Darby Allin vs Clark Connors

DA rides his skateboard down the ramp and CC pounces him. CC powerslams him for 2. CC chops him in the corner. DA double boots him out of the corner. DA hits shots and hits a code red for 2. DA goes up top and he get swept up there. DA takes a horrible looking bump down to the floor.

DA is sent into the rails. CC pounces him again. DA's head is banged off the apron. DA hangs over the apron and CC running shoulders him. DA is put under the ring skirt and CC pounds him. CC backdrops him on the rail top then on the apron. 

We go to PiP break and return. CC corner spears him then overhead throws him. CC 2nd rope elbow drops him for 2. DA is on the apron and CC spears him there.  DA is sent into the steps. DA eye rakes him outside. DA jumps off the steps and dropkicks him outside. DA then topes him. They fight on the buckles and CC sunset bombs him down. CC spears him for 2. CC heavenly locks him. CC backdrops him for 2. DA reverse ddt's him. DA goes for a coffin drop and CC gets his knees up. CC misses a corner spear. DA sharpshooters him. CC submits.

Thoughts: They did too much here with Darby taking his usual handful of awful looking bumps. Darby should have gotten hurt twice here. They really put over CC hard here, despite this match being completely random and despite him being about the same size Darby is. I wasn't a big fan of this.

Darby says he won the war with The Death Riders. He says he stood on Mt. Everest in 2025 and says he will stand on top of AEW in 2026. Gabe Kidd then attacks him from behind. DA is thrown out and sent into the steps. DA is dropped chest first on the side of the steps. The steps are put on DA. Gabe says it's getting funny to him. He says Darby says he's done with The Death Riders. Gabe says he's on Gabe Kidd Time. Gabe says this won't stop until he' dead. Gabe says he will follow him until he's the one to end him. 

JetSpeed does a promo. Mike says they heard The Don Callis Family is looking for gold and they are the trios champs. They say Adam Page no longer rides alone and we will find them with him. Mike tries to joke about their name and Knight says they are Jet Set Rodeo.

The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier) vs CRU (Lio Rush and Action Andretti)

Lacey Lane is with Cru and Myron Reed is with The Rascalz.

Dez and Lio go at it. Dez wristlocks him. Lio rolls out and side headlocks him. Dez side headlocks him. Lio tries to roll out but Dez rolls with him. Dez backrolls him into a headscissors. Dez dropkicks Lio for 1. 

Zach bronco busters Lio in the corner for 2. Zach gets lariatd by AA. Zach is double tripped then double basement dropkicked for 1. AA double springboard diving armdrags him. AA Japanese armdrags him and dropkicks him. Zach 2nd rope tornillos his opponents. Dez misses a tope con hilo. He's supposed to land on his feet but doesn't. Zach tornillos his opponents outside.

We go to PiP break and return. Lio corkscrew kicks Dez in the back for 2. Dez cutters Lio. AA and Zach get in. AA is pulled down on a leapfrog and german'd. Zach step up knees him in the corner and PK's him. Zack running ssp's him for 2. AA flying knees Zach. Cru hit stereo handspring kicks then do stereo topes outside. AA cutters Dez for 2.

They trade superkicks. Dez is tripped + step up kicked. Zach handspring jumping knees Lio. The Rascalz hit stereo corner attacks. Zach corner dropkicks AA then jumping knees him. Dez pushes Zach into an ssp on AA. Zach pins him.

Thoughts: It was what you'd expect with them doing a bunch of flying around at a fast pace. It was basically a free for all with 4 people being in this for most of it. I thought it went a little long.

Jamie Hayter talks to Alex Windsor outside. She says they aren't so different. She says they aren't afraid to get hit or fight. She says Alex came so close to getting to the top but didn't. She says a change is what she's been waiting for. Alex says let's have some fun.

Jon Moxley does a promo. He says Takeshita is one of the few people he can relate to. He says he doesn't want things to be easy. He says it's hard to be alone in the ring and they understand each other. He says The Don Callis Family doesn't want to do gang wars as they do that for fun. He says what motivates him is Takeshita beating him in the Continental Classic. He says he wants that back. He says Takeshita knows what it will take to be the Intercontinental champ.

Orange Cassidy & Toni Storm vs. Gino Medina & Lady Bird Monroe

OC shoulders Gino over. OC goofs off with his hands in his pockets. OC dropkicks Gino out. Lady pushes OC and piefaces him. OC does weak shin kicks. Toni then dropkicks Lady. OC topes Gino outside. Toni corner hip attacks Lady. Toni tornado ddt's Gino. OC spinning ddt's Gino. Toni corner hip attacks Gino.  OC superman punches GIno and wins.

Thoughts: It was a short comedic squash with OC's team winning as expected.

Wheeler Yuta hits OC from behind. Toni slaps Yuta. Marina Shafir kicks Toni in the back of the leg then hits knees to the gut. Toni is sent into the rail. OC is double teamed. 

Shafir holds OC and Yuta tries to interview him. OC says Yuta has garbage hair then Yuta hits punches on OC. Shafir does mother's milk on OC. Yuta goes to cut OC's hair then Toni interrupts. Toni takes the scissors and Yuta leaves. Toni says they should do a mixed tag hair vs hair match at Grand Slam Australia. She says one of them will be bald.

Eddie Kingston, Ortiz and The Grizzled Young Vets are interviewed. Eddie says they want to move on and says there's no point to this. Gibson says Eddie didn't understand and says he can't walk a mile in their shoes. Eddie gets offended and asks for a parking lot fight on Collision. Bryan Keith and Big Bill then come in and attack Eddie and Ortiz. Gibson says it's not so hard to find people who don't like them. Drake then pays Bill.

AEW TNT Title Match - Mark Briscoe (c) vs. Tommaso Ciampa

They shake hands and lock up. TC backs him up in the corner. TC side headlock takeovers him. Mark side headlock takeovers him. They then stand off. TC side headlocks him. TC side headlocks him and forearms him. They trade forearms. Mark back enzugiri's him then tope con hilos him through the ropes.

TC hits forearms and chops outside. Mark hits chops in the corner then crane kicks him for 1. Mark suplexes him. Mark hits shots in the corner and TC stomps him there. TC foot chokes him. They trade chops on the apron. TC air raid crashes him on the apron. 

We go to PiP break and return. Mark hits chops on TC then flying forearms him. Mark hits corner lariats then facekicks him through the ropes. Mark dropkicks him through the ropes. Mark sends him into the post. Mark running blockbusters him off the apron. 

TC bridging ddt's him for 2. They fight on the buckles and TC goes down. Mark top rope elbow drops him for 2. They go back to the buckles. TC 2nd rope air raid crashes him for 2. TC backslides him. TC pumping knees him off the apron. 

TC's head is banged off the rails. Mark is put on a table and TC running knees him. TC stands next to a table. Mark jump off the top and elbow drops him through the table.  

They shake hands and trade forearms. TC facekicks him. Mark flying facekicks him. Mark hits a bunch of headbutts. TC dropkicks him in the knee. Mark rolling death valley drivers him. Mark top rope elbow drops him. TC germans him then pumping knees him for the win.

Thoughts: It was almost all strikes here. They all definitely connected but that wasn't super exciting. This also went a bit long at almost 20 minutes. Ciampa won in his debut was good but it would have been better if they built to more since these two do have a history together. 

They shake hands. Kyle Fletcher then comes out and points at the title.

The Don Callis Family beats up random people in the back. Josh talks but it's hard to hear over the yelling. Josh says Kyle wants the TNT Title and says Andrade is closer to the World Title when he beats Kenny. He says they have a surprise for Adam Page in Mark Davis. Rocky Romero says he has to go as he has a ringside ticket to watch Okada beat Adam Priest. Lance Archer then hits a triple crossbody on people in the back.

AEW International Title Match - Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Adam Priest

This was made on ROH. KO comes out with his title in a case so we can't see it.

KO double axe handles AP and pounds on him. KO neckbreakers him and slaps him around. AP hits forearms and chops. KO slams him. AP kimura's him. AP bangs KO's leg off the mat. Rocky Romero joins commentary. AP chops KO in the corner then euros him. 

KO's head is banged off the buckles. AP is sat up top and dropkicked down. Rocky leaves commentary and nails AP from behind. We go to PiP break, full break and return. AP hits chops and forearms on KO. AP twisting neckbreakers KO. AP germans KO. Rocky messes with AP while he's up top. AP dives on him outside.

KO hits AP from behind then sends him into the rails. AP runs at KO's knee and flips him. AP top rope legdrops him for 2. AP spinning toe holds him and KO boots him away. AP hits shots. KO misses a dropkick then AP figure fours him. AP stomps on KO's leg in the ring. KO dropkicks him. AP gets a 2 count on him. KO does a nasty blue thunder variation then hits a rainmaker to win.

Thoughts: Okada won as expected here. What we got was fine with AP looking good as usual before being put down. 

The Rascalz are interviewed. Dez says it feels good to show AEW what they are all about. Zach says they were celebrating in the parking lot and asks if Lexy needs some action. Eddie Kingston interrupts. Eddie says The Vets aren't done with The Rascalz either. Eddie says if Bill and Keith want to play in the parking lot, they can make it an 8-man tag in the parking lot. Eddie says he's taking their souls. Eddie says he's going to the parking lot as he needs medicine.

Tomasso Ciampa is interviewed in the back. Ciampa has his family with him. He says none of this happens without his family by his side. He says this was a family decision. He says AEW has welcomed him as part of this family. He says he has nothing but respect for Mark Briscoe. He says he's been here for less than a week and is the TNT champ. He says the AEW family is his family and they will do some special things tonight.

AEW Women's World Tag Team Title Match - Babes Of Wrath (Harley Cameron & Willow Nightingale) (c) vs. Sisters Of Sin (Julia Hart & Skye Blue)

HC and Hart go at it. Hart pushes her over then nails Willow on the apron. All 4 fight outside. HC's head is banged off the apron and Willow is sent into the steps. Willow's head is banged off the steps. Willow blocks a double suplex on HC then bangs HC's feet into her opponents. HC slingblades Skye. HC gets on Willow's back and they senton Skye.

Skye step up knees Willow on the ropes and tornado ddt's her for 2. Willow takes corner attacks. Willow takes a double snapmare then a double kick for 2. Willow rolls up Hart for 2. HC top rope double crossbodies the heels. HC high kicks them. HC double lariats the heels. 

We go to PiP break and return. HC hits elbows to Hart's gut and jawbreakers her. Hart does the tarantula on HC while Skye dropkicks HC. Willow and Hart get in. Willow hits lariats on Hart then back splashes her. Willow lariats both opponents in the corner. Willow step up enzugiri's Skye then shoulders her over. Willow spinebusters her for 2. 

Hart hits forearm on Willow, walks the top rope and they botch a diving hurricanrana. Willow half crabs Hart. Hart STO's HC. Willow tries to powerbomb Hart but Hart kind of facebusters her off of it? 

Willow takes a double gordbsuter and a double superkick. HC takes a double superkick. Willow is superkicked off the apron. Skye knees HC in the face and HC ddt's her. HC is sent into the steps. Skye rolls up HC for 2. HC crucifix bombs Skye. Skye takes a soul foot into a lightning spiral and is pinned.

Thoughts: It wasn't good. They had a lot of sloppy moments here and it just wasn't their best work. It should have been better considering how often these girls work together.

Thekla comes in to beat up the faces after. Kris Statlander comes in and hits shots on her. Kris fights off a 1v3. Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford join the fight. The heels beat up the faces and pose after.

Overall thoughts: This week's Collision was a little better than usual as we had some title matches and the debut of The Rascalz and Ciampa. Toni Storm made an appearance, we saw a vignette with Hayter and Windsor forming a team and we got some stuff set up for future shows. Darby took his usual beating in the opener. The Rascalz/Cru had the high flying, fast paced match you would expect. OC and Toni had a silly intergender tag match. Ciampa debuted and won the TNT Title in a longer, strike heavy match. Okada beat Priest as expected in an okay bout and the main was ugly with Harley and Willow winning. I'd give it a lower 6 out of 10 as they tried a little more than usual and made it so you would miss out on a decent bit of stuff if you missed this. It was an okay show.
