The Young Bucks vs Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero

They immediately start the show with this, skipping entrances going 100 MPH. This was really as indy as it gets with doomsday devices on the floor, top rope germans, a Danhausen appearance and no selling whatsoever. The Bucks ended up winning this with a BTE trigger.

We then get a Brandon Cutler vs Orange Cassidy exchange to really cap this segment off. Jay White then hits Trent with a blade runner.

Starks announced Hobbs vs Dante Martin in a face of the revolution ladder match qualifier next week.

Bryan Danielson was asked about Mox and Punk teaming then Matt Sydal and Lee Moriarty walked in. Sydal said he was unhappy that Bryan suggested Lee doesn't learn from him anymore. Bryan then said he needs to learn violence and Lee said he can show Bryan violence. Bryan and Lee agreed to a match on Dynamite.

Britt Baker vs Robyn Renegade

Jamie Hayter wasn't out there with Britt. Robyn kicked out of some pin attempts early and came back with an enzugiri and some chops. Robyn missed a knee charge in the corner then got pulled back hard by the hair. We went to PiP break and returned with Robyn hitting a shotgun dropkick. Robyn hit a frogsplash for 2.  Britt hit a spinning forearm then a spinning neckbreaker. She then curb stomped her to win it. This wasn't bad at all and Robyn had a good showing with some energy and charisma out there.

Britt put the lockjaw on her after and Thunder Rosa ran down. She mounted her and punched her then Jamie Hayter stopped it. Mercedes Martinez then came down and pounded on Rosa. MM and Hayter fought over who would get to beat her up and Britt broke it up.

Leyla Hirsch did a promo. She didn't like Kris calling her unprofessional and Kris said she didn't blame Leyla's parents for giving her up, which was not a face promo at all and pretty low.

Hook vs Blake Li

Blake Li was QT's big surprise. Some surprise. Hook pushes him down into the mat early and pounded on him in the corner. Hook flipped out of a hiptoss and gutwrenched him. Hook did a hip throw and had him in a shoulder lock when QT Marshall got on the apron.

Blake did a move off the middle rope and Hook just walked away. Hook then hit a suplex and did some crossfaces and tapped him out.

It was about what we have seen from Hook so far and maybe it's time to see what he can do in a non-squash match.

Jurassic Express and The Gunns did a split screen promo. The Gunns talked about beating up Christian and JB. Christian said they will to the end of the line after they lost tonight. JB said they would get loud "@ss boys" chants tonight.

AEW Tag Titles - Jurassic Express vs The Gunn Club

JB flips out of an armlock early and JB hit a nice headscissors. JB climbed the ropes and flipped off them to armdrag Colten, but was stopped. He then lariated Colten.

JB got nailed with a fast Colten forearm and we went to PiP break. When we returned, JB threw Austin over the top then he disrupted a J-E tag. Lucha held onto Austin from the apron then JB snap german suplexed him. Austin grabbed the tag though on the landing.

JB superkicked Austin and tagged out. Lucha back splashed them in the corners then double clotheslined them. JB did a flip dive on the Gunn Club then Lucha chokeslammed and moonsaulted on Colten for 2.

JB tried a dive on the outside and tope'd Lucha, then took a hiptoss on the floor. Colten had his feet on the ropes for a pin and Christian knocked it off, then got nailed by Billy for it. Colten hit JB in the head with the tag title but of course Jb had to kick out.

JB and Austin double clotheslined each other and Colten was chokeslammed on some people in the crowd. Christian then speared Billy. Austin took a killswitch and JB won it.

I thought JB kicked out of a little too much but the Gunns did pretty good here. This was fast paced and had a lot of action but not much story besides the Gunn's doing simple heel stuff. Not a bad match.

Overall thoughts: I really hated the opener and I didn't like Jay White's appearance or Kris Statlander's promo, but everything else was okay
