Carson Drake and Lockjaw Drake vs The Rewind Society (Samuel C and VHS)

This is the first time the Drake's have teamed together. VHS is the bald one on his team. Aron Stevens is with The Drake's.

VHS waves his hands around and Lock takes him down. Lock pounds on him and sends him hard into the buckles. CD punches VHS in the face. VHS hits punches then does a sitout jawbreaker that sends CD over the top.

VHS chases CD around the ring. Lock is tagged in and he germans VHS for 2. Lock clubs VHS and hits corner spears. VHS boots him out of the corner. Sam tags in and hits forearms on Lock. Lock spears him. CD sleepers Sam and Sam is out.

Thoughts: It was basically a squash with The Rewind's getting little in before going down. Lock was the serious one in this team and Carson goofed around some. It wasn't great but was a bit entertaining.

The Drake's and Aron Stevens talk in the ring. Drake says stop chanting "Daddy's money" and says you can't beat us. He says it reminds him of a wrestler who wasn't good named Colby Corino. He says he had to go underdog neck surgery. He says he'd break his own neck too if he had to wrestle him. 

Colby Corino comes out with a shovel and a neckbrace. The Drake's then leave. 

Natalia Markova does a promo. She says she did it and became Women's champ. She says she's starting the new era of the NWA. She says we will be so excited to see the fighting champion.

Colby Corino does a promo in the ring. He thanks everyone who sent him a message. He says he was too scared to look in his phone when he was laying in the hospital. He says he thought it would be impossible to step in the ring, yet alone wrestle. He says he found out what he means to all the fans. He says he found out that all the time he missed with his family is worth it as the fans are his family too. 

He says he watched his dad be his superhero. He says he's been trying to be someone else's superhero. He says this reminds me that he's a human just like all the fans and Carson Drake. He says unlike them, Carson will stand on others if it makes him taller or makes him look better. He says people might look at him and see a broken man. He says sometimes people break and fail. He says failing is not for failures but for everyone. He says just because you fall down doesn't mean you can't get back up. He says just because he is broken now, it doesn't mean he won't come back stronger and better than ever to fulfill his destiny - break Carson's neck and win the NWA Title.

The Immortals do a promo. Kratos says everyone asks if they will keep dominating the NWA. Kratos says they are 300lb walking horror movies. He says they got it out the mud and are the tag champs for a reason. He says any tag team that thinks they can step to them, they better get potty trained as this is grown man sh!t. Odin says The Immortals are here.

We go to the NWA Executive Boardroom with Tommy Henry, The Cazana's, their layer and The Slimeballz. Tommy says he hates Joe Henry. KC says to check your tone and says he will respect him. KC says their lawyer got them an NWA Cooperation Agreement. He says Tommy better cooperate if he wants to get out of some of the matches they set up for him. He says then bygones could be bygones. Tommy says he's not gonna run from a fight. Carson Drake asks what he's doing here. KC tells him him and Lockjaw are facing The Holy Grail. He then asks about The Slimeballz. KC says they will face The Southern Six for the US Tag Titles. The Slimez then celebrate and chew on coasters. KC says they will beat doing things by the book into Tommy's head. Tommy says he guesses they will have to beat it into his head. 

Thoughts: Now these types of segments are much better than some of the Bitcrush segments. They have a clear connection to what is going on and are leading to wrestling related things.

No Disqualification Match - Hunter vs KC Cazana

Hunt charges at him and is caught with corner spears. KC boots him in the corner and foot chokes him. Hunt spinning enzugiri's him then springboard headscissors him. Hunt springboard kicks him. Hunt's handspring is knocked down. KC stomps him.

KC pulls on Hunt's mouth and throws him out. KC misses a chairshot and hits the post. Hunt hits punches and KC throws a chair at Hunt's face. KC spinning punches him then Hunt hits back. KC's head is banged off the apron. Hunt chops the post when KC moves. 

KC chairs Hunt in the back and gut. KC does his strut and jumps off a chair with a leg drop for 2. Hunt hits shots to the gut. KC blocks his headscissors and backbreakers him. KC corner chops him. KC is sent into a chair between the buckles. Hunt chops him then handspring cutters him. Hunt tope con hilos him outside. 

Hunt running ssp's him but overshoots and double knees him in the gut. Hunt misses a top rope move and KC flying knee's him for 2. Kenzie Page comes in as Hunt is about to get piledriven. Ken bangs Hunt's her into KC's crotch. Hunt top rope 450's KC and wins.

Thoughts: It was fine. Hunt got beaten up here as expected and did his high flying. This got a lot of time to play out.

Hunter doesn't seem thrilled that Kenzie helped him win after.

Natalia Markova does a promo. She says she feels so much pride holding the title on her shoulder. 

We go to Bitcrush. Silas Mason talks to the store clerk Mel. We join this mid-conversation and they are talking about a video game. The Slimeballz walk in. Sage says it's good to see Silas and congratulates him. He calls him the man. Rant says he thinks Silas wants a copy of Call of Duty. Silas calls it "Call of Dookie". Rant asks about "Super Booger Bros 2". Sage says it's a Japanese underground game. The clerk says The Slimeballz have a match with The Southern Six soon. Mel says he thinks he knows how they can beat The Six. Silas says to spill the beans. Mel says to "try your hardest" and says good luck. Silas tells them to get a rabbit's foot and blow on dice. 

NWA Women's Title - Natalia Markova (c) vs Sirena Veil

Max the Impaler was supposed to be in this but SV is in it instead for unknown reasons. I'm not really complaining though.

They lock up and SV's wristlock is broken. SV shoves her from behind then slaps her. Nat hit forearms then corner back elbows her. Nat knee's her in the gut then bulldogs her. Nat split leg drops her. 

Nat misses a spinning heel kick in the corner and SV goes out to stall. SV trips her from outside the ring. Nat throws her over by the wrist then forearms her down for 2. SV does a kick to the head.

We go to break. We see recaps from last week's segment with Murdoch, Knox and Latimer interrupting Silas Mason's title celebration. Next week is Latimer vs Murdoch in a #1 Contender's match. The Southern Six do a promo. Alex says they ran out of competition and are scraping the bottom of the barrel. The Slimeballz walk in. Kerry complains about them interrupting them. Sage says they don't understand. Rant says they will have a slimy party. The Slimez goof around. Sage says they will ask Joe Cazana to add a stipulation - The Six can come to their title celebration if they win. Kerry tells them to get out and The Slimez leave. Alex says he hates these goofs. Kerry asks if he wants to do that next week and Alex says it ain't no sweat. 

We return from break. SV tilt-a-whirl backbreakers Markova. SV short arm clotheslines her then does a pumphandle bomb for 2. Nat jawbreakers her and hits chops. Nat high kicks her then bangs SV's face off the mat for 2. SV rams her into the corner.

SV sweeps her off the 2nd rope. SV leg slices her for 2. SV is sent face first into the buckles and takes a spinning high kick in the corner. Nat wins.

Thoughts: It's rare that someone no shows a title shot but that's essentially what happened here as Max wasn't in this. It was a shorter bout and it wasn't that good. They were a bit sloppy here and Nat won as expected.

Judy Lee Thomas attacks Natalia from behind and pounds on her from behind. Nat hits forearms. She is high kicked by Veil. Judy and Veil double team Nat. Judy jackhammers Nat. Veil grabs the belt and puts it on Natalia.

Thoughts: This was a random one. No offense, but Judy is not at all ready to do a singles match and I hope they don't go that route. Her vs Markova could be really bad. 

Overall thoughts: It was your usual NWA Powerrr episode with some random stuff. The opener saw the debut of The Drake's as a team and it was basically a squash. We got a promo in the ring from Colby Corino. We had some entertaining segments with The Slimeballz and an okay Hunter/KC Cazana match. Max the Impaler was supposed to be getting a title shot in the main but Sirena Veil was in there instead. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 total as there was nothing that great here.
