WWE Evolve 11/19/2025

WWE Evolve 11/19/2025

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2025/11/wwe-evolve-11122025.html

The next show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2025/12/wwe-evolve-1232025.html

We are at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Robert Stone and Peter Rosenberg are on commentary.

Kali Armstrong says she don't think so to PJ Vasa thinking she can call the shows. She says she must have forgot. She says she's waiting on her rematch but it's still the Kali Armstrong show.

Jax Presley and Harley Riggins vs OTM (Lucien Price and Bronco Nima)

Jax and HR talk trash before OTM come out. OTM are surprise challengers.

HR misses a lariat and Price shoulders him over. Price slams him. Jax and Nima get in. Jax side headlocks him. Nima reverses it. They collide with shoulders. Jax yanks the arm. HR 2nd rope double axe handles Nima. Jax tries to do the same but nails his partner. Price gets in. Jax takes a double back elbow and a lariat for 2.

Price hits a corner splash then pop-up drops him. HR trips Price from behind and bangs his leg off his knee. Price fights out of the corner and HR legsweeps him. Price takes a kneebreaker from Jax. Jax boots the leg.

HR backcrackers Price for 2. Price escapes a double team. Nima gets in and hits shots on the heels. Nima drops Jax on his gut and drops HR onto him. Nima hits leg lariats on the ropes. Nima flying knee presses Jax for 2. Price pulls out Jax and lariats him. HR cradles Nima.

Nima tilt-a-whirl slams HR. HR takes a double team spinebuster move and is pinned.

Thoughts: I didn't like anything about this. Jax and Riggins didn't need to lose here but did. They always said Demolition/LOD were too much alike and couldn't work well together and I'd say this was a similar situation. They didn't botch but it was just not either teams best work and there were no clear faces here since both are basically heels.

Timothy Thatcher comes out after and has words for Riggins and Jax.

We get a video on PJ Vasa.

Zena Sterling vs Karmen Petrovic

This is Zena's first non-LFG match. Despite her not winning LFG, they say she's officially signed to Evolve. She does a video. She says she's finally here on Evolve. She says being the youngest female on the entire WWE roster can be intimidating. She says she's always up for a challenge and talks about her athletic feats. She then talks in her language and says she's ready for the whole world to know her name.

KP does a video. She says this is a Evolve where talk means nothing and results mean everything. She says she wants to see what the buzz about her is.

They lock up. Zena drives her into the corner. They lock up again. KP takes her down and side headlocks her. Zena throws her over and eventually wristlocks her. KP armlocks her. Zena shoulders her over.  Zena suplexes her and backsplashes her in the corner for 2.

Zena head and chinlocks her. Zena double underhook suplexes her then puts the hold back on. Zena tilt-a-whirl slams her for 2. KP leg kicks her and turns a tilt-a-whirl into a body press. KP hits shots to the gut and soul foot's her. KP sliding kicks her on the ropes. KP high kicks her from the apron and Zena does a bad bump on a slingblade for 2.

KP hits like a cutter out of a falcon arrow. KP superkicks her then low corkscrew kicks her for the win.

Thoughts:
Zena was a little off here. They didn't botch anything though. Karmen was moving well and looked good. Zena's still a bit green but I think she gets how to work as a face.

Trill London and Tate Wilder talk in the back. Tate says he's stacking up wins. Trill says if he wins he might be able to get his name in title contention. Trill says let's go out there and make some money. Sean Legacy comes in and says he figured Tate would choose him as his partner. Tate says Trill has Michelle McCool's stamp of approval and that's good enough for him. Sean says he understands but wants to watch this from the VIP Section.

Tate Wilder and Trill London vs Swipe Right (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes)

Sean Legacy is in the VIP Section. Trill had a match or two here before his LFG run and now he's back despite also not winning LFG.

Trill does a nice jump over RS and side headlocks him. Trill takes him over. RS headscissors him. Trill armdrags him. Tate gets in and hits RS in the arm. Tate wristlocks him, walks up the ropes and drops RS' arm down over the top rope. RS knee's Tate in the gut. Tate armdrags and armlocks Brad. Trill slingshot flips and hits Brad's arm.

Trill casadora armdrags Brad then dropkicks him. Trill goes up top and is pulled down over the top by RS. Brad clubs on Trill. Trill is sent into an RS facekick for 2. RS stomps on Trill.

Trill and RS each hit shots and Trill goes down. Trill is basement dropkicked in the back for 2. Brad clubs on Trill in the corner. Trill hits punches on RS. RS blocks his tag and rams him into the corner. Trill hits a whisper in the wind on the heels off the top.

Tate is tagged in. Tate hits lariats on Brad and flying shoulders him. Tate twisting suplexes Brad for 2. Brad pumping knees him. Tate is held up for a dropkick from RS for 2. Tate rolls up Brad for 2 and dropkicks him out. Trill tope con hilos the heels outside.

Tate top rope coffin drops the heels and Jackson Drake outside. Tate top rope moonsaults Brad and wins.

Thoughts: I liked the match. Trill is effortlessly amazing and is basically another Je'Von Evans. He's gonna get over big when the masses see him. Tate was good here too as he did lots of flying and was a pure face. The heels did their part as always. I thought this was good and I'd like to see them have a second match.

Sean Legacy claps for the faces after.

Arianna Grace comes out after her random appearance last week. Chuey Martinez talks to her in the VIP Section. Grace says he's welcome and says she'd be excited too to see her live and in person. She says her biggest regret in life is that she'll never get to meet herself. She says she couldn't deprive Evolve of the opportunity of a lifetime in seeing her.

Kali Amrstrong and Kendal Grey talk in the back. Kali says she pushed her to her limits at Succession. Grey says she respects her and set the standard in Evolve. Kali says after she beats PJ, she's coming for her. Grey says she has to wait as she is facing Chantel Monroe on 12/3 but she will see her after.

We get a video on Drake Morreaux. He's at the lake and says they know how to have a good time in the Bayou. He says he's proud of where he's from and he always dreamed of making a name for himself. He says the more you think you got your life planned out, the more you have no idea about what will happen next.

They say Evolve will not be on next week, likely due to it being on the day before Thanksgiving. That's weird since the viewer amounts don't really matter for this and it really doesn't do anyone any favors to skip a week. They say Grey will fight Chantel Monroe on 12/3 for the Evolve Title.

Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey come out and sit next to Arianna Grace in the VIP Section. She's grossed out by it and leaves.

Timothy Thatcher asks if Riggins and Jax liked their mystery opponents tonight. He says they need to focus on the WWE ID talent next. He says they want to be here while they just do this for clout. He says what they need is to see an ID Showcase. On 12/3, it'll be Marcus Mathers and Aaron Rourke vs Cappuccino Jones and Mike Cunningham. He says they will show what tag wrestling should be.

PJ Vasa vs Kali Armstrong

They lock up and let go. Kali is backed up in the corner and complains about a hair pull. PJ side headlocks her and shoulders her over. Kali rolls her up twice for not even 1 counts. Kali headscissors her off the up and over and running dropkicks her out.

We go to break and return. PJ bodyblocks her. Kali hits punches in the corner. Kali hits a flying corner spear. Kali suplexes her for 2. PJ drops her throat first on the top rope then stomps on her. PJ hits shots to the gut then headbutts her down for 2.

PJ Samoan drops her for 2. PJ chinlocks her. PJ clubs her down and slams her. PJ misses an elbow drop. Kali hits punches on PJ then back elbows and lariats her. Kali powerslams her for 2. PJ's head is banged off the buckle and Kali boots her in the gut.

The ref tries to get Kali off of PJ and PJ eye pokes Kali. PJ hits an AA into a slam on Kali and pins her to win.

Thoughts:
I was surprised to see Kali lose here since she was very high up on the food chain here. I'm not complaining about PJ winning though. The match was fine and worked out pretty well. It was a nice power match.

PJ talks trash to Kendal Grey outside after. Grey hops the rail then Chantel Monroe knocks Grey down from the side.

We go to the back. Jax and Harley talk. Harley is made that Thatcher thinks the WWE ID crew are better than them. Jax says they should break them in half. Harley tells Jax to make the call and the show ends as he talks to someone.

Overall thoughts: The show is heading in a new direction with Timothy Thatcher as the new authority around here (which is a major downgrade from Stevie Turner), some of the old WWE ID crew being gone and the LFG crew coming in. I didn't care for the opener here on any level. Zena didn't quite impress as much as I had hoped in her match though Petrovic looked good. The Swipe Right tag was good with Trill continuing to look like a superstar in the making and everyone doing what they were supposed to. I'd like to see that bout again. The main was fine and PJ Vasa shockingly got the win over former Evolve ace Kali Armstrong. The show won't be on next week which I think is disappointing. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 as the good and the bad kind of evened each other out here.
