We are in Tempe, AZ. Michael Cole and Corey Graves are on commentary.

Jimmy Uso and Cody Rhodes talk backstage. Uso thanks Cody for what he did for Fatu last week. Uso says he's here to talk to Aldis. Cody asks if he's okay with his brother. Jimmy asks how he would feel? Cody says Jimmy has to do what's good for him.

Cody Rhodes comes out to talk. He says he hit Drew McIntyre with the US Title and asks if he needs to apologize for that. Drew McIntyre comes out. He complains about the crowd cheering for Cody and booing him. He says the crowd is brainwashed by Cody's propaganda. Drew says Cody screwed him at Wrestlepalooza and hit him with a title but the fans still cheer for him. Drew says he wants to finish his story at SNME.

Drew says he's the scapegoat for the attack on Jacob Fatu. He says he's innocent. Cody says Drew is looking for a fight and says let's do it now. Jimmy Uso then attacks Drew as they say Jimmy thinks Drew attacked Fatu. Security then breaks it up. Jimmy topes Drew into the commentary table and it is broken up again. 

The MFT's come out. 

We go to break and return. Drew complains to Aldis and says he has to do something about Jimmy. Jimmy attacks Drew again in the back and security break it up. 

The MFT's (JC Mateo and Tama Tonga) vs Shinsuke Nakamura and Rey Fenix

Tama pounds on SN to start and beats him down. They trade forearms. Tama flying back elbows him. SN knees him in the gut then knee drops him for 2. 

Rey and JC go at it. Rey boots him out of the corner, does rope trips and corkscrew armdrags him off the top. JC takes kicks from the faces and a low dropkick. We go to PiP break and return. Tama lariats Rey. JC suplexes Rey for 2.

Rey enzugiri's him. SN flying kicks JC when he gets in. SN hits chest kicks on JC then totally misses an enzugiri. JC is laid on the top rope then takes a jumping knee for 2. SN knees him in the gut then JC hits a tour of the islands backdrop.

Tama hits a corner splash. Tama takes enzugiri's and Rey srpingboard moonsaults him for 2. Rey is caught on a roll. Rey superkicks Tama in the back of the head and ropewalk kicks him. Rey top rope crossbodies him for 2. 

Tama lariats SN. Rey top rope tornillos outside onto the heels. Solo Sikoa distracts the ref. Talla Tonga chokeslams Rey on the apron. Tama running back elbows him and wins.

Thoughts: It was okay enough but could have been better. There were a couple of missed enzugiri's here and they've had cleaner nights. Rey did a bunch of flying here and SN did various kicks and knees.

Jimmy Uso talks to Nick Aldis in the back. Uso says Drew hurt Fatu. Uso says he doesn't want a match with Drew but a fight. Aldis says they can have a No DQ match.

Giulia is talking on the phone in the back. The Secret Hervice come up to her. Green says they should merge brands. Kiana James comes in. She calls Green a discount diva and says the future longest reigning women's champ is booked for the future. Kiana says she actually has a match with the women's champ. Giulia says goodbye in Italian (since she is half Italian) and Green thinks she said "yes" to her proposal.

Tiffany Stratton vs Kiana James

KJ has Giulia with her. Tiff wristlocks her. KJ cartwheels out of an arm throw. KJ wristlocks her. Tiff rolls, kips out and arm throws her. KJ flips out of a move then Tiff cartwheels and backflips over her drop down. Tiff hits armdrags and does an armlock. 

KJ boots her in the corner. KJ knees her in the gut. Tiff is popped up and she dropkicks KJ. Tiff hip attacks her on the 2nd rope. KJ misses an apron moonsault then is foreamred down. Giulia distracts Tiff and KJ sends Tiff into the rails.

We go to break and return. KJ hits corner spears and boots her in the side of the head for 2. KJ hits punches and they swinging facebuster each other at the same time. They trade forearms. Tiff hits lariats. Tiff cartwheel backflip back elbows her. Tiff then cartwheel alabama slams her.

Tiff finlay rolls her and misses a double jump moonsault. KJ superkicks her then falcon arrows her for 2. Tiff this a top rope swanton. Tiff double jump moonsaults her and wins.

Thoughts: It was nice to see KJ get a long match here. She looked good and basically looked like Tiff's doppleganger at times. It was a very athletic match and KJ's clearly going to be destined for better things. I enjoyed this and thought it was one of the better Kiana matches I've seen.

Giulia hits Tiff from behind after and pounds on her. Jade Cargill comes out. She fights Giulia and superkicks her. Jade then superkicks her. The heels back off. Jade stares at Tiff and helps her up. Jade then gives Tiff her belt and raises her hand. Jade then lariats her. Jade pounds on her in the corner and throws her so hard into the buckles that she goes out. Jade sends Tiff into the steps. 

Tiff is thrown over the commentary table. Jade stomps on her and officials try to break it up. It doesn't work and Jade stomps on her more. Jade holds Tiff's title then leaves.

Thoughts: Jade's turn on Tiff was dumb here as she got into a fight with Giulia and Kiana prior to this instead of just jumping Tiff with them.

Sami Zayn and Ilja Dragunov talk in the back. Sami says they didn't get to talk after the match last week. He congratulates him for winning the title from him. Ilja says he respects him so much and says what he did with the open challenges was legendary. Sami says Cena passed those to him and he is now passing them to Ilja. Sami says it takes a special person to do them.  

Jade is interviewed in the back. She says you only face consequences when you make a mistake. She says the world doesn't reward that, it rewards power. She says she will take power by winning the women's championship.

Ilja Dragunov comes out. He says he missed the fans. He said his year of recovery had highs and lows. He said he didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel at times. He says giving up doesn't exist in his genetics. He says that's why he stays US champ. He says how you do one thing is how you do all things and says he will defend his title with all his obsession. He says it's his duty to continue the open challenge. He says pain shall entertain you tonight.

WWE United States Title - Ilja Dragunov (c) vs Aleister Black

AB came out as this was an open challenge. AB has Zelina Vega with him. AB backs him up up on the ropes and kicks him. Drag chops him. He spinning chops him in the leg and knees him in the chest. Drag tiger feints and is kicked during it. Vega flying headscissors Drag off the apron into the rails. AB PK's Drag from the apron. We go to break and return.

They trade forearms. AB jumping knees him and takes a facekick. AB facekicks back and is hit with an enzugiri. Ilja running facekicks AB in the corner. Drag germans him twice. Drag then hits a neat slam on him. Vega distracts Drag and Drag is pulled off the buckles. AB high kicks him and german's him. Drag cradles him for 2. AB uses the buckles and enzugiri's him for 2. 

AB hits back elbows. Drag tiger feint lariats him. We go to break and return. Drag springboard dropkicks him. Drag hits a top rope senton for 2. Drag flies at him and is hit with a jumping knee. AB brainbusters him for 2. Drag flying battering rams him. 

Vega trips Drag and the ref sees it. AB hits Drag from behind and the ref ejects Vega. Damian Priest comes out in sunglasses. He then shows off some burn marks around his eye. Drag flying battering rams AB and wins.

Thoughts: It was a fine match here It was almost all various strikes here as you would expect. I didn't expect Black/Priest to be over and it clearly isn't.

Priest gets in the ring and pounds on Black. Black is thrown out. Priest boots him onto the commentary table and hits punches. Priest grabs a chair. Vega gets on Priest's back and gets Black away from him.

Carmelo Hayes is interviewed. He says he's not gonna berate The Miz. He says Miz taught him a lot and he's grateful, but he crossed the line when he put his hands on him. Melo said he had to get even. He says they are even now and now he can get back on track to fulfilling his destiny to being "HIM".

Kit Wilson comes in. He says Melo is poisoning young minds. He says it's a crime on intelligence and says he's being hypermasculine. Melo challenges him for next week. Kit says he will get a taste of his own toxic medicine and he will expose him next week.

Ilja Dragunov is limping in the back. Nathan Frazer asks when he gets a US Title match. Axiom says they both would like to challenge him anytime. Ilja says the open challenge is for everyone and anyone including tag teams. He says he will see him around. DIY come in. Ciampa calls Fraxiom "Pinky and The Brain". LeRae says Axiom should lose the mask. Axiom says Gargano wanted to wrestle him but is scared. The heels walk off. Tama Tonga walks in and points at Fraxiom and does the throat slit.

Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair are interviewed after. They are told Bayley challenged them. Flair says they saw it. Nia Jax comes in and says she's waiting for them to stab each other in the back. Flair puts over their time. Nia says she was in a team and learned to be a manipulator from the back. She says Flair could hug you with one arm and stab you with the other. Bliss says people change but if Nia wants to find the old her, it's not hard to find. They end up agreeing to a match next week. Flair says Nia is going through something. 

No DQ Match - Jimmy Uso vs Drew McIntyre

They fight in the aisle. Uso hits chops and sends him into the rails. Uso's head is banged off the apron. Drew hits punches. Uso uppercuts and chops him. Uso is kicked on an up and over. Uso running lariats Drew over the top. Uso goes for a dive and Drew hits him.

Drew's head is banged off the steps. They fight in the crowd. Uso chops him and is eye raked. Uso suplexes him on the floor. Drew is thrown over the rail into ringside. Uso grabs a table and we go to PiP break.

We return and Drew hits shots on Uso. Uso spinning enzugiri's him. Uso runs the top of the rail and is caught with a belly to belly on the floor. Drew gets a 2 count inside. Drew chairs him in the gut and back.

Uso's head is banged off the chair. Drew hits punches. Drew is then tripped into the chair. Uso superkicks him in the gut. Uso superkicks him then hits a corkscrew dive off the top for 2. Uso hits Drew with the chair. Drew double underhook ddt's him for 2. 

Uso samoan drops him through a table. Uso comes off the top and has a chair thrown in his face. Drew claymore kicks him and wins.

Thoughts: It was a decent main here with some dives, table bumps, outside brawling and some chair shots. There was nothing wrong with this and I felt like we go to see enough of this one. Drew got the win as expected. 

Drew puts a chair around Jimmy's head and throat. Officials come down to break it up. Cody Rhodes comes out and beats up on Drew. Drew is sent over the rail. Cody helps Uso then is hit with a Drew claymore kick. Drew then kneels over him and talks trash to close the show. 

Overall thoughts: It was a better show than usual. We had a lot of action and they kept things moving. I liked Tiff/Kiana best and the main and Black/Ilja were also decent matches. I had no problem with this show and I'd give it an easy 7 out of 10. It was a good show.
