Natsupoi vs. Saori Anou vs. Matoi Hamabe vs. Ema Maishima

Ema and Matoi hit boots to start then hit running dropkicks. Ema and Matoi trade forearms. Matoi slams her and rolling sentons her for 2. Ema low dropkicks Matoi. Ema is tripped by SA. Anou ties her legs up and pulls back by suplexing Matoi. Ema dropkicks SA five times. Poi dropkicks Ema. Poi misses a dropkikc and Ema dropkicks her. They trade pin attempts. Matoi dropkicks Poi. 

Ema double dropkicks Poi and SA. Ema then takes a double dropkick. Poi spin kicks SA in the gut. Matoi arm throws Poi and SA then Ema rolls up Matoi for 2. Matoi headscissors drops Ema for 2. Ema flying knees Matoi for 2. Ema and Matoi get stereo nearfalls. 

Poi spinning roundhouse kicks SA. SA boots Poi off the buckles. SA backslides Matoi into a bridge and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a fast paced bout and it was an okay opener. It was kind of a tag despite being a 4-way as Poi and SA teamed up against Matoi and Ema for the majority of this. 

5STAR Grand Prix 2026 Blue Stars Block B Match - Momo Watanabe vs. Kikyo Furusawa

KF dropkicks Momo a few times to start. Momo throws her down by the hair and stomps her. KF trips her and ankle locks her. Momo ropebreaks. KF is pulled over the top then thrown into the seat. Momo chokes her with a bat. 

KF hits chest forearms on Momo. Momo forearms her down. KF dropkicks Momo for 2. KF ankle locks Momo. KF dropkicks Momo's leg against the bottom rope. KF ankle locks Momo. Momo kicks KF in the back then suplexes her. 

Momo hits chest kicks on KF and drops her. KF blocks Momo's PK. KF dropkicks Momo in the knee then slams her. Momo high kicks KF then buzzsaw kicks her for 2. KF rolls her into an akle lock. Momo punts her in the face for 2. Momo does a chickenwing variation and submits her.

Thoughts: KF exclusively worked the leg here and Momo didn't do a real good job of selling it as she still kept doing her kicks when she shouldn't have been able to. This wasn't anything special and would have been a lot better with some decent selling. Kikyo's not exactly an all-time great and when she's outshining you, you've got a problem.

5STAR Grand Prix 2026 Red Stars Block B Match - Rina Yamashita vs. Azusa Inaba

AI facekicks Rina before the bell. Rina shoulders her over and AI kips up. AI pulls her down by the hair. Rina tries to kip up but can't. AI boots her and throws her out. AI sends Rina into the seats. Rina forearms her outside, tries to kip up again and fails. Rina tries it again and fails and AI sends her into the seats.

Rina is sent into the seats but she jumps onto them. Rina then tells AI to stand on the seats with her. They trade forearms there. Rina again tries to kip up and fails. Rina then tries to kip up in the ring and fails. AI boots Rina out of the corner and kicks her in the back.

Rina slams AI and bots her in the head. Rina running knees her against the ropes. Rina chest forearms AI down. AI superkicks her in the face. Rina forearms her down. Rina drops AI with a punch. AI swinging neckbreakers her then underhook suplexes her for 2. 

AI hits chest forearms on her. AI hits forearms to the head and clubs her. Rina superkicks her and suplexes her for 2. AI backslides her for 2. AI pump kicks her down for 2. Rina b-drivers her and pins her.

Thoughts: The first half of this was mostly Rina trying to do kip up's and failing. That's only so exciting. Inaba was definitely the better wrestler here. I would have liked to have seen them focus more on just hitting each other instead of the nonsense with the kip up's. This was below average. 

5STAR Grand Prix 2026 Blue Stars Block A Match - Hina vs. Aya Sakura

Aya leg kicks her to start. Hina takes her down and they mat wrestle. Hina hits a mounted forearm and Aya tries pin attempts. Aya leg kicks her and basement dropkicks her. Hina slams her for 2. 

Hina half crabs her. Hina flying knees her in the corner for 2. Hina stomps her and Aya hits chest forearms. Hina chest forearms her then Aya dropkicks her. Aya slams her for 2. Aya running knees her in the corner and 2nd rope dropkicks her. Aya triangles her.

They forearm each other and Hina chest forearms her down. Aya chest kicks Hina down. Hina hip throws her. Hina uranage's her and STF's her. Aya cradles her for 2. Hina spinning drops Aya chest first on the mat for 2. Hina is up top and gets kicked. Aya throws her down. Aya northern lights suplexes her. Aya top rope dropkicks her for 2. 

Aya germans her and buzzsaw kicks her for 2. Hina half-nelson exploders her. Hina jackhammers her. Hina spinning forearms her. Hina hits a magic screw. Hina top rope frogsplashes Aya and pins her.

Thoughts: It started out okay. Aya then got limited offense in the 2nd half and the excitement died down as it became more one-sided. Hina needed to be a bit more exciting on offense here as she was losing the crowd. It wasn't that good.

Aya grabs Hina after. 

5STAR Grand Prix 2026 Red Stars Block B Match - Saya Iida vs. Lady C

Saya backs up C on the ropes and chops her. Saya side headlock takeovers her. Saya chop flurries C against the ropes. C hits forearms on Saya then Saya double axe handles her in the chest. C shoulders her over. C running facekicks her then running boots her for 2. 

Saya fights off a cobra twist and dragon sleepers her. C cobra twists her again. C backdrops her for 2 then does a grounded cobra twist. Saya boots her out of the corner. Saya goes up top and is booted down to the apron. C then running boots her off the apron to the floor.

C giant swings her on the floor. C drops Saya chest first on the mat for 2. Saya rolls her into a suplex. C hits forearms then facekicks her. C chokeslams her for 2. Saya sweeps her on a face kick attempt and elbow drops her for 2. Saya grounded dragon sleepers her and C ropebreaks. 

Saya top rope diving shoulderblocks her for 2. Saya runs the ropes and C facekicks her for 2. Saya lariats her for 2. Saya grounded dragon sleepers her and submits her.

Thoughts: It wasn't a bad match. They got a lot of time, they worked holds, they sold and they generally did what they should have done. I had no real problems with this and was surprised by how it turned out.

5STAR Grand Prix 2026 Blue Stars Block B Match - Koguma vs. Hanan

They both do Kog's taunt to start. Kog asks for a high five and rolls her up for 2. Kog basement dropkicks her then stands on her back. Kog back elbows Han then Han flying euros her. Han forearms her and fameassers her for 2. Han crossfaces her. Han misses a twisting crossbody off the ropes then Kog 2nd rope crossbodies her. Kog cutters her. They forearm each other down at the same time and both go down.

They trade forearms on their knees then get up and trade. Kog hits forearms. Kog pulls Han's throat down over the top rope. Kog then plancha's her of the buckles outside. Kog dropkicks her off the buckles for 2. Kog grounded sleepers her. Kog code red's her for 2.

Han goes for a pin and Kog reverses it for 2. Han release fallaway slams her then backdrops her for 2. Han rolls her up for 2 then roll her up for the pin.

Thoughts: This was alright. They went for a lot of pins here and looked like they were trying to win this before Han pulled through. They also limited the comedy here which helped. 

5STAR Grand Prix 2026 Red Stars Block A Match - Tomoka Inaba vs. Sayaka Kurara

TI running knees her and step up knees her in the corner. TI sitout gordbusters her and running knees her for 2. Saya spears her. Saya flying knees her from behind then flying knees her in the chin. Saya goes for another spear but TI crossfaces her off of it. Saya sleepers her. Saya pulls her down with a sleeper. 

Saya runs at her and is met with a knee. TI michinoku drivers her and pins her.

Thoughts: Now this was a weird one with TI upsetting Saya quick. Saya didn't do much but spears here and I'd love to know what the result was about. This was too short to be anything good. 

5STAR Grand Prix 2026 Blue Stars Block A Match - Miyu Amasaki vs. HANAKO

Hana wants a handshake and Miyu doesn't want to do it. Miyu gives in and they swing at each other. Hana side headlocks her. Miyu reverses it then takes her over. Hana headscissors her and they stand off. Hana backs her up on the ropes and takes a back elbow and basement dropkick to the back.

Hana slams her twice then knee drops her. Miyu hits chest forearms. Hana forearms her down then slams her for 2. Hana crabs her. Miyu pulls Hana over the top. Miyu crossbodies her off the apron but gets caught. Hana rams Miyu's back into the post. Hana racks Miyu outside.

AZM and Maika get involved in the fight. Miyu top rope crossbodies Maika and Hana outside. Miyu flying knees Hana in the corner and flying back elbows her. Miyu scholar collar's her. They trade forearms in the ring. Hana blocks a tornado ddt then suplexes her. Hana running facekicks her for 2. 

Miyu rolls her and tornado ddt's her. Miyu headscissors Hana and pulls her arms back. Hana samoan drops her then splashes her for 2. Hana spinning head and arm choke drops her for 2. Hana running facekicks her then electric chair drops her from her shoulder for 2. Hana tries to swing her down off her shoulders but Miyu tornado ddt's her off of it. Miyu ddt's her. Hana short arm lariats her then lariats her again. Hana hits a doi fives and pins her.

Thoughts: This went long and got close to the time limit. They had the right idea with Miyu hitting surprise ddt's and countering some of her bigger moves while Hana tried to throw her around. It just took too long and it dragged a bit in the process. This was a little boring at times.

Hana grabs Miyu's title and grabs her by the hair. AZM breaks it up and shoves Hana. Maika then comes in and shoves AZM. They pull each other's hair. 

5STAR Grand Prix 2026 Red Stars Block A Match - AZM vs. Maika

They are both in the ring and trade forearms. The ref just starts the match. AZM sweeps her, PK's her and basement dropkicks her. AZM is caught off the buckles and Maika fallaway slams her. Maika running corner lariats her and shoulders her over.

Maika slams her twice. They trade forearms. AZM hits a chest forearm flurry. AZM does an octopus on her. Maika rams her in the corner. AZM is back body dropped out. Maika blocks AZM's PK from the apron. Maika throws AZM onto others outside.

AZM hurricanrana's Maika on the floor and low dropkicks her. AZM PK's her from the apron. They fight on the buckles and AZM does an octopus on her there. AZM 2nd rope double stomps her. AZM then top rope double stomps her for 2. 

Maika hits suplexes on her. Maika lariats her and no sells a canadian destroyer. Maika michinoku drivers her. Maika running corner lariats her. Maika superplexes her for 2. AZM canadian destroyers her for 2. 

Maika blocks a canadian destroyer and hits an enka otoshi for 2. Maika michinoku drivers her for 2. AZM la mistica drops her for 2. AZM brazilian kicks her and buzzsaw kicks her for 2. They fight on the buckles and AZM goes down to the apron. Maika 2nd rope michinoku drivers her for 2. Maika wrist clutch michinoku drivers her and pins her.

Thoughts: It started off hot but they really got into the no selling by the end and the moves really stopped meaning anything. That brought this one down for me and I ended up not liking it. 

Maika talks on the mic after. Hanako comes in. Maika talks more and they do a cheer.

Overall thoughts: It was a long show at 2 hours and 18 minutes. It was all wrestling and with 9 matches, it dragged some towards the end. Saya Iida vs Lady C was probably the best match of the night on this one and maybe the four way or Koguma/Hanan was the second best match. Sayaka Kurara got upset quick here in a weird one. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall as I thought it was average and a little hard to get through.
