Darby Allin vs Marq Quen

No entrance for either guy. Darby takes him down early and Marq tries to for an armdrag but Darby rolls for it and takes him down. Darby rolls him out of the ring and tries to dive but Kassidy gets in the way and stops it. Quen sidesteps Darby into the steps.

Quen throws Darby into the buckles and pounds on him then abdominal stretches him. Darby gets out and pulls him arm over the top rope, then gets swept on the apron. Quen misses a splash in the corner and they go up top. Darby superplexes him and Quen hits a unique moonsault knee drop while he is in front of Darby's head on the mat (usually it is done from the side).

Quen had Darby for a neckbreaker then backflipped into a ddt. A little sloppy but it was unique. Darby then reverses a suplex with a scorpion deathdrop. Darby goes up top and Kassidy argues with him, then is thrown into the table. Darby then gets pushed off onto the rope and falls to the floor. Quen then top rope 450's Darby from the top to the floor in a wild spot.

Quen then goes for an SSP inside but Darby moves and armbars him for the win.

The finish was totally random here but Quen did try to work the gut and I will give him some credit for it. It dragged a little at times.

AHFO then came out to go after Darby. The Hardy Boyz followed and nothing ends up happening.

Dan Lambert does a promo with Ethan Page and Sky. Dan said Larry Zybyszko begged Bruno for help and then turned on him and said Wardlow is doing the same to MJF. Page said Scorp is defending two titles against Wardlow - his TNT title and his streak. Sky said he is the face of TNT.

The House of Black did vignette. They talked about violence and blood then said they know out secrets. They said knowing our secrets means they know the truth.

Mercedes Martinez vs Jamie Hayter

MM hits some forearms early then hits a lariat. Hayter pounds on her a bit. MM hits a nice rolling elbow then some back elbows then Hayter grinds her foot on MM. MM hits some butterfly suplexes and hits a neat one where she does it while she is hooked around her. Hayter uranage's her over the knee for 2.

Hayter runs into MM hard with a forearm and knocks her down. MM exploders Hayter into the buckles then spider german suplexes her. Britt takes some cheapshots on MM then Hayter gets a lariat for the win.

The selling wasn't the best here and I kind of question the need for all the big moves but this was a hard hitting match. They stiffed each other good here and hit some hard suplexes and I liked it.

Britt's crew tried to beat up MM after and Thunder Rosa made the save with a chair.

Hikaru Shida did a promo on Serena Deeb. she said she missed her and has been thinking about her since she took her out. She said she is thinking about revenge and needs more. She said if she tries to hurt her, she's going to cut her head off. A little hard to understand but it was a good effort.

Keith Lee vs QT Marshall

Team Tazz is on commentary here. Lee hits a big headbutt to start and lifts him up by his one arm. QT tries to fight back and does Lee's taunt, then gets double chpped. Lee then does a nice throw on QT. QT hits a beautiful top rope missile dropkick for 2. Lee comes back and nails QT with a lariat. Solow gets on the apron and distracts the ref then Nick Comoroto helps out QT. QT goes for a diamond cutter but gets caught and shoulder blocked. Lee then hits an F-U into a slam for the win.

No real problems with this one and both guys looked good.

Solow jumped on Lee's back after and got thrown. Comoroto and Lee then went at it and Nick was powerbombed. Solow then got thrown out on his teammates and landed hard.

Starks and Hobbs then came down to the ring and jumped Lee. Hobbs hit a big spinebuster on him then did he and Starks did Lee's taunt over him.

We got a split screen promo with Swerve and Nese. Nese said he's undefeated and deserved the big welcome Swerve got. Swerve said he was hating and asked him to show some respect for his rapping skills. He said he would turn this into Swerve's house.

Swerve Strickland vs Tony Nese

Nese hasn't had a Dynamite match ever and this is Swerve's debut...on a b-show.

Swerve works on his arm to start then flips while holding the rope to armdrag him. Swerve hits a nice headscissors while laying on the mat then trips Nese with his body. He then baseball slides him.

Swerve does a cool handstand flip over the top then Nese cartwheels off the apron. Swerve then kicks him off the apron. Nese throws him into the steps and pounds on him. Nese hits a nice dropkick and flips out of a german to double stomp Swerve.

Nese works a body scissors then Swerve fights out of it. He does a slingshot and a roll but takes a palm strike then Nese drapes his neck over the top rope. Nese misses an outside to inside asai moonsault then Swerve comes back with a euro off the 2nd rope. Swerve hits a tilt-a-whirl slam then rolls into a deadlift brainbuster for 2. Swerve goes up top and Nese rolls into a jumping palm strike on him. Nese then fireman's carry gutbusters him for 2.

Swerve slingshot sunset flips him and gets a spinning kick to the face. Nese then 450's him for 2. Swerve double stomps Tony as he hangs off the apron then rolls into a jumping flatliner. Swerve jumpimng boots him then top rope double stomps him for the win.

This was not good. This was Swerve's debut and he needed to hit his moves and look like a star. Instead, this was the Tony Nese showcase with him getting to do everything in his arsenal. Swerve sold almost all match here and this was a heavy moves based match and I didn't like it.

Overall thoughts: I liked two of the four matches here, but Swerve's debut was horribly done and didn't do him a single favor.
