Selina de la Renta is the Executive Producer here because....reasons.

 Low-Ki vs Budd Heavy

He knocks out Budd as soon as it starts by running into him. Ki wins by referee stoppage at 8 seconds.

Ki calls out King Mo and friends and says the party isn't over.

Lio Rush does a promo. He said he is the 25-year old piece of gold and his Middleweight title proves it. He said he is the right man, at the right place and time.

Konnan is supposed to be at the booth but didn't come. Selina said she knows what happened and they cut away to the front of a house. Selina said Konnan paid the highest price and they certainly make it seem like Mil Muertes killed him. 

Tom Lawlor's Filthy Island is on February 17th.

They review Mads Krugger vs Hammerstone from last week and said this isn't the end of it. Mads does a promo. He said he saw something in Hammerstone's eyes and thinks it is fear.  

Mil Muertes with Selina de la Renta vs Brian Pillman Jr.

Mil comes out in Axtec attire with a headdress and chest cover.  Pillman goes out side while he enters and looks scared. Pillman evades Mil early and Mil doesn't sell his chops. He goes on a major ground and pound flurry on Pillman. Mil back suplexes Pillman and powerslams Pillman coming off the ropes. Mil hits some a bunch of corner clotheslines then does a flatliner called the "Straight to Hell" for the win. Mil didn't quite meet the hype but it was a total squash here.

They announced that IWA Puerto Rico and MLW joined forces. Richard Holliday was interviewed and said MLW and IWA don't give him enough recognition. He says he isn't respected as the Caribbean champ and says it fires him up.

Tom Lawlor was interviewed and asked if he would call the match he is refereeing tonight(Von Erichs vs Los Parks) down the middle. He said it is ridiculous ACH gets a title shot before him since he beat him.

Injustice did a promo. Reed said he isn't a happy camper. He lost his belt and Contra pulled "sucka sh*t" on him. He said Contra destroyed his vest too. Jordan Oliver told Contra to step up and said they are ready and want a fight.

Selina was with the announcers and asked how it was going and said it was going great. The announcer said Selina's Promociones Dorado had been sold and she left after that. 

Alexander Hammerstone did an interview. He said he is afraid but not of Mads. He's afraid of failure and not reaching his potential. He said he's been running a marathon and the MLW Title is at the end of his marathon. He said Contra has been a hurdle and he either jumps over it or kicks it down. He said he is also afraid the officials might fine him when he beats up Mads or takes his mask off.

We did the Pro Wrestling Illustrated Top 10 as usual. Alexander Hammerstone was #1 and Jacob Fatu is still the World Heavyweight Champ.

MLW World Tag Team Championship - Tornado Match - Special Referee: Tom Lawlor - The Von Erichs (c) vs Los Parks (L.A. Park and El Hijo de L.A. Park) with Selina de la Renta

Los Parks said they would leave if they didn't get a title shot and Renta hooked it up. Lawlor was given the Christmas gift of a ref's shirt from Selina, and that's how he got here.

The VE's get jumped at the bell. Tom lost control of this in seconds though it is No DQ essentially. Ross gets choked with a foot and a belt while Marshall gets choked with a foot. Marshall then gets choked with a belt. Park grabs a metal stool and hits Ross' head off of it, then hits the VE's with it. St. Laurent on commentary tries to cover for Lawlor's poor officiating. The Parks hit double chops on Marshall and VE's come back with a double dropkick then double dives through the ropes.  Marshall and Park Sr. trade chops. Then Ross and Hijo trade forearms. Hijo does a dance and the suck it pose, then Ross hits a superkick and a falcon arrow. Lawlor does a slow count since he is a rival of the VE's.

Hijo superkicks Ross in the face then does a code red with a Lawlor fast count. Hijo goes up for an asai to the outside but Ross pulls him down and he hits the apron. Park does a heavy dropkick on Marshall then topes him. Ross misses a clothesline off the ropes and rolls out, then Hijo topes him. Tom Lawlor sells his leg and may have a cramp. The VE's try to pin both opponents and Lawlor stops the count due to a cramp. The VE's fight on the ropes and Tom charges in and goes over the top. Ross hits the iron claw onto Hijo then does a uranage out of it. Selina then sprays Ross in the eyes with mace and Park does a speak on Marshall. Park Jr. then comes in and Ross takes a big spear from L.A. Park. Lawlor then rolls back in and gives the Parks a fast count victory.  A ton of nonsense went on here in a total screwjob of the Von Erich's. The actual work wasn't bad at all with some okay brawling.

Overall thoughts: Not a great episode and this wasn't something I would go out of my way to see. It's not that it was bad, but you aren't missing that much if you skip it.
