then Maika does a rolling armbar.
Saya hits forearms and Maika kicks her in the arm. Saya does a flying forearm then basement dropkicks her for 2. Saya hits a dropkick then Maika superplexes her. Maika holds on for 2 more suplexes. Saya dropkicks her in the back and spinning high kicks her. Saya goes for a hurricanrana but is countered with a sitout powerbomb.
They trade forearms on their knees and trade standing up. Saya flurries her then Maika drops her with a chest forearm. Saya springboard hurricanrana's her off the top then spinning heel kicks her. Saya top rope dropkicks her then perfectplexes her. Maika short arm lariats her then Saya rolls her into a hold attacking all 4 limbs.
Saya does a wild slam while tying up both arms that I have never seen before then Maika running powerbombs her. Maika running enka-otoshi's her then Saya hurricanrana's her for 2. Maika lariats her for 1 then spinning lariats her. Saya pump kicks her then spinning high kicks her. Saya screw kicks her in the back for 2.
Maika hits a michinoku driver for 2 then Saya headbutts her. Maika drops her with a straight punch then michinoku drivers her for 2. Maika does a hammerlock michinoku driver and wins it.
I didn't think it was that good. Maika worked the arm early and they forgot about it. The last part of this was just people hitting big moves and no selling them for the next big move. Maika also didn't really connect on her lariats like she usually does. It didn't really have the extending finishing stretch either and was one Saya's more tame matches.
Maika and Tam set up a title match after then the whole Stardom crew poses together. This is notable as Rossy Ogawa quit the next day and is taking half the Stardom with him to form a new promotion.
Overall thoughts: A long show. I really only liked the 8-woman tag here. The bigger matches here did limb work here early on then forgot about it in the second half along with having limited selling. Yuzuki had a strong performance in the opener and is a great rookie.
