Very weird situation this week. The show aired at 3 PM US EST time on the WWE Network, but not on Peacock which is how everyone in the US would access it. Instead, it didn't come on Peacock until around 4:30. There was no explanation for this and many were left confused.

Xia Brookside and Eliza Alexander vs Amale and Angel Hayze

Amale takes down Xia then slams her. Amale pump kicks her then rolls on her. Angel hits some forearms on Xia and Xia scrambles to tag in Eliza. Angel pump kicks Eliza then hits a nice forearm. Angel then PK's her for 2. Angel gets her superkick attempt blocked then is lariated. Xia gets on Angel's back and toys with her then angel superkicks her.

Amale gets the hot tag in and lariats and back elbows Eliza. She then running ace crushers her. Xia is thrown outside by Amale then Amale shotgun dropkicks Eliza. Xia then tries to block an Amale facewash kick by standing in front but gets pump kicked. Angel comes off the top and crossbodies Xia for 2. Xia pulls Angel into the ropes where Eliza knees her. Eliza then hits a back cracker with her feet and with the arms stretched called the broken wings and Xia wins it.

This really wasn't anything speicla. None of these girls are that great but they didn't embarass themselves or have any bad botches.

Mark Andrews was interviewed about the Eddie Dennis/Wild Boar match tonight. Kenny Williams then showed up from behind. Mark told him he has more than one enemy around here.

Ivy Nile goes up to Meiko Satomura's and Emilia Mckenzie's dressing room. She said she heard if you wanted a title match, you just had to ask. So she asked. Meiko said OK and Ivy left. Ivy was very respectful here by bowing to her.

We had an East End Bookie segment with Noam Dar and Sha Samuels. Sha was mad at Damon Kemp for embarrassing him last week. He said he is the odds on favorite to beat him and said he is now the odds on favorite to end him.

NXT UK Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders Match: Dave Mastiff and Jack Starz vs Die Famillie (Rohan Raja and Teoman)

Raja and Dave battle shoulders and Dave is knocked over. Dave then walks away from a 2nd rope crossbody from Raja. Dave and Jack double falling headbutt Raja. Raja hits a stiff forearm on Jack then Jack armdrags Teoman. Teoman neckbreakers Jack then trips him and basement dropkicks him. Jack his some dropkicks on Teoman.

Teoman gets thrown out while Raja has the apron skirt in his hands. Teo gets stuck in it then dropkicked. Jack then hits a nice suplex on Raja for 2. Charlie Dempsey gets on the apron and Raja clips Dave while he isn't looking. Teoman accidentally forearms his partner. Dave double backdrops both opponents and Raja pulls Jack off the apron when Dave tries to tag him in. Raja slams Dave for 2.

Teoman takes a hard ride over the the top to the floor then Dave rebound germans Raja. Dave throws Teoman on a powerbomb then Jack hits some running back elbows and a backdrop on Teoman. Jack twisting neckbreakers Teoman. Dempsey makes noise outside, interrupting Jack, then Jack plancha's him and stomps him outside. Jack is then rammed into the post while Dave cannonballs Raja from the apron. Teoman then beats Jack with a forward flipping reverse ddt.

There was a ton of interference and shenanigans here and that brought down this one. It might have been okay otherwise.

Lash Legend is interviewed about a match with Emilia Mckenzie. She said she carries Meiko's bags then Emilia popped up behind her and they had a pull-apart fight.

Die Familie is happy about their win then Sid Scala asks them what that was all about.  Raja says they are a family and look out for each other. Scala says Die Familie is banned from ringside during Dempsey's Heritage Cup match next week. Teoman says the eye always has a plan.

Josh Morrell vs Kenny Williams

My man Josh Morrell is back. Kenny takes him down by the arm to start then tries to pin him by standing on his biceps. Kenny messes up the fall on a hiptoss then drops Josh's arm over the top rope. Josh high kicks Kenny from the apon then does a slingshot into a roll and standing corkscrew moonsault. Josh then has his throat driven into the ropes. Kenny then hammerfists him and crossfaces him. 

We are shown a fan in the crowd with a mask as Kenny attacks Josh's knee. Kenny paintbrushes him. Kenny and the masked guy stare down then Josh rolls up Kenny for a close 2. Kenny attacks the knee and dragon screws him off the buckles. Kenny then spears him in the knee and we see two masked guys in the crowd now. Kenny then hits a stiff headlock driver to win it with Josh doing a dangerous looking sell.

Kenny spent most of the match working the knee and finished it with a move that had nothing to do with the knee. At least the masked man stuff has some point to it as I'm not a huge fan of Kenny Williams.

Another masked guy appears after.

Von Wagner is interviewed while lifting weights about Sam Gradwell. Von says the whole roster isn't as big or as strong as him. Sam Gradwell walks in and they argue. Von says he isn't nothin and they face shove each other before it is broken up.

Mustache Mountain are interviewed about their triple threat tag match. Seven says they are the best team Britain has produced. Bate says they don't have to be pinned to lose so they have to be at their best. Trent says they have to regroup.

Mark Andrews is interviewed .He says Eddie Dennis deserves everything that is coming to him. Kenny Williams walks up from behind and Mark says he has more than one enemy.

Chain Match - Eddie Dennis vs Wild Boar

Symbiosis is banned from ringside.

Boar chases Eddie in the back and into ringside. Boar dives on him before it gets started. He throws him into the rails then exploders him. Eddie tries to run but he is chained to him and can't. Eddie then pulls him throat first in the ropes. Eddie then throws him into the rails.

Primate throws him into the rail and apron and Primate is pulled into the post. Eddie whips him with the chain then swinging backbreakers him. Eddie pulls the chain over Boar's eyes and mouth. Eddie kicks him in the corner and puts the chain around the post so Boar can't go anywhere. Eddie tries to pull him into the post but he blocks it then Eddie is pulled into the post.

Boar whips him with the chain then butt drops him. Boar then sit out powerbombs him for 2. Symbiosis comes out and t-Bone is speared off the apron by Boar. Primate then comes in and headbutts Wild Boar to break up the pin.

Boar pulls Eddie into Primate then Boar puts him in the crippler crossface. He thne does it with the chain in his mouth pulling him. He then wraps it more around his face and wins it.

The interference in a match where Symbiosis was banned from ringside was dumb and made no sense. Outside of that, it was on the shorter end but decent.

Overall thoughts: It wasn't anything too special and that's starting to become the norm with NXT UK. It wasn't bad, but I'm worried the glory days are done. Walter's gone and not coming back. The Hunt is broken up. Kay Lee Ray is gone. Nathan Frazer is gone. Pretty Deadly is gone. Viper is gone and Jordan Devlin is gone. While I think they are doing the right thing and getting some NXT rookies on the show, they need more time. I think the show also needs to start to look into finding some new talent as well.
