I swear we almost done with the NOAH Global League. This is B-Group action, which I haven't watched much of at all. I was disappointed that Jun Akiyama and Yuji Nagata were in seperate groups as I really wanted to see how their matches held up. My guess would be not that good.
Akitoshi Saito won with an enzugiri to the back of the head. Pretty good match here as both guys seemed inspired. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would and found this to be one of the better matches of the day. This was fun and worth a look. Both guys took some pretty hard shots and bumps as well.
