IWA Puerto Rico Impacto Total 7/16/2022

I haven't seen this promotion in years and I'm not up to date on the wrestlers or storylines, so I will do my best here. This show seems to have a lot of talking on it which makes this harder to follow.
I think we open up with clips of Pupe Jackson getting beaten up by Mr. Big and Manny Ferno after attacking them.
Hellblaze and Dean Rose vs Excellent Mantel
Mantel checks around the ring before getting in. The ref has dreadlocks and is wearing a headband in a first. Mantel teams with Pupe Jackson to form the Drunken Express, but Pupe is nowhere to be found and Mantel is doing this 1v2.
Hellblaze takes some punches and Mantel tries to shoulder him over but can't. Mantel lariats him and takes a cheapshot from Rose on the apron. Hellblaze then lariats him. Rose then suplexes Mantel for 2 and hits a nice lariat. Rose puts him in a chinlock then Mantel sunset flips him. Mantel looks to tag out but his partner still hasn't arrived.
Hellblaze sideslams Mantel then misses a vaderbomb. Hellblaze misses a corner charge and is backdropped by Mantel for 2. Mantel hits a hadouken on Blaze and then takes a sitout spinebuster. Rose then top rope elbows Mantel and picks up the win.
Nothing wrong with this. It made sense as Mantel had no one to tag out to and was beaten easily 2v1.
The camera man is bugging manager Fernando Tonos at the airport as we see some clips from a multi-man tag match or battle royale. He seems to threaten John Hawking and his tag team partner.
We get a commercial with Wizard shopping at a pharmacy. He's an IWA wrestler and then talks about an upcoming show. He says he wants to beat up Savio Vega in their match and we see him pushing some kid on the basketball court. He implies it's Savio's nephew and says he disrespected him. The kid's mom/Savio's sister gets involved and they try to beat him up. Wizard said he pushed him and he defended himself then we see the mom get pushed down. Wizard says Savio was something against him.
We go to break and return to a ref slapping Jay Martinez. He picks up the ref, who I think is Jordy El Nino, slams him and then suplexes him. He then carries the ref out over his shoulder and literally throws him out of the building.
The Faces of Destiny vs Los Inhumanos and John Hawking
Los Inhumanos are Invader and Savio Vega. The Faces of Destiny are Nick Mercer, Jay Blake and maybe Khriz Diaz.
Everyone fights to start and the FoD go out to regroup. Savio puts Mercer in the corner then Invader gets in. Invader bulldog chokes Mercer then trips him into a hammerlock. Savio armlocks Mercer then Mercer goes for a shot on Invader but Invader backdrops him a little later. Savio headlock takedowns Mercer then Invader gets back in and hits some slaps on Mercer. The FoD's help Mercer gain control and Diaz works on Invader.
Diaz chinlocks Invader then Mercer is tagged in and stomps Invader. Invader kicks him then lariats him. Mercer pulls him into his corner and Jay Blake stomps Invader. Blake flying back elbows Invader then Mercer jumping knee drops Invader. Mercer misses a splash on Invader and holds Invader's leg so he can't tag out. Invader gets stomped on 2v1 then her and Mercer lariat each other at the same time.
Hawking and Diaz get in and Hawking gets the hot tag. He backdrops Diaz and hiptosses Blake. He then lariats Blake and back body drops him. Hawking and Mercer trade punches and Hawking flying clotheslines him. Savio bangs Diaz's and Mercer's heads together then the FoD's are thrown into each other. Hawking lariats Mercer over the top and Blake gets superkicked by Savio. Invader hits Diaz then Hawking full nelson bombs Diaz for the win.
This was a good tag match. It was very simple with the heels working over the legendary Invader, then him making the hot tag and his team picking up the win. Good stuff.
Manny Ferno brings out Hellblaze and other heels. They try to attack Vega and friends. Invader heart punches Blaze then Vega superkicks him out.
Azazel comes out to attack and gets beaten up by the three faces. Invader heart punches him and Azazel is out. Savio then cuts a promo on his attackers. He says it is an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. I think Invader says something about their mothers. Savio says since he and Invader beat the tag champs Mercer and Blake, they deserve a title shot. Invader tries to goad them into it. Ferno seems to maybe be interested in the idea but he wants John Hawking. Hawking then says lightning doesn't strike twice and accepts the challenge. Vega says no to that match for tonight though. Vega tells Ferno that he wants Wizard.
Jay Martinez cuts a promo on Jordy el Nino and invites us to the next event as they start shilling it.
Savio then shills the event and says he and Invader will become the new tag champs. Invader then comes in and says they will win the titles. Savio calls Mercer and Blake cowards. He says he will break Wizard's neck for pushing his family member and says he will kill him. I couldn't fully understand this, but nonetheless, it was a really good promo with Savio really making you feel like he wanted to kill Wizard.
We cut to some video package with Manu being forced to fight Aiden Grimm thanks to Tonos.
I think Manny Ferno then does a promo. He says the titles will be unified tonight against John Hawking. Invader comes in and they argue. Savio Vega then jumps Ferno and Invader hits heart punches on Ferno as Savio holds him. They then talk trash to him and that's it.
Overall thoughts: This was pretty good show with them hyping the big show hard. The trios match was pretty good and the other match was short but worked too. Savio's promos were good and even though it was in Spanish, this was enjoyable for non-spanish speakers. This was well done.
