AEW Women's Eliminator Tournament Finals 3/1/2021
I'm just doing selected matches here. This was only 30 minutes instead of the usual hour long show.
Leva Bates vs Madi Wrenkowski
Madi grabs Leva's book and throws it at her. Then is kicked and goes out. Bates then dives on her off the apron. Bates suplexes her for 2. Madi unloads on Bates from the mount position and hits a sliding lariat. Bates come back with kicks and running bulldogs her for 2. Bates superkicks her and they trade pin attempts.
Madi hits a high facebuster then starts ripping pages out of Bates' book. Madi then gets another book and nails Bates with it to win in a very short match. It wasn't anything good.
Madi then calls the Young Bucks' book trash as he leaves.
Leyla Hirsch vs Miranda Alize
They trade takedowns early then trade armdrags. Aliza spinning headscissors her out. Hirsch charges into the ropes and runs into a knee. Hirsch hits a pumping knee then a brainbuster for 2.
Alize does a corkscrew springboard off the ropes then goes for a jumping neckbreaker. Leyla catches her with an armbar and wins in another very short one. Not much you can really say about it except why was it so short?
