Rey Fenix vs Kit Wilson

Rey rolls him up for 1 then crucifixes him. Kit front facelocks him. Rey wristlocks him, Kip trips him then wristlocks him. Rey flips out of it using the ropes then side headlocks him. Kit backrolls and upkicks Rey.

Rey chops him, walks up the buckles, does rope tricks and corkscrew armdrags him down. Rey flying headscissors him. Kit hits forearms. Rey superkicks him out of the corner. Rey is armwhipped down while on the 2nd rope and he goes face first into the buckles.

Rey is thrown into the ropes, he tiger feints and spin kicks him. Kit goes into the ropes, he rebounds from the 2nd rope and hits a big lariat. They trade forearms. Rey enzugiri's him then Kit tilt-a-whirl slams him. Kit hits a neat top rope diving elbow drop for 2.

Rey dropkicks him in the face then rope walk kicks him. Rey hits the mexican muscle buster and wins.

Thoughts: I liked it. Kit did some stuff he didn't normally do and Rey got to fly around and didn't get the chance to overdo it. It was a neat little match and was something different. 

El Grande Americano vs Cruz del Toro

Grande armdrags him into an armlock twice. Cruz tries to use a headscissors to get out but fails. Cruz armdrags him then chops him. Grande is tripped into the buckles. Cruz double jump springboard diving headscissors Grande. Cruz then topes him over the commentary table.

We go to break and return. Cruz was on top and pushed down into a flip during the break. Grande facelocks him. Cruz hits some punches and knees him in the face. Cruz spinning headscissors him then enzugiri's him in the corner. Grande misses a corner charge then Cruz top rope dropkicks him. 

Cruz bottom rope asai moonsaults him. Cruz tries a jack knife pin. They trade chops and punches. Grande step up enzugiri's him. Grande walks up the buckles and diving blockbusters him for 2. Grande back elbows him and loads his mask up. Cruz handspring cartwheel enzugiri's Grande while Grande is on the 2nd rope. Cruz headscissors him down off the buckles. Grande flying headbutts him with the loaded mask and wins

Thoughts: It was acceptable but not much more. It lost some of its steam near the end and Cruz isn't exactly the most over babyface.

Overall thoughts: There were only 2 new matches as usual. Kit vs Rey was fun and a different match than usual. Grande/Cruz was acceptable but didn't quite hit the highs that it could have. The show was pretty average overall and without the recaps, you could get through it in about 15 minutes. You can skip this one.
