Next week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2025/09/nwa-powerrr-9232025.html

Kylie Paige vs Gabby Forza

Gab is wearing a party hat and they say she's a "nomi" or a gnome. She tries to give KP one. KP slaps it away. Gab waistlock throws her down then shoulders her over. Gab slams her for 2. Gab gorilla presses her but KP escapes a drop. KP spinning headscissors her.

Gab gorilla presses her into a spinning samoan drop for 2. Gab hangs from the buckles then is double stomped down. KP crossbodies her against the ropes and back elbows her there for 2. KP backbreakers her on her knee then sentons her for 2.

KP double boots her out of the corner and running hip attacks her for 2. KP hits boots to the face. Gab short arm lariats her and hits back elbows. Gab oklahoma stampedes her. Gab vader bombs her for 2. Gab goes for the powerbomb and takes a code red. KP dropkicks her through the ropes and pins her.

Thoughts:
I liked it. Gab acted as the bigger wrestler here. KP made what she did look like it hurt and the two worked pretty well together.

Colby Corino does a promo. He says every dog has his day and says maybe last week wasn't his week. He says it can't rain everyday and says he will have his time to shine. He says everytime he turns on the Roku app, he sees Carson Drake btching about the title he lost. He says Drake needs someone to make him more humble.

We go back to the Bitcrush comic book store. Lev and Alexander Misery are arguing and the clerk tells them not to smash stuff. Mike Mondo comes in. He says he's looking for a 24 hour gym. The clerk says they have done this before and says he doesn't work out. Mondo asks if he knows who he is and he says, "your Jim". Mondo gets mad.

The clerk says he's Big Strong Mondo but there's also a Big Strong Mims. Mondo says it's Mondo Time 24/7 365. Dr. Vick comes in. He was teaching the wrestlers conflict resolution a few months ago. Mondo tells him to save that as the only resolution he has is smashing his face in. Vick approves. Mondo says he doesn't know the clerk or Vick. He says both are a bunch of freaks and he says he doesn't deal with freaks.

Carson Drake vs Midas Black

CD side headlock takeovers him. MB headscissors him. CD snapmares him and dances. MB side headlock takeovers him. CD headscissors him. MB kips up and out and snapmares him. MB then does CD's dance.

MB is backed up in the corner. CD back elbows him and drops him with a punch. MB's head is banged off the buckles. MB goes up and over then hits some hard chops. MB hits punches in the corner. CD boots him and kneels on his throat. CD stomps him.

CD chops him in the corner. CD runs into MB's boot. MB rolls in and dropkicks him. MB euros him. MB spinning heel kicks him in the face for 2. CD trips MB into the ropes. CD then hits the stroke. CD then does an inverted indian deathlock and submits him.

Thoughts
: It was fine. MB wasn't bad on offense and CD bent the rules some before winning.

Kyle Davis interviews Drake in the ring. Drake says he can't stand people from Amazon running their mouth on him. He says there's a wrestler named Colby Corino whose dad was nothing but a deathmatch wrestler. He says Colby doesn't cut the cheese. He says he's a junior and will always be a junior. He says he should whoop him like his senile father never did. He says Colby and his deadbeat father can't beat him. He then dances.

Aron Stevens talks to Carson Drake in the back. Aron says the saddest thing in life is wasted talent and pokes him. He says when he's wishing things went differently in 10 years, it will be the worst thing he could think of. He says he needs someone to guide him. Aron says he will work for free until Drake signs his first million dollar contract and tells him to think about it.

NWA Women's Tag Titles - TVMA (Valentina Rossi and Tiffany Nieves) (c) vs Clara Carter and Sirena Veil

This is a random one. This is SV's NWA debut.

Val takes kicks then takes a walk up the buckles armdrag from SV and a running knee. Val is then bitten and tags out. Tiff gets in and is armdragged. Tiff takes a double suplex for 2.

CC armlocks Val. Tiff hits a big forearm on SV and chops. Tiff then hits a hard slap. Tiff bangs SV's face off the mat. SV's head is banged off the buckles. SV is snapmared and takes elbows to the neck from Val. Val then hits a crossface shot.

Tiff chokes SV in the corner and clubs her. Val foot chokes SV. SV boots Val away. CC comes in and drops TVMA with chest forearms. She germans Val and death valley drivers Tiff for 2.

SV is sent into the post outside. Tiff double throat thrusts CC. Tiff avoids a sunset flip and Val grounds CC with a choke. She then submits her.

Thoughts: Like the other matches on this show so far, it was random. SV has a good look but I don't like her losing on her debut. The work was about average.

Daisy Kill does a promo. He says he should be made after Crockett Cup but he knows what needs to be done. He says he sent Talos off to a foreign land. He says Talos was protecting us all from Daisy. He says he doesn't know if Bryan Idol's hair line, jaw line or title chances are receding faster. He says they will have a good time next week.

Thom Lattimer does a promo. He says he's the champ but defending the title in a triple threat isn't easy. He said he kicked some @ss in that match. He says he does what he does best - walk in and out champ. He says the title is to be defended around the world and he has. He says there's nowhere he won't go to defend the title. He says he's waiting for the next guy to step up and says he's the best in the world at what he does.

Silas Mason vs Cristiano Argento

CA has cool music and a great Roman emperor style outfit.

SM waistlock takedowns him then does a good looking suplex. CA boots him out of the corner and hits shots. SM no sells them and looks at him. CA runs around the ring. SM blocks a sunset flip then takes a step up enzugiri.

SM catches CA's crossbody off the apron. SM is rammed into the post then has his head banged off the steps. SM drops CA gut first on the top buckle. SM 2nd rope fallaway slams him for 2 when he pulls him up. SM says let's make some marinara sauce out of this tomato. SM misses a 2nd rope elbow drop and a corner charge. SM's head is banged off the buckles then he's tripped into them. CA step up enzugiri's him.

CA's caught off the 2nd rope and is hit with a thrill ride. SM then pins him.

Thoughts: I feel like there could be something there with Argento but he was treated as a goof here and wrestled like a jobber. It was an underdog vs favorite match and most of the offense CA got in were from comebacks. It was okay but I'd like to see what Argento can do in a more serious effort. I think he maybe has the tools to do something here. The finish was nice with CA getting caught with the thrill ride.

Kyle Dvais interviews The Southern Six. Kyle asks when Silas will have gold around his waist. Silas asks where's the guy who has his gold? He says that guy is an idiot who claims he is American but is British. He says he looks like a peeled potato. He says Thom Lattimer traveled the world as he is running like the coward like he is. He says the real challenge is looking Thom in the eyes. He says if Thom has any balls, he is challenging him to the biggest fight of his life at NWA 77 in NWA.

We go to Culbreath Isles with Hunter, Kenzie Paige, Bryan Idol, Tyler Franks, Natalia Markova and Tommy Henry. A bunch of others are missing icluding Joe Cazana and James Mitchell. He says the people missing are disqualified from this process forever. He says they are being named as beneficiaries in a will. He says there is a pot that will be split between them. Markova asks what they have to do to qualify and she is told that is what next week's meeting is about. Idol asks how much money they are talking aout. He says it's a minimum of 8 figures.

Thoughts:
I have no idea what Culbreath Isles is or who the guy is that was talking. We will have to wait and see.

Tiffany Nieves does a promo. She says as the newest Women's TV champ, she has an announcement. She says you can never count her out as she will be on our screen whether it's defending the TV Title or the Tag Titles.

Pope D'Angelo Dinero makes his return. He says when Billy Corgan invited him back to the NWA, he had to think about the future. He said he had a conversation with himself. He says one thing he has never been is a procrastinator and says he told Billy, "hell yeah, I'll come back to the NWA". He says if he's coming back, he's coming back for the gold.

Big Strong Mims comes out. Mims says he's happy today as his favorite person to come to the NWA is back where he belongs. Mims says he's standing here with the title because of Pope. He helps lead a Pope chant.

He says Pope is talking about things changing. He asks if it was him winning gold. He says some things stay the same but he's not the same Mims he met before. He says he doesn't think he's the same Pope as before.

Mims says he knows Pope. He says he can see through him. He says Pope might be looking for gold, but don't look at him.

Mims says Pope is not on his level. Pope says he's proud of him. He says there's one more thing he can and will show him. He tells him if he doesn't think he's on his level, he can make the statement right now in front of everyone. Mims then leaves before anything happens.

Thoughts: It was fine. Pope should win though if he's gonna face Mims.

Next week has Bryan Idol vs Daisy Kill in a TV Title match and Alex Taylor vs Luke Kurtis in a Junior Heavyweight Title match.

Overall thoughts
: All the match were random here with people who either haven't wrestled here or don't usually wrestle here. They did build up a possible Lattimer/Silas match and a possible Mims/Pope match for somewhere down the line. They also set up a Carson Drake vs Colby Corino match. There was nothing you really needed to see here. I'd say the opener was the best thing on here and Silas/Argento was acceptable. We also got a new segment with various NWA wrestlers being the beneficiary of a will and another trip to the comic book shop. It was pretty average overall and I'd give this a 5 out of 10 total.
