Thoughts: It was a shorter one with them keeping the pace moving. It didn't have the best execution but  it was alright enough.

Ice rolls him up for 2 then Sean rolls him up for 2. Sean blocks a sunset flip, sits on him and pins him.

Thoughts: I liked the finish but it was pretty average otherwise. They kept the match moving but there weren't any real faces or heels here and I think the match they were doing was more suited for something longer.

They shake hands after but Ice is upset.

Clay Roberts is interviewed about his Best of 5 Series with Semsei. He says he's driven by being a wrestler. He asks if Semsei can say the same by failing on Ninja Warrior. Thoughts: I would have liked the enzugiri near the end to mean a little more but the finish was indeed a bit of a surprise. It was alright with the two keeping things moving and going even with each other.

Zack is popped up into a polish hammer and is pinned.

Thoughts:
It was an okay match here. They got me on the title shot kick out near the end. ROW has a lot of titles and likes to change them around a lot so I'm not totally surprised MMT won here. I would have liked more build to this title change though as this wasn't built up as much as it could have been. Fly Def hit MMT with the title to win last time around but it didn't work this time.

Overall thoughts: It was your usual alright ROW show. There was nothing must see but nothing awful either. The main was easily the best match on this show and Semsei/Clay Roberts wa alright too. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 and didn't think it was a bad watch.
