Vic Joseph, Corey Graves and Booker T are on commentary.

We see various wrestlers arrive. Jasper Troy jumps Oba Femi in the parking lot and bangs his head off a car. Troy then chokeslams him on a car hood. Security and refs then try to break it up.

NXT North American Title - Ethan Page (c) vs Sean Legacy

Page side headlocks him then takes him over. Page shoulders him over then Sean flying headscissors him. Sean misses a dropkick and Page side headlocks him. Sean dropkicks him in the knee, double stomps his back and dropkicks him out.

We go to PiP break and return. Page facekicks him. Sean springboard dropkicks Page. Sean hits punches then running forearms him. Sean totally misses a facekick and germans Page. Sean step up enzugiri's him for 2. Page high kicks him.

Sean 2nd rope moonsaults into a lifting and twisting reverse ddt. Page side slams him on the top buckle. Page is sent into the post. Sean dropkicks him then tope con hilos him. Sean misses a springboard and Page cutters him to win.

Thoughts: I didn't like this. There were so many kicks that missed here and Sean barely hit anything at all to be honest.

Ricky Saints jumps Page after and lariats him over the top. Saints then beats him up to the back.

Fatal Influence talk to Ava. Jacy is mad Ava didn't talk to her about the the newest signee. Jacy says they should build rapport since she's the newest champ. Lainey Reid walks in and slaps Jacy. She says she's ready for her right now. Jacy says she's taking a play out of her playbook and it won't work this time. Reid then slaps her again and Jacy offers to put her title on the line against "that little b!tch".

We see clips from earlier in the day of Sol Ruca, Zaria, Lash Legend and some other girls talking. Lash argues with Kelani Jordan and Sol/Zaria react. Wren tells Lash she can't do whatever she wants.

The Culling do a video. Shawn says he trusts Izzi's judgment and asks why she chaired Brooks Jensen. She said Brooks separated himself from then and didn't believe in him. She also said he dropped the fall to Hank and Tank at Battleground. She says Brooks is weak. Shawn says Izzi took action when he wasn't looking and says it was brilliant. Niko thanks her for eliminating Brooks. Niko says they have a new beginning with the same goals. Izzi is asked if she sees anything else and she says she has her eye on something.

Yoshiki Inamura and Josh Briggs vs The Culling (Shawn Spears and Niko Vance)

YI = Yoshiki Inamura

Psycho Clown and Octagon Jr are in the front row with Clown wearing funny sunglasses.

YI and Shawn shoulder battle then he bowls him over. Niko headbutts YI. Shawn chops YI and YI likes it. YI blocks a chop then hits his own chops. 

Shawn takes a double slam then a chop and elbow drop. Josh slingshots Shawn into a backbreaker. Shanwn superkicks Josh. Josh flying elbows him then slides out and punches him. Izzi tries to hit Josh with a chair then Niko running lariats Josh from behind.

Niko hits elbows on Josh then short arm clotheslines him. Niko running and flying headbutts Josh. YI gets in and beats up on the heels. He forearms Shawn over then does sumo palm strikes. YI hits a corner splash. Josh facekicks Shawn. Niko takes a side slam and splash from Josh. YI runs over Shawn outside then Josh is crotched up top.

Niko running dominators Josh and wins.

Thoughts: That's the biggest win Niko has ever gotten. I was surprised by that. It was a shorter one with a lot of stiff shots here. It didn't get enough time to be anything too special.

Ava and Ricky Saints talk in the back. Ava asks what he was thinking. Ava tells Ricky he can't even talk and tells him to go home. She says she doesn't want to see him until he's cleared.

Oba Femi is getting worked on in medical.

Chase U talk. Kale says messing with Dark State was a bad idea. Chase says it took them getting their @sses kicked to understand. He says if they are gonna do it, they have to do it his way - the right way. He tells them to show up on time and follow the rules and directions. They say they are in and Chase says it's time to go back to class.

We get a video on Mariah May. We see her taking a bubble bath and getting ready with some voiceovers talking about her. They then announce that her name is Blake Monroe.

Lash Legend vs Wren Sinclair

Kelani Jordan is on commentary. Wren waistlocks her and is thrown off. Wren dropkicks her in the corner then hits a corner lariat. Wren does cattle mutilation. Lash pump kicks her then splashes her for 2.

Lash bearhugs her then misses a corner charge. Wren hits a double chop then flying headscissors her. Wren pendulum ddt's her and Lash rolls out. Lash catches Wren's diving headscissors on the outside. Wren then enzugiri's her. Lash catches Wren off then Lash botches a swinging drop to win.

Thoughts: It wasn't good as expected. There was a lot of sloppy moments here and it's not even that surprising considering their skill levels.

We get a video on Lainey Reid "The Southern Sensation". We see clips of her doing rodeo and track. She said she saw her opportunity last week and took it. She says Jacy is the most beatable champ in WWE history and she will shock the world.

Jasper Troy is interviewed. He said he knew what he was doing by attacking Oba. He says he may be wounded but he knows he will be out there as long as he's still breathing. He says he's counting on it. 

WWE NXT Women's Title - Jacy Jayne (c) vs Lainey Reid

Reid rolls her up for 2 then high kicks her. Reid gets another 2 count on her and hits shots in the corner. Jacy's head is banged off the buckles and she takes back elbows. Reid 2nd rope twisting crossbodies her.

Jacy lariats Reid for 2. Jacy hits sentons. Rei spinning forearms her then Jacy superkicks her. Rei's throat is catapulted into the 2nd rope. We go to PiP break and return. Jacy foot chokes Reid. Rei shotgun dropkicks her into the buckles.

Reid headbutts her in the gut and hits forearms. Jacy double stomps the bottom rope into Reid's throat. Jacy hits a back splash. Reid headbutts Jacy off the buckles. Redi hits a botched top rope blockbuster.

They trade shots. Reid euros her then shoulders her over. Reid atomic drops her then russian legsweeps her. Reid running euros her in the corner then twisting suplexes her for 2. Jacy flying headscissors her. Reid pumping knees her for 2.

Reid backrolls her, Fallon distracts Reid and Reid is tripped on the ropes. Jacy hits a nice spinning forearm and wins.

Thoughts: The booing of this was good with Reid taking it to Jacy and looking like she could pull the upset off multiple times. Reid didn't have the cleanest night ever here but it was still a decent showing and she looked like she belonged.

Ava gets on the riser after. She said Fatal Influence decided who her first opponent was, so she will decide her 2nd opponent. She says there will be 4 singles matches next week and the winners fight in a fatal four-way. She says the winner faces Jacy for the title at Evolution. Various women then come out to stare at Jacy.

Inamura and Briggs talk in the back. Briggs says Inamura came back from Japan and he let this happen. Briggs says they are better than this. First Class comes in and intrdocues themselves. KC says it was a tough loss but the NXT Tag Titles will look better on them. Inamura says AJ is really annoying. AJ says he took over this locker room before Inamura thought of becoming a big star in Noah and he's going to do it again.

Elijah walks in and tells them to try and take over the locker room right now. He blames them for Trick having the title. KC says they will talk to Trick now.

Luca Crusafino is on the phone. He tells someone he will get it done. Tony D'Angelo asks who he talked to. Luca says he will prove to Tony that he can trust him. Tony makes him go to the ring in front of him.

NQCC talk in the back. Borne asks why Wren called him here. Wren says Charles has something to tell him. Charlie offers a handshake and says good luck. Borne says NQCC shaped him into who he is and he will never foget it. Je'Von Evans comes in and hugs Borne. He says Charlie is all good now. Tavion says he wants to take his shot now. Charlie says Tavion isn't ready. Evans asks why he's always putting his team down? Tavion tries to ask again and Charlie igonores it and puts his own words in Tav's mouth.

Mr. Iguana and El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. are in the crowd.

Tony D'Angelo and Luca Crusifino vs The High Ryze (Tyriek Igwe and Tyson Dupont)

Igwe throws Luca off the waistlock. Igwe drops Luca's face on his knee. Luca jumping knees Igwe. Luca wants the tag but Tony doesn't go for it. Luca takes a double shoulder. Luca rolls up TD. TD forearms him. TD misses a corner splash and really bangs his head off the buckles.

Dupont gets in and refuses Luca's double team, telling him to get out. Tony knocks over Dupont then hits shots to the gut. Igwe stomps on Tony in the corner. We get a breaking news graphic that says Blake Monroe will sign her contract next week. Tony and Igwe trade punches.

Luca gets distracted by Wes and Tony asks what he's doing. Dupont jumping corner lariats Tony. Tony rolls and tags out. Luca gets in and hits shots on his opponents. He lariats Igwe hard. Luca slingshot shoulderblocks Igwe. Tony hiptosses Luca onto their opponents outside. 

We go to PiP break and return. Igwe shoulderbreakers Luca for 2. Luca hits punches. Igwe corner lariats Luca. Luca twisting codebreakrs Igwe. Tony is tagged in. He hits belly to belly suplexes on both opponents. Tony spinebusters Igwe. Stacls gets on the apron. Tony throws Stacks in. Stacks goes to run and Tony grabs him. Luca grabs Stacks' crowbar and is behind Tony. Tony sees it and thinks Luca's trying to hit him with it.

Igwe knocks Tony into Luca. Tony takes a nodowa otoshi + backdrop combo and is pinned.

Thoughts: They did what they needed to do here and told a good story with Tony/Stacks/Luca. Igwe and Dupont looked good as usual here. It was okay.

Trick Williams is interviewed. He says he doesn't care what others have to say. He said Mike lied to his daughter's face and says Elijah needs guitar lessons. He says he's been riding in first class since he went Hollywood. He said there's a 6-man next week and says him and First Class will dogwalk Elijah out of NXT next week.

WWE NXT Title - Oba Femi (c) vs Jasper Troy

Oba's ribs are all taped up. Oba hits punches to start. Troy knees him in the gut then hits a slam and senton for 2. Troy punches Oba in the head. Oba slams Troy. Oba hits short arm shoulders.

Oba hits punches and forearms. Troy suplexes Oba. Troy running lariats Oba outside then throws him hard into the buckles, making a loud sound. Oba is thrown into the 2nd buckle and the buckle breaks. Troy then poses.

We go to PiP break. Troy side slams Oba for 2. Troy does like a grounded abdominal stretch. Troy walks on Oba's gut. Troy spinning backbreakers him. Troy splashes him for 2.

Troy hits Oba in the gut. Oba his Troy over the 2nd rope. Troy backdrops him on the apron. Troy splashes Oba for 2. Oba suplexes him. Oba hits forearms and lariats on Troy. Oba overhead exploders him. Oba hits a running euro in the corner and Troy corner splashes him. Oba spinebusters Troy for 2.

Troy headbutts Oba. They lariat and boot each other at the same time. Oba is sent shoulder first in the post then Troy chokeslams him for 2. Troy goes for a backdrop and Oba rolls on him. Oba is back body dropped then he throws Troy on a backdrop. Troy hits a black hole slam for 2.

Troy goes for a vader bomb but Oba gets his knees up. Oba lariats him over the top and Troy almost takes a head first bump down. Troy is thrown into the rails and knocks them all over, which also messes up the floor mats outside. Oba pop-up spinebusters Troy and it looks like he has it won but the ref says it's only a 2 count. Oba hits a pop-up powerbomb and wins.

Thoughts: It was a super fun hoss vs hoss match here. It was great and they put Jasper over strong despite losing. This totally beat my expectations and I like both guys. They really delivered on this one and this should put Jasper on the map as one to watch. Give me this again please because this was great. Jasper did some incredible bumping here for size. This is must see.

Overall thoughts: This was a star making night with Lainey Reid and Jasper Troy both getting put in sink or swim situations and both stepping up to the plate. You gotta go see Troy/Oba as it was a really fun hoss match that put Jasper Troy on the mat. Reid didn't have the greatest night but she looked on the level of Jacy Jayne and that was put together well. Tony D's match had a good story to it with him not being able to trust Luca and having to deal with Stacks. Page/Legacy and Wren/Lash were the lowpoints of the night though. I'd give this one an 8 out of 10 as they knocked the main out of the park and made that one a match you gotta see. This was a good show.
