Ice Ribbon 8/20/2022 New Ice Ribbon 1222

Kiss MeT Princess (Rina, Misa and Nao from Ice Ribbon) did a performance as did another idol group who isn't affiliated with Ice.

Saran vs Sumika Yanagawa

They have a discussion about something and Saran pulls her down then stomps on her fingers. Saran pushes her foot against her face in the corner. Saran camel clutches her and pulls on her nostrils. Sumika stomps on her back then stands on it. Sumika kneels on her throat over the bottom buckle then hits some snapmares. Sumika pulls her arms backwards then full-nelson's her. Sumika handstand double knee drops her back and they trade chest forearms. Saran hits dropkicks for 2.

Sumika slams her and misses a spin kick as Saran rolls her up on the attempt. Saran climbs on her back for a sleeper. Sumika gets out and double knees her against the ropes then single leg dropkicks her. Saran rolls her up and does her up and over roll-up in the corner for 2. Sumika reverse slingblades her and wins it.

It was short, they didn't screw anything up and it was decent.

Asahi vs Kaho Matsushita

Kaho shoulderblocks her multiple times and goes for a pin. Asahi misses a leapfrog and they do a stand off.  They lock up and Kaho wristlocks her. Asahi rolls out of it and trips her then Asahi rolls her up for 2. Asahi dropkicks her then spinning facebusters her. They trade forearms and Kaho shoulders her over. Asahi armdrags her and goes for a fujiwara. Asahi hooks one of her arms and cranks the other back. Asahi 619's her and then goes up top and is snapmared off. Kaho goes up top and Asahi holds onto the bottom rope and handstands into a hurricanrana on her.

Asahi then top rope dropkicks her for 2. Asahi runs the ropes then takes a chest kick into a figure four. Kaho top rope crossbodies her and they trade pin attempts. Kaho sitout gordbusters her then step-up enzugiri's her. Kaho side spinebusters her then suplexes her and the time limit expires.

It was acceptable. They tried but I didn't think it was that good of a match or anything, just kind of them doing moves they knew how to do. They had one or two sloppy moments here.

Kiss MeT Princess (Nao Ishikiawa, Amin and Misa Kagura) vs Yuko Sakurai, Ibuki Hoshi and Totoro Satsuki

The Princesses have been doing this for a few months, but this is the first time on the dojo shows that they have teamed up together.

Amin does her usual thing where she yells for a handshake and Misa just screams at her opponents. Totoro screams back at her and Yuko has her arms up too high for Nao to shake. KMP attacks their opponents at the bell. They then roll them and do triple falling splashes and pose. Totoro blocks Misa's slam then delay slams her. Ibuki, Totoro and Yuko all bully Misa on the ropes. Misa snapmared into the buckles and Ibuki ties her hair around the ropes and poses. Mia then has feet and knees pressed against her in the corner.

Misa shoulders over Yuko then Amin does it too. Amin pulls Ibuki and Yuko into each other then shoulders both over. Amin then falling splashes both. Yuko cobra twists Amin then rolls her backwards into a dropkick. Totoro stacks Nao onto Amin then stands on both. Totoro misses a falling splash then takes Amin's falling splash. Amin tries for another but Totoro gets her feet up. Totoro lariats her in the corner then Amin rolls her into a butt drop. Misa climbs on Amin's back and Nao helps push them over into a splash on Totoro.

Amin spinning double chops Totoro then sentons her for 2. Misa hits a bunch of sentons on Totoro. Totoro fights off a 1v2 by slamming Nao onto Misa, then slamming Amin onto both of them. Totoro sentons Misa multiple times. Ibuki trades chops for Misa's forearms. Misa shotgun dropkicks her then Ibuki dropkicks her. Misa lariats Ibuki then Nao elbow drops Ibuki. Ibuki and Nao trade forearms then Ibuki hits chops on her.

Ibuki superkicks Nao then Yuko gets in and splashes Nao. Yuko dragon sleepers Nao. That gets broken up and is beaten up on. Nao cartwheel splashes her. Yuko back elbows her and Totoro finaly rolls Nao. Ibuki top rope crossbodies Nao then Yuko does a powerslam on Nao for 2.

We get some lariats from the other wrestlers then Yuko suplexes Nao. Yuko hits another suplex on Nao and Nao rolls her up. Nao then does another roll-up on Yuko and wins it.

This was one of the better Ice matches in some time. It was by no means a classic and not even that great, but it decent. It was nice to see a trios match for a change and it was cool to finally see the Princesses together.

Overall thoughts: A good night at the dojo with all 3 matches at least being okay and the main being the best thing on the show.
