Katsuya Murashima vs. Daiki Nagai

They mat wrestle and KM armlocks him. Nagai reverses it then KM reverses that. Nagai shoulder throws him then hammerlocks him. They trade forearms and KM shoulders him over. KM forearms him over then hiptosses him for 2. KM chinlocks him.

KM stomps on him then slams him. KM single leg crabs him. KM clubs and boots him then forearms him in the corner. KM misses a corner charge and is monkey flipped. Nagai corner dropkicks him for 2. Nagai hits another dropkick for 2. Nagai crabs him and KM ropebreaks. KM running dropkicks him out of the corner.

KM back body drops him for 2. KM powerslams Nagai then crabs him. Nagai then taps out.

Thoughts: KM got most of the offense here and looked fine doing it. Nagai really didn't get that much in but a throw and a dropkick. It was the usual young lions match quality wise.

Be-Bop Tag Team (Hiroshi Tanahashi & Toru Yano), Master Wato, Oleg Boltin & YOH vs. TMDK (Hartley Jackson, Kosei Fujita, Robbie Eagles, Ryohei Oiwa & Zack Sabre Jr.)

Rob and Yoh go at it. Rob armdrags him off the buckles, flying headscissors him then spinning heel kicks him. Rob takes a double double japanese armdrag then Kosei takes a double bulldog. Wato stomps and boots Rob. Rob trips him from behind and sliding lariats him in the back of the head. Wato and Yoh are then put in different submissions on top of each other.

Hart gets in and chops up Wato. Oiwa gets in and side headlocks him. Oiwa shoulders him over. Oiwa hiptosses him then armdrags him. Oiwa falling splashes him. Zack gets in. He facekicks Wato then takes a leg lariat.

Tana gets in. He flying forearms Zack and hits dragon screws on Zack's partners. Hart double lariats Yano and Tana. Zack corner euros Tana then twists his neck with his feet. Tana blocks a PK. Tana gets a 2 count on Zack then twists and shouts him. Hart and Oleg lariat battle. They chop each other and Hart crossbodies him. 

Hart misses a corner splash then Oleg corner splashes him. Hart corner splashes him and hits a big lariat. Hart then sentons him. Oleg dropkicks Hart then karelin's lifts him. Oleg takes a double kick.

Kosei takes a corkscrew kick from Wato then he is plancha'd. Wato plancha's Rob at the same time. Hart flying lariats Oleg. Oleg dropkicks him. Oleg catches Hart's crossbody then finlay rolls him for the win.

Thoughts: It was pretty similar to the match we saw on the last televised show. I liked it. Everyone had pretty good sections here and it made me want to see Hart/Oleg and Tana/Zack.

Tana/Zack have words after. 

House Of Torture (SHO & Yoshinobu Kanemaru) vs. BULLET CLUB War Dogs (Clark Connors & Taiji Ishimori)

They all fight to start. CC is thrown out and Taiji is double stomped on. Taiji eye pokes Sho then neckbreakers him. Taiji chokes him. YK pulls Taiji out and sends him into the rails. CC is then sent into the rails. Taiji's head is banged off a chair then YK hits him in the gut with the chair.

Taiji is sent into the exposed buckle then YK slams him twice. YK hits knees to the back and Ren rakes Taiji's face. YK suplexes Taiji for 2. Taiji is sent into the exposed buckle. Sho footslaps Taiji then eye rakes him. Taiji boots him out of the corner then rolls into a zig zag on him.

CC gets in and back elbows Sho. He then runs him over with a shoulderblock. CC hits corner spears on Sho then overhead suplexes him. CC elbow drops him for 2. Sho pulls down CC by the hair. CC takes corner attacks then backdrops CC. YK dropkicks CC in the back of the head then reverse ddt's him for 2.

Taiji handspring corkscrew kicks YK then CC powerslams YK for 2. Sho trips CC. YK then spits whiskey at CC. CC is sent into the exposed buckle and YK rolls him up for the win.

Thoughts: It was the same match these guys have been having with both teams being heelish and Clark's team basically being the faces. I guess it was acceptable but there wasn't any blood and they didn't do anything to try and make it great.

El Desperado, El Phantasmo & Ryusuke Taguchi vs. United Empire (Francesco Akira, Jakob Austin Young & Templario)

RT = Ryusuke Taguchi, ELP = El Phantasmo

Despy side headlocks Temp then shoulders him over. Temp spinarooni's up then tilt-a-whirl backbreakers Despy. Despy is monkey flipped. RT flying hip attacks Temp. Temp pump kicks RT then 2nd rope diving headscissors Despy. Temp handspring back elbows RT.

Jake hits euros on RT then rakes him with his feet. Jake basement dropkicks him for 2. RT sunset flips him and pulls his tights down on purpose. Jake then does the same to hip but RT sis down on him. Jake dropkicks him. Jake ties up RT's arms. Akira slams RT then standing moonsaults him for 2.

Akira chops RT then RT misses a hip attack on him. RT rolls into a hip attack on him. ELP gets in and hits hip attacks on Akira. Akira rolls him up for 2. ELP blocks a ddt attempt and hits a brainbuster for 2. ELP asai moonsaults Akira for 2. 

ELP and Akira trade superkicks and ELP step up enzugiri's him. Akira headscissors him then rolls him into a double stomp. Jake gordbusters and buzzsaw kicks ELP. Jake twisting brainbusters ELP for 2. Temp walks up the buckles and springboard dropkicks ELP.

4 men trade chops. Temp and Akira roll into dropkicks on Despy and RT. Akira does a tope con hilo on 2 opponents. Temp flying space tiger's Despy and RT. Jake goes for a dive but ELP superkicks him. ELP UFO neckbreakers him gets the pin.

Thoughts: I could have done without Taguchi but I liked it otherwise. It was nice fast paced juniors action and we got some dives and flying. It was about what you would want and I had no problems with this.

Temp and Despy butt heads outside after.

Shota Umino & Yuya Uemura vs. Los Ingobernables de Japon (Shingo Takagi & Yota Tsuji)

Yota and Yuya trade some basic holds. Yuya armdrags him twice and armlocks him. Yuya and Yota trade. Yota drives Yuya's head into the mat then Shingo sends Shota into the post and rail outside. Shota's head is then banged off a table. Yuya takes a double shoulderblock. Shingo elbow drops and chinlocks him.

Yota forearms Yuya in the gut then bodyscissors him. Yuya's head is banged off the buckles. Shingo cravates Yuya and knocks Shota off the apron. Shingo back elbows Yuya then Yuya dropkicks him. Shota dropkicks Shingo in the knee then corner euros him. Shota kneebreakers Shingo then stf's him. Shota fisherman suplexes Shingo for 2.

Shingo back body drops Shota then lariats him over the top. Shota is sent into the rails and the post. Shingo sentons him. Shingo hits a rare tornado ddt on Shota. Shota takes corner attacks then a double backdrop. Yuya back elbows Yota then pulls him over the top. Shota is sent into Yuya then Shota/Yuya hit a double dropkick on Shingo. Shingo then takes a double suplex for 2.

Shingo and Shota lariat battle. Shota enzugiri's him then takes a sliding lariat. Shota tornado ddt's him then lariats him for 2. Shingo hits forearms and is forearmed back. Shota running lariats him then Shingo lariats him for the pin.

Thoughts: Shingo and Shota always work well together and this was no exception. Shingo targeted Shota all match then Shota finally got some offense in at the end and did a good job with it. It was fast paced, fiery and had good action. This was a good tag and I just wished we got more of it. They barely explored all the possibilities in this one and I thought this was way better than anything else that these guys have been doing lately.

Shingo hits headbutts on Shota after and throws a table at him. The young lions back Shingo off of him and then he punches them.

House Of Torture (EVIL, Ren Narita & SANADA) vs. BULLET CLUB War Dogs (David Finlay, Drilla Moloney & Gabe Kidd)

The Dogs run to the ring as usual. Everyone immediately goes out to fight. Gabe chokes Ren with a towel in the seats. Sanada is sent into the wall. Drilla rakes Sanada's back and headbutts him in the seats. Drilla hits punches on Sanada in the ring then back elbows him. Sanada is rammed into the corner for corner spears.

Sanada eye rakes Drilla. Drilla has the rope kicked into his crotch by Evil. Sanada is thrown into Milano Collection AT on commentary. Drilla is then thrown down on Milano. Evil chokes Drilla with a towel. Drilla has his legs split. Ren back elbows Drilla for 2. 

Drilla and Sanada fight and Drilla spinebusters him. Gabe and Ren get in. Gabe boots him out of the corner and hits chops and lariats. Gabe shoulders him over. Gabe hits a chop flurry on Ren then suplexes him for 2.

Gabe slaps Ren then Ren eye rakes him. Gabe backdrops Ren. Evil lariats Gabe from the apron. Gabe is thrown out and Sanada chairs Gabe in the gut. Evil fisherman suplexes Gabe for 2. Gabe exploders Evil. DF corner lariats Evil several times then suplex throws him. Togo is slingshotted in. Evil then eye rakes DF.

The ref gets hit twice. DF blocks Evil's low blow and spinning forearms him. Togo chokes DF with a weapon. DF grabs his shillelagh then Yujiro Takahashi comes out and hits DF with his cane. Evil hits DF with the shillelagh then hits everything is evil for the win.

Thoughts: It was similar to what we have been getting with these guys with weapons shots, ref bumps and brawling all around arena. It was pretty average and nothing too great.

DF is beaten up by House of Torture after. Gabe gets hit, Drilla is low blowed and Sanada hit Drilla with a guitar. Clark Connors comes in and gets hit with Kanemaru's whiskey. Taiji comes out and is hit. 

Taichi & Tomohiro Ishii vs. Los Ingobernables de Japon (Hiromu Takahashi & Tetsuya Naito)

Tai and Naito go at it. They lock up, Tai clean breaks him and Naito spits at him. Naito then does his pose and Tai kicks him as he poses. Naito is lifted for a headscissors on Ishii then Ishii takes a double lariat. Ishii shoulders over HT. Naito hits forearms on Ishii but Ishii no sells them. Ishii hits chops and forearms. Naito spits at him.

Tai snapmares Naito and kicks him in the back. Naito chops Tai and is side kicked. Naito dropkicks Ishii in the knee. HT flying headscissors Ishii then dropkicks Tai into Ishii. Ishii and HT chop each other. HT chop flurries him. Ishii backdrops him. HT no sells it then suplexes him. Ishii no sells it then lariats him over. Both men then go down. Tai hits chest kicks on HT. HT chops him. Tai enzugiri's him in the corner. Tai hits backhands on HT then HT falcon arrows him. Naito back elbows Tai then basement dropkicsk him. Naito neckbreakers him.

Naito hits back elbows on Tai. Naito hits a diamond dust. Ishii shoulders Naito over. HT superkicks Tai then Naito hits destino on Tai for 2. HT hits an AA on Ishii. Naito tornado ddt's Tai. HT tries to help Naito hit destino, but I wouldn't say he really hit. Tai backdrops Naito. HT germans Ishii then rebound germans him. Ishii germans HT.

Ishii hits lariats on HT. HT ddt's him off a suplex attempt. Naito brainbusters Tai. Tai hits an emerald flowsion off a destino attempt. Ishii sliding lariats Naito then Tai buzzsaw kicks Naito for 2. Tai bakcdrops Naito for 2. HT running lariats Tai. Naito does a tornado cradle on Tai. Tai superkicks Naito. Tai lifts Naito for an Ishii brainbuster. Tai hits an air raid crash on Naito and wins.

Thoughts: It got a lot of time. They tried to have a strong match. Naito had his usual botches and they spent a lot of time on chops, forearms and lariats. I thought it was okay but not quite the classic they shot for here. 

Vacant IWGP Tag Team Title Match - Bishamon (Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI) vs. United Empire (Callum Newman & Great-O-Khan)

CN and Goto go at it. CN hits chops on the break then he running facekicks Goto. He kicks Goto in the back. Khan hits forearms on Goto. Khan takes a double hiptoss then has Yoshi and CN thrown onto him. Bishamon double club Khan's back. Goto stomps Khan's back. CN legsweeps Goto and PK's him.

Khan fireman's carry takeovers Goto then monkey flips him. Khan hip throws him then does a head and arm choke. Goto and CN trade. CN elbows him in the back of the neck then chest kicks him down for 2. Goto is sent hard into the buckles. Khan mongolian chops Goto then uppercuts him.  

Khan sits on Goto's neck. Khan boots Goto and Goto hits chops on him. Goto running lariats him. Yoshi and Khan go at it. Yoshi neckbreakers him. Yoshi hits a corner lariat then top rope blockbusters him for 2.

Khan double chops Yoshi and Yoshi chops back. Khan shoulder throws him. Han does a flatliner on him then Yoshi ddt's him off a chokeslam. Goto and CN get in and trade forearms. Goto shoulders him over, CN kips up and enzugiri's him. Goto then hits an ushigoroshi. Goto chest kicks him then hits a GTW for 2.

Goto and CN collide with lariats. Yoshi ends up hitting a neckbreaker off a suplex then meteora's him for 2. Yoshi hits a hard lariat on CN for 2. Khan takes a headhunter + russian legsweep. CN takes a superkick into an ushigoroshi. Goto is in a firmean's carry and CN cutters him.

Yoshi rolls CN up for 2 and dragon suplexes him. Khan lariats Yoshi over. Yoshi takes a CN pumping knee then an os cutter. CN high angle underhook suplexes him and wins.

Thoughts: I liked what we got but it was far from what it could have been. They didn't get that much time at all here and it ended before it even felt like it really got into the finishing stretch. The four all worked well together.

Taichi and Ishii come out after and Tai talks on the mic. Tai seems to challenge for the tag titles. Khan then talks and the four stare down. Newman then talks. He says he won't listen to people who said he doesn't have a chance against Goto. He says the people won't believe their eyes in Fukuoka. He says Goto is one of the best but he will be the next IWGP champ. Khan then talks.

Overall thoughts: The main and semi main were decent matches. The main didn't get enough time though. The tag with Shingo looked like it was going to be special but it ended way too early. I liked the juniors 6-man tag and the Tanahashi tag was fine too. It was a good show overall but there's a lot of stuff that could have been better if they just had more time.
