Stardom 12/20/2020 - Osaka Dream Cinderella

I'll do most of the matches here. I was really into Stardom for a while but most of the matches leave you wanting more and eventually it just becomes not worth the effort. Combined with that, the awful Stardom community online, Stardom appearing on NJ shows, Stardom letting Hazuki and Kagetsu go plus the loss of Hana and all the new people from other groups, I've just not been into it.
Future Of Stardom Title Three Way Match - Maika (c) vs. Saya Iida vs. Saya Kamitani

＜王者＞舞華（Donna Del Mondo） vs ＜挑戦者＞上谷沙弥（Queen's Quest） vs ＜挑戦者＞飯田沙耶（STARS）
Maika gets pounded on to start then makes a big comeback. Maika and Kamitani then trade shots. Kami does a cartwheel into a backflip and dropkick. Iida then starts chopping everyone. Iida and Maika shoulder battle. Iida does her cool pinning combo by Kami double stomps her to break it, then hits a big dropkick on Iida with Iida really seling it.
Maika did a big delay superplex on Kami and a cross-arm STO for 2. Iida did a cool almost-sunset bomb from the top on Maika, really slamming her down. Kami step kicked Iida and Iida northern lights suplexed her. Iida hit a nasty diamond dust on Kami, probably the nastiest one I've ever seen. Then she brainbuster'd her for the win in a very fun sprint.
They do some countering and a stand-off to start. AZM does a cool spinning armbar. They traded forearms which AZM ended with a face kick. Mei hit a bunch of dropkicks. Mei hit a great forearm after ducking a kick and they forearm battled more. AZM went up top and got pushed onto the floor but I think she mostly landed on her feet. AZM did a spike hurricanrana through the ropes onto Mei. She then headkicked her and turned it into a rings of saturn.
AZM diving footstomped her from the top for 2. They traded many pinfall attempts for several minutes and AZM won it with a roll-up. This was another fun sprint with some good strike exchanges and some good nearfall exchanges.
Artist Of Stardom Title Elimination Match - Cosmic Angels (Mina Shirakawa, Tam Nakano & Unagi Sayaka (c) vs. STARS (Gokigen Death, Mayu Iwatani & Starlight Kid)

中野たむ＆白川未奈＆ウナギ・サヤカ（COSMIC ANGELS） vs 岩谷麻優＆スターライト・キッド＆ゴキゲンです☆（STARS）
We know why the Cosmic Angels are here and it ain't for their in-ring. But I'd rather look at a bunch of hot girls having bad matches than ugly girls having bad matches.
Tam and Mayu have a cool exchange where they duck high kicks, then Tam hits a cutter and a cartwheel kick. Stars triple teams Tam with corner elbows then a dropkick. Seeing Mayu and Tam go at it is weird stuff since they were together for so long. Kid tried to bully Tam which was a sight. Tam stood on her teammates hands then was shot up onto her opponents.
Mina hit a surfboard on Kid and double clotheslines Kid and Death. Kid ran up the ropes with an armdrag on Mina then dropkicked her on the bottom rope. Tam ate double 619's and a Kid moonsault. Kid went on Mayu's shoulders off the 2nd rope and dived onto Tam.
Kid eliminated Tam after a tiger suplex. Mayu was gone soon after after getting knocked over the top rope. Kid went over the top then got dropkicked off the apron. Mina did a top rope butt drop onto Death for 2, then pinned her for the win with a chest first drop.
I think this would have been better as a normal tag match without the elimination rules. It wasn't bad, just it wasn't what it could have been due to the eliminations.
Tam said that the Cosmic Angels were leaving STARS after. Mayu wasn't happy and said she was going to take Tam's singles belt with Tam almost crying. Mayu mentioned that it was bogus that they lost the belts in an elimination match and Kid agreed. Kid says her, Mayu and Iida beat Cosmic Angels, so they have a right to challenge again for the titles. Cosmic Angels agreed to another match.
SWA Undisputed World Women's Title / Wonder Of Stardom Title Match - Syuri (c) vs. Giulia (c)

I had heard this might be a 30 minute draw. I really hope that's not the case. Both are members of Donna del Mundo. They just feel each other out early and in a slower fashion. Giulia kicks Syuri over the top, but Syuri can't make it over. Giulia puts Syuri on a chair from the outside and kicks her over it. Syuri then returns the favor and bangs Giulia's head off a table.
We see a little bit of spirit about 10 minutes into this when Giulia hits some forearms and ducks a high kick. They trade face kicks for chest kicks. Giulia hits a bad michinoku driver for 2. They both no sell release german's and Syuri knees Giulia. Then they trade forearms. Giulia pounds on Syuri with some.
Giulia starts bullying Syuri with stomps. Syuri powers up and ends up penalty kicking her face. Syuri kick combos Giulia. Giulia sits on her with an octopus stretch but it doesn't go anywhere then they both go up the entrance ramp. Giulia ends up hitting a wrist clutch tombstone on the ramp. They both barely beat the count in at 20 minutes.
Giulia hit a wrist clutch sideslam from the top for 2. She then pops on a rings of saturn as she is clearly working the arm now. Giulia hits a sitout package piledriver. Later, Giulia hit a wrist clutch backdrop and then a wrist-clutch sitout slam for 2. Syuri hit some headkicks but Giulia got to the ropes. Giulia hit a headbutt and Syuri uraken'd her and they went to a 30 minute draw.
This wasn't anything special and they clearly put less effort in early to save energy for later, but what we got later wasn't that great. This would have been better if it were half the time, but I'm still not sure if it would have been great.
Syuri and Giulia posed together and left together.
World Of Stardom Title Match - Utami Hayashishita (c) vs. Momo Watanabe
Both are members of Queen's Quest. Utami worked over Momo's leg early. Momo hit her with a tornado ddt off the ropes. They removed the mat at ringside and Momo hit her with a B-driver on the floor. Momo did a couple of nice dropkicks on her in the corner. Momo put her in the tree of woe but Utami fell after just one kick. Momo hit some forearms on her and got run over with a shoulder. Momo hit her with a top rope uranage.
Momo hit her with a b-driver inside this time. Utami hit her with a german and took a dragon suplex that neither sold. Then they traded strikes. Momo hit double diving knees for 2. Momo then dove on her with double knees from the top while Utami was standing.
Momo went back up to the ropes and Utami hit her with a top rope schwein. Utami then hit her with a towerhacker bomb for 2 before taking a triangle choke. Utami powerbombed out of it. She put Momo up for like a splash mountain but Momo double knee pressed her shoulders. Momo hit her with like a cobra-clutch suplex then a half and half suplex for 2. Momo then did a half-dragon, half-wrist clutch suplex for 2. Momo got frustrated and started pounding on her and Utami back suplexed her.
Utami hit triple german's for 2 then a spinning razor's edge for the win.
The end section was cool with all the big moves, but the first half wasn't that great and there was just not too much story. Along with the crowd that can't cheer in a big arena where the noise is less and it just wasn't anything great.
