WWE Speed Title - Dragon Lee (c) vs El Grande Americano
Lee dropkicks him to start and pounds on him in the corner. Grande slides out and gets tope'd. Lee hits a corner dropkcik for 2. Grande hits a flying double cross chop. They trade chops. Lee jumping knees him and gets stuck up top. Grande hits a top rope suplex for 2. Grande misses a charge and goes into the buckles.
Lee goes for a dropkick and is caught with splash mountain for 2. Grande handstands in the corner and is superkicked. Lee running lariats him. Lee does some wild sunset flip slingshot into a sitout powerbomb. Lee pulls on Grande's mask. Lee argues with the ref, Grande loads up the mask. Grande belly to belly suplexes him into the buckles. Grande then does a top rope diving headbutt with the loaded mask and wins at 3:53.
Thoughts: I knew Grande was winning this as soon as I saw it. They did what they could with the little time they had here and the sunset flip into the sitout powerbomb was a neat spot. What we got was fine but nothing you really need to see.
The women's #1 contender's tournament starts on Friday.
Overall thoughts: There was only one new match as usual. It was short as always but it was noteworthy with Grande winning a title. You don't need to see it but it's an okay way to spend 5 minutes.
