WWE Monday Night Raw 2/23/2026

WWE Monday Night Raw 2/23/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/02/wwe-monday-night-raw-2162026.html

We are in Atlanta, GA.

Michael Cole and Corey Graves are in the ring and they say we will pay tribute to AJ Styles tonight.

Gunther comes out and interrupts the announcers as they talk about AJ. Gunther tells them to get out of the ring. Gun says it's disgraceful that there is a a celebration tonight for a loser. He says the people like losers like Goldberg, Cena and AJ. He says what they have in common is that he killed all their careers. He says it's a celebration for a truly great wrestler - him.

Adam Pearce interrupts. Adam says we aren't going to do this and says we will celebrate AJ's career. He says his guards will escort Gunther out. He says he will leave because he is disgraced by what will happen tonight. Gunther is then escorted up the aisle. Dragon Lee then attacks Gunther. Security breaks it up then Lee goes for him again backstage. Cody Rhodes then goes up to Adam and Gunther and taps Adam on the shoulder. Cody then heads out to the ring.

Cody talks. He says he knows we are all here and want to talk about AJ Styles. The Vision then interrupt. Theory says he can't stand this place. He says he's ashamed of being from Atlanta. Logan says Cody isn't ashamed because he has 0 common sense like the fans. He says when Reed wins tonight, at The Chamber and at Mania, they will take over SD too. He says it starts now when Reed wins his qualifier. Cody says there's someone here who would disagree with that. The Uso's then come out.

Elimination Chamber Qualifier - Jey Uso vs Original El Grande Americano vs Bronson Reed

Reed takes shots from both to start. Reed double lariats them both down. Jey superkicks, uppercuts and spinning enzugiri's Reed. Jey goes for a tope and Reed forearms him. Grande top rope moonsaults both opponents outside. Reed is sent into the post.

We go to break and return. Jey goes up and over then uppercuts him. Jey hits mounted corner punches. Reed puts both guys on his shoulders and does a double samoan drop. Reed back elbows Jey then elbow drops him for 2. Reed twists Jey's head. Jey hits punches. Reed hits a world's strongest slam. Grande flying headbutts Reed then Reed drops Grande into a legdrop on Jey for 2.

Grande hits a chaos theory on Jey. Grande tries a far diving headbutt but mostly misses and faceplants into the mat. Grande germans Reed for 2. We go to break and return. Reed went down holding his arm outside during the break. Jey topes Grande.

Jey and Grande fight up top. Jey headbutts him down. Jey goes for a splash and Grande gets his knees up. Grande ankle locks him. Jey superkicks Grande and Grande koppo kicks him. Jey spears him then top rope splashes him for the win.

Thoughts
: Reed got injured here and they definitely weren't sure what to do for a bit. That brought this down. This also had 2 breaks during it which made it a bit hard to get into. I'm surprised they didn't have Grande II cost Grande the match here. If Reed is injured, The Vision is truly cursed.

We see Bobby Roode and Shinsuke Nakamura talking in the back.

We see a Nascar car drive in do a donut. CM Punk is riding in it and comes out with the Nascar driver.

Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio come out. Dom says we are in the presence of the greatest IC champ, AAA Mega champ and Royal Rumble winner of all time. Dom asks Steph Vaquer to come out so Liv can make her decision face to face. Steph comes out. Dom then calls for Jade Cargill to come out. Jade comes out.

Liv said she has decided who she will challenge. She says Steph's words caught her by surprise last week and she thought about what she said. She said Steph is right. She says she didn't realize how selfish and privileged she was. She says she didn't know much about Steph's story. She says she's sorry she judged her but needs to focus on her own story. She then drops Steph with a microphone shot to the head. Liv then hits mounted shots on Steph. Liv then hits oblivion on her. Liv then spikes the title on Steph.

Je'Von Evans is interviewed. He talks to someone named Offset. The New Day and Grayson Waller interrupt. Woods says this show should be about him and says Offset should be putting him over and not Evans. Offset says New Day sucks. Evans says if they want to throw hands, they can do it tonight. Kofi tells Evans he could never lace his boots.

We gets clips of AJ Styles' career.

The Good Brothers hug Tama Loa, Tama Tonga and Michin in the back.

Maxxine Dupri vs Nattie

Nat rams Max in the corner. Max dropkicks her then spinning roundhouse kicks her. Max pump kicks her out. Max high kicks Nat then crossbodies her off the apron. Nat is sent into the rails. Nat pushes Max into the post. Max is down and not moving. Nat pounds on her. The ref tries to break it up and calls the match off.

Thoughts: We didn't get much here before the finish. This isn't over.

The Judgment Day are in their hangout. Raquel says tonight will be a cakewalk. JD apologizes to Finn for being a hothead last week. He says he's like his brother and wants him to be champ. Finn says brothers fight but they always make up. Finn says he will see him become champ but he's gotta do this alone at The Chamber. Dom says Finn and JD left him hanging, causing him to lose. Dom says he doesn't want to do this on his own and asks if he can count on them next week. Finn says he held his own when they were out. He says maybe Dom should do that, take responsibility and grow up.

We get a video on Oba Femi.

Adam Pearce asks why the mystery box is there. Adam is told Nick Aldis sent it here. Adam says to send it to Chicago and him and Nick can open it together at The Chamber.

Rusev says he needs to talk to Adam but Adam says not right now. Rusev asks if someone here is important than him. Oba Femi comes in and says yes. Rusev says Oba talks too much for a rookie. Oba tells him to shut him up. Adam says tonight is for AJ and this isn't the time or place.

Brock Lesnar comes out with Paul Heyman. Paul says he's the advocate for Brock. Paul said Mania used to have 2 main event's - the title match and Undertaker's streak. Paul says Brock conquered the streak and said the main event spot went to Brock. He says the only dead man walking in WWE is the one who comes down the aisle to face Brock. Paul says he knows we are wondering who will face Brock at Mania. Paul says when they walked through the locker room, there is no one who was man enough to step up.

Paul shows Brock's schedule until Mania on the tron. He says all someone has to do is come down the aisle and get in the face of Brock. He says he doesn't think anyone will answer Brock's open challenge. He says the real main event of Mania is whoever gets their @ss kicked by Brock Lesnar. He says no one has the balls to take that @ss kicking at Mania from Brock.

Becky Lynch does a video. She asks what AJ Lee ever did? She said she held one butterfly belt while she changed the game. She says she was better than AJ's moron of a husband. She says AJ doesn't deserve to hold the title but she deserves to retire her in front of her friends and family in Chicago. She says she's been saying things about AJ and will prove it at The Chamber.

Je'Von Evans vs Kofi Kingston

Offset comes out with Evans. Kofi has Waller and Woods with him.

Kofi side headlocks him and slaps him in the back of the head. Kofi headflips out of a wristlock and reverses it. Evans cartwheels and headflips out of a wristlock. Kofi slaps him. Evans superkicks Kofi then lariats him over the top. Waller distracts Evans. Evans goes for a dive and Kofi runs up the aisle.

Evans flying knees Kofi when he comes back in for 2. Kofi offers a fist bump and tries to boot him. Evans is thrown out. Kofi PK's him from the apron. We go to break and return.

Kofi hits punches and chokes him on the ropes. They trade punches. Evans superkicks him. Evans springboard corkscrew kicks him in the back off the ropes. Evans misses a top rope moonsault and holds his leg. Kofi hits a ranhei for 2. Evans rolls him up for 2 and corkscrew kicks him off the ropes. Evans then suicide dives him outside.

Waller punches Evans from behind. Kofi legdrops Evans on the back of the neck for 2. Off set throws Woods over the commentary table. Kofi yells at Offset. Evans double jump springboard cutters Kofi and pins him.

Thoughts:
I don't think Evans was supposed to hold his leg here and I worry he got injured again. What we got was okay of this but I didn't think it was as good as it could have been.

We get a video on wrestlers talking about AJ Styles.

Frankie Kazarian of TNA opens a door in the back and finds Abyss.

CM Punk comes out. We go to break and return.

Fnn Balor says he has people mad at him too like Punk. He says he has to prove to others that he can be champ. He says it's been 10 years of what if's? He says you can learn a lot from a win but more from a defeat. He says he learned to start telling himself, "when?" when he lost to Punk. He says there will be no more what if's when beats Punk and goes to Mania. He says everyone will know who the real best in the world is.

We go back to CM Punk. He says not to chant his name but to chant AJ's name. He starts talking about what if's like Finn. Punk says people ask what he's doing and he's doing the best he can in following people like Funk, Race, Shawn and Taker.

He says he doesn't like dealing with what if's and says what is Roman Reigns was here tonight? Punk says it's not reality as Roman isn't here tonight but Punk is. Punk says Roman will be here next week and if what if he punches him next Monday? Punk says he doesn't have to ask what if as he is the champ, the best in the world and the main event of Wrestlemania.

We see Petey Williams, Jeremy Borash and Omos talking in the back.

Elimination Chamber Qualifier - Iyo Sky vs Kairi Sane vs Raquel Rodriguez

Sane lariats RR and is facekicked down. Iyo sweeps RR. RR blocks her sunset flip. Sane gets on RR's back and is thrown down. RR misses a corner splash and takes shots from Iyo and Sane in the corner. Iyo and Sane double boot RR. Sane pulls Iy down by the ahir and does her pose on her.

Sane headscissors Iyo off the ropes. Iyo sweeps her. Iyo back body drops Sane. RR fallaway slams both opponents at once. RR is pulled over the top. Sane is caught off the apron by RR. Iyo asai moonsaults both down. We go to break and return.

Iyo hits shotei's on Sane then flapjacks her. Iyo dropkicks RR through the ropes. Iyo springboard dropkicks Sane. RR pounces Iyo then lariats Sane down for 2. RR is sent into the buckles. Iyo tope crossbodies her outside. Sane top rope diving elbow drops RR outside. Iyo dropkicks RR over the rail. Sane uraken's Iyo.

Iyo backslides Sane for 2. Iyo double underhook backbreakers her. Iyo top rope moonsaults Sane for 2 when RR pulls Sane out. Iyo dropkicks RR in the corner. Iyo top rope dropkicks RR. Iyo meteora's RR in the corner. Iyo is caught up top. Iyo top rope diving ddt's RR. Sane pushes Iyo off the top. Sane's top rope elbow drop is blocked by RR when RR gets her knees up. RR one arm powerbombs her and wins.

Thoughts:
It was an okay match here with Iyo and Sane doing a lot of flying and RR doing more heavyweight offense against them. This worked out well and they played up the Sane/Iyo issues some.

Bronson Reed has torn his bicep and is out indefinitely.

Thoughts: Well, that's the end of The Vision. It's one of the most cursed stables ever and there's just no point in it going on from now on. They are down to two active wrestlers and with Heyman also being paired with Brock, it's hard to see what role they really serve. It's nobody's fault, it's just bad luck.

We get an AJ Styles tribute video.

AJ Styles comes out. He says he beat the crap out of Cody Rhodes the last time he wore a suit so he's not wearing one. He said he grew up 45 minutes away from here and is thankful for this night as this doesn't happen often. He said he wrestled in Georgia, in TNA, in the Tokyo Dome and at Wrestlemania. He says he Daniels, Joe and Kazarian made a mark in wrestling. He said he left TNA and went to Japan and met The Good Brothers there. He said they showed him what it was like to have fun in wrestling.

AJ says he has done almost everything. He says the one thing he hasn't done is be a full-time father. He says he has missed it all and it sucked. He says his biggest flex is having the best wife in the world. He puts his wife over.

He says he knows things didn't go the way they wanted it to at The Rumble vs Gunther. He says it was poetic and says not many people get to go out where he started. He said he debuted at The Rumble in 2016 and his last match was at The Rumble in 2026. He says he didn't leave his gloves in the ring. He says he's a man of his word and all he has is his word. He said he wanted to take his gloves to the house and leave his gloves at home in Atlanta. He takes his gloves off. He says he would have been nothing without the fans, thanks them for the love and says he loves them back.

The roster comes out and claps for AJ as we get a "Thank You, AJ" chant. The Undertaker's gong hits. Taker comes out on a motorcycle with his American Bad@ss theme. Taker asks if he's going to leave his stuff here and leave. He says they've got unfinished business. Taker asks if he heard the phrase of, "if you see me coming, you've already gone". He says if you've seen me coming, that means you're going. Taker says it's his esteemed honor to tell him he is the newest inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame.

AJ's family comes in the ring to hug AJ.

Thoughts on AJ Styles Retirement:
I've been watching AJ since 2003. I've seen him work just about everywhere and anywhere. I'd argue ROH probably got the best out of him and it's a shame TNA took him from ROH. He didn't get booked well in TNA even though he's most known for it. He got booked a lot better in Japan and WWE. I've probably seen him hundreds of times and I saw very few bad AJ matches while I've seen him in tons of good bouts. AJ's one of the few guys that I don't think anyone hated in the ring. I do wish he would have gotten a better final run and while I don't think he ever really got his true due as a worker, at least he got this. I do wish he could have gotten a final TNA match and another Daniels, Homicide or Joe bout to really cap off his career.

We then get a  Kerwin Silfies tribute graphic to close the show.

Overall thoughts: It was an average night in-ring wise with Iyo/Raquel/Sane being the best match of the night. There wasn't a ton of wrestling on this show and the most notable things were Reed's injury and AJ's farewell. Reed's injury should probably be the end of The Vision. They are cursed. They never really got to do their thing and they are down to two active wrestlers now. It's over. Raw is seriously lacking star power on the road to Mania and I don't know what they can really do about it with 7 weeks or so to fill. AJ's farewell was very nice and I'll definitely miss seeing AJ. I wouldn't really recommend this show and it was a weak Raw. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 total.

Louisiana Wrestling Alliance 1/4/2026 Overdrive Episode 1

Jett blind springboards and takes a backcracker. Brax does a gordbuster + kick combo and wins.

Thoughts
: It wasn't too much of note and was only so-so. It was an indy style match though they didn't overdo it. There were a lot of enzugiri's and various spinning moves here. I didn't really care for it.

Overall thoughts
: There was only one new match and one opening segment here. Neither was must see and you can skip this one.

Thoughts: It definitely went pretty close to the 10 minute time limit here. It was a decent match. Gal brought the flying and Merc brought the personality. I always enjoy Mercurio and it was nice to see him get a singles match here.

DL is popped up into a headscissors on Roja. DL seated corkscrew moonsaults off the ropes into an armdrag on Dif. DL sends Barb over the top to the outside. DL and DF do tope con hilos outside. Xel top rope crossbodies Roja. Xel hurricanrana's him and pins him. Xelhua's team wins the fall and match.

Thoughts
: It was a good tag. There was nothing wrong with this. The heels acted like heels and triple teamed the faces and the faces did their flying. They are definitely having Xelhua lay off all of the technical stuff, but it's a mistake as that's why we all like him in the first place. This flowed well and I had no real issues with it.

Esfinge, Neon & Star Jr. vs. Barbaro Cavernario, Gran Guerrero & Yutani

1st Fall - Star and Yut square off. Yut side headlocks him and takes him over by the wrist. Star pulls on Yut's chin. Yut surfboards Star. Star rolls Yut into a neat cut throat surfboard and they stand off.

Neon and Gran go at it. Neon is flipped and armdrags Gran off of it. They sweep each other and stand off. Gran flips Neon with a lariat. Neon enzugiri's Gran from the apron then springboard diving headscissors him out.

Thoughts
: It was nothing too memorable but the match was fine. We got some flying and the heels did what they were supposed to do. It was nice to see Star in the main and it was nice to see Gran get away from Ultimo Guerrero for a match or two. I was surprised to see the heels win clean but it doesn't really matter that much as all the top stars are in Japan.

Overall thoughts: We had 3 new matches as usual here. All 3 matches were fine. I liked the 2nd match best. It was nice to see Mercurio get a singles match and we had a different pairing in the main than what we usually get. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 and I thought it was good.

WWC Superestrellas de la Lucha Libre 1/4/2026

Bran topes Jovan then the fans whip Bran. Bran quickly heads back in. Bran punches Jovan. Bran is on the apron and is whipped. Jovan dropkicks him out and the fans chase Bran with whips. bran is sent out again and gets whipped.

Bran grabs the skateboard and hits Jovan after Jovan pushes the ref down. Bran then gets a 2 count on Jovan. Bran is thrown out and gets whipped then Jovan pump kicks him in the ring for the win.

Thoughts: We only saw about 5 minutes of this but it was fun with the fans whipping Brandon when he got sent out and refusing to whip Jovan.

We get ads for the 1/24/26 Euphoria show. It has Xiv Savant vs Andrade el Idolo, Carlito vs Ray Gonzalez (Ray's stake in WWC vs Eddie Colon's hair), Zcion Rt1 vs Intelecto 5 Estrellas, Thunder vs Tony Leyenda vs Hijo de Dos Caras, Amazon vs Stephanie vs Elena Negroni vs Kamila, Mike Nice and Oscar Benabe vs Los Immortales, El Payaso Makabro vs Amadeo Sole, Jc Jexx vs El Hostil Jovan.

Sam Adonis vs El Payaso Makabro

They go into the corner. Sam backs him up there and dances. Mak backs him up in the corner.

They both offer handshakes and Sam tries to boot him. Mak throws him backwards by the foot. Sam stalls outside and yells at fans. Sam gets on the apron and hits him. Sam walks the top rope and Mak throws him down by the arm. Mak hits lariats and corner splashes him. Mak running back elbows him in the corner then low crossbodies him for 2.

Thoughts: It was an average match. Sam wasn't as clean as he should have been here. They didn't do anything too wild in this and stuck with the basics.

Elena Negroni and Kamila vs Amazona and Stephanie Amalbert

Steph jumps on Kam to start and pounds on her. She hits forearms to the chest and knees her in the chest. Steph grabs the arm. Ama wristlocks Kam. Elena refuses to tag in and Kam is armdragged by Ama. Ama armlocks her. Steph comes back in and Kam misses a corner charge on her. Elena knocks down Steph from the apron. We go to break and return. Elena bangs Steph's head off the mat. Steph is held on the ropes for a Kam 619. Kam stomps on Steph then cradle shocks her. Steph ddt's Kam. Ama is tagged in and Elena tries to tag out to avoid her. Elena seemingly tags her but drops down to the outside. Ama hits shots on Elena. She shoulders and euros her over.

Elenda begs off and Amaz pounds on her in the corner. Kam attacks Ama from behind. Kam grabs Ama, Ama bends over and back body drops Elena. Ama corner splashes Kam. Steph bronco busters Kam in the corner. Elena pushes Ama into Steph, knocking her to the apron. Elena holds Ama and Kam lariats Elena on accident. Ama superkicks Kam. Steph hits a bad flatliner on Elena and pins her.

Thoughts
: The finish didn't look good but I liked the story. Elena wanted no part of Amazon. She was crushed by her as expected when they finally went at it. They also pushed that Elena and Kam couldn't work together all match long and it helped lead to their demise.

Amazona gets mad about Steph winning after but they make up.

Ray Gonzalez talks about his aspueta's match. He says if Carlito doesn't watch himself, he will shave his head too along with Eddie Colon's. He says Carlito ca get more control of the company if he beats him. Ray thinks he will put the win off though. He says if he doesn't win, Carlito will have more power and WWC will be finished. Ray says he will prove he's not on his last leg. He says he will leave Eddie like sandpaper/a can when he cuts his hair and says he will feel the same humiliation Joe Anthony felt a few weeks ago. He says he will let Joe Anthony shave Eddie's hair. He says he know the lice infestation off Carlito's hair too.

Eddie and Carlito Colon do a promo. Carlito shows a pig's head with a wig on a pole. Eddie talks to the head like it's Ray. He says Ray will lose his 16% stake in WWC. The Colon's then pet the pig's head.

Thoughts: This was so wrong and funny.

We get more commercials and an ad for the Anniversary show.

Abel closes the show and runs down the card for Euphoira.

Overall thoughts: It was a fun show. The fans as the lumberjacks match was amusing. The women's match told a decent story and the short Colon's promo with the pig head was funny. This was like half commercials though. I'd give it a low 6 out of 10.

Thoughts: It was a bit much for the opener as they had a main event style match to start things. There was a lot of great flying as expected. They overdid it here but it was not boring.

Hechicero vs. Zane Jay

Zane grabs the mic before the match and says he's not a young lion. He says don't play young lion music for him anymore.

Thoughts
: It didn't get off the best start early and went a bit long. It picked up a little near the end but it could have been better.

We get a tribute ceremony for Black Cat.

Tiger high kicks Mag. Tiger top rope hiptosses Mag down for 2. Tiger and Av trade shots. Av steps on the ref's foot, Mag then unmasks Tiger and pins him.

Thoughts: It wasn't quite as smooth as it should have been and the finish was a bit weak with a stupid ref.

Av stomps on Tiger after.

Jr spinning torture rack drops Oku. Sr plancha's Koji off the apron. Oku cutters Jr for 1. Jr powerslams Oku then top rope frogsplashes him for the win.

Thoughts:
It was a few steps above a legend's match. Atlantis Sr. can't really do the crossbody anymore and shouldn't try. He did the best he could here thought. It was just a match for the most part.

El Desperado, Masatora Yasuda & Six Or Nine (Master Wato & Ryusuke Taguchi) vs. Philip Marlowe Jr. & Unbound Co. (BONE SOLDIER Jr., Daiki Nagai & Titan)

Yota Tsuji has like an old time comic detective's face on his mask and a detective hat. Taguchi has the Egyptian gear he had on last year and Ishimori has a mask on. Wato wore a pancho and sombrero out.

Thoughts
: It wasn't that serious as expected here. Taguchi goofed around. Yasuda did alright though.

Yota messes with Taguchi's mask after then Nagai joins in. Taguchi then tries to unmask Yota. Titan and TI try to break it up and Taguchi/Yota both get unmasked.

Lightning Match - Soberano Jr. vs. Templario

Temp top rope crossbodies Sob and headscissors him out before intros are done. Temp goes for a dive and is enzugiri'd. Sob top rope diving headscissors Temp out. Temp sits up top and is dropkicked. Temp is then 2nd rope hurricanrana'd and the time runs out. This goes to a draw. Sob then fosbury flops him after.

Thoughts
: I didn't care for it. It was rushed as they only had 10 minutes. They did a bit much for the time they had and didn't sell enough.

Temp topes Sob after. They trade punches and forearms in the ring. The ref separates them and they want to keep fighting.

Fantastica Mania 2026 Tag Team Tournament First Round Match - SHO & Ultimo Guerrero vs. El Sky Team (Mascara Dorada & Mistico)

Sho talks trash on the mic then UG whips his opponents with his entrance gear. MD superkicks Sho then Mist flying headscissors UG. MD flying headscissors Sho. UG hits a double clothesline. Shot foot chokes both opponents at once. Mist is abused in the corner.

UG back elbows Mist. Mist then takes a dropkick + superkick combo. MD is chopped down by UG. MD is pop-up dropped then takes a double basement dropkick. Mist is double teamed. Mist and Sho go at it. Sho eye rakes him and Mist spin kicks him in the gut. Mist springboard twisting crossbodies him. Sho is superkicked. MD top rope ssp's Sho and Mist submits UG with la mistica to win.

Thoughts
: It was basically a house show style match for the Mexican's here. They took it easier than they do on lower level Arena Puebla shows. They did a bunch of playing to crowd and goofing around and not that much wrestling. It wasn't that good.

Mist talks on the mic after in Spanish and the faces celebrate.

Overall thoughts: It was a disappointing show. You'd think the wrestlers would go all out to get the tour off to a hot start and instead, they had a house show level event. The opener probably had the most effort put into it and a that's a problem. The main was really weak and semi-main was a rushed 10 minute battle. I didn't like this show at all and would only give it a 4 out of 10.

AAA on Fox 2/21/2026

AAA on Fox 2/21/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/02/aaa-on-fox-2142026.html

We are in Queretaro, Mexico. Corey Graves, JBL and Rey Mysterio are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive and see some hanging out.

El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. gets on the mic before his match. He says he has an open challenge for anyone. He says there's someone in the back who wants his AAA Latin American Title. He says they should have the match in his home here.

AAA Latin American Title - El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. (c) vs. Belcegor

We haven't seen Bel before on WWE AAA.

Bel htis chops and forearms in the corner. Doc hits forearm and chops back. Bel dropkicks him. Bel corner lariats him then hits a short arm lariat. Bel bridging twisting suplexes him. Bel facekicks him. Doc spinning forearms him then hits a hard running headbutt.

Doc running lariats him and slaps him from behind. Doc jumping lariats him. Doc step up knees him in the face then death valley drivers him for 2. Doc spinning lariats him. Doc electric chair sitout powerbombs him and pins him.

Thoughts: It was sadly a squash here of Belcegor and he didn't get to show off much. It's a shame but hopefully it's not the last of him. He's got a cool look.

Doc gets on the mic after and namedrops Santos Escobar. He says he knows he is here and tells him to come out.

Santos Escobar appears on the tron. He says he only gives himself orders. He says this will happen on his terms.

We see clips of the four-way with Elio Lafleur and TJP from a few weeks ago where TJP became the #1 contender to the cruiserweight title.

AAA World Cruiserweight Title Match - Laredo Kid (c) vs. TJ Perkins

TJ armdrags him into an armlock. TJ wristlocks him. Kid rolls and headflips out. TJ cartwheels then headstand spinning headscissors him down. TJ headstands out of a headscissors and Kid rolls out of a bow and arrow. They headflip up together and standoff.

Kid flying headscissors him. Kid is swept down on the apron. TJ rams Kid's back into the corner. Kid comes off the top and TJ dropkicks him in mid-air. TJ then hits mounted shots.

Kid's head is banged off the buckles and TJ chokes him with his leg. TJ facewash kicks him. TJ backbreakers him for 2. TJ chinlocks him. Kid boots him out of the corner. Kid top rope dropkicks TJ. Kid hits a nice tope outside.

Kid flying forearms him in the corner. Kid is knocked off the top rope. TJ misses a top rope frogsplash. TJ rolls him up for 2 and is caught holding onto the ropes. TJ boots him out of the corner then victory rolls him. Kid reverses the pin, pulls the tights and TJ is pinned while holding the ropes.

Thoughts:
A lot went on in there in that finish. We haven't seen the last of this. I liked what we got here and they did some good technical work to start things off. It's just a shame we didn't get more of this.

TJ dropkicks Kid out of the ring after. TJ throws Kid into the steps. TJ then hits mounted shots on the bottom half of the steps. TJ then grabs the title and hits Kid with it. TJ then curbstomps him hard on the title on the steps.

We get a video on the Fiscal vs Abismo Negro Jr. feud.

Abismo Negro Jr. vs. El Fiscal

Fis runs in and the two trade shots. Fis superkicks him. Negro trips him and pulls him out. Negro then sends him into the steps. Negro hits shots on the outside then Negro is sent into the steps. Fis clears off the Spanish commentary table. Negro's head is banged off the table and Fis pounds on him. The ref triesto get involved and Fis stops him. The ref then DQ's him.

Thoughts: They sadly did a quick DQ here. They did what they were supposed to as both pounded on each other and brawled. As I said last week, it's a shame English commentary wasn't around for most of this feud as it seems like a good one.

Fis pounds on Negro after. Various people come out to break it up. Fis tries to tombstone him on the commentary table but the guards break it up. negro sweeps Fis on the table. Fis nails the guards and suicide dives 2 of the guards. Negro and Fis fight on the ramp and it gets broken up again.

El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. is interviewed in the back. He says he's easy to find and he'll fight Santos anywhere and anytime. Santos Escobar then nails him from behind and kicks him. Santos tells him to be careful what he wishes for when he says anytime and anywhere. Santos then rides away on a motorcycle.

Next week has a bizarre Rey de Reyes Qualifier with Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. vs Omos v Pimpinella Escarlata vs Ethan Page. That's going to be something.

We have a contract signing for Dominik Mysterio vs El Hijo del Vikingo at Rey de Reyes. Vik comes out with Omos and Dorian Roldan. Dominik Mysterio then comes out. Dom and Vik sit down.

Dorian says Vik made a stipulation 2 weeks ago and asks Dom what his proposal is. Dom says he will be the Mega champ of AAA for a long time. He says he will break Vik's record and says people will only think of him when they see the title. Dom says Vik is like a cockroach who doesn't die. He says Vik can't challenge him for the title again when he beats him.

Vik says he only needs one shot and says it'll be a fact that he will humiliate him in his house in Puebla. He says his stip is that Dom leaves Mexico and AAA when he beats him. Vik says it'll be a No DQ match. Vik signs the contract. Dom signs it too. Vik says Dom is an idiot and doesn't know what he got himself into. He says he will enjoy himself at Rey de Reyes.

He says he will show him what will happen in Puebla. We then see a clip of Vikingo dressed up as a doctor at a hospital. He says to look and see what happened to the last guy who crossed his path. He says he will be next here. He says he will show him what will happen to him. Vik then enters Mini Vikingo's room.

Vik throws Mini's flowers and hits him with a clipboard. He grabs him by his neck brace and pulls out his IV tube. He then flips him out of the bed. He says the hospital bed will be ready for him at Rey de Reyes.

Dom congratulates Vik on beating up a 12 year old kid. Dom says they don't have to wait until Puebla and can do it now. Omos gets in Dom's face. Dom backs up as Vik and Omos corner hip. El Grande Americano II then chairs Omos. Omos no sells it and doesn't budge. Grande slides out with Dom and they back up off the ramp. Original El Grande Americano then jumps Grande II. Dom just watches and backs off, motioning that he won't get involved. Original Grande then poses over Grande II to close the show.

Thoughts: I was going to say Grande II and Dom looked a bit weak for not staying in there but we saw that Dom isn't a true face and doesn't care about Grande so it made more sense. I don't know if they want to do it or not, but they could maybe make Grande II part of El Ojo now and that might work. The angle with Vikingo attacking Mini Vikingo in the hospital was good. Vikingo is really doing better as a heel and is coming into his own.

Overall thoughts
: It was a fun episode of AAA as usual. This show is just such an easy watch and they really are getting the best out of AAA and WWE out of this one. The opener was basically a squash. I liked what we got out of Kid/TJP and that's clearly not over. The Negro/Fiscal feud is heating up and they did a good job with their brawl. The Vikingo hospital angle with Mini Vikingo was pretty amusing and the segment furthered the Grande/Grande II feud and Dom/Vikingo. It may have also gotten Grande II involved with Omos and Vikingo. This was a good show and it's definitely up there for my favorite show of the week at this point. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 and thought it was a good one. They are doing a really good job with Rey de Reyes and I'm excited to check that show out.

WOW Women of Wrestling 2/21/2026 Season 6, Episode 20

WOW Women of Wrestling 2/21/2026 Season 6, Episode 20

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/02/wow-women-of-wrestling-2142026-season-6.html

Samantha Smart comes out with new girls. She says she is the IQ savior. She says the people in charge showed that WOW is broken and stupidity is a global crisis. She says she has worked tirelessly to put together the greatest group this would has ever seen. She says it's not a faction but an invention and an innovation. She says it's The Enlightened.

She says The Classmaster is the greatest champ of all time with more degrees that you can count. She shows us Miranda The Mindful (formerly Miranda Mirage). She says she perceives all fears and weaponizes them. She then introduces Dr. Pandemonium. She knows innovation was never meant to be safe and will re-engineer the future of WOW. She then introduces Nova Sky. She says there's simulations in her network before the match begins. She says all of her calculations show The Enlightened will ascend. She says to bow down as you are stupid and they are the cure.

Thoughts:
Hey it's a wacky 1990's Sci-Fi faction. It's not believable at all but it's something different and I'm up for it.

A fan is asked about the new group. He says they called him stupid and names and he doesn't feel enlightened at all.

Keita Rush and The Mighty Mights say to stay tuned as we won't believe what happens next.

The Enlightened (Nova Sky, Dr. Pandemonium and Miranda The Mindful) vs Keita Rush and The Mighty Mights (Sugar and Spice)

Sugar and Doc go at it. They trade wristlocks and Sugar rolls her up for 2. Doc then does the same to her. Doc wristlocks her. Sugar handstand headscissors her out. Miranda takes a double STO then Spice is hiptossed onto Miranda. Spice running knees Miranda. Miranda legsweeps her.

Miranda leg lariats Spice on the ropes and kicks her in the back. Nova chops Spice then final cut's her for 2. Doc stomps on Spice then suplexes her for 2. Doc hits a stroke on Spice for 2. Spice is whipped into a spinning high kick from Miranda. Spice rolls Miranda over.

Spice hits Nova in the chest. Rush comes in and hits a great dropkick on Nova. She hits another, high kicks her and slingblades her. Rush 2nd rope splashes her. Rush springboard crossbodies Doc. Sugar comes in and crucifixes Nova for 2. Spice thesz presses Doc and they trade punches on the mat. Sugar goes for a monkey flip but Miranda turns it into a pin. Miranda sweeping kicks her from the mat and hits a GTS to win.

Thoughts: It was alright. Keita looked good as usual and The Mights' tried. Thankfully, the new faction won. Dr. P is a bit over the top but this whole gimmick is and it makes her stick out at least.

Samantha Smart gets on the mic. She says Santana Garrett hit her with a book. She says she didn't hurt her but inspired and enlightened her. She says she added value to this world for the first time in her life. She says no matter the outcome, she will always have the honor of being the accidental catalyst of The Enlightened.

Santana Garrett says she's facing Catalina Speed for the first time. She says she's fast and fiesty, she says it's not about how quick you start but how strong you finish. She says let's see how well she can keep up with this real life superhero.

Santana Garrett vs Catalina Speed

Veronica Varoom is with Cat.

They go into the corner and Cat piefaces her. Cat pulls on her hair. Cat wristlocks her. SG flips out of it using the ropes and armdrags her twice. SG hits soul foot for 2. SG is sent into the buckles face first. Cat basement dropkicks her. Cat chokes her on the 2nd rope for 2.

Cat hits knees to the back for 2 then hits elbow drops for 2. Cat hits a corner spear and sliding lariats her for 2. Cat head and chin locks SG. SG cradles her for 2 and SG/Cat boot each other down at the same time. SG facekicks her. SG headflips into a forearm on her. SG handspring back elbows her for 2.

They trade forearms. Cat stretch mufflers her. SG headscissors her using the ropes and superkicks her for the win.

Thoughts:
It wasn't that bad and Catalina Speed had one of her betting showings. It was the usual Santana match for the most part. She was the favorite going in and won here. I expect her to continue to be pushed near the main event going forward while Cat is probably hanging out in the bottom half of the card for the foreseeable future.

The Dojo Defenders argue in the back. Kara accuses Tara of making things about her. Arianna Gambino walks in. She says they should both pick partners and face The Alliance. She says they can bring all of their friends then. Kara says that could solve it and Tara agrees.

We get a video on Pink vs Tormenta for tonight.Tormenta says Pink always thinks she's the best in WOW and says Lana's crew always cheats. Tormenta says she will finish Pink off tonight and stay champ.

Next week's show has The Alliance vs The Dojo Defenders and mystery partners.

WOW World Title - Tormenta (c) vs Penelope Pink

Pink takes her down. They each hit mounted shots on each other. Tor misses a corner charge and Pink basement dropkicks her from behind. Tor trips her and running kicks her in the rib. Pink sliding lariats her for 2. Pink cartwheel elbow drops her for 2. Pink footchokes her. Lana Starr chokes Tor over the 2nd rope.

Pink poses on Tor and Lana pulls Tor against the 2nd rope. Tor short arm lariats her. Tor running euros her then corner cannonballs her. Tor boots her out of the corner. Pink siding germans her from the 2nd rope. Tor's head is banged off the apron edge.

Tor is sent into the post. Tor catches Pink's crossbody and swinging side slams her down. Pink pulls on her mask and hits her pretty in pink snapmare driver. Pink then pins her.

Thoughts: I haven't been a big fan of Tormenta's reign and I'm happy to see Pink win the title back. Tor couldn't do various interactive segments because of her lack of English ability but Pink doesn't have that problem. Pink's been champ before so this isn't exactly new ground but it will be fine. The match was acceptable but not either girls best work.

Overall thoughts: We've got a new WOW faction. They are totally over the top and feel like something out of Nickelodeon, but it's something different and we'll see where it goes. We also have a new WOW champ as Penelope Pink beat Tormenta for the title. Pink wouldn't have been my top choice, but Tormenta was never going to do much more than she did with the title and I'm glad to see the title change hands. Catalina Speed had an okay showing against Santana and we had an okay trios match. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 as the show was fine overall and rather newsworthy.

AEW Collision 2/21/2026

AEW Collision 2/21/2026

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2026/02/aew-collision-2142026-grand-slam.html

We are in San Diego, CA. Tony Schiavone and Exaclibur are on commentary.

Mike high kicks Ric. Mike triangle moonsaults onto Kaun outside. Ric pulls the ref in his way and hits vertigo on Page for 2.

Jack Perry comes out and Ric get distracted. Page buckshot lariat's Ric and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a longer bout. It was fast paced and there was little selling or meaning to anything here. Mike took a nasty bump on the side of his head. I was surprised to see The Demand lose here as I don't expect the faces to be champs for long. The camera work was bad here as tons of spots were missed.

The Rascalz are smoking in the back and are high. FTR walk in and say they know this smell. Dax says this is what's wrong with this generation. Dax asks if they are filming themselves doing this. Cash says he wishes they would have won so they could beat the hell out of them. Dez says they could fight now. Dez suggests an eliminator match and FTR agrees. Cash says they will light their @sses up. Reed asks about doing rock, paper, scissors to decide who fights and Wentz says him and Dez are undefeated as a team.

The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) vs The Swirl (Blake Christian and Lee Johnson)

Jay Lethal and The Swirl do an inset promo. Jay says he teamed with The Swirl as he's tired of the world calling them the future when they are the right now. The Swirl then do a mock double superkick to the camera.

The Bucks get hit from behind and one of them is double stomped on. The Swirl do The Bucks' pose. Blake is pushed into his partner. Blake takes a sunset flip + german combo. Lee takes a codebreaker.

The Bucks do stereo plancha's outside. Blake corkscrew topes through the ropes then Lee tope con hilos The Bucks outside. We get some sperkicks. Lee takes superkicks from the Bucks. The Bucks hit a top rope swanton and top rope elbow drop.

We go to PiP break and return. Lee hits a dropkick on a Buck. Blake asai moonsaults outside. A Buck takes a double stomp + death valley driver for 2. A Buck hits multiple northern lights suplexes on Blake then a double northern light suplex on The Swirl. Nick hits shots on The Swirl. The Swirl's head are banged together. A Buck walks up the buckles and does a springboard diving headscissors + armdrag combo. Blake  takes a headkick + buckle bomb. Blake is laid on the top rope and takes a double stomp into a sitout powerbomb for 2.

Thoughts: It was the same Buck's match as always with them doing every spot they can and not much else. The Swirl also did a lot of flying here. It was a spotfest.

Thoughts
: It was an okay back and forth match here with a lot of strikes and Josh working the leg/ankle. They got a lot of time to let this play out. CC's suplex out of the ankle lock spot here was cool. CC won as expected.

Megan Bayne vs B3CCA

They say this is a stand by match. Meg dropkicks her to start. Meg deadlift germans her. Meg hits corner spears and chops her down. Becca's head is banged off the buckles. Meg backdrops her in the ring off the bottom rope while she's on the apron. MEg running sitout powerbombs her and pins her.

Thoughts:
It was all squash as expected here with Becca getting nothing in.

He says he lost the TNT Title 10 days ago. He says Kyle Fletcher took the title to Australia and is taking a vacation there. Thoughts
: Yuta wore his hat the whole time here. IT was an alright tag. I don't like Clon's DDT no sell spot at all. This is was fast paced and full of action as expected. The Family won but it doesn't matter too much.

Mox goes in and argues with KT after. Mark and Yuta get in and are thrown out. Mox boots and death riders KT.

Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron are interviewed. Willow asks what they have to do to get Megan and Ford out of their hair. Harley talks about all the matches they had. Willow asks what belt they want. Willow says she will fight twice as much and smile twice as hard.

Hart tarantula's her on the ropes.

Hart does an octopus to her. Rosa does a drop on her to escape. Hart STO's her. Hart top rope moonsaults and Rosa gets her feet up. Rosa package powerbombs her and pins her.

Thoughts: It was an average match for the most part with no great logic or anything. It was mostly clean though. Rosa thankfully won in her return.

Thekla appears in the stands and says to give it up for Rosa. Thek calls her one of the dumbest b!tches alive. She says she's been up for 8 months and picked her first fight with her. Thek says AEW is toxic. Hart goes after Thunder Rosa and Kris Statlander comes out to stop her. Hart backs off.

Private Party, The Bang Bang Gang, Bowens, The Outrunners and Dalton Casle are drinking in the back. Zay talks but it's too hard to hear what he said due to audio issues.

Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors interrupt the commentators. Gabe talks about Tony saying he was mental. Gabe says he is mental. He says it doesn't end with Darby until he is dead. He asks Clark what they will do The Orange Boy. Gabe says he will drag Orange Cassidy down like Darby. He says he will beat him within an inch of his life.

Cash pushes Myron Reed into the steps. Cash then takes his sunglasses and puts them on. The Young Bucks come out and Cash threatens them with a chair. ZW is pushed into an ssp on Dax and pins him.

Thoughts: This was a bit of a surprise. The match was fine with The Rascalz doing lots of flying as expected. It didn't quite get as much time as it should have to really play out.

The Bucks pose with The Rascalz on the apron. The Gates of Agony attack them all from behind. The Young Bucks' dad, mom and little brother get into it with FTR. The mom has powder thrown in her eyes and the dad gets hit. Malakai Jackson (he used to team with The Bucks but he retired) takes a spike piledriver. Ricochet nails Jack Perry on the ramp.

Thoughts: This was a pretty big angle here and we'll see if they follow up on it. This should mean war since The Bucks' family got attacked.

Overall thoughts: It was a heavy in-ring based show here with a lot of wrestling. They put out a better card than usual with some of the stars in action and everyone tried a bit harder. Some of the matches did run together though since we had a lot of tag matches with a lot of high flying. The angle to close the show was pretty big and we'll see if they follow up on it or not. I'd give the show a 6 out of 10 and thought it was alright.

CMLL 2/20/2026 Viernes Espectacular

CMLL 2/20/2026 Viernes Espectacular

Note - CMLL made a major change this week and now captain's rules for trios matches are gone. All falls in trios matches will now end after someone is pinned or submitted. I do like to keep tradition alive but the captain's falls format was very confusing for everyone and I ultimately think this is a good change.

Almost all of CMLL's top stars are in NJPW for Fantasticamania, so this card will look a bit different than usual.

Cam and Karma try pins for 2 counts. Mak powerbomb backbreakers Cam. BW siout powerbombs Karma. Mak runs the ramp with a fosbury flop on Cam then BW 2nd rope legdrops Karma. Mark and BW pick up stereo pins to win.

Thoughts: Cam and Mak have pretty cool costumes. They had a few botches here so this wasn't as good as the other matches. I felt like this got enough time. I don't think BW is quite as far along as the others and Karma maybe should have gotten more time shine here. This was just average.

Torneo De Escuelas Quarter Final Match - Estudiante Jr. & Feroz vs. Diamante Escarlata & Magnetico

Dia is in the red here and has an unusual Tinieblas style mask only with designs in the black part of the mask (and eyeholes).

Mag and Feroz go at it. Mag victory rolls him into an armlock. Feroz wristlocks him then Mag flying snapmares him. Mag is popped up and he headscissors Feroz down. Feroz shoulders him over. They stand off.

Mag is back body dropped from the apron onto EJ outside. Dia slingshots into a headscissors on Feroz. Dia top rope swantons Feroz outside. EJ pop-up drops Mag. Dia top rope dropkicks EJ. EJ blocks a 2nd rope hurricanrana and powerbombs Dia down. Feroz is flipped onto Dia. EJ ties up Dia's legs while he's upside down, spins him and submits him.

Thoughts: Estudiante was really over here for unknown reasons. It's not like he was great or anything. This was probably the least impressive match so far. These four just didn't click that well and weren't as impressive as the others.

Torneo De Escuelas Quarter Final Match - King Rex & Prometeo vs. Konjuro & Sombra Diabolika Jr.

Rex has a dinosaur gimmick. Kon has already appeared on some Puebla shows.

Kon and Prom go at it. Kon short arm lariats him. Promo kips down out of a lariat then does tricks and a backflip. Kon boots Prom out. SD and Rex go at it. SD flying shoulders him. SD dropkicks Rex into the ropes and does a neat bottom rope springboard leapfrog into a bodyscissors. SD springboard headscissors Rex. Rex backflips and does dinosaur poses. Rex slams SD twice.

Kon and Prom go at it. Prom step up knees him. Prom seated springboard armdrags him. Kon hits kicks and a lariat on Prom. Kon springboard diving armdrags him then springboard spinning headscissors him. Promo walks up the ropes but SD crotches him. Kon springboard dropkicks Prom down from the ropes.

SD springboard shoulders Rex out then tope con hilos him. Kon top rope swantons outside. Rex does a double chokeslam. Kon take a backbreaker and Prom top rope dropicks him from that position. Prom does a random flying space tiger drop outside while Rex picks up the pin on Kon.

Thoughts:
Rex was over. He's a big dude and doesn't really do the typical lucha style, so I'm not sure how that will work. Sombra was a bit creative here with various springboards and Kon is pretty far along, so it's easy to see why he was already promoted to main cards. There was a styles clash here and I'd maybe say it was okay at best.

Torneo De Escuelas Quarter Final Match - Engendro & Jay Ortega vs. Rey Pegasus & Tornado

Rey has the baby blue on. Eng has a face mask, face paint and he comes out with a real snake. Jay is our only rookie without a mask.

We get off a fast start with all 4 going down at points. Rey is flipped into the ropes and does a double armdrag. Tornado and Rey then hit near stereo topes. Rey springboard crossbodies Jay. Tornado does a neat corkscrew drop on Eng for 2. Jay brainbusters Tornado for 2. Rey flying headscissors Eng out. Rey walks up the buckles, rope walks and moonsaults Eng outside.

Jay goes up and over Tornado. Jay stands on Tornado's hips and Rey does a dangerous looking crucifix driver on Jay. Tornado tope con hilos Eng through the ropes and Rey pins Jay.

Thoughts: Jay took an awful looking bump at the end here and had to be stretchered out. Hopefully he's okay but that spot was dangerous. Rey moves pretty well and was one of the better people on the show. He should be on the main roster. Eng's got a very unique look. This was okay.

Thoughts: It was a much better match than usual from the women. They kept things moving and kept it interesting. Kira got a lot of shine here and impressed. I would run this one back because it worked well and helped the girls.

Esf germans JA. Esf pumping knees him and superkicks him. JA powerbomb backbreakers him. JA straightjacket piledrivers him and pins him.

Thoughts: I don't usually enjoy these AEW vs CMLL matches and this wasn't the exception. There's a big styles clash and neither side gives in enough to make it work. Josh did too much here and it didn't mean a lot. It also went a lot longer than it needed to.

Johnny Consejo vs. Angel de Oro vs. Daniel Garcia vs. Neon

Note - I'll just call Johnny "JTV" here as it's easier for me.

The four pair off and fight. Neon is thrown out as is Oro. DG and JTV tease fighting but then just hug each other and pose. DG and JTV are sent out. Neon cartwheles over Oro. Neon handsprings off the ropes. They botch a spot and DG pulls Neon out and sends him into the rails. JTV drops Oro face first onto the apron. Neon and JTV trade. JTV enzugiri's him from the apron. Neon takes a doomsday device but poisonrana's DG off of it. Neon canadian destroyers Oro and all 4 men are down.

The four trade shots on their knees. JTV and DG hit stereo kicks on their opponents. JTV's leg is swung into DG. JTV is laid on the top rope. Neon rope walk double stomps JTV as he lays up top. Neon double springboard plancha's DG outside. JTV 2nd rope tornillo's Oro inside. JTV rolling alabama slams Oro then Oro gets his knees up on his starship pain. Neon asai moonsaults DG outside. JTV low blows Oro while the ref isn't looking and pins him.

Thoughts:
It was a four-way and had the usual limitations those matches have. It was essentially a tag match with the foreigners teaming up against the CMLL guys. It got a bit more time than it needed and I thought it dragged a bit. I wasn't a big fan of this.

Oro calls out JTV on the mic after. He accuses JTV of disrespecting the country. Oro says JTV is in the wrong place and challenges him to a singles match. JTV says no and says he beat him already. He says there's nothing on the line. He suggests a hair vs hair match. Oro agrees but says it needs to happen right now. JTV superkicks him and sends him out. JTV bangs Oro's head off the rails. Oro sends him into the rails and JTv pounds on him. The ref separates them and that's it.

Overall thoughts
: It was a longer show with a bunch of rookie tag matches here. All the tag matches were under 10 minutes and basically under tornado tag rules so they were only going to be so good. I thought Rey Pegasus, Conquistador, King Rex and Konjuro were some of the better rookies. The women's match was better than I expected and probably the best match of the night. Josh/Esfinge had styles clash issues and the main was a bit long and the four-way format limited things. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 as it was an okay show overall.
