News - Liv Morgan is out after getting injured last week which should change things up for Judgment Day and the Women's Tag Titles, which Liv held at the time of her injury.

We are in Columbus, Ohio.

We see various wrestlers arrive.

Seth Rollins' unnamed crew comes out. Seth asks the crowd what they want and they chant for "CM Punk". He says they chant for different people every minute and says they don't know what they want. He says he doesn't care what they want or what's good for them, so they need people like him to tell them what's good for them.

Seth says the people think they want things because of him. Seth says Punk is in WWE because the company wanted to cash in on how much he hates him. He says there's no second coming of Cody unless he's there to put him on the map. He says he's the creator, the past, present and says this is the future.

Seth says him and Paul know about the revolution and say every revolution deals with opposition. He says he will deal with it until the opposition forces his hand. He said LA Knight stuck his nose in their business and got tsunami's for his troubles. He says Bron Breakker will soon have the chance to do it to another thorn in their side in Penta. He says lots of people think they have what it takes to stand at the top, but what they don't understand is that they are running a race for 2nd place. He says the MITB briefcase is the finish line and the endgame. He says it is and will always be Seth Rollins.

Penta vs Bron Breakker

We join this in progress. Bron pounds on Penta then Penta flying headscissors him. Penta enzugiri's him in the corner then springboard crossbodies him. Penta pendulum double kicks him in the corner.

Bron suplexes him then backbreakers him for 2. Bron hits corner spears and running lariats him. Bron says Penta will never beat him ever. Bron then stomps him. Penta headscissors Bron while he's on the buckles. Penta hits leg kicks and superkicks him. Bron no sells it then is pulled over the top. Penta's plancha is caught and Bron is pushed into the post. Penta tope con hilos him.

We go to break and return. During the break, Penta got dropped gut first on top of the post and Bron diving lariated him off the apron over the commentary table. Penta boots him out of the corner. Bron gorilla press gutbusters him for 2.

Bron bends over. Penta boots him then slingblade bulldogs him. Penta goes up and over and ends up suplexing him for 2. Penta superkicks him. Bron rolls and jumping knees him. Bron walks up the buckles and hurricanrana's Penta down for 2.

Penta hits another superkick and ddt's him. Penta hits a canadian destroyer for 2. Penta superkicks him in the gut then Bron spears Penta while he's in mid-air. Bron then wins.

Thoughts: As often is the case with Penta matches, there was a canadian destroyer that meant absolutely nothing. If you can get around it, they had an entertaining match otherwise with the two working better together than I expected. It would have been nice to get a longer finishing run though than the sudden spear finish.

Seth says this is Penta's one warning to stay out of his way.

We are told Liv Morgan will miss several months of action.

AJ Styles talks to Adam Pearce. Adam says AJ's match with Dom for the IC Title is off at Night of Champions. He says AJ is first in line for the match when he's ready.

The New Day and Grayson Waller walk in. Woods says he has an idea for a photoshoot and Adam says he wants a New Day vs Finn Balor/JD McDonaugh Tag Title match that is set next week. New Day get mad. Waller says not to treat his mates like that. Adam is confused.

We see a taped Cole interview with Goldberg. Goldberg said he wasn't going to let what Gunther did slide. He said he went to the wrestling show to relax and walked into a Gunther verbal assault in front of his family. He said he embarrassed him in front of his family and fans. He said he wasn't going to let him get away with that. He says no one will ever talk to him like that and get away with it. He said he wondered who his retirement match opponent would be and Gunther walked into that spot.

He says as long as he is breathing he will make him pay. He says he beat the ___ out of Gunther at SNME. Cole confirms that this will be Goldberg's retirement match. He says Goldberg said it'll be an interesting dilemma if he wins the title.

The Judgment Day are in the back. Finn says Liv wouldn't want them sulking over her. Finn tries to hype up the crew. Finn says Raquel is the women's tag champs and Raquel says Adam and Nick hadn't made a choice over the titles yet. Finn says something, she gets fired up and Finn says that's what he wants. Finn says they need her as the enforcer. Finn says the enforcer would make Rhea pay for what she did last week. Dom says he misses Liv.

Lyra Valkyria wishes Bayley luck in the back. We see Becky Lynch behind them. She says nobody knows more about how much she earned this title shot. Bayley said she didn't know she needed her permission. Bayley apologizes and says Lyra is first in line when she beats Becky. Lyra said she wanted to make sure they are cool and she says they are.

Queen of the Ring Semifinals - Jade Cargill vs Roxanne Perez

RP goes out to stall to start then stalls in the ring. RP slaps her and makes her chase her outside. RP side headlocks her as she gets in. Jade throws her off. Jade lifts RP by the throat. RP forearms her. Jade pop-up drops her.

Jade slaps her. RP pulls her down over the 2nd rope then Jade backbreakers her off a headscissors. Jade throws her.  Jade carries her up the steps, RP clips her on the steps then dropkicks her knee into the steps.

We go to break and return. RP corner euros Jade. RP clips her. RP euros her to the back of the head on the ropes then asai moonsaults her for 2. RP gets on her back for a sleeper. Jade catches RP off the buckles and fallaway slams her. Jade boots her in the body then spinebusters her. Jade slams her down for 2. RP rolls her up and tries a bridge pin. RP superkicks her. SP spinning headscissors her down and cartwheel double knee drops her in the back of the head.

RP swings wildly on her. Jade hits a bad pump kick then powerbombs her. Jade then hits a jade end and wins.

Thoughts: The idea was good and most of it was fine but the finishing section wasn't good here. Jade missed her pump kick and seemed to mess something up on the powerbomb. They had RP do her usual legwork here. Jade also had some covers on her nether regions that got exposed here.

Jade is near the QOTR trophy on the stage and Asuka comes out to stare at her.

Gunther heads to the ring as we go to break.

Sheamus talks to Tozawa, Natalya and Maxxine Duprii in the back. He says Nat and Max have a great chance at the women's tag titles. Nat tells Sheamus not to lose sight of how great he is.  Rusev comes in. He asks if he is still pretending to be everyone's friend. He says Sheamus does smiles to the face and knives to the back. Sheamus says he's beating his own drum and would love to smash it on his chest. Sheamus calls him the most embarrassing member of League of Nations. He says it's time to put up or shut up and Rusev says he will make him remember this.

Gunther comes out to talk. He says last week was supposed to be his celebration but he said Goldberg told him he's next. He says that usually means getting speared out of your boots and getting pinned. He said Goldberg was the most destructive man of his generation but it's not 1999, it's 2025 and Gunther says he's the guy.

Gunther says there's nothing Goldberg can say to change his perception about him. He says he sees a 58 year old one trick pony who can't lace his boots. Gun apologizes to Gold's family for what he is about to do. He said he embarrassed him once at SNME and will do it again. He says it's his responsibility to make sure the legacy and myth of Goldberg dies.

Jackie interviews Becky in the back. Becky said she saw Lyra and Bayley conspiring together earlier (she was in the background of that) and she leaves.

Sami Zayn is then interviewed. He goes to talk and Karrion Kross with Scarlett interrupts. Kross says he's not trying to get on his nerves. He says Sami is happy and said he made a great speech last week. He said Sami got dropped by Orton as he said he would. Kross says Sami will never be world champ. Sami says okay then punches him and drops him. Sami says he's done talking to him. He said he talked to Adam Pearce and their match is official. He then says, "tick tock". Kross and Scarlett then laugh and Kross says, "got 'em".

WWE Women's Intercontinental Title - Becky Lynch (c) vs Bayley

Bay is wearing her Wrestlemania gear that she didn't get to wear.

They lock up. BL slaps her then Bay hits a forearm flurry on her in the corner. Bay sliding back elbows her in the back and BL blocks her roseplant attempt. BL spears her in the gut then Bay stunners her over the 2nd rope.

Bay elbow drops her back off the steps. BL's head is banged off the rails. Bay is caught off the 2nd rope then forearms her over. BL pulls Bay down arm first over the top buckle. We go to break and return. Bay hits lariats then backdrops her. Bay running knees her then swinging side slams her for 2. BL hits like a backdrop on her. Bay belly to belly suplexes her for 2. Bay throws BL into the buckles back first then sunset bombs her into the buckles for 2.

BL superplexes her then goes for the armbar. Bay single leg crabs her. They trade forearms and swing wildly at each other. Bay uranages her and BL rolls out. Bay is thrown over the commentary table. BL pins her down with chairs under the commentary table. Lyra gets on the apron and protests. Bay gets on the apron and is knocked down. BL then baseball slides Lyra. Bay bangs BL's head off the commentary table and throws her over it.

BL is sent into the post. Lyra then pounds on BL and causes the DQ.

Thoughts: It was an interesting ending here that wasn't what I expected. It didn't quite do the match justice but this is obviously going somewhere. It wasn't the cleanest that it could have been but I did like it and I felt Bayley worked a little harder here than usual.

Lyra dropkicks BL through the ropes. Bay yells at Lyra and says this was her match.

Chad Gable and Ivy Nile talk in the back. Chad says Ivy has always been his favorite student. He said she should have won MITB and gotten into QOTR, but found Vaquer in her way. He says to wipe out the next person who is in their way regardless of the cost.

Chad spots Penta and says it was his pleasure to watch Bron destroy Penta. He threatens to rip his mask off and pokes him. Penta superkicks Chad. Penta then does his arm crank on Chad and officials break it up.

Raquel Rodriguez talks in the ring. She says Rhea won't screw her at QOTR and get away with it. She tells her to come out and take the beating she deserves.

Rhea Ripley comes down and beats up on Raq. Raq knocks her over then Rhea boots her in the gut. Raq goes out and spears Rhea into the side of the ring. Rhea is thrown over the timekeepers rail. Rhea forearms Raq off the commentary table and sends her into the steps.

Rhea goes for riptide through a table. Roxanne Perez comes out and gets on Rhea's back. RP's head is banged off the buckles. Raq single arm powerbombs Rhea through a table.

We go to break and return. Rhea tells Adam she wants Raquel and Roxanne. He agrees.

King of the Ring Semifinals - Jey Uso vs Cody Rhodes

Jey comes through the concourse and fans as usual. Jey does his long entrance as usual as well.

They lock up. Jey shoulders him over and Cody legsweeps him. Cody wristlocks him. Jey goes up and over then they armdrag each other. Jey blocks a cross rhodes and cody avoids the superkick. We go to break and return. 

Cody has Jey in the figure four and Jey ropebreaks. Jey uppercuts him then samoan drops him for 2. Jey corner hip attacks Cody. Cody gets his knees up on Jey's top rope splash. Cody then kimura's Jey. Jey gets n his back with a sleeper and Cody throws him out to the floor.Cody goes for a tope and is hit by Jey. Jey is up top and Cody superplexes him down. We go to break and return. 

Cody clubs and forearms Jey. Jey punches back and Cody hits jabs. Cody flying forearms Jey. Jey powerslams Cody. Cody hits a cody cutter for 2. Cody misses a disaster kick and is speared for 2. Jey runs into Cody's spear. Cody hits a top rope diving Cody cutter for 2. Cody goes for cross rhodes but Jey hits his own cross rhodes for 2. Jey superkicks him twice then spears him. Jey goes u top, Cody follows and hits a top rope diving cutter on him. Cody hits cross rhodes and wins.

Thoughts: The first half of this was really cut up by breaks and it's hard to judge this without knowing what we missed. Jey hitting cross rhodes was cool and Cody busting out the top rope diving cutter was nice. Jey has limited offense here and did all of it. I liked what we got but I wish we could have seen the rest. Cody was expected to win here and he did. Was it necessary to have Jey take a loss here? Not sure.

They shake hands and hug after.

Overall thoughts: I mostly liked Penta/Bron. Jade/Perez had a bad finishing run to an otherwise okay match. Becky/Bayley were doing good then we got a DQ finish instead of a nice finishing stretch which brought that down. I liked what we got of the main, but it really got cut up by breaks and I don't feel like I got to see enough of the first half to judge it. We also got your basic stuff for Gunther/Goldberg and some new matches like Raquel/Rhea/Roxanne and Sheamus/Rusev set up. I'd give this one a 6 out of 10 as there were some things that could have been improved here but it was a good enough show.
