We get the same Clay Roberts promo that we got on another show. To be fair, it was a good promo.

Clay Roberts vs Freedom Ramsey

They lock up and Free backs him up in the corner. Clay cleanbreaks him in the corner. Clay hammerlocks him then free side headlocks him. Free shoulders him over. Clay clubs and chops him. Free goes up and over then hiptosses him. Free hits a slam then dropkicks him for 2.

Free chops him. Clay hits a sick kick for 2. Clay flurries him with shots in the corner. Clay cravates him then kicks him in the back. They trade shots. Free's throat is pulled down over the top and Clay does a slingshot corkscrew elbow drop.

Clay superkicks him in the gut and knee lifts him. Free jumping knees him. Free hits a top rope double axe handle. Clay sunset flips him for 2. Free spinebusters him for 2. Free backslides him. Clay then rolls him into a texas cloverleaf. Free hits a swinging fisherman's neckbreaker and wins.

Thoughts: The crowd didn't care at all about this one which made it hard. Freedom really reminds me of Anthony Bowens or Dion Lennox. He does the right stuff but his expressions are a little goofy and need to be changed. They tried but the crowd just wasn't buying it and that brought it down.

Gigi Rey does a promo. She says NXT is coming and says they put their best soldier out first. She says Jacy Jayne is on a world tour but ROW won't be a pit stop.

Josiah Jean is interviewed. He says a lot has changed in 2 years with him and Gino Medina. He says last time was proving that he belong in the ring and this time is about becoming champ. He says this is about the Texas champion. He says if Gino sees the rocket in the sky, it's too late.

ROW Texas Title - Gino Medina (c) vs "The Rocket" Josiah Jean

JJ shoulders him over. GM side headlocks him. GM ducks a superkick and JJ offers to help him up. GM hits chops then armlocks him. GM switches to an abdominal stretch. JJ reverses it.

They trade forearms. JJ hits lariats. JJ goes up and over and sunset flips him for 2. JJ then knees him in the face. GM hits snake eyes on JJ then step up knees him in the corner. JJ does a botched fameasser from behind.

GM goes out then JJ topes him. JJ jumping knees him inside. JJ does like a botched go to sleep variation for 2. JJ misses a leg lariat then GM hits a single leg codebreaker for 2 while holding the arm. They trade shots. JJ superkicks him. GM hits a knee then superkicks him down.

GM spinning enzugiri's him then hits a sitout pedigree for the win.

Thoughts: They had a lot of sloppy moments here but the crowd was really into it. There were too many issues for this to be that good. Jean really looks like a young Booker T.

The Savage King comes out. He stares down Gino in the ring and gives him a double thumbs down.

Wes Lee does a promo. He puts over Eli Knight and says the potential here is off the charts. He says he was here in 2018-19 and said Eli made him pull some extra tricks out of his bag. He says Eli gave him a run for his money. He says there's a major difference though - potential will always lose to bonafide talent.

Jacy Jayne vs Gigi Rey

They lock up and Rey is pushed into the corner. Jacy piefaces her. Jacy armdrags her and Rey does a rolling armbar. Jacy back elbows her then hits boots and punches in the corner. Jacy foot chokes her. Rey flying headscissors her.

Rey hits a forearm in the corner then suplexes her. Rey sliding forearms her for 2. Rey goes to springboard and is dropped with a forearm. Jacy PK's her from the apron. Jacy sentons her inside for 2. Jacy backsplashes her then kicks her in the back. Jacy then superkicks her from the side and seems to really stiff her with it.

Jacy chinlocks her. Gigi hits punches then his lariats. Gigi step up enzugiri's her. Gigi hits a corner forearm then drops her chest first for 2. Gigi is in tree of woe and is superkicked. Jacy cannonballs her while she hangs for 2.

Jacy misses a pumping knee and is rolled up for 2. Gigi rolling armbars her. Jacy superkicks her in the gut and the ref gets knocked over. Jacy grabs the ROW Title. Mia Friday comes down and tugs over the belt with Jacy. Jacy lets go and Mia hits Gigi on accident with the title. Jacy then picks up the pin.

Thoughts: We knew Jacy was winning here. Gigi could have been a bit cleaner here but I thought they had the general idea right. Gigi didn't do a bad job but she needed to step up a bit more.

Overall thoughts: It wasn't the cleanest night for ROW as all 3 matches weren't quite as polished as they should have been. I thought Josiah Jean looked like he had a lot of potential here and you can see what they are seeing in Freedom Ramsey. The main was acceptable but Gigi needed to step up a bit more. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 as it was average. There's nothing you need to see on this.
