Hank and Tank arrive and talk to Ava in the parking lot. Ava says she needs them to interfere tonight. Ava says there's something in her eye and Hank and Tank promise to not interfere tonight.

Lash Legend vs Nia Jax

I think Lash has a new theme. We have a "Maybelline, New York" logo in the middle of the ring. They lock up and back each other up on the ropes. Lash's head is banged off the buckles then Nia hits corner spears. Nia misses a corner splash then takes corner spears and other shots. Nia hooks onto her in mid-air with a guillotine and Lash rams her into the corner.

Nia boots her in the chest then throws her out. Lash rams Nia's back into the apron edge. Lash bangs Nia's head off the buckles. Nia is laying on the 2nd rope and Lash chops her up. Lash flying back elbows her then splashes her.  

Nia headbutts her and they double clothesline each other. Lash boots Nia out of the ring. We go to PiP break. Lash forearms her outside and Nia forearms her back. Lash's head is banged off the apron then Nia is sent into the steps. Lash bangs Nia's head off the rails and Nia drops her with a shot. Lash is sent into the post. Nia clears off the commentary table.  We return.

Nia chinlocks her. Lash fights out and takes a samoan drop for 2. Lash back racks her and drops her. Nia hits her in the eyes the bodyblocks her. Nia sentons her. Lash's head is banged off the rails. Lash hits some big forearms. They fight on the bottom of the steps near the commentary table. Lash tries to fallaway slam her but Nia falls on her and both go through the table.

They both beat the count to get in the ring. They trade shots on their knees then get up and trade. Lash hits a slam for 2. They fight on the buckles. They get down. Lash tries to powerbomb her but is hit with two banzai drops and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was one of the best matches of Lash's career. They traded big bombs here and got to go all out a bit with a table spot and people going into the stairs. It was a heavyweight style match and the crowd was nuts the whole time which made it even better.

Dark State are interviewed. Dion says there's 4 hungry main eventers ready to take opportunity. Griffin says Moose's team knows they are getting beat down. Cutler says they dominate NXT then will take turns on their @ss until they finish on top. Cutler's partners just cover their eyes. Shugars says Hank and Tank will be 20lbs when they take their gold. Dion says ain't nobody safe when Dark State strikes.

We see The Secret Hervice arrive. Green says they need to find a woman and take her out (I couldn't hear what they were saying clearly). Kali Armstrong is there as they arrive. Green says moving on. Green walks past Chantel Monroe. She says Karmen is Canadian and can't be her partner. Hank and Tank then walk in dressed up like girls and Green says no. Stevie Turner then shoes them away. Green then says Kendal Grey, Tyra Mae Steele and Carlee Bright. Green says let's see if she remains undefeated when Alba beats her.

Joe Hendry vs Charlie Dempsey

Joe side headlocks him then shoulders him over. Joe is tripped then he rolls up CD. Joe hiptosses him. CD water wheel drops him then armlocks him. Joe fireman's carry takeovers him. CD snapmares him  twice and Joe turns it into a wristlock both times.

Joe headflips out of a wristlock and arm throws him. CD hits euros then gutwrench suplexes him for 2. Joe flying back elbows him. CD northern lights suplexes him then butterfly suplexes him. Joe suplexes him then lariats him. Joe fallaways slams him and kips up.

CD backslides him. Joe then hits a standing ovation and gets the win.

Thoughts: It was short but a solid match here. They did some nice technical wrestling and counters until Joe won. I would have liked to have seen more of this. CD losing is probably going somewhere.

Kelani Jordan helps Lola Vice shadowbox in the back. KJ says she's ready. Lola says she loves her but she has to win tonight. KJ says she will be the one to take the title from Jacy. Jaida Parker comes in. She says she has money on them but says she's next to win the women's title. Lola and KJ both say they have to win tonight.

Josh Briggs comes out to talk. He says the fans boos mean nothing as he sees what they cheer. He says when someone shows you who they, are believe them. He says Inamura said he was his friend but he's not. He says he was selfish. The crowd chants to turn JB's mic off and he says they ain't.

JB says Inamura didn't come to NXT for him but to be champ. JB says there's no honor in NXT. He says he's not a man of honor but a man of mayhem. He says he's not NXT champ because of Inamura. He challenges Inamura for next week in a Philadelphia street fight.

Yoshiki Inamura comes out. Inamura says he thought JB was his friend but now he is just a jack@ss. He says he fights with honor. The crowd chants, "He's a jack@ss". Inamura says the honor will be in beating Josh in the Philadelphia Street Fight. He then hits him and knocks him off the apron. He goes on the buckles and JB fights with him as security tries to break it up. Josh is then chopped down onto security. Inamura then top rope dives onto everyone.

We see a taped interview with Jordynne Grace. JG says Blake is right. She said she avoided mirrors as she didn't like what she saw. She says it wasn't good enough as hard as she tried. She says she always felt like an outsider. She says Blake doesn't think she's good enough so she projects it onto other women. JG says there's no blueprint for a champ and says they can silence the doubt and bullies like Blake. She says she will show Blake what a champ looks like.

Blake Monroe talks to Ava. She can't believe that JG thinks she's insecure. Ava says she will meet her in the ring next week before Heatwave. Blake accuses her of being biased.

We see clips of Jacy Jayne in NXT.

Fatal Influence is interviewed. Fallon interrupts Jacy. She says they dealt with Lola and beat Kelani. Jacy is smart towards her partners. She says what better way to eliminate two girls from title contention than to do it herself.

We then see The Elegance Brand and Masha Slamovich walk in. Jacy wants to know what they want. Lainey Reid then says good luck to Jacy tonight.

Oba Femi, Moose, Je'Von evans and Trick Williams talk in the back. Oba says they aren't friends but says they need to co-exist to take down Dark State. Oba says they are the alpha males of their species. Moose says he doesn't need to be friends with them as long as it means whooping Dark State's @ss. Evans says Trick isn't talking. Trick says it is what it is and they are all taking those L's. Hank and Tank walk in with hazmat's suits and are spraying stuff. Robert Stone gets them to leave.

Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley) vs Lola Vice and Kelani Jordan

George Iceman and Ash By Elegance are in the stands as is Masha Slamovich.

Fallon and KJ armdrag each other. They trade pin attempts. KJ low crossbodies Fallon. Fallon is tripped and Lola axe kicks her for 2. Fallon double throat thrusts Lola. Lola wristlocks Jacy. Jacy headflips out. Lola rolls her into an armbar.

Jacy running back elbows Lola for 2. Lola takes a sliding lariat and a senton for 2. Lola gets a grounded sleeper on Jacy and Jacy tries to pin her off of it. Lola and KJ do stereo armdrags using the ropes. KJ hits a double dropkick on the heels. Nyx gets on the apron. KJ goes after her. KJ then chases the heels outside and runs into a Jacy boot.

We go to PiP break and return. Jacy knees KJ in the gut. KJ sunset flips Jacy then hits forearms. Jacy lariats KJ for 2. Jacy foot chokes KJ. Lola gets in and hits kicks on the heels. Lola hits a bunch of spin kicks on Fallon's gut. Lola corner hip attacks both opponents. Fallon suplexes Lola for 2. KJ seated twisting guillotine legdrops Fallon.

KJ wastelands Fallon then is thrown off the buckles when Fatal Influence distract her. KJ takes a kick + knee combo for 2. Jacy and KJ trade forearms. Jacy superkicks her. KJ rolls her up for 2. Jacy armdrags KJ off a spinning move then Jacy rolls up KJ for 2. KJ leg slice's Jacy for 2. 

Nyx is on the apron and is kicked by Lola. Lola uraken's Jacy. KJ split-legged moonsaults Jacy and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a very fast paced match. I liked it. I didn't quite get KJ being face again here after being so heelish though lately.

Jacy has to be helped up after and Asha/MAsha motion at her from the crowd.

NXT Spotlight

Jasper Troy says he can't stand Ricky Saints. Troy says Saints is like all the star QB's he used to defend when he was on the offensive line. He says they got all the girls and glory but would be nothing without him protecting them. He says he's putting Ricky in the dirt. He says Saints has been handed everything and he's here to take it. He says he will end him in the ring and the spotlight will be on him.

Alba Fyre vs Kendal Grey

We haven't seen KG on here for a long time as she has been on Evolve. We see clips of KG doing amateur wrestling. Green tells Ethan Page to watch Alba on an inset video.

The girls lock up and KG waistlock takedowns her. KG rolls her on the mat. Alba gets a shot in. KG slides between her legs, trips her and basement dropkicsk her. KG jumps off the buckles and runs into a superkick from Alba for 2.

Piper Niven slaps KG. KG back elbows her then overhead belly to belly suplexes her. Page tells Green he needs to get a closer look. Alba is caught an armbar on the apron. Ethan Page comes out. KG back elbows her and 2nd rope twisting crossbodies her. KG hits a gutwrench powerslam for 2.

Alba hits a big knee to the face for 2. Alba gori special KG and wins.

Thoughts: It was another very fast paced match here. It was full of action and I liked this one. KG looked good and got to do some stuff she doesn't normally do. The crowd did their part and helped this one along.

Ethan Page talks. He says is that the best America has got? He says he's sorry that Tavion Height's pick got embarassed like that.

Tavion Heights comes out. Tav says he respects Grey but that wasn't his pick. He said he picked a woman who won an olympic gold medal. Tyra Mae Steele comes in and tries to german Page then she germans Alba. She then germans Piper. Page tries to leave, gets thrown back in and is german'd again.

Fatal Influence argue and run into Ava and George Iceman. Ava says she talked to Santino and she will defend her title at Heatwave vs Masha Slamovich and Ash By Elegance. George says he's so excited and says the Knockouts Title will become elegant. Jacy tells Ava to ban George from NXT. Ava then says up Fatal Influence vs The Elegance Brand next week.

Ethan Page and Chelsea Green talk in the back. Page says they did all this research and missed the first ever female gold medalist in WWE. Green says they got a big problem. Page says it's Mr. and Mrs. Olympics. Green wants a piece treaty between the US and Canada. Page says they can draw it up next week. 

Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Moose and Je'Von Evans vs Dark State (Saquon Shugars, Cutler James, Osiris Griffin and Dion Lennox)

All 8 fight to start. Trick jumping neckbreakers Dion. Shugars is back body dropped by Evans. Evans does a big flurry of shots on Shugars in the corner. Evans standing ssp's Shugars. Evans dropkicks Shugars out. Oba lariats Cutler over the top then Moose throws Griffin over the top. Shugars is then thrown onto his buddies outside. Moose and Oba then throw Trick out onto Dark State. Trick then hugs them all.

We go to PiP break and return. Oba and Cutler fight over a suplex and Oba suplexes him. Oba and Griffin shoulder each other. Griffin powerslams Oba for 2. Griffin legdrops Oba for 2. Oba slams Griffin. Evans does a big suicide dive onto Griffin outside. Evans then springboard lariats Dion. Evans topes Shugars while Shugars is on the commentary table.

Dion hits a big spinebuster on Evans. Evans takes corner attacks and a Cutler lariat for 2. Moose comes in and hits chops on Dark State. Shugars sits up top and Moose dropkicks him. Moose chokeslams Dino then sentons him. Moose sky highs Shugars for 2.

Moose corner euros Dion then Trick pop-up uppercuts Dion. Oba shoulderbeakers Dion. Evans top rope splashes Dion for 2. evan is catapulted into a back body drop and Shugars top rope legdrops Evans for 2. Evans is thrown for the powerbomb but his partners catch him and throw him so he can hit a double cutter. The heels all take shots and Oba running euros Evans on accident. Moose spears Oba on accident. Evans gets surrounded. Trick gets on the apron but just watches as Evans is thrown into a double powerbomb. Dion pins Evans.

Thoughts: Man this was a wild one with super fast action. We had a ton of cool moments here and Evans being caught then thrown so he could hit his own double cutter was probably my favorite. It was nice to see everyone get along until Trick stayed true to his heel form and watched Evans get pinned. It was a good all-star tag.

Hank and Tank come out after and beat up Dark State. Guards then come out to stop it. 

Overall thoughts: Whew, that was a wild one with endless action. Lash/Nia was one Lash's best matches and the two had a good heavyweight war. Hendry/Dempsey was short but it was a good technical wrestling match. I liked the women's tag. Alba/Grey was fine. The main was just wild with tons of cool spots and very fast action. There was so much going on in this one and the wrestling was good. They also did a nice job of setting up NXT in Philly for next week and had a super hot crowd. This show was an easy 8 out of 10 for me and is worth a watch. It was a good show.
