Zayda Steel and Nikkita Lyons vs Natalya and Kali Armstrong

Zay does NL's dance with her.

NL pushes Kali and Kali pushes back. NL hits a shot to the gut and back elbows her. Nat rolls her and goes for the sharpshooter. NL knees and forearms her. Kali hits a big punch.

Kali lariats Zay then Nat rolls up Zay for 2. Zay is slingshot dropped on her butt and Nat running boots her. Nat takes a boot from NL over the 2nd rope. Nat's head is banged off the buckles and NL boots her in the corner. We go to break and return.

NL chinlocks Nat then side headlocks her. Nat armdrags her and is rammed into the corner. Zay step up knees Nat in the corner. Zay basement dropkicks Nat for 2. NL suplexes Nat for 2 then chinlocks her.

Nat is thrown down backwards. NL hits kicks and punches on Nat in the corner then Zay boots Nat in the corner. Kali is tagged in. She lariats and shoulders over Zay. She lariats NL the corner spears her and Zay. Kali spinebusters Zay for 2. Nat spinning lariats NL.

Kali is rolled up for 2 then Kali powerslams Zay. Kali runs the ropes and shoulders Zay over. Nat tags herself in. Nat sharpshooters Zay and submits her.

Thoughts: They teased issues with Nat and Kali here with Nat tagging herself in. It was an average match for the most part with Lyons and Zayda not bring a ton to this. Kali looked the best in this one.

Kali holds up the title and Nat looks at it.

Stevie Turner talks to Sean Legacy and Timothy Thatcher. Sean wants the first shot at Drake's Evolve Title. Stevie says everyone wants it. Sean offers to run a gauntlet vs Vanity Project to get a title shot. She agrees to it. Timmy thinks its a bad idea and says he's gonna have to learn.

Chuey Martinez interviews Jordan Oasis and Marcus Mathers. Jordan says he was looking out the window on the bus on his way to Orlando and couldn't stop thinking about Jackson Drake. He says he came from the ID Program and is now the first champ. Jordan says his journey to becoming champ starts tongiht. Marcus says this is his debut and says they have the same goals. He says he has the confidence that it'll be him.

Masyn Holiday talks to Layla Diggs in the locker room with other girls around. Mas says someone must know who is attacking all these girls. Jin Tala and Kendal Grey say Zara Zakher was the one who did it. Zara says she doesn't have truth but it's not her style. She says if she has an issue with her, they can settle it in the ring.

WWE ID Showcase Match - Marcus Mathers vs Jordan Oasis

They shake hands. Jordan side headlocks him then takes him over. Jordan shoulders him over. Jordan misses a senton then MM dropkicks him. MM's 2nd rope twisting crossbody is caught and he takes a fallaway slam for 2.

Jordan chops him then slams him. Jordan sentons him for 2. Joran chinlocks him then euros him. MM back elbows him then top rope twisting crossbodies him. Jordan back breakers him then brainbusters him for 2.

Jordan hits his blackout cannonball on the ropes. MM superkicks him then tope con hilos him outside. MM 450's him and wins.

Thoughts: It was an average match. MM didn't get the chance to overdo it here at least. I'm really not sure what they are seeing in really either of these guys at this point. 

They shake hands after. Keanu Carver then attacks both. He splashes Jordan and throws him out. Keanu then gorilla presses Marcus onto Jordan outside.

Keanu says it took 2 WWE ID clowns to stop him from being champ. He says he's gonna take them all out and send them back to the bingo halls they came from. He says he will destroy this whole program. 

We get a video on Tate Wilder. He talks about being a cowboy and says there's nothing like riding a horse for miles out there. He says his father taught him to push himself. He says on any night, you can become the victor or the victim. He says the way he grew up, family is the only thing you got.

Kylie Rae does a promo on Wendy Choo. She says Choo messed with her and her family. She says she scared her but she's done being intimidated by her. She says she woke up something in her. She says she will keep bringing the fight back to her until she's the last woman standing. They fight in a last man standing match next week.

Gauntlet Match

Sean is the #1 Contender to the Evolve Title if he wins.

Leg 1 - Sean Legacy vs Ricky Smokes

The whole Vanity Project is outside. Sean hits punches on RS then double stomps his back. He dropkicks and slams him. He hits kicks and standing moonsaults him. Sean hits chops on RS.

Sean kicks RS in the back. RS codebreakers him out of the corner for 2. RS stomps and pounds on him. RS running forearms Sean. RS spears him off the bottom rope. RS chinlocks Sean.

Sean boots RS out of the corner then rolls into a ddt on him. Sean hits punches on RS then spin kicks him. Sean facekicks and germans him. Sean hits the shambles and pins him to win.

Leg 2 - Sean Legacy vs Brad Baylor

Brad clips him from behind before it starts. We go to break and return. Sean hits punches on Brad then back elbows him for 2. Brad boots him. Brad misses a corner charge and is kicked. Sean springboard dropkicks him for 2.

Brad hits a TKO for 2. Sean forearms Brad and gets forearmed back. Sean headscissors him then step up enzugiri's him for 2. Brad hits a big forearm then Sean forearms him back. Sean suplexes him.

Brad is back body dropped out and hits his head on the apron. Sean then tope con hilos him. Brad 2nd rope superplexes him but Sean cradles him off the pin attempt and pins him.

Leg 3 - Sean Legacy vs Bryce Donovan

BD facekicks Sean and pins him.

Thoughts: It was pretty average but I guess it was alright booking wise. Bryce thankfully didn't lose but I do think Ricky and Brad should be losing less than they are. I didn't expect anything great out of this one and gauntlet matches don't have a rep for being great usually.

The Vanity Project beat up Sean after.

Drake says they run Evolve and will do what they want when they want. Lince Dorado interrupts them and comes out with a chair. The heels run. Lince says that's not how it will go down here and he calls them children. They try to surround him and he says he hasn't come alone. Joaquin Wild and Cruz del Toro then make the save. The heels are sent out to close the show.

Overall thoughts: The show was average to okay overall. The opener was pretty average. I haven't seen much out of Mathers or Oasis yet and gauntlets aren't known for their quality since the legs have to be shorter to get various people in. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 overall and wouldn't really recommend it as there was just nothing great here.
