This is CAPTURE International. This fed has been around since the mid-1990's. I honestly don't know if I ever had heard of them prior to a few weeks ago. The last show we have from them is from 2002, so this is a real treat. They do shoot style and have a mat and guard rails only - no ropes or posts. The mat is also on the ground, not elevated. I found out about this through a real lucky occurrence as I saw some clips of it and randomly searched it online. I found their facebook and asked if they were ever going to do a live stream, and they said they had news about it later that day.

The story of this one doesn't stop here. I ordered the show and it aired at 6AM. It said it would be available until 3/26. I got little sleep that night and was kind of up at 5AM. I didn't feel like getting off the couch and figured I'd get some more sleep and watch it. Well....I didn't get to. They forgot to press the button to upload the show after the event and I had to contact twitcasting support. Twitcasting support contacted them and we finally got the recording up on 3/24.

They are a small indy to say the least. The show has pixelation and bad sound issues that get a little better throughout the show but never are quite fixed. In 2022, this is just stuff you think wouldn't happen anymore, but this is a small indy and I guess it should be expected. This ended up being watchable, so whatever, at least we got this. 

As far as I know, this is not going to be legally available past 3/26/2022. I did have the presence of mind to record though so, the footage is safe and will get online eventually. From what I can see, it did a buyrate of less than 50 people but for a fed at this level, that's not that bad and who doesn't want an extra $600?

Mizuki Watase vs Daisuke Kanehira

Daisuke takes down Mizuki and they mat wrestle. Daisuke goes for an armbar and Mizuki has to ropebreak. They mat wrestle and Daisuke armbars Mizuki for a rope break. Diasuke hits some stiff knees and Mizuki has to take a count. Daisuke pounds on him then kicks his back hard. They trade forearms with Daisuke winning then Mizuki drops Daisuke throat first on the rails. Mizuki then dropkicks Daisuke off the rail and guillotine chokes him. Daisuke has to rope break and gets another yellow card for it. Mizuki runs into a knee to the gut then Daisuke headbutts him and hits a stiff knee to the chest. 

They trade forearms and chops then Mizuki enzugiri's him. He then cannonballs him in the guard rail corner. Mizuki hits some forearms then gets double underhook suplexed into an armbar attempt. Daisuke then goes for a hammerlock and armbars him for the win.

This was a good one with lots of stiff forearms and some creative use of the guard rails. It went under 10 minutes and was not a bad opener at all.

Tag Match - Fuminori Abe and Sanshu Tsubakichi vs Keisuke Goto and Jota

Kicks are exchanged to start and they go to the mat. Jota goes for a hammerlock and they get back up and trade shots. Abe and Jota go at it and Abe punches him in the head only to get dropped with a slap. Abe and the Goto each leg lock each other and trade slaps while in it then Abe kicks him hard in the back. Sanshu then does the same to the Goto. Goto mounts Sanshu and single leg crabs him then Sanshu rolls out into a heel hook. Jota kick combos Sanshu, slaps him then does a yakuza kick to him while he is down. Jota crossfaces Sanshu then Abe comes in and breaks it up, pissing off the Jota.

Sanshu high kicks Jota then kicks him in the head while he is down. Jota swats away Sanshu's dropkick. Abe rolling armbars Goto but then Jota stops it. Jota and Abe get heated here and go after each other and fight while the ref tries to break it up. Jota has to be held back by the ref.

Jota and Abe trade stiff shots and Abe punches him in the head. Jota slaps back then gets a baseball punch and spinning gut kick. They trade hard slaps and Jota really gets him then gets a headbutt and continues to nail him. Jota then fisherman's suplexes him and busts him open hardway!

Abe's bleeding and Goto slams and sentons him. Abe takes a stiff lariat then gets senton'd but grabs a head and armbar for the win when Goto lands on him. Abe then poses in front of Jota after and gets pushed off.

This was good stuff with Abe bleeding hardway. Him and Jota really stiffed each other and carried this match with their hatred. This was exactly what you would expect Abe and this promotion to be and it was really good if you like this style.

Super Tiger vs Takahiro Tababa

This is mma rules and both guys are wearing boxing gloves. We have rounds here.

1st Round - TT goes right after Tiger, flurrying him and beating him senseless on the mat. He hits like a hundred punches in a row and mounts him...and the ref finally pull him off like 2 minutes later. Tiger gets pushed into the rail then does a cool shoulder throw. Tiger hits him with a shot to the side of the head and drops him for a ref count. Tiger spin kicks him then armbars him. I guess he rope breaks on the guard rail and the round is over.

2nd Round - TT slams Tiger then mounts and pounds him with a bunch of shots. He then leg locks him and they trade punches again. Tiger enzugiri's him then puts him in a choke then a grounded choke for the win.

It was alright. It was short and not too special but I liked TT pounding on Tiger with punches.

Hiroshi Yamato vs Takuya Nomura

They take each other down to start and then do it again. Yamato pounds on him with forearms then Yamato ankle picks him. They slap each other while in a leglock and Yamato is given a yellow card. Yamato hits a stiff dropkick on him then deadlift Karelin's lifts him. He then stomps on him and they get up and slap each other. We get some fast chest slaps.

They trade stiff leg kicks then Yamato back enzugiri's him. Yamato gets a hold on him and he rope breaks and gets a yellow card. Yamato belly to belly's him then does an alligator roll on him while he is standing. Nomura hooked him between the legs and suplexed him forcing a ref count. Nomura then slap flurried him and backdropped him for another ref count.

Yamato gets up at 8 then gets high kicked and dropped. The ref counts and Yamato can't make the count. Nomura wins by knockout.

Good stuff here. We got some of our first suplexes of the night and we got some nice slaps and leg kicks. It was sub 10 minutes and was a fun one. I liked the tease at the end of Yamato maybe beating the count but failing to do so.

Super Crafter U and Naoya Nomura vs Kosuke Sato and Rikiya Fudo

Nomura and Fudo butt heads during intros. U and Naoya fight over who is going to start the match and U pushes him into the corner. U hits a stiff leg kick on Sato and Sato wrestles him down. U hits another hard leg kick. U grabs Sato's leg on the mat and U gets up and kicks Sato while he is on all fours.

Fudo gets in and takes hard U leg kicks then punches him in the head. Naoya gets in and he and Fudo trade forearms. Fudo flurries him then takes some hard ones. Nomura spears him into the rails then takes some bolo punches and a splash. The ref counts on Nomura then Fudo knees him in the gut and gets hit some hard forearms and slaps. Nomura fights back with hard slaps and gives him a hard spear. Nomura then gets on his back to choke him and wins it in a very short one.

Fudo isn't happy as he says he didn't tap. He pushes the ref and bolo punches Nomura, then forces him to tag in U. U hits some nasty kicks and gets slammed. Fudo then shoulder blocks him and U goes hard into the rails. The ref then calls it off for U.

Sato gets in and hits a bunch of dropkicks on U. U puts him in a fujiwara armbar and Sato fights back with forearms. Sato back rolls him into a guillotine. Fudo and Nomura get in and slap each other then Nomura takes him down. Fudo gets up and hits a stiff lariat. Sato gets in and dropkicks Nomura then slap flurries him. Nomura fights back and Sato guillotines him but U breaks it up.

Sato german's Nomura and PK's him. Sato backrolls again into a seated guillotine then Nomura does a nice suplex from his knees. Nomura then does a neck crank and submits him. Fudo goes right after Nomura with knees and has to be pulled off. He then goes at him again and it has to be broken up.

I didn't really understand the rules to this - maybe you had to get 2 falls to win? But it was good. They were stiff and beat the crap out of each other. Nomura looked the best he ever looked in my opinion and Sato's dropkicks were on point. Super Crafter U throws some awesome kicks as well and is definitely a regular wrestler under the mask.

Overall thoughts: It was a quick and fun little show with some good shoot style action. The action was real stiff all night long and these guys really did beat the crap out of each other. I really enjoyed this one and they did a good job building to some possible matches for next time around. This is definitely worth a look if you are a shoot style fan.
