Mox lariats him for 1. KT forearms him down for 1. KT pumping knees him from behind for 2. The bell then rings and we go to a 20 minute draw.
Thoughts: I thought it was obvious is was going to draw when they announced 5 minutes were left. They rushed things a bit at times and didn't have the best match possible. I didn't like the high angle ddt on the neck not meaning that much and they no sold some at the end. It was mostly all strikes. I just thought it was average for the most part and thought some kind of clean finish would have helped this a lot. The commercials hurt this some too. I don't think we've seen the end of this feud.
Mox piefaces him after. KT forearm him and hits a falcon arrow.
Kris Statlander says she was made for the title and bled for it. She says she has more blood to give. Thekla says she doesn't care and says Kris can cry or try to ruin her life. She says AEW became toxic tonight and walked into her trap. Kris says she had everything she wanted and she will be everything she doesn't want. Kris says karma isn't a b!tch but a cosmic killer.

HC misses a top rope swanton. HC jawbreakers Ford. Ford stunners HC and Meg flying lariats HC. Meg topes Willow and Ford misses a top rope moonsault. HC then backslides Ford and pins her.
Thoughts: Harley was in her home country and wasn't losing here. They didn't full hit some of the shots. I didn't like the canadian destroyer not meaning much and they did little to protect Meg's size. The match wasn't bad but the logic could have been better.
Lena Kross comes out and hits a TKO on Harley. Meg spears Willow. Meg and Ford grab the tag titles and pose with them and Kross. Kross had supposedly signed and I guess they finally are going to start using her.
AEW World Title #1 Contendership Match - Andrade El Idolo vs. Adam Page
Idolo shoulders Page over and poses on him. They trade chops. Idolo does a handstand for some reason and is dropkicked. Idolo is thrown into the ropes and poses on them. Page boots him out. Page slingshot plancha's him.

Thoughts: Page was always going to win this and did here. It was an okay match. They didn't overdo it too much and they made it work a little better than I expected. We'll see what they do from Idolo here on out as I don't think he's going to be in the main event scene.
Loser of fall loses their hair - Orange Cassidy & Toni Storm vs. Death Riders (Marina Shafir & Wheeler Yuta)
The faces jump the heels in the crowd. OC beats up Yuta in the stands. Toni and MS then fight in the stands too. Yuta low blows OC. Yuta chokes OC with a shirt. OC is sent into the rails. The heels double team Toni. Yuta piledrivers her onto some kind of padded box.

Yuta pounds on OC. Yuta flying knees MS on accident. OC topes MS. Toni germans Yuta then corner hip attacks him. OC hits an orange punch on Yuta. Toni storm zero's Yuta and pins him.
Thoughts: It was an intergender match and had the usual issues that those have with the women being pushed as equal to the men when the men could beat them easily. Yuta had been growing his hair long so it's not surprising he lost. I didn't like the heels not being able to win 2v1. I don't get why The Death Riders didn't come out either and I didn't like Toni and OC fooling around at times here.
Mina Shirakawa brings a stool out and wants to cut Yuta's hair. Luther is dressed up like a barber. Yuta tries to run. Jon Moxley talks to Yuta and seems to tell him to take his haircut.
Mina cuts Yuta's hair and he says Mina is hurting him during it. Toni then cuts the hair. OC then shaves the hair. Luther then cuts the hair. Toni then cuts it more. The segment ends before Yuta gets all of his hair cut, which always sucks.
AEW TNT Title Ladder Match - Kyle Fletcher (c) vs. Mark Briscoe

We go to PiP break and return. A ladder is bridged on the apron to another ladder. Mark uppercuts Kyle on the apron. Kyle is laying on the ladder and Mark froggy bow's him there. Mark climbs the ladder. Kyle powerbombs him onto a ladder leaning against the ropes. Kyle superkicks Mark twice. Kyle corner facekicks him.
A ladder is bridged between the buckles and the ladder. They fight near it and on it. Mark jay drillers him through the ladder. They both climb the ladder and Kyle goes down. Kyle then pops back up. Kyle brainbusters him off the ladder in another super dangerous spot.
The set up 2 ladders and fight on them. Mark hits headbutts. Kyle pushes Mark off the ladder. Kyle then grabs the title and wins.
Thoughts: It was a super dangerous match as expected. They sold very little as usual and Mark almost broke his neck twice here. I'm glad this is the end of this series as I don't think either can survive another one of these matches. The finish oddly was mostly safe though and was a bit weak. I didn't like this at all.
AEW World Title Match - MJF (c) vs. Brody King
MJF goes to lock up then stalls outside. King shoves him down and out. MJF boots him in the gut. King hits a big lariat then chops him in the corner. King gorilla press slams him. King misses a corner cannonball. MJF bangs King's leg off the post. MJF taunts the crowd.

MJF grabs the Dynamite Diamond Ring, which he technically lost the rights to and the ref stops him from using it. King forearms MJF down to the apron. King hanging sleepers MJF from the ring. King over the shoulder piledrivers him for 2.
King is tripped into the ropes. MJF pulls off King's kneepad and eye rakes him. MJG bites the knee. King elbows him on the apron. MJF punches King in the knee. MJF tombstones him on his back on the apron. MJF heatseekers him over the 2nd rope and pins him.
Thoughts: MJF's leg work could have been a bit better here. I'm not sure if they needed all the time they got. MJF got the win as expected. I thought the pace could have been a bit faster too. It was okay but not great. I don't get why MJF still has the Dynamite Diamond Ring when he's no longer the owner of it.
Adam Page comes down and gets in MJF's face. MJF holds the title up at him. Page goes to hit him and MJF drops down.
Overall thoughts: It was a better Collision than usual, though it was a special. We got basically got a PPV level card here. The opener was average and them going to a 20 minute draw limited things some. The women's tag title match wasn't bad but Bayne could have been protected better. I liked Page/Idolo. The hair match had the usual intergender issues that brought things down for me. The ladder match was a dangerous match as expected with both guys taking awful looking bumps on their necks. I hated that. The main was okay but had a slower pace to it and I couldn't buy that King would win. I'd give them a 6 out of 10 here as they did try to stack this show even if I didn't love everything on it and it was much better than the usual Collision cards we get.
