AEW Dark: Stocking Stuffer 12/16/2025

Excalibur and Taz are on commentary.

We are in Cardiff, Wales. Dark was cancelled a long time ago but was brought back for this likely since Collision is only one hour this week.

Isla Dawn vs. Marina Shafir

They lock up. MS backs her up in the corner and lets go. MS takes her down and throws her when they lock hands. MS takes her down and side headlocks her. MS rolls her by the legs. MS cartwheels and kicks her. MS punches her in the gut in the corner. Dawn hits some forearms and leg kicks. MS goes for a choke from behind but Dawn throws her. Dawn boots her in the gut.

Dawn fisherman suplexes MS for 2. MS boots her in the face. She 619 headscissors spikes her into the apron. MS chops her outside. Dawn bow and arrows her. Dawn hits a low dropkick. MS hip throws her and takes a highkick and a backdrop for 2.

MS short arm lariats her and submits her with mother's milk.

Thoughts: It was the usual MS match. Dawn wasn't winning here and didn't. MS did a lot of throws and submissions here and it wasn't that interesting.

Mascara Dorada, Orange Cassidy & Roderick Strong vs. Lykos Gym (Kid Lykos & Kid Lykos II) & Mark Andrews

MD wristlocks Mark. Mark headflips out and wristlocks him. MD seated moonsaults off the top and armdrags Mark off of it. MD is double hiptossed into the ropes and does a double armdrag off of it. Mark rolls MD into a double stomp.

OC gets in. Mark enzugiri's him. OC then takes a kick into a satnding corkscrew moonsault. Mark's team does a plancha and two asai moonsaults outside. MD hits chops on KL1 and hits a code red. OC gets in. He ducks KL1's shots.

OC puts his hands in his pockets and armdrags KL1. OC monkey flips KL1. OC hits a double dropkick with his hands in his pockets. KL1 hits OC from behind. OC stunners him off the suplex attempt. RS comes in and corner lariats KL1. RS chops Mark down. RS uranage backbreakers KL1. KL2 takes a pop-up codebreaker from RS. MD topes KL1 and Mark outside. KL2 takes a suplex into a backbreaker and is pinned.

Thoughts: It wasn't too much of note. It didn't get a lot of time and Mark's team didn't get much in. OC's team won as expected here.

Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) & Nathan Cruz vs. Death Riders (Jon Moxley, PAC & Wheeler Yuta) (w/Daniel Garcia & Marina Shafir)

The RIders hit their opponents when they get in. Zack is sent into the steps an Yuta pounds on Drake. Yuta and Drake trade corner chops. Yuta bites him. Drake goes up and over and crossbodies him. Pac takes a minchoku driver + dropkick combo. Pac escapes a doomsday device. Mox comes in and cutters Zack for 2. Mox hits chest kicks on Zack. Zack lariats Mox. Zack 2nd rope diving codebreakers Mox. Mox is held for a dropkick to the face in the corner. Cruz cradle shocks Mox for 2.

Mox shotgun dropkicks Curz in the corner. Cruz takes corner attacks. Yuta tope con hilos and Pac running lariats Cruz. Pac brutalizers Cruz and submits him.

Thoughts:
Mox got his mouth busted open here. The Vet's team got a little in before going down but the result was never in doubt. It was acceptable for what it was but they didn't go too wild in this.

Overall thoughts: It was only about 31 minutes long. None of the 3 matches were that long or that great. It was easy to get through but nothing you really need to see. It was nice to see some matches we might not have seen otherwise, but that's about it.
