We are in Lexington, KY. Mr. Perfect and Vince McMahon are our hosts. Perfect says we saw the worst beating in WWF history when Nailz beat up The Big Boss Man. Vince also brings up Papa Shango setting his opponents feet on fire. Gene interviews Papa Shango tonight and Perfect says he wouldn't want to be him this week or any week. 

Bret Hart vs Tom "Rocky" Stone

They lock up. Bret shoulders him over then headbutts him. Shawn Michaels does an inset promo with Sensational Sherri. He looks at himself in the mirror and says it's lucky as it gets to look at him. He says Bret won't be so lucky when he faces him as he will take the IC Title.

Bret atomic drops Tom then lariats him out of the ring from behind. Bret suplexes Tom in then euros him over. Bret legdrops Tom. Bret boots Tom in the gut then russian legsweeps him. Bret then sharpshooters him and wins.

Thoughts: It wasn't much of note here and didn't do much but hype up Shawn vs Bret. Tom got nothing in on this one.

WWF Update

Mean Gene Okerlund shills ICOPRO and The WBF Championship. Gene talks about Nailz beating up The Big Boss Man last week then we see clips from it. Gene calls it barbaric and says rumors say Boss Man's career is finished. Gene says the man who did it is Nailz, an ex-con. He says Nailz got the name from his fellow inmates.

Nailz does his first promo and says, "Who's the boss now, Boss Man?". He says it's the first beating in a long line of beatings. He says Boss is in his prison now and there's nothing he can do about it. He says nothing can stop him now. 

The Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs & Jerry Sags) vs Major Yates & Reno Riggins

Vince talks about High Enery as The Nasty's enter. Saggs backs up Reno in the corner and pounds on him. Saggs then lariats him out of the corner. Reno is hit in the gut then Knobbs facebusters Reno. High Enery do a promo. Owen says they will blast off all over The Nasty's and Koko says they won't stop until they get to the top. Koko says we are High Energy.

Saggs pumphandle slams Reno then throws him into his corner. Yates is thrown into Knobbs' knee then he gets slapped by Saggs. Knobbs corner splashes Yates and throws him down. Knobbs says they are coming for High Energy. Knobbs hits a powerslam then Saggs hits a top rope elbow drop for the win.

Thoughts: It was all squash here. Saggs definitely roughed up Yates some and seemed to have some issues with him here.

Saggs boots Yates in the head after. Knobbs says they are nasty as they wanna be. 

The Texas Tornado vs Mike Collins

Kerry really hasn't done anything of note for a while. Kerry takes down Mike and elbow drops his leg. Kerry does an inset promo. He says he will pick David Dirk as the new WBF champ and says he will be at the Personal Fitness Expo. Kerry armwringers Mike and clubs on the arm.

Kerry hits a short arm clothesline. Kerry lariats Mike over. Kerry hits a discus punch and gets the pin.

Thoughts: Kerry wasn't moving that great here and mostly just stuck to strikes. His opponent got nothing in.

WWF Event Center

Sean Mooney says he agrees with Kerry that nothing is more important than family. Jimmy Hart and The Mountie do a promo. Hart says Mountie can sing, dance and wrestle. Hart and Mountie then sing Mountie's theme. Mountie asks Sarge who he thinks he is ordering people around. He says he's nothing but a sergeant and says he will show Sarge he's law and order one more time.

Virgil does a promo. He gives the fans a hand for being behind him. He says the competition is rough and he's gotta be ready. He says the WWF has strange people like Papa Shango and Kamala, but he's born on Friday the 13th, so he's ready. He says he likes to rumble and is from the streets, so he's ready for Nailz as well. 

The Beverly Brothers (Beau Beverly & Blake Beverly) vs Mike Samples & Scott Bailey

A fan has a "Beverly Sisters" sign. The Genius does a poem calling The LOD sissies. He says them putting an end to The LOD will help the human race.

The Bev's go up to a kid with LOD shoulderpads. They say they are really nice and Blake asks to see them. Beau says they can fix them and make them better. Beau then paints the shoulderpads and writes "LOS" on them. 

Blake waistlock takedowns Scott then elbow drops him. Scott is bridged on the ropes and is butt dropped on his back. The Bev's and The Genius do an inset promo. Genius says we have a Sissy News Bulletin. They say the LOS is growing and now we have Pansy Paul. Beau then signs, "mama don't let your babies grow up to be sissies". Blake legdrops Scott then Scott takes a shake heights spike. Genius and Blake pose with Beau during the pin.

Scott is painted red after and Perfect says he looks like Hawk. LOS is then painted on Scott's chest. They then put an Animal wig on Scott. They then put the kid's shoulderpads on Scott and show him off to the fan.

Thoughts: Again, I know it's not the greatest thing ever but I like it. The Bev's are actually getting to do something and give you a reason to care about them. I think this is much more helpful than the endless wins with no storylines that they were doing before.

WWF Event Center

El Matador does a promo. He said there's never been more opportunity in the WWF than there is now. He says everyone is gunning for the IC Title and says only the strong survive. He says he's got what it takes and what he needs.

Kamala, Kim Chee and Harvey Wippleman do a promo. Harvey says he wanted Kamala as he wants to take over the WWF. He says the only way he can do it is by bringing in Kamala and beating everyone. He says people aren't backing down from Kamala but Kamala will. Harvey says Macho is the ultimate goal as he has the title and he wants it.

Crush vs George Anderson

George is another one of the usual jobbers along with Reno, Yates and Stone from earlier.

Crush takes some shots and headbutts George down. He then gorilla press slams him. Crush legdrops him. Crush predicts Gary Strydom will win the WBF Championship. Crush belly to belly suplexes George then backbreakers him. Crush then does the headsqueeze on George and submits him.

Thoughts: Crush won in an easy squash here. I think this was the first time he did the headsqueeze on here. Crush looked big and agile here.

He helps up George after and holds his arm up but George then falls over. Crush then jumps over the top to the floor. 

Mean Gene Okerlund interviews Papa Shango on the stage. Gene talks about the curse Papa Shango put on The Ultimate Warrior. Papa asks Warrior how it feels not to be in control. He says Warrior has entered the dark world of Papa Shango. He says Warrior has stepped into his black circle and it's closing in on him. Papa teases leaving but then does a pose and makes smoke appears on the stage. Gene drops the mic and has black goo coming out of his sleeves.

Thoughts: I'm really surprised they did this again after how bad the last attempt at this was. There's just no defending it or explaining it. It's not believable and I don't know how you escape it or build up on it once you do it.

High Energy (Koko B. Ware & Owen Hart) vs Kato & Kevin Krueger

Owen wristlocks Kato. Kato reverses it. Owen headflips out and is forearmed. Owen leapfrogs then hits a spinning heel kick. Koko 2nd rope double axe handle's Kato's arm. The Nasty Boys and Jimmy Hart do n inset promo. Hart says The Nasty's will nastysize them. Saggs says no birds will fly and no rockets will soar. Knobbs says the bird will get plucked and the rocket will crash and burn. Knobbs says they will short-circuit them.

Koko hits shots on Kato then Kato eye rakes him. Kato boots and chops him. Kato misses a corner charge then is atomic dropped. Koko dropkicks Kato.

Koko hiptosses Kevin. Kevin hits some gut shots on Owen. Owen goes up and over then monkey flips him. The faces do a double back body drop and double clothesline. Kev is held for a 2nd rope Koko dropkick and is pinned.

Thoughts: I liked this. The jobbers actually got a little in and High Energy did their flying. This actually got some time too which was nice.

The Repo Man vs Dan Robbins 

Repo calls out Bulldog from the outside. He then lariats Dan from behind. Repo bangs Dan's head off the buckles then chokes him on the ropes. Repo does an inset promo. He says he's the best repo man in the country and the best dog catcher. He says there's no escape and Bulldog will obey him.

Repo throws Dan then backbreakers him. Repo asks how Bulldog like that. Repo single leg crabs Dan and submits him.

Thoughts: Repo had a new submission here with the single leg crab. The squash wasn't much of note here with Repo winning as expected and calling out Bulldog.

Repo ties up Dan's legs and pulls him around the ring. Repo then legdrops him on the back of the neck.

Vince and Perfect then talk about next week's show.

Overall thoughts: It was the usual squash heavy show with no star vs star matches. The Bev's painted up a jobber LOD style and Papa Shango made goo come out of Mean Gene's sleeve. They also officially named Nailz here. There wasn't much else of note on this one and I wouldn't recommend it as it wasn't that great.
