The Alliance come out to start the show. Adrianna Gambino says it seems like everyone is excited to see them. She says they are thrilled to be here. She says everyone is excited about tonight's main. She says it doesn't matter who wins as the next title shot goes to Reina del Rey, who will bring the title home no matter who it is. 

Gabriella Cruz vs Sylvia Sanchez

Syl pushes her off the lock up. They trade wristlocks then Syl side headlocks her. Cruz side headlocks her then armdrags her off the top wristlock. Cruz does a hip throw and Syl sweeps her. Cruz hits leg kicks and forearms. Cruz walks up the buckles then armdrags her down. Cruz rolls her up for 2.  

Syl hits a big slam for 2. Syl chinlocks her. Syl spinning side slams her for 2. Syl knees her in the gut and misses a corner charge. Cruz step up knees her then hits chest forearms. Cruz flying headscissors her then she sunset flips her for 2.

Syl alabama slams her and pins her.

Thoughts: I don't get why they had Cruz lose here. Cruz again looked better than anyone else on the roster and seems like an easy lock for being a main event singles girl, but losing to Sanchez is not the way. It was about average but Cruz really moved around well here.

Jessie Jones and Big Rig Betty vs The Environmentalists (Sprout Greens and Scout Parker)

Jones and Betty run in and attack. Betty hits punches on Scout and Jones hits forearms. They then do stereo back elbows in the corners. Scout and Greens are thrown into each other and go out.

Jones tries a gori special and Scout breaks it up. Greens is double teamed and Betty side headlocks her. Scout kicks Betty from the apron then Greens kicks Betty from behind. Greens boots Betty in the corner and jumping kicks her. Greens snapmares her then facebusters her. Scout running meteora's Betty.

Scout corner forearms Betty and rolls her. Scout bangs Betty's head off the mat. Greens then split leg drops Betty. Greens and Scout are thrown into each other.

Jones hits a double clothesline then corner lariats Greens. Betty running back elbows Greens then stomps on her in the corner. Jones running hip attacks Greens for 2. Betty pulls Scout off the apron. Greens then takes a running boot + a russian legsweep and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one. The work wasn't anything too great here with a lot of the offense not looking that painful.

Betty and Jones chase after Greens and Scout after as they had stolen Jones' stick.

Sibley Scoles interviews Goldie Collins and Catarina Jinx. Jinx says The Mighty Mights might be fast but the hunt is on. She says she will takes their legs from underneath them. Goldie says they don't intend to lose and will win. Sibley says The Mights can fly. Goldie says they may fly but her team hunts.

Animal Instinct (Goldie Collins and Catarina Jinx) vs The Mighty Mights (Sugar and Spice)

Gold bangs Sugar's face off the mat. Sugar tries to trip her and can't. Sugar monkey flips her. She armdrags Cat then snapmares Cat off a crossbody attempt. The Mights hook Cat's legs and roll her backwards.

Spice knees Cat in the gut then running knees her. Cat backdrops her then bangs Spice's head off the buckles. Gold snapmares and hairmares Spice. Gold then chinlocks her. Spice is pulled down backwards by the hair.

Spice takes a double suplex for 2. Spice's face is banged off the buckles by Cat. Gold sits on Spice's neck on the 2nd rope. Gold then pulls Spice's throat down over the middle rope. Spice hits shots to Cat's gut then jawbreakers her. Spice spears Cat on the ropes.

Sugar gets in and hits shots on Gold. Sugar euros her then Gold does a spinning spinebuster. Gold pulls Spice off of Cat outside and throws Cat in. Sugar flying facebusters Cat and pins her to win.

Thoughts: I liked it. The Mights had a lot of energy here and are likeable faces and that helped this one out. It wasn't too long. I was surprised The Mights won.

Samantha Smart and The Classmaster talk. Sam says their performance will be a masterpiece and a Michelin meal served on a silver platter. She says Tormenta will look like expired peasant food served on a trash can lid. Sam says they will leave the match with a victory and still your WOW champion.

Sophia Lopez talks to Tormenta in the back in Spanish. She says they had a great time and says she brought her here. She says she's proud she's going after the title and says she has to win. Tor thanks her for the support. She says she wasn't just her manager, she was her friend. They hug and Lopez says go win.

Paola Mayfield does a video alone. She says she will watch the main closely as whoever wins will face her. She said Classmaster got lucky last match and says she is better than luck. She says Tormenta had luck and help from Princess Aussie and that's how she got the title shot. She says whoever wins the title match will step in the ring with her. She says she doesn't care who she wins as she only has eyes on being the next WOW champ. She says she will take what is hers.

Next week's show has Miami's Sweet Heat vs Animal Instinct in a #1 contender's match for the WOW Tag Titles.

WOW World Title - The Classmaster (c) vs Tormenta

 

Tor waistlocks her then slides out of a full nelson. Class clubs her and uses the ropes to sling her backwards. Class suplexes her. Class hits corner spears then kicks Tor in the back.

Class crabs Tor. Tor ropebreaks. Class sleepers Tor. Class stomps Tor's back. Tor's face is banged off the buckles. Class punches her in the gut and clubs her. Tor's face is banged off the mat. Class gets on her back with a facelock and butt drops the back. 

Class throws Tor out and bangs her face off the apron. Tor is sent into the post. They fight on the ramp and Class clubs Tor. Class then suplexes her on the ramp. Class stomps on Tor then hair throws her. Class stomps her in the corner. Class misses a corner charge and takes a step up enzugiri. Tor running euros her in the corner then hits a corner meteora.

Tor basement dropkicks her in the corner for 2. Smart gets on the apron and hits Tor with her yard stick. Class ddt's Tor for 2. Tor rolls her into a double stomp. Tor catches a kick and flips Class for 2. 

Smart throws Class a book. Tor top rope dropkicks the boot into Class. Tor then pins Class.

Thoughts: I was surprised to see Tormenta win here. It wasn't that well built to and there wasn't a lot of steam behind that. The match wasn't that good. It was slower, they had a couple of sloppy moments near the end, the offense was really bad looking and it just never really clicked. I can't say I understand why they made her champ over some of the other girls.

Tormenta then gets confetti as she holds up the title. 

Overall thoughts: I liked 2 matches here and didn't like 2 matches. Cruz had a good showing against Sanchez. Betty/Jones vs The Environmentalists had a lot of weak shots thrown and it was shorter. The Mighty Mights vs Animal Instinct was decent with The Mights showing a lot of energy. We then had a rare title change in the main with Tormenta beating The Classmaster, which I didn't see coming. The match wasn't that good though and the two just didn't click that well. I'd give this one a 5 out of 10 as I thought it was average overall.
