Leon vs Chie Oozora

Chie got more in than I expected here and it was maybe more 65-35 than 80-20. Chie was okay and was beaten by an almost shoot pin. I thought Chie did a good job doing more even than she normally would have.

Crea vs Moeka Haruhi

Crea hits a dropkick early then indian deathlocks her. She puts Moeka between the ropes and puts her leg around her throat to choke her. She then stands on her in the corner and Meoka comes back and hair throws her. Moeka camel clutches her and pulls on her nose during it. Moeka hits some double stomps on her for 2.

Moeka hits some face kicks to a downed Crea then Crea shoulders her down. Crea goes to work on her leg and ankle locks her but Moeka hits the ropes. Moeka strangleholds her. She kicks her in the ribs then hits a double stomp off the top for 2. They trade chops for chest forearms then Crea goes for a rolling armbar. Moeka reverses it into a crab but Crea gets out and facekicks her.

Crea northern lights suplexes her for 2 then does a 180 spin splash for 2. Crea then dragon sleepers her and Moeka rope breaks. Crea facekicks her through the ropes for 2 then hits a front kick to the chest for 2. Moeka backslides her and flips over top of her for hte win.

I didn't think it was anything special. Nothing was bad but there was no real story to it.

#1 Contenders Tournament Final: Yuu vs KAZUKI

They shoulder battle early and Yuu wants that one. Yuu sharpshooters her then turns it into a single leg crab but Kaz hits the ropes. Kaz is seated next to the bottom rope and Yuu splashes her. Kaz comes back and STF's her but Yuu hits the ropes. Kaz hits some knees to the gut then Yuu catches her with a spinning sideslam then a senton.

Yuu hits some hard chops and Kaz tris to fight back with knees to the gut. Yuu really knocks her down with a double chop then Yuu hits a John Woo dropkick. Kaz then gives her one back and does a vader bomb style double knee drop. Yuu goes for a piledriver but Kaz backdrops her out of then meteora's her for 2. Kaz misses a top rope knee drop and Kaz hits more knees to the gut. Yuu then crossbodies her for 2.

Yuu misses a corner splash and she reverses Kaz's roll-up. Yuu then lariats her. They fight on their knees, trading chops for forearms. Kaz rushes at her in the corner and Yuu crossbodies her then Yuu cannonballs her. Yuu hits a 2nd rope splash.

Kaz gets a tazzmission in the corner then Yuu slips off the top rope. Yuu then gives her a stiff splash off the top to win.

It was a shame the finish was botched some but I liked this. Kaz wasn't bad as the underdog face here and Yuu's offense looked stiff and good.

Momo Tani and Rydeen Hagane vs Hanako Nakamori and Kaori Yoneyama

Momo jumps on Rydeen's shoulder to do her pose. Hana's team teases shaking hands but ops not to. They rush their opponents and then pose on Momo. Momo goes for a crossbody and gets caught then Rydeen pushes her over. Momo and Rydeen do Momo's pose then Rydeen single leg crabs Hana, but Hana hits the ropes. Hana spin kicks Rydeen in the gut then kicks her in the back. Momo is tagged in then Kaori takes attacks from both opponents. Momo gets tied up in the ropes then takes kicks and her opponents press their feet in her face.

Momo gets slammed by both opponents several times then both Rydeen and Momo are put in abdominal stretches. Kaori takes a meteora in the corner then Rydeen double clotheslines both opponents. She then double backdrops both opponents. Rydeen puts Kaori in reverse tree of woe then splashes her for 2. Kaori evades Rydeen's attacks then Rydeen takes a stunner over the top rope then a regular stunner by Kaori.

Hana gets in and facekicks Rydeen on the ropes them issile dropkicks her. Rydeen comes back though with a spinning sideslam for 2. Rydeen gives her a stiff atomic drop type move and misses a vader bomb. Rydeen corner lariats her then spin kicks her for 2. Rydeen hits a big lariat then sliding lariats her for another 2.

Momo gets in and flying knee's Hana then codebreakers her. Momo hits a top rope knee for 2 then strangleholds her but Kaori breaks it up. Kaori 2nd rope sentons Momo then Hana 2nd rope legdrops her for 2. Hana kicks Momo in the back of the head then takes a german from Rydeen. Kaori also gets a german then Momo/Rydeen hit corner lariats and vader bomb variations. Momo climbs up on Rydeen's shoulders then is flipped over on Hana then meteora's her for 2.

Momo hits the O'Mahoney roll on Hana then takes a shining enzugiri for 2. Kaori and Hana double kick Rydeen in the head then Hana high kicks Momo for a close 2. Hana does a weird suplex where she puts Momo on one shoulder and wins it.

I thought this was good. Rydeen and Momo are a fun big and small team. Their opponents didn't add a ton to it and Hana gaining control to get the win was kind of random though.

POP Title - AKARI (c) vs Haruka Umesaki

Haruka's from Diana and hits nice dropkicks to start. Akari comes back with armdrags and slams her for 2. Akari body scissors her for a bit then Haruka comes back and hair throws her. Haruka bow and arrows her then gets a stranglehold in the corner. Akari misses a 2nd rope dropkick then does a nice fujiwara armbar. Haruka rolls out but Akari rolls with her to put it on again.

Haruka hits a lariat and some double stomps then they trade chest forearms. Haruka hits a nice dropkick then missile dropkicks her from the top. Akari misses a 619 then rolls her into a leglock. Akari 619's her then missile dropkicks her for 2. They trade suplexes then Haruka does a suplex into a pin attempt for 2.

Haruka misses a 180 rotation splash from the top then Akari hits some bad kicks for 2. Akari rolls her into a pinning clutch and then la magistral's her for 2. Haruka then hits her 180 rotation splash from the top for 2. Haruka does a neat fisherman's northern lights suplex and wins it.

I thought this was a good one. They worked fast paced here and matched up quite well. There wasn't much story or anything though. 

Overall thoughts: I would say it was a good show. I thought 3 of the 5 matches were good with nothing being bad.
