Adam Copeland comes out to talk. He said he's out here and in his gear for the Cope Open. Shane Taylor comes out with Lee Morarity. He said this is the baddest fight team in the world and said they don't duck nobody. He said they will tag everything the world has to offer including respect. He then shows us a video that he says will show why they call him "Tiger Style".

Cope Open - Adam Copeland vs Lee Moriarty

Lee says he's the prize fighter of Shane Taylor Promotions and one of the best technical wrestlers in the world. He said he will prove it by making Adam tap out in his world. Adam asks what this tiger style thing is and said he better be able to back up the check he writes, or he will beat the hell out of him.

Lee rolls out of a wristlock. Adam side headlock takeovers him then Lee headscissors him. Adam side headlocks him then hits forearms. Lee is thrown hard into the corner then Adam hits forearms. Adam leg sweeps him on the apron and Lee pulls Adam's arm down over the top. Lee 2nd rope dropkicks him.

We go to PiP break and return. Adam full-nelson slams him then half-nelson drops him on his sternum. Adam pulls him down backwards, hitting a headbuster. Adam goes up top and Lee armdrags him off the top. Lee puts him in a border city stretch then stomps his shoulder. Adam pounds his back on the top rope then 2nd rope fallaway slams him. Shane distracts Adam and Lee flying facekicks Adam.

Adam slides out and spears Shane on the floor. Lee then topes Adam. Lee springboards, is caught then puts Adam in another border city stretch. They trade forearms on their knees then Adam hits mounted forearms to the face and back of the neck. Adam face kicks him then does a shoulder breaker. Adam then crossfaces him and taps him out.

Both were kind of working each others arms/shoulders here. Most of the stuff Adam did ended up with Lee taking bumps on his shoulder so I guess they did work the body part to a decent enough degree. They could have done better with it. This was totally random though with Lee not being on AEW TV for a while.

Adam gets on the make after. He says he's still coming for Christian Cage. 

FTR and Daniel Garcia are interviewed. Lexi says they face House of Black in the main event and asks if they can handle being on the same page. Cash says they will be just fine and said this is about revenge as HoB left them laying last week. Dax said they have like mindsets and they love wrestling. Dax says tonight is about a fight and said they might have to dance all over HoB. Garcia said Collision is where he needs to be to be a main eventer. He said HoB have what's coming to them after putting their hands on people he likes.

Sammy Guevara and Chris Jericho are interviewed by Lexi. Sammy said history repeats itself tonight and said they become champs on his event - Battle of the Belts. He said all great things comes to an end tonight with Bill and Starks. Jericho said they will take it to the streets and fulfill their destiny. Jericho said the streets give and take away and said they will seek and destroy and walk out of here AEW champs.

ROH Six Man Tag Titles - The Mogul Embassy (c) vs The Righteous and Lance Archer

Lance and The Righteous were hooked up prior to the Continental Classic and haven't been seen together since. Lance pushes Cage then Cage hits forearms. Cage suplexes him then flying headscissors him. Lance hits a lariat then takes a german suplex. Lance double crossbodies Cage and Kaun.

Vincent gets in. He hits a punch on Kaun then running back elbows him. Kaun slams and sentons Vincent. Toa corner lariats Vincent then splashes his back. Toa hits knees to Vincent's back on the buckles. They trade punches. Dutch knees Kaun from the apron then Vincent forearms toa on the apron. All 6 men fight.

We go to PiP break and return. Dutch and Toa shoulder battle during the break. Kaun takes a Dutch crossbody. Kaun ddt's Lance  then corner uranage's Vincent. Kaun jumps off of Vincent's back to dropkick Dutch. Lance hits a chokeslam on Kaun then Cage death valley drivers him. Vincent hits a russian legsweep on Cage then takes a pop-up samoan drop from Toa. Dutch black hole slams Toa then tope con hilos outside.

Lance goes for blackout on Kaun but Nana holds Kaun's foot. Jake Roberts punches Nana out Dutch powerbombs Kaun then Vincent top rope headbutts Kaun for 2. Lance black hole slams Cage then Vincent guillotine chokes Kaun. Toa pounces Vincent after a Kaun drop down then Vincent takes an open the door for 2.

Cage jumping knees Lance and barely hits a mcgillicutter. Kaun hits an ore ga taue on Vincent for 2 then Vincent rolls him up for 2. Kaun pedigrees Vincent and wins it.

It was a fun 6-man with some of the bigger guys here. Not super great and not as good as it could have been but we had some fun heavyweight wrestling here and had Jake nail Nana in a fun spot. I don't like Lance and The Righteous losing in their debut as a team.

Prince Nana gets on the mic after. He says he has the greatest ROH 6-man champs of all time. Nana said he and Swerve saw Jay White complain that his group wants the 6-man titles. Nana says White couldn't even beat Swerve in the Continental Classic. He said since they are such great guys, it will be The Mogul Embassy challenging Bullet Club Gold on Dynamite. He tells them to step up to the plate if they are ready for a challenge.

Preston Vance and Jose are interviewed. Roderick Strong and The Kingdom walk in. Vance said this is his time and said Strong has nothing to do with this tonight. He said he'll kick Strong's @ss next week after he beats Orange Cassidy tonight. Strong says he'd like that.

Dustin Rhodes vs Willie Mack

Here's a random one. Mack armdrags him then is armdragged back. Dustin drops down uppercuts him. Mack chops him then hits a gamengiri. Mack standing moonsaults him for 2 then superkicks him. Mack misses a top rope splash then Dustin canadian destroyers him. Dustin powerslams him for 2.

Mack step up enzugiri's him. Dustin boots him out of the corner then hits a cross rhodes. Mack does a nice sell for it then Dustin twisting suplexes him to win it.

I hated the canadian destroyer not meaning anything here and Mack being able to just wrestle on with no problems after. This was a short one.

Bullet Club Gold do a promo. They mock the Mogul Embassy. Jay says the Embassy are getting comfortable without them around. Jay says if they want to go for a ride then saddle up. Jay says they will go home with the 6-man tag titles then say guns up.

Dustin Rhodes is interviewed by Renee. Christian and The Patriarchy come in. Christian said that was a great win and says if you are a friend of Adam Copeland's, you are an enemy of his. Dustin says he needs to talk to him better because he's a 35 year vet. He said he's been chasing the TNT Title since AEW started and didn't get it. He challenges him to put it up on Dynamite and he said he will show him how big and bad and tough he is. Christian said that's quite the dream he created then brings up his dead dad. He said Dustin's dad is a legend, but he hasn't heard anyone use that word with him. Dustin tells him to get his balls ready and said he will tap dance all over his @ss. Dustin was good here.

Adam Page vs JD Drake

JD actually got an entrance here. They lock up and JD piefaces him. Page hits forearms on him and we are told Hook wants to wrestle tonight. Page messes up a leapfrog, then dropkicks him. Page headlock takeovers him then JD hits chops. Page hits corner punches then top rope moonsaults him. Page running ssp's him for 2.

Anthony Henry tries to hype up JD outside. Page dropkicks JD into Henry then misses a plancha. Page is then thrown up into the ropes and lariated on the outside. We go to PiP break and return. Page hits forearms on JD then JD is pulled over the top. Page springboard triangle lariats him off the apron the plancha's him outside. Page top rope crossbodies him for 2.
Page hits lariats and a forearm then skins the cat to avoid being thrown out. Page short arm lariats him then death valley bombs him for 2.

Page back body drops him then JD belly to belly suplexes him. JD corner cannonballs him then misses a top rope moonsault. Page moonsaults onto Henry outside then buckshot lariats JD to win it.

It was longer than you'd expect. It was okay and they gave JD a lot of offense here even though the outcome was obvious.

Deonna Purrazzo vs Red Velvet

This is Deonna's big debut. Not on a PPV or even Dynamite, but on Collision, which less people will watch. DP takes her down with a wristlock then armdrags her. Red armdrags her then DP ducks a superkick. Red leg lariats DP then walks up the ropes and armdrags her down. DP rolls it into a fujiwara armbar though. Red ropebreaks.

DP baseball slides her then flatliners her into a koji clutch. Red pulls DP into the ropes and takes a rough bump to the outside on it. Red codebreakers DP's arm then stomps it into the mat. Red hits mounted punches. Tony struggles to say Deonna's name right.

Red hits a Japanese armdrag on DP, wraps her arm around the ropes and pulls. Red hits some punches to the gut. DP and Red trade chops then DP pump kicks her. Red superkicks her and DP pump kicks her. DP knees her in the face, russian legsweeps her and armbars her. Red rolls DP back to nearly get out then DP double armbars her and wins it.

It was 50/50 when it really shouldn't have been. Deonna spent a lot of the time pulling her trunks up and definitely has some weight to lose. Despite that, you can tell she is more talented than a lot of the roster. I thought this should have been more of a showcase for DP than an even match. 

Hook vs ?

Hook's opponent misses a charge and is german suplexed. Hook hits a release northern lights suplex and sends his opponent out. Nook then northern lights suplexes him on the ramp in a spot that nearly gets botched. Hook hits crossface shots then a redrum to win this quick squash.

FTR and Daniel Garcia vs The House of Black

Buddy and Dax lock up. Buddy hits a corner chop then takes a punch. Dax bangs his head off the buckles then suplexes and leg drops him. Dax lariats him then Buddy's neck is double catapulted into the middle rope. Cash suplexes Buddy and euros him.

Black tags himself in there with DG. Black armdrags him twice then DG armdrags him. DG sits down to avoid a kick and does Black's sit down pose. Black then teases doing DG's dance but gives him in the finger. Black is thrown out and lands on his shoulder. Brody takes a 3v1 then is lariated over the top. FTR and DG then do Black's sit down pose and Dax flips off Buddy.

We go to PiP break and return. Buddy is hiptossed over the top by DG. Cash hits nice dropkicks on Brody then lariats him. Cash dropkicks Buddy and Black off the apron. Brody takes lariats from FTR then a high/low. Brody sitout double arm chokeslams Dax. Dax is thrown chest first into the buckles.

Black euros Dax then kneedrops him. Black side headlock takeovers Dax then Dax misses a top rope move on him. Buddy stomps on Dax and euros him out. Brody sends Dax into the rails outside. Black suplexes Dax. We go to PiP break and return.

Dax takes a double pop-up into a double knee. Dax ddt's Buddy after ducking his punches. DG gets the hot tag in and pounds on Black. DG chops up Black and Buddy then kamigoye's Buddy in the face hard. Black is back body dropped to the outside. Brody and DG fight. Dg armbreakers him and pulls him over the top. DG knees him in the face then dragon screws Black over the middle orpe. Cash tope's all 3 opponents.

DG suplexes Black for 2. DG hits Buddy as he comes off the 2nd rope then DG stares down with Brody. DG guillotine chokes Brody and Brody throws him overhead. Brody takes a triple team spike piledriver then Buddy top rope meteora's Dax. Cash powerslams Buddy then DG backdrops Black. Black no sells it and high kicks him. Everyone is down.

The 6 each pair off in corners. Black is on DG's shoulders and Dax top rope bulldogs him. FTR go for a powerplex. Cash is knocked off the top then DG tries to top rope splash Black but Black gets his knees up. Black ankle locks Dax then Dax ropebreaks. Buddy sends DG over the rail outside. Brody throws Cash into the rails then crossbodies him there.

Black is crotched up top. Black 2nd rope moonsaults DG outside then Buddy 2nd rope sunset flips and rolls Dax into a double powerbomb. Dax rolls him up for 2 then backslides him for 2. Dax piledrivers Buddy for 2. Black spining high kicks Dax then Buddy curbstomps Dax to win it.

It was a good main event tag. Not a classic but they went all out here and did some creative stuff. The crowd was into it and they worked well together. I liked Dg filling in for the powerplex spot and I liked them doing each other's poses. 

Brody King nails Cash after then throws Matt Menard into the ring. Black spinning high kicks Menard. Cash and DG bring chairs in and chair Brody. Black takes stomps from Dax and DG and slides out. Brody then takes a triple team shatter machine to close the show.

Overall thoughts: There was a lot of decent in-ring action with some random matches. Not any real great segments or anything though and I wouldn't call it a must see. It was an okay show.
