Oro Mensah vs Drake Morreaux

Oro armlocks Drake and Drake reverses it. Drake lifts him up by the arm. Drake blocks a takedown and gator rolls him. Oro hits Drake in the gut and they trade forearms. Drake misses a kick and is rolled up. Oro PK's him. Oro headscissors him into the corner. Drake hits a nice dropkick off a missed Oro springboard.

Drake corner splashes Oro then slams him. Oro tries to slam him but Drake falls on him. Drake bottom rope springboard splashes him for 2. Oro is thrown hard into the buckles and rolls out to the floor selling the back.

Drake armlocks Oro then throws him backwards. Oro upkicks him then hits chops. They trade forearms. Oro spin kicks him and flipping koppo kicks him. Oro hits a big slam. Drake's head is banged off the buckles.

Drake goes for a chokeslam and takes an enzugiri. Oro springboard rider kicks him. Oro spinning heel kicks him in the corner and wins.

Thoughts: It wasn't bad. Oro did his usual stuff here. Drake didn't get a ton in. The crowd liked this one and it was probably the best thing Drake has been involved in so far.

Kale Dixon and uriah Connors are interviewed. UC says they have taken L's but that won't last forever. Kale says they won't stay on the sidelines. They hype each other up. UC says they look good but gotta fight good. Kale says thye weren't at Ava's therapy session this week (they had a group meeting of the various tag teams on NXT). UC saysvarious tag teams have had a chance but haven't impressed them. Kale says they impress over and over again then laugh at fighting Luca and Stacks.

Carlee Bright vs Izzi Dame

CB waistlocks her and is thornw off. Izzi throws her down. CB chops her and hits leg kicks. CB basement dropkicks her and flips over her. CB then hits a dropkick. Izzi pops her up and CB hurricanrana's her. Izzi back elbows her then lariats her over. Izzi bangs CB's head off the buckles then running facekicks her for 2.

Izzi chokes CB on the ropes. CB rolls her up for 2. Izzi pulls her by the hair. Izzi backflips her and hits a cutter off of it for 2. Izzi armlocks her. CB hits lariats and a dropkick.

CB goes for a 2nd rope diving headscissors but is caught. CB takes a sky high and Izzi wins.

Thoughts: It could have been a little cleaner but Izzi had a good showing. She's definitely starting to get how to work like a powerhouse and I think she'll be just fine. CB did her usual dropkicks in and headscissors in this one.

Izzi goes for CB after the match and Kendall Grey saves Izzi.

Izzi is interviewed in the back. She says everyone loves Grey and Bright but she doesn't. Kali Armstrong walks in. She says she's not looking to make friends either but is up for shutting up chicks like Grey and Bright.

Stacks and Luca Crusifino vs Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors

 
UC and Stacks lock up. Stacks side headlock takeovers him. UC headscissors him and headlock takeovers him. Stacks headscissors him. They try to boot each other at the same time and catch each other's foot. UC trips Stacks and Stacks hits a nice armdrag. Kale has some new very colorful tights on with one legging on them.

Kale tries to boot Luca off the handshake and is caught. Luca lariats him then suplexes him. Stacks hits shots on Kale between the ropes. Luca has Kale on the apron and pushes him over the top to the inside. Stacks 2nd rope stomps Kale's arm.

Stacks side headlocks Kale. Stacks slides between UC's legs and pulls him down onto the apron. Kale hits a nasty baseball slide on Stacks and sends him headfirst into the commentary table.

UC sentons Stacks for 2. Kale chops Stacks' back. Stacks grabs Kale by the beard and hits some shots. Kale takes a back body drop. Stacks goes for the tag but Luca is down. UC gets in. UC dropkicks Stacks in the knee then Kale running knees Stacks.

Stacks makes the tag. Luca gets in and hits some nice lariats. Luca hits a double shoulderblock. Luca running euros both opponents in the corners. Luca blue thunders Kale for 2. Luca takes an attitude adjustment + powerbomb combo. Luca jumping knees Kale. UC comes off the buckles and is hit with a shatter machine. Luca pins UC.

Thoughts: This was a good match here. Everyone was stiff and moving really fast. They mostly stuck to the basics but everything they did looked good. Stacks' bump into the commentary table looked nasty and the finish was nice. This was so much better than you would think and is one of the better matches we have had on here in a while.

Overall thoughts: It was a fun show as always. We got 3 new matches this week. All 3 were fine and the main was one of the better matches we've had in some time. It wasn't must see but it was a fun 30 minutes of wrestling and I enjoyed it. I'd give this one a 6 out of 10.
