WWE LFG 5/11/2025 Episode 14

 We are at the Performance Center. Zena says a bunch of people are missing after last week's cuts. Shawn Michaels addresses everyone.

The coaches talk about tonight's matches. Booker mentions Chris and Shiloh. Bubba says Chris needs to have the day of his life.

Mickie talks to Chris while Taker talks to Shiloh. Chris and Shiloh do a promo battle. Shiloh brings up where Chris is from and Chris brings up how he knocked him out. Shiloh dares him to punch him in his face and a ref breaks it up as they yell in each other's faces.

Booker hypes up Penina and Bubba tells Zena she needs to find the most serious version of herself. Bubba tries to give Zena ideas. Booker says this moment is about Penina. Zena and Penina then do a promo battle. Zena says Penina is all talk and a watered down version of her. Penina tells her to shut up and says its a whack line. She says she will put her on her @ss and tell her its over. Zena stares at her and Penina says she doesn't know what to say. The coaches try to hype up their girls. Bubba then starts arguing with Penina. This was really cringe and totally fake. 

Bubba then hypes up BJ Ray for a promo battle with Jasper. Booker then hypes up Jasper. BJ Ray and Jasper then do a promo battle. BJ says he doesn't see much of a beast in him. Jasper says he's a jack@ss. He says he doesn't know how he got here and says he doesn't know how he got here. Jasper says BJ has had more injuries than he has had matches. He says BJ's a 2 minute segment before commercial break.

We go to break and return. BJ says he feels the hate and jealousy. He said the fat ugly b!tches hated him in college and says now he has one in front of him. Jasper says the people online say he's the next big star but they don't write the checks. BJ says Booker T d!ck rides him. BJ says he has never bent his knee to anyone and gets in his face.

BJ then says if Jasper needs help with virgil assault lessons come see him behind the scenes.

Mickie then coaches Dani for her promo battle. Taker coaches Tyra. Tyra and Dani promo battle. They get in each others faces. Dani said she held her own against a gold medalist. Dani says Tyra rides her gold medal all the time. Tyra calls her a wannabe cheerleader and says Dani doesn't have a behind. Dani accuses her of bodyshaming and Tyra says she's a heel. Dani gets upset and Tyra says she took it too serious.

All of tonight's matches are in front of a live crowd.

Tyra Mae Steele vs Dani Sekelsky

Tyra takes her down and then front facelocks her. Tyra gator rolls her and shoves her. Tyra then does jumping jacks. Tyra fireman's carry takedowns her.

Dani ducks a charge and side headlocks her. Dani uses the ropes to take her over. Dani crossbodies her for 1. Dani hits dropkicks. Tyra bangs Dani's knee off the mat. Tyra knee breakers Dani on the knee. Tyra stretch mufflers Dani and lifts her on it.

Tyra elbow drops the leg then rolls her backwards by the leg. Tyra pulls on the foot. Dani cradles her for 2. Dani cartwheel headscissors her. Dani trips Tyra into the ropes.

We go to break and return. Dani forearms her over then flying back elbows her. Tyra dives at the knee. Dani sunset flips then does hell's gate. Tyra then taps out.

Thoughts: I liked it. Tyra worked the knee here and Dani won out of nowhere with the hell's gate MMA style. It made sense. Dani had some sloppiness here but these are only her first few matches and she looked good. Tyra had a good showing here too.

Dani's happy about the match. Tyra is as well. Mickie says they were night and day compared to old matches. Taker agrees.

BJ Ray vs Jasper Troy

Bubba puts over Jasper's entrance.

BJ hits punches and Jasper blocks a slam. Japser hits his own slam and BJ gets his knees up on his splash. Jasper misses a corner charge and goes into the post. BJ armwringers Jasper and butt drops the arm.

Jasper goes shoulder first into the buckles and BJ armwringers him. BJ armbars him. Jasper slams him out of it. Jasper hits a lariat. BJ runs at him and takes a black hole slam. Jasper hits a vader bomb and wins.

Thoughts: The match made sense but wasn't that great. The two aren't natural opponents and BJ couldn't really do all the takedowns that he would normally do. Neither are true faces either.

Penina Tuileapa vs Zena Sterling

They lock up and PT backs her up on the ropes. They shove each other. PT slams her and blocks a sunset flip. Zena armwringers her. Zena takes her down with the armlock. Zena then seatbelt pin attempts her.

PT shoulders her over then slams her. Zena hits shots to the gut and PT falls on her when she tries a slam. PT chinlocks her. PT side slams her then misses an elbow drop. Zena hits lariats and fires up. Zena back splashes her.

PT misses a splash and Zena hits the slam for 2. We go to break and return. PT hits a samoan drop for the win.

Thoughts: I liked it and thought they did fine here. We had clear faces and heels and we had a story with Zena trying to slam her then being out of options when it didn't finish PT.

The coaches put over both wrestlers. Zena and PT then hug each other.

Shiloh Hill vs Chris Island

They lock up and let go. Hill gets behind him and slaps his back. CI blocks a takedown then shoves Hill in the back of the head. CI fireman's carry takedowns Hill twice then armlocks him. CI armlocks him. CI monkey flips him. Hill picks him up and kind of stun guns him.

Hill lariats him for 2. Hill euros and stomps him. Hill then foot chokes him. Hill hits a corner spear and legdrops him on the apron. Hill sliding lariats him for 2.  CI does a belly to belly. Hill misses a corner charge into the 2nd rope. CI rolls him up for 2. CI backdrops him. We go to break and return. CI hits punches and flying forearms him. CI slams him then stunguns him back.

CI crossbodies him for 2. CI hits corner spears. Hill hits a knee on CI then twisting double underhook drops him for the win.

Thoughts: Everything Hill did looked really good here. CI's had some better showings but I think he was okay as the underdog. It needed some bigger moments in it though.

Taker puts over Hill after then puts CI over too. He says they told a great story. 

The coaches then have to award points. Booker says Tyra/Dani still need to work on things and says Zena is doing everything right. Taker says it's close but his point goes to Tyra. Mickie gives her point to Dani. Bubba says Tyra/Dani had a good match but he couldn't figure it out. Bubba asks Penina/Zena who deserves the point. Penina says she does. He says Zena helped her get through the match and gives his point to Zena.

Booker gives his point to Jasper and says Jasper has stood out since Day 1. Taker gives his point to Shiloh and brings up integrity to Booker. Taker says he doesn't know what Booker watched. Mickie says it wasn't Jasper's/BJ's best performance. Jasper says he can only do so much with what he was given. Bubba takes offense and says it should be handled backstage. Bubba says if anyone should bury BJ its them. Mickie gives Chris her point.

We go to break and return as Bubba is told to reel this in. Bubba says Jasper wants this more than anyone else but was not in the ring with someone who could bring the best out of him. Bubba says BJ did not compliment him. Bubba tells Chris he's doing well. Bubba says Hill impressed him from Day 1and puts over his shoulder sell. He gives Hill his vote.

They have to decide who goes home. Booker says Dani goes home. Taker agrees. Mickie says she doesn't want Tyra on her screen until she's ready to be champ and she's not ready. Bubba says Dani goes home. Dani thanks everyone and says it's just the beginning for her. Dani says she's 1 of 1.

Booker says BJ Ray is going home. Taker agrees. Mickie agrees. Bubba says BJ goes home and smiles while doing it. We go to break and return. BJ thanks Mickie for everything. He says Taker was the only one who asked him about his shoulder. He says Booker is blinded by bias sometimes. He says Bubba is the worst coach of all time and he says he will end him if he touches him again. BJ thanks Shawn for everything and says he can't wait to make him money. BJ and Bubba then talk trash as BJ leaves.

BJ says Bubba is a miserable old man behind the scenes. Bubba says if you run your mouth, you have to back it up. 

Bubba picks Zena to stay. Mickie agrees. Taker says he's a big fan of Penina and said he didn't get Zena at first. He says Zena stays. Booker picks Zena. Penina thanks everyone. 

Penina said she had nothing and there's no losing for her.

Bubba says Shiloh stays over Chris. Taker says they will be a rivalry for the ages. Taker picks Shiloh to stay. Mickie says she likes both but says her and Chris are going home. Booker picks Shiloh to stay.

Chris thanks everyone and says he will be one of the greatest champions the company has ever seen.

Shawn Michaels says the finals are set for MSG and says they can put their working shoes on and show the world who they are.

I think next week may be the last episode of the season. The show has been renewed for Season 2 though so it's coming back.

Overall thoughts: We got a lot of wrestling which was nice. Obviously the non-wrestling stuff was all worked and not really worth talking or thinking about. Tyra/Dani was my match of the night and Jasper/BJ was the worst match of the night. Both are kind of heelish and the size differences limited the stories. Obviously if you are watching the show you would want to see this since people get home, but there's nothing you really need to see here otherwise.
