WOW Women of Wrestling 6/21/2025 Season 5, Episode 41

Top Tier come out and talk. Coach asks if the people are sick of them and says "good". She says she wouldn't be doing her job as a coach if we weren't sick of her. She says that means we are pushing and challenging you. Coach says they are trying to get them to realize that they are inspired by them, want to be them and that Top Tier are their favorite tag team. She says they are the greatest tag team as they are Top Tier. 

Top Tier (Coach Campanelli, Kandi Krush and Gloria Glitter) vs Brittany Bay, Roxxy Fierce and Chantilly Chella

Bay tries to roll Krush up then la magistral's her for 2. Bay dropkicks and chinlocks her. Krush bites her ear. Coach takes a double back elbow then Chella armdrags her into an armlock. Coach shoulders Chella over, Chella bridges out of the pin and dropkicks her. Chella 2nd rope twisting crossbodies her.

Coach twisting neckbreakers Chella for 2. Chella is stomped on and takes a meteora in the corner. Glitter bow and arrows Chella. Gitter pump kicks Chella for 2. Krush slaps Chella in the gut then spinning drops her.

Krush stands on Chella's back on the bottom rope. Chella cradles Coach for 2. Rox gets in and shoulders over Top Tier. She hits a double clothesline then suplexes Glitter. Glitter and Coach put sharpshooters on Bay and Chella at the same time. Bay taps out.

Thoughts: It was fine. There wasn't anything too great here but both sides got a little in and Top Tier won as expected. I do wonder what the end game is for Top Tier though as they've been champs for a while with no obvious teams who could beat them.

Santana Garrett does a promo on Samantha Smart and The Classmaster. She says the crowd was right when they said, "Samantha's not smart". She says she's a former WOW champ and will show that.

Scout Parker vs Kara Kai

Kai side headlocks her. Dave says Tara Strike will be out for a few months and he doesn't know if she's even returning. SP headscissors her and Kai bridges out. Kai rolls her up for 2. Kai hits shots to the gut then running back elbows her. Kai misses a corner meteora then has her leg pulled over the bottom rope.  

SP leg drops Kai's leg then double knee drops it. SP dragon screws her and bangs her leg off the mat. SP facekicks her for 2. SP pulls Kai's leg around the rope then throws her by the head. SP figure fours her. Scout clips Kai from behind and bangs her knee off the mat.

SP misses a splash then Kai lariats her. SP cloverleafs her then Kai gets a surprise pin attempt and wins.

Thoughts: Kai did okay as a face here. Scout mostly worked the knee before getting pinned. I was fine with this.

Magnificent Miranda Mirage vs Chainsaw

Chain misses a shot and is from behind. MMM kicks her in the leg and up-knee's her. Chain drops her chest first on the mat. Chain legdrops her then pulls on her nose.

Chain hits corner spears. MMM goes for a crucifix but can't get her over. Chain rams her into the buckles then stomach slaps her on the top rope. Chain foot chokes her. Chain gets stuck and MMM hits leg kicks. MMM basement dropkicks her.

MMM goes for a handstand kick but her calf is bitten by Chain. Daisy Lane then pulls MMM's throat over the top rope. Chain chokeslams MMM and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one here. Mirage had a sloppy night and chain mostly used dirty heel tactics on her.

Chain drops Daisy onto Mirage after and Daisy makes the ref count a pin on her.

Sibley Scoles talks. We hear from Miami's Sweet Heart. They say they are the baddest and can't be outsmarted. They say the belts are too big for Holly and Pink and Laurie has an idea for them.

Next week has a #1 Contender's Match with Tormenta vs Princess Aussie vs Paola Mayfield vs Genesis. We then get a package on that match. 

We are then told next week's show has Xena Phoenix vs Goldie Collins.

WOW World Title - The Classmaster (c) vs Santana Garrett

Class backs her up in the corner off the lock-up. They roll on the ropes. SG running euros her in the corner. SG boots her off the apron then is caught in the ring skirt on a baseball slide. Class hits her while she's stuck under the skirt.

Class catches SG's kick and swings her down on the floor. Class suplexes her then pulls her arms around the ropes. Class hits a corner spear. SG sunset flips her. SG's face is banged off the mat.

Class crabs SG. SG hits up kicks and Class running boots her. SG's head is banged off the buckles then her arms are pulled around the ropes. Class throws her down by the head. Class ties up her legs and chinlocks her. 

Class piefaces her and front facelocks her. Class chokes her. SG hits shots to the gut. They both end up doing splits at the same time and forearm each other from that position. Class chokes her. SG jawbreakers her then handspring back elbows her. SG kicks Smart's book into her face then Class ddt's SG for 2.

SG headflips into a forearm on her. SG superkicks her then does an indian deathlock variation. Paola Mayfield then runs in and attacks SG to cause the DQ.

Thoughts: What we got of this was okay but the finish was a bit random and brought it down.. SG got to do more selling instead of being on the offense which helped things out. I guess this was a way to keep the title off of SG without having her lose.

Paola pounds on SG as Abilene Maverick cheers her on. 

Overall thoughts: The main had a lame finish and that always brings things down some. The first two matches were fine here. Mirage/Chainsaw wasn't that good and Classmaster/Garrett was going okay until a run-in caused the DQ and ended it. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 and wouldn't recommend this one.
