Next week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2025/07/tna-impact-7102025.html

We see clips of a confrontation from a meet and greet with The Iinspiration and The Elegance Brand.

The Iinspiration (Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee) vs Tessa Blanchard and Victoria Crawford

Jess and Vic go at it. Vic talks trash at her. Jess rolls up Vic for 2. Vic takes a double kick to the front and back. Tess then takes a double boot. Cass shoulders over Tess then armdrags her. Tess chokes her with her leg over the 2nd rope. Vic works on Cass in the corner.

Tess boots and foot chokes Cass in the corner. Tess chinlocks Cass. Cass boots Tess from the ropes. Cass tries to jump over Tess to make a tag and Tess drops her. Cass sunset flips Tess for 2.

Cass swinging facebusters Tess. Jess corner forearms Vic then bangs Tess' head off her knee. Jess gutwrench suplexes Vic for 2. Tess is thrown out and runs into Indi Hartwell at commentary. They get in each others faces. Vic is lifted and takes the idolizer. Vic then gets pinned.

Thoughts:
It wasn't good. Everything The Iinspiration did looked like it barely registered and Victoria wasn't any better.

Indi and Tess fight after. Indi gets on the mic. She says they will fight at Slammiversary and security stops them from fighting more.

Tasha Steelz, John Skyler and Jason Hotch come out. Tasha says there's a lot of disorder in Order 4, so she made the call to Cedric Alexander. She says she wants Ced and Ali to come out so they can sort things out.

Ced and Ali come out. Ced says Tasha called him as this is not the Ali they all know. Ced asks if he remembers 205 Live. He says they were the heart and soul of it and carried the cruiserweight division on their backs all the way to Wrestlemania. Ced says he's here to help Ali, not for hostilities.

Ali says Ced took a Wrestlemania moment from him. Ali says this isn't the help he wants. He says he wants Ced to give him a Wrestlemania rematch. He says he want to beat the one guy he never beat - Cedric Alexander. Ali challenges him to a match at Slammiversary.

Ced says he's not here for hostilities, but he will beat his @ss again if he wants to get hostile. Ali tries to hit him and gets hit. Ali then goes out. Ali's security jump Ced then Order 4 saves Ced. Ced lumbar checks a guard and talks to Ali.

We get a video on Masha vs Kelly tonight.

TNA Knockouts Title - Chain Match - Masha Slamovich (c) vs Killer Kelly

They forearm each other to start. MS wraps the chain around KK's throat and snapmares her. MS kicks KK in the back and the chest for 2. MS sits on the top rope and is knocked down. KK pulls MS into the post with the chain.

We go to break and return. They fight on the ramp and MS sleepers her. KK snapmares her over. KK chokes her with the chain then suplexes her on the ramp. MS gets a 2 count on her in the ring. They trade forearms and double clothesline each other at the same time. MS step up knees her in the corner then facekicks her. MS koppo kicks her for 2.

KK is tripped into the 2nd buckle. MS misses a corner charge. KK running boots her. KK hits a bad standing pedigree for 2. MS northern lights bombs her for 2. KK death valley drivers her into the bottom buckle and basement dropkicks her there for 2. MS chokes her with the chain and KK submits.

Thoughts: It sadly wasn't that great. It really needed some blood and we didn't get any of that here. The crowd wasn't too good either which didn't help things. We also didn't get any big spots or anything that would have helped put this over more.

Fatal Influence of NXT beat up Masha after. Jacy running knees MS then holds the TNA Knockouts Title up after. Lei Ying Lee and Xia Brookside make the save after.

The Northern Armory talk in the back. EY asks if they feel the failure in their stomachs. He says they embarrassed him. He said he got kicked out of the building and then they lost. He says they aren't wolves but lambs. He says what happened to the men with unlimited potential? He asks if they are with him or against him. He says maybe he needs to bury them with the rest of the bodies. Judas says they will do whatever it takes. EY says to prove it.

TNA Injury Report

Trey Miguel has a hernia injury and is out. Xia Brookside has a knee injury and is day to day. AJ Francis has a head and lower back injury but is cleared.

Mike Santana does a promo on the stairs. He says we aren't owed anything in this business. He says when you work though, you earn. He says the people voiced themselves so much that TNA was forced to put him in the Slammiversary main. He says it's more than a moment. He says this is about everything he went through to get to this moment. He says he's not going to Slammiversary to lose. He challenges anyone who wants to make their presence known to go ahead. He says he's walking out of Slammiversary the TNA champ.

Eddie Edwards vs Matt Cardona

Matt hits forearms then is hit with a knee in the gut. Matt facebusters Eddie then boots him out of the corner. Matt is pulled off the buckles. Eddie knee drops him then hits mounted shots.

Eddie hits chops. Matt hits forearms. Eddie takes a back body drop. Matt back elbows him then flapjacks him. Matt hits the broski boot. Alishia Edwards trips Matt. Eddie blue thunders Matt for 2. Alisa puts a ring in the corner for Eddie to use.

Eddie grabs the ring. Brian Myers comes down and tries to stop Eddie. Mat then jack knife pins Eddie and wins.

Thoughts: It was a short one so they could continue to push this thing with Matt and The System. It wasn't much of note.

The lights go out and NXT's Dark State appear. Matt gets group beaten in the ring then is thrown into a powerbomb.

During the break, The Home Town Man was unmasked and down in the back. Sami Callihan came to help.

We get a package on Leon Slater with him talking about his mom, his career and the X-Division Title match vs Moose at Slammiversary.

Mance Warner vs Jake Something

Steve Maclin is on commentary. Jake hits punches then MW hits a big forearm. MW hits chops. Jake corner lariats him then short arm clotheslines him. Steph de Lander trips Jake.

Jake throws MW off of him. Jake runs into a boot in the corner. MW hits punches and eye pokes him. Jake hits a big forearm. Jake has words for Steve outside then MW rams Jake into the post. MW then has words for Steve. Jake forearms Steve over by accident. Steve then hits both and causes this to be thrown out. Security comes out to stop the fight.

Thoughts: It was short and not much with the match getting stopped pretty quick. This was just to set up a Jake vs Mance vs Steve match.

Maclin, Jake and Mance are still arguing in the back and Steve agrees to a 3-way International Title match with them.

Nic Nemeth vs Zachary Wentz

Myron Reed is out here with Wentz. Nic wristlocks him. ZW kips up and backflips out. ZW armdrags him. Nic stomps him. ZW double boots him out of the corner and 2nd rope tornillos him. ZW topes Ryan Nemeth when Nic moves. Nic sends ZW into the steps. We go to break and return.

They trade punches. Nice headbutts him. ZW hits a sitout powerbomb for 2. Nic fameassers ZW for 2. ZW blocks a superkick and rolls him up for 2. Nic rolls him up for 2. ZW sunset flips him for 2. ZW superkicks him. ZW then handspring jumping knees him for 2.

Ryan Nemeth trips ZW then ZW plancha's him for it. Nic superkicks ZW then hits the danger zone on him for the win.

Thoughts: It was fine but nothing too special. Nic won here as expected though it was definitely not clean. I was surprised Myron Reed didn't get involved somehow.

Frankie Kazarian comes out for his new talking segment "The King's Speech". He says he's unfortunately not involved in the main event of Slammiversary. He then brings out Joe Hendry, Trick Williams and Mike Santana.

Kaz says he wants to give Trick the forum to let them know it won't be a feel good story for them. Trick says he had a match with Joe Hendry and a match with Mike Santana and beat both. He says he has no problem doing it again at Slammiversary. Kaz asks Joe if he wants to talk about it then takes the mic from him.

Kaz asks Mike a question and tries to take the mic away but Mike takes it. Mike then threatens him. Mike said he didn't come into this game to be a fake rapper or sing songs. He says he's here to bring TNA back and says this company was built off of being the best in this ring. He says he will tke the title at Slammiversary.

Joe says people chant "whoop that trick" as they want to see Trick get his @ss whooped. He says the people still chant "we believe". Trick calls this lies. Trick said Mike got his @ss whooped by a whack @ss rapper. Trick says he's the only person telling the truth. He said he would take the fans and the brand and that's what he's doing.

Kaz says Trick is the only man worthy of being champ. Trick then nails Mike and Joe from behind. Kaz joins in and the four fight. Trick hits Joe with the title and hits a trick shot on Mike.

Overall thoughts: It was your usual average Impact. There was noting that great or must see here. The chain match wasn't anything special and the opening women's match was bad. There were a lot of shorter matches here and I'd say Nemeth/Wentz was the best match. Dark State and Fatal Influence appearing were the surprises of the night though. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 and would not recommend it.
