We are in Birmingham, England.

We see various wrestlers arrive. 

Roman Reigns comes out to talk alone. Roman gets a big pop. He says he's got big plans for this year and next year. He says it feels like old times but it's not. He says he's not the same guy as he used to be. The crowd chants, "yes, you are". He says maybe he can be. She says The Vision took everything from him. He says he has to acknowledge that things aren't the same and he doesn't have the same things he used to have. He says he doesn't have The Bloodline.

He says he's proud of Jey and says you are wrong if you question him being in the fatal four way. He says his time will come. He says they took The Bloodline, the wiseman and his titles. He said they took everything from him and had to find something else to take. 

He brings up Bronson Reed. Paul Heyman comes out with Bronson Reed. He puts him over. He said Reed pointed out that it was 5 years ago that Brock's advocate became Roman's wiseman. He says now Roman stands alone in the ring by himself. He said he misses him and loves him now. He says this is why he came out to disrespect him.

The crowd signs for Roman then Paul tries to get a song for Reed going. Paul says Roman needs tough love. He says Reed is man enough to deliver it to him. Roman says he will kiss his @ss because he will whoop Reed's @ss. Reed says at Clash in Paris, it's about disrespect. He says Roman's Samoan tribe is civilized and his isn't. He says Roman's tattoos are paid for while his are earned. He says he's the Samoan that Roman's dad and uncle warned him about.

Roman asks if he's Samoan and said that means his @ss belongs to him. Roman tells him to come down and return his shoes, apologize for wasting their time, acknowledge him and don't send disrespect his way again.

Reed says if he comes there, he will force Roman to acknowledge his tribal thief. Roman says he doesn't have to come there as he will come down there. They fight in the aisle. Reed's head is banged off the rails then Roman is sent into the post. Reed headbutts him. They fight in the ring and security comes down to try and break it up.

Reed splashes security and Roman in the corner. Reed tries to steal his shoes again then sentons him. Reed goes for a top rope splash. Roman super man punches him off the top. Roman jumps off the steps onto him and security. They fight in the aisle. 

We go to break and return. The Judgment Day walk in the back. Dom is talking to El Grande Americano. Finn asks what this is all about. Dom says it's all under control. 

Dragon Lee vs JD McDonaugh

They chop each other. Lee jumping boots him then dragon screws him. Lee hits combinacion cabron. JD basement dropkicks his knee, sending him into the bottom buckle. Finn Balor gets on the apron, gets caught and is ejected. Finn and JD talk then Lee tope con hilos JD.

Lee comes off the top and JD dropkicks him in mid-air. We go to break and return with both men down. They trade shots. Lee rebound germans him then superkicks him. Lee poisonrana's him then JD standing spanish flies him.

Lee sit out powerbombs JD high on his neck for 2. JD chops Lee up top. JD is stuck in tree of woe and Lee double stomps him down from the post for 2. Dominik Mysterio trips Lee and JD does like a bad spear on Lee. AJ Styles comes out and beats up Dom, sending him into the post.

Dom is thrown over the rail. Lee hits a hidden blade then hits destino for the win.

Thoughts: It was funny as Lee stole Ospreay's and Naito's moves here, though he always does Naito's moves. It was a cold match and I feel like we missed an important part of this during the break. It was just them flying and hitting big moves that didn't mean a ton. JD took a nasty looking powerbomb on his head here.

LA Knight is interviewed. He says when he thinks about what happened last week, he wonders if it was an accident or on purpose with CM Punk. He says Punk then shrugged his shoulders and didn't try to help him. He says he agrees to the idea of working together to take down Seth but says Punk made it so they can't. LA says Punk is a hungry man. He says it's feast or famine in Paris. He says everyone but him is going home hungry. He says Bron Breakker will get smacked back to factory settings tonight and says, "woof woof, dummy".

We get a taped Rusev video. He says he was made to crush and is a super athlete. He says he won't listen to people who tell him who to hurt. He says he will hurt who he wants and there's nothing more he wants to do than hurt Sheamus. He says it's impossible to get hurt when you are destined to be great.

Thoughts: I couldn't understand half of this which is nothing new with Rusev.

The Judgment Day talk in the back. Finn blames Dom for not having JD's back. Raquel tries to be peacemaker. Dom tells Finn to handle AJ tonight. He says he will and will talk to Pearce. Raquel tells Perez to get her head in the game and to keep warming up.

Penta vs Kofi Kingston

No entrance for Kofi. Xavier Woods has a goofy top hat on and a cane. Waller is trying to get Graves to sign a petition to have the canadian destroyer banned. Penta chops Kofi. Penta flying headscissors him then hits lariats.

Kofi slides to the apron. Penta's head is banged off the buckles. He then 2nd rope splashes Penta's back. Kofi hits punches on Penta. Kofi tries to body springboard but Penta gets his feet up. Penta lariats Kofi over the top and the heels run up the aisle. 

We go to break and return. Kofi has Penta in a chinlock. During the break, Penta took a back body drop on the commentary table. Penta kicks Kofi in the back of the leg then facebusters him.

Penta enzugiri's him in the corner and hits a handstand double pendulum kick in the corner for 2. Kofi hits a boom legdrop on Penta. Penta superkicks Kofi. Penta does an up and over backcracker for 2. Penta takes a back body drop and a fameasser for 2.

Kofi is up top and is chopped. They botch a headscissors spot off the buckles and Penta superkicks him. Penta hits a made in japan for 2. Penta tope con hilos Kofi and Woods outside. Penta is swept on the top rope and Kofi corkscrew kicks him. Kofi then wins.

Thoughts: It was what you would expect with them having an athletic match. It was fine but nothing particularly memorable or special. 

Iyo Sky talks to Rhea Ripley in the back. She thanks her for having her back last week. She says she respects her but Sane and Asuka are her family. She says that aren't happy about her getting involved in their business. Iyo says they need to keep their distance for a while. Sane and Asuka walk in way in the back. Rhea says she gets it if Iyo has to do it and she appreciates it. They then hug and Asuka gets mad.

Adam Pearce talks to Stephanie Vaquer in the back. Adam says she is the #1 contender but says the Paris match can't happen. She says she will have her title match and he needs a week to finalize the details. SV says she wishes she could be at Clash in Paris but she understands and will be ready. 

Becky Lynch comes out to talk. She said she had her tryout in Birmingham. She says it was a dump then and is a dump now. Nikki Bella comes out before she says much more.

Bella says if she's not a dog, why is she acting like a little b!tch? She says there should be no problem facing her for the title if she isn't one. Becky says she calls the shots and not her. She says she's not giving a title shot to Brokeneck Barbie. Bella says she beat her last week and paved the way for her. She says because of her, Becky has a page to write history on.

Becky says she never wanted to respect her. She wanted to replace her and she did a good job. Bella says she's scared to face her. Becky says she's no one sidekick or shadow, she's the greatest women's wrestler of all time. Bella says the people made her relevant. She says she reeks of desperation and became desperate.

Bella asks if the man lost her balls. Becky says she has balls. Bella says she's cheap and calls her a coward. Becky says she's not a coward. She says she can have her match at Clash in Paris as she is not wrestling in Birmingham. She says she'd die like Ozzy Osbourne if she lived in Birmingham too. Bella says Becky's name will never be as big as a Bella's. Bella takes the title and says she will be the new champ. Becky tries to kick her and gets nailed. Bella tries to lift her up and Becky retreats.

Thoughts: I didn't like it. Becky was too over the top here and didn't come across as very serious.

CM Punk is interviewed. He said he's not trying to be anyone's friend as the title is stake. He says it's every man for himself and he's trying to get everyone on the same page. He says he didn't try to put LA through a table but says he's a clumsy idiot. Punk says he's obsessed with holding the title. He says he will get back to being champ in Paris. He says if he has to beat and cripple Jey and LA, he will do so. He says he wil do it with everybody saying C-M-Punk.

Sheamus does a video. He says welcome back to the WWE to Rusev. He said he cringed when he heard Rusev was coming back. He says Rusev lost his love for the game. He says their matches has awakened the fire he remembers. He says we all remember who the real Rusev is. He says Rusev won back his respect but don't forget who dragged it out of him. He says he wants him to bring his aggression and says he made him relevant again. 

Rhea Ripley vs Roxanne Perez

Raquel Rodriguez is with RP. RP slaps her then gets on her back with a sleeper. RP forearms Rhea then Rhea clubs her. RP flurries her. Rhea clubs on RP.

RP goes out and rams Rhea into the apron edge. Rhea throws RP. RP goes out. Rhea catches RP's tope. Raquel gets in the way. Rhea hits RP. Raquel distracts Rhea and RP topes her. Rhea's leg is banged off the apron.

RP clips Rhea. RP is pulled into the post. RP forearms her on the apron. RP stomps Rhea's leg into the apron. RP euros her in the back on the ropes. RP double jump asai moonsaults her for 2.

We go to break and return. Rhea hits short arm lariats. Raquel pulls RP down from a razor's edge. Rhea grabs Raquel and RP hits Rhea. RP top rope hurricanrana's Rhea. RP cartwheel double knee drops Rhea on the neck for 2. 

RP talks trash and slaps her. RP hits leg kicks. Rhea headbutts her. Rhea hits a razor's edge and sliding kicks her for 2. RP dropkicks Rhea in the knee. RP rolls her up for 2. Rhea hits a headbutt then pumphandle slams RP for the win.

Thoughts: It was fine. RP worked the knee like usual before getting put down as expected.

Raquel nails Rhea from behind after. Rhea headbutts Raquel. Raquel lariats Rhea then hits mounted shots. Rhea is double teamed. Iyo Sky comes out. Iyo hits shots on Raquel then flapjacks RP. Iyo headkicks RP. Rhea headbutts Raquel. Iyo springboard dropkicks Raquel. 

The Vision talk in the back. Reed is fired up and Paul and Seth both say the other was right about Reed. Seth says he knows what Reed is capable of as he felt it first hand. Seth tells Reed that Paris is his time and he will destroy Roman. He tells Bron that Bron will make sure LA doesn't make it to Paris. Seth says this is The Vision and everything they dreamed of. Seth says they are on the verge of becoming so much more.

Iyo and Rhea make friends in the back like a love scene. Iyo says she owes her and Rhea says she doesn't. Sane and Asuka come in. Asuka gets mad and asks what she is doing with her. They argue in Japanese and Asuka gets mad and walks off. Iyo tells Sane to trust her and Sane says she's sorry.

AJ Styles vs Finn Balor

Finn boots him in the gut and lariats him. AJ is thrown out. AJ leapfrogs Finn then dropkicks him. Finn is thrown out. AJ plancha's him. Finn chops AJ in the corner. AJ boots him out of the corner. AJ goes to springboard and Finn stops him. AJ dropkicks AJ off the apron.

We go to break and return. AJ hist strikes and swinging backbreakers Finn. AJ sliding forearms him. AJ hits an ushigoroshi for 2. AJ forearms him from the apron. Finn slingblades AJ. Finn john woo's him in the corner. 

AJ avoids a top rope double stomp. AJ goes for the calf crusher then hits a styles clash on Finn for the win.

Thoughts: It was what you would think it would be a - a cruiserweight style match. It didn't get that much time and didn't have much of an extended finishing stretch but it was alright.

Jey Uso talks in the back to Roman. He says he has to keep his eyes on The Vision every week and doesn't know who to trust between Punk and LA. He asks if Roman feels him. Roman says the last thing you want to do is trust CM Punk. Roman says Jey helped the family and the company. He says to smash Punk and says it's not about making friends, it's about locking in the legacy.

Bayley does another video with voices talking to her. She says she doesn't know what she needs. The voices say she became champ listening to her heart. They say she didn't get to Mania this year but did it before. She says they are successful as they believe in themselves. The other voice says nobody talks about her anymore. The other voice says the good voice is an idiot and insecure. The good voice says she's mean. The good voice says she held the first title and the bad voice held two titles at once. Bayley yells at the voices to stop.

Lyra Valkyria talks to Adam Pearce in the back. She says what is going on with Bayley is concerning and asks if there was a medical update. She says someone should check in. Dom and Judgment Day ask if Adam will handle this AJ situation. Dom says he wants more than the match Finn just had. He says AJ has been stalking him for months and it needs to end. Adam agrees. Adam says it will be AJ vs Dom on Raw next week for the IC Title. Adam says it works for him and Dom says it doesn't work for him.

Bron Breakker is walking in the back with Paul and Reed. Roman attacks Bron then throws Reed into a pole. Roman superman punches Reed and drops him. Security then breaks it up. Pearce comes in and says to take this to the ring. La Knight then jumps Reed and sends him into the boxes. They then head to the stage and fight. Bron is whipped into the tron. Bron trips over a light.

Bron's head is banged off the rails. They go down the aisle and we go to break.

LA Knight vs Bron Breakker

This started during the break. LA stomps on Bron in the corner then running knees him. LA running knees Bron in the face. Bron htis corner spears. Bron running lariats LA.

Bron hits mounted punches. Bron overhead throws LA. Bron germans LA. LA hits punches. LA lariats Bron then russian legsweeps him. LA lariats Bron over the top.

LA dropkicks Bron through the ropes. LA is pulled into the commentary table then sent into the steps. We go to break and return. Bron chinlocks him then LA rolls him up for 2. Bron misses a corner charge and blocks a jumping neckbreaker. Bron walks up the buckles and hurricanrana's LA down for 2.

Reed runs into a kick from LA. Bron gorilla presses him and LA turns it into a ddt. They trade punches. LA hits a bunch in a row and flying lariats him. LA jumping neckbreakers him. LA reverse ddt's him.

LA is hit with a jumping lariat. Reed charges at him and is booted for 2. LA superplexes him. LA double jump elbow drops Reed. Seth Rollins' music hits. Seth runs down to the apron. LA swings at him and Seth back off. LA chases Seth around the ring and runs into a big Bron spear. Bron hits another spear on LA and wins.

Thoughts: This was pretty bogus. It started with Bron getting beaten up pre-match and ended with Seth distracting LA and causing him to get pinned. They had some sloppy moments here but I guess it was alright enough otherwise. Bron didn't lose for a change but LA Knight did as he mostly does.

Seth pounds on LA after. Jey Uso comes out. Jey throws out Bron and hits punches on Seth. 

Seth pedigrees Jey. The faces are beaten up on then CM Punk comes out. Punk fights Bron in the aisle. Reed is sent into the post. Seth and Punk hockey fight. Punk stomps on him and Bron saves Seth. Punk helps Jey up. LA turns Punk around. They argue and shove each other. Jey tries to play peacemaker. Jey pushes LA. Bron goes to get involved but Seth says they are doing it for them. Punk and LA fight and LA is sent into Jey. Jey superkicks LA. Seth laughs then Jey superkicks Punk. Seth then yells "yeet" and laughs.

Thoughts: Well this helped build up some interest for the 4-way as it is everyone for themselves now. I was surprised that Jey superkicked Punk.

Overall thoughts: Clash in Paris is this weekend so we were only getting so much here. It was a pretty average Raw overall with more of The Vision fighting Roman, Jey, LA and Punk. Lee/JD wasn't that good. Penta/Kofi was okay and what you would expect. Ripley/Perez was also okay. Iyo is still having problems with Sane and Asuka. AJ/Finn didn't get a ton of time and they had a cruiserweight style match with AJ winning. The main had shenanigans before it began and at the end of it. LA/Bron didn't have the cleanest night and the match was okay. I did like the ending as it added some story to the 4-way. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 overall as there was a bunch of acceptable wrestling but not much else.
