Andrew Jackson is with Tavion Heights, Booker T and Edge Stone is Booker T's office. It's Heights vs Edge and Booker wants to know why this match was made. Jackson says it was good for business. Booker says it's not and says he runs this ship.
Booker kicks Jackson out and apologizes to Tav. He says Edge is the man around here and they don't need any waves or even a ripple. Booker offers a him a deal - come on Team Booker's side. Tav says Edge should put the Legends Title on the line tonight. Booker laughs. Booker offers him $2,000 and says he doesn't have to do this.
Tav says he can't be bought and is coming for Edge. Booker agrees to a shot at the title and says they will see him in the ring. Booker then says, "this sucka thinks he can come down here".
Hair vs Hair Match - Danny Limelight vs Will Allday
Dan grabs a sleeper early. He blocks Will's PK. They each hit mounted shots. Will flying forearms him. Dan goes out and Will hits a nice top rope plancha. Will's head is banged off the rails then Dan is sent into them. Will top rope dropkicks him for 2.
Will pounds on him and Dan throws him down backwards. Dan chokes him and suplexes him for 2. Dan chokes him more and corner lariats him. Dan slingshot swanton's onto Will's knees. Dan hits 2 germans and does a grounded sleeper. Will jawbreakers out.
They pull each other's hair and Will hits a pele kick. They then double swinging facebuster each other down. They trade shots. Will cartwheels out of a headscissors and PK's Dan. Will flying forearms Dan then corner forearms him. Will top rope moonsaults him for 2. Dan hits a top rope frogsplash for 2. Dan standing spanish flies him then pulls his hair. Will pushes Dan into the ref then superkicks him. Will goes for the pin but the ref is down.
Dan low blows him then hits a pedigree variation for 2. Will back body drops him then superkicks him. Will hits another superkick for the win.
Thoughts: It didn't get that much time so the quality was only going to hit a certain level. They didn't quite go all out here and try to make it an epic either sadly. I thought it could have used a more exciting finishing stretch here too. I think they did okay with what they had to work with but this should have been an all out affair instead of a midcard match due to the stakes.
Dan tries to leave after and is superkicked in the aisle. The barber (who is wearing a mask and a hood) goes to cut but Will stops him. Will cuts off Dan's braids and throws them into the crowd. Danny does not get all of his hair cut off but this is a smaller indy and these guys aren't making big bucks here so I'll forgive them some.
Jaida Parker is interviewed in the back. She says she hasn't heard much about Alex Gracia but says Alex has heard a few things about her. She says Booker called her to handle a problem and JP says she's the solution to the problem. She says it'll be 1-2-3 when she gets her in the ring.
ROW Tag Team Championship - MMT (Hoka and Valu) (c) vs Fly Def (Warren Johnson and Zack Mason) vs. La Familia (Ayden Cristiano and Jonathan Vega) vs. The Command (Big Luther and Terrale Tempo)
Hoka and Ayden go at it. They trade forearms. Ayden chops him and Hoka running back elbows him. Ayden takes a double back elbow then a double headbutt. Valu gets knee'd while running the ropes and Warren tries to steal the pin. Ayden boots Warren in the gut and Warren takes a side slam + top rope elbow drop combo.
Tempo gets in and euros Warren down. Luther gets in and double chops Warren. Zack tries to help and Luther throws him in the corner. Luther corner splashes him. Tempo does the suplex kip-up on Zack then takes a huge belly to belly overhead suplex. Temp takes a double enzugiri. Tempo is slammed and takes a slingshot elbow drop from Warren for 2.
Hoka drops Warren then Tempo. Hoka takes a back body drop to the apron. Hoka then gets nailed by 4 people outside. Tempo leg lariats Hoka for 2. Valu gets in and shoulders Tempo over. Valu cleans house on his opponents. Valu black hole slams Tempo for 2. We get one move after another and Tempo and Valu are left in.
Valu throws Tempo out onto other opponents. Luther gets in and argues with Valu. They trade shots. Valu uppercuts him then Luther bodyblocks him. Valu headbutts him in the chest. Luther does an up and over then hits a big sky high on Valu for the win.
Thoughts: It was another shorter one. I liked what we got of it though. Luther's really starting to get over. This 4-way match was fine and I thought they all did a good job of working around so many people being in this one. The Luther/Valu segment at the end was the highlight here and Valu absolutely got driven down hard into the mat on the sky high. ROW likes to do a lot of title changes. I only see what ROW puts on youtube, so I may have missed something but this was a random title change.
ROW Women's Title - Kiah Dream (c) vs Promise Braxton vs. Hollyhood Haley J vs. Jada Stone
The four pair off and fight. Kiah and Jada hit forearms then stereo lariat their opponents over the top. Jada shakes KD's hand and is rolled up. Jada crossfaces her and KD backrolls her. Jada does a nice armdrag and KD dropkicks her.
KD springboard twisting crossbodies her for 2. Haley and PB hit shots on Jada. Jada takes a backbreaker and is pushed into a facekick. PB boots Haley. Haley slaps and urakens then then is explodered. PB chops Haley. Haley baseball slides 2 girls outside.
Jada top rope moonsaults onto everyone outside. Jada stomps on PB. She northern lights suplexes her. PB pump kicks Jada in the face then KD ddt's PB. Haley slaps KD then superkicks her. Jada forearms Haley down for 1.
Jada bridges out of a lariat and PB axe kicks her while in the bridge. PB and Haley trade. Haley suplexes PB. KD does a double bulldog off the bottom rope. Jada handsprings and backflips into a stunner on KD. Jada split legged moonsaults KD then Haley steals the pin. Haley pins KD to win.
Thoughts: It was alright. Everyone looked decent here and had some highlights before the finish. It got enough time. Similar to what I said in the last match, ROW likes to do a lot of title changes and unless I missed something as a youtube only viewer, the title change was random.
Kaylia Capri complains about not being on today's show.
ROW Legends Title - Edge Stone (c) Tavion Heights
Booker T is with Edge.
Tav waistlock takedowns Stone twice. Tav rolls him into a nice pin attempt. Tav does another nice roll on him. Tav side headlock takeovers him then armdrags him. Tav does a nice escape into a capture suplex.

Thoughts: Tav had a good showing here. It was another shorter match that didn't get the time to be that great. Tav won as the the WWE star usually wins when they go to other companies. The match was fine. I liked Stone's pop-up electric chair drop. Stone really bumped around here.
Booker T gets on the mic. He says if Tav leaves the arena with the title, he will be arrested. He says it was not a championship match. He says he will be fired from NXT as well if he gets arrested. Booker tells him to leave if he wants to but says the police will lock his @ss up. Tav then gives the title back.
Tempo and Luther talk in the back. Tempo says everyone knows The Command is on top and everyone else must fall in line. Tempo says it's not a choice or an option and Luther says it's a command.
Jaida Parker vs Alex Gracia
JP gets a big pop during her entrance.
They lock up and Alex is pulled down. Alex rams her into the corner with corner spears. JP slams her. Alex armdrags her. JP back elbows her. Alex 2nd rope diving headscissors her then dropkicks her for 2.
JP goes up and over and butt drops Alex's back on the landing. JP hits knees to the gut then headhunters her for 23. JP hits corner spears. Alex is laid on the 2nd rope and JP step up buttpresses her down.
JP forearms her in the back. Alex 2nd rope twisting crossbodies her. Alex hits forearms on JP. Alex pump kicks her then enzugiri's her for 2. JP tries a tilt-a-whirl but is facebustered. JP gordbusters her then running hip attacks her to win.
Thoughts: JP won as expecteed here. It was another shorter match. JP did fine here and was over big with the crowd. It was okay but didn't have the time to be much more.
Ryan Davidson is in the back and has some kind of globe with jewels from comic books. He says Zilla's end is inevitable.
ROW Title Match - Samoan Street Fight - Zilla Fatu (c) vs Ryan Davidson
Ryan has some claw face paint marks over one of his eyes.
They hockey fight to start and trade some good looking shots. Ryan is on the 2nd rope and chopped in the back. Zilla misses a diving headbutt. Ryan chops him then lariats him over the top.

Ryan avoids being sent through a table then he suplexes Zilla through it. Ryan argues with Zilla's mom. Zilla hits punches then punches him over the rail. Zilla then hugs his mom.
Zilla uranage's Ryan on the apron edge. Zilla is sent into the steps. Ryan pulls a toolbox out and chairs. Ryan chairs Zilla's back for 2. Ryan grabs pliers and tries to shove them in Zilla's face. Ryan superkicks Zilla down. Ryan goes to hit him with a chair and Zilla uses the pliers on Ryan's nuts. Zilla headbutts him then sends him into a chair between the buckles.
Zilla corner hip attacks him. Zilla top rope splashes him for 2. Zilla moves rails outside and sets up a table. Ryan hits shots on him outside. Zilla headbutts Ryan on the apron and Ryan ends up laying on the table outside. Zilla top rope splashes Ryan through the table outside.
Zilla hits a top rope splash inside then hits another for 2. Ryan falcon arrows him for 2. Ryan pulls up the ring mat, leaving the ring with exposed wooden planks. Ryan's throat is pulled over the top rope. Zilla slingshots and is forearmed down. Ryan draping ddt's him on the exposed wooden planks. Ryan hits a short arm clothesline for 2.
Ryan is hit up top and Zilla headbutts him. Zilla throws Ryan off the 2nd buckle onto the planks. Zilla flying samoan spikes him. Music hits and Danny Limelight comes out (with a shaved but not bald head). Danny hits Zilla in the head with a hammer and pins him.
Thoughts: They said something over the PA which I couldn't really hear. I guess Danny had some kind of MITB style contract and cashed in here. I would have liked a cleaning ending with all the work these two put into this, but at least they now have 2 new matches that could come out of this one.
They went all out for this with table bumps, top rope moves and people taking bumps on the exposed ring mat. They went a little over the top but it wasn't too bad and if you are ever going to do it, it's in the main of the biggest show of the year like this. It was a good main event.
Overall thoughts: The main was really the only match here that got a ton of time to be great. That's a shame because Limelight/All Day and either of the four ways maybe could have been really good if given the time. The show was fine as a whole and had 3 title changes. Zilla/Davidson was the best match here. Some of the title changes seemed random but this promotion likes to do title changes. We also had 2 people from NXT which made the card feel bigger but also pretty much guaranteed the winner in those bouts. I'd give this one a 6 out of 10 but thought it could have easily been a 7 or 8 out of 10 if the matches got more time to play out. It was a good show overall.
