Tatum Paxley, Izzi Dame and Lola Vice vs Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid)

Jacy and TP trade forearms. TP hits forearms on her. Lola hits shots on Jacy in the corner. Jacy pump kicks Lola. Jacy boot flurries Lola in the corner. Lola takes corner attacks. Lola is rolled up for 2. LR twisting crossbodies Izzi. Izzi slams her then basement dropkicks her. 

TP gets in and elbow drops LR. LR superkicks her. TP is thrown backwards. Fallon house call kicks TP for 2. Fallon takes a spin kick and axe kick from Lola for 2. Lola hits a kick combo on LR. TP bangs Fallon's head off the buckles. Tatum and Lola do stereo corner hip attacks then TP dances iwht her. Izzi complains.

We go to PiP break and return. Lola takes a running knee from Jacy off a triple team. TP dropkicks Lola in the corner then misses a corner cannonball. TP double dropkicks the heels. TP fisherman suplexes Fallon the corner crossbdoies LR and Jacy. TP step up enzugiri's Fallon. 

Fallon bodyscissors takedowns TP. Fallon swinging facebusters TP. TP bangs Fallon's face off her knee. TP does a made in japan variation for 2. Jacy running neckbreakers Lola. Fallon 2nd rope blockbusters Izzi. Fallon and TP double lariat each other.

Fallon knees TP in the gut. Jacy spinning forearms Izzi when she gets in and pins her.

Thoughts: It was a quick moving and action packed tag match. I liked it and thought they did a good job here with it. Izzi took the bullet for Tatum here and got pinned but they aren't a regular trio so it doesn't matter if they lose.

We see Los Americanos go into the locker room. Grande wants his own locker room. He grabs Josh Briggs' bag and Josh threatens him. Josh says he might be a rookie like Jasper Troy but asks how long he can go with him. Grande says he will show the NXT Universe who he is.   

We see a video of Lei Ying Lee calling out Kelani Jordan. She said she acted like a good person but cheated last week vs Jordynne Grace. She says she should be ashamed of herself. She says she won't let her shame the TNA Title. She says she will take the Knockoouts title from her.

Wren Sinclair, Kendal Grey, Tyra Mae Steel and maybe Karmen Petrovic talk. Wren says Grey is now a member of the WrenQCC. Wren says she's in the Speed Tournament tonight. Kelani Jordan comes in. She say she remembers how it was when she won her first tile like Grey. She tells her to go find a monitor and listen to what she has to say.

Kelani Jordan comes out to talk. She says she did everything she could to keep the TNA Title. She says it was a bit out of character. She asks why the crowd cheers when Dominik Mysterio cheats or when Cody Rhodes cheat they cheer them but have a problem with her. She says she defended the title with grace and it got her kicked out of the locker room. She says nobody cares about Lola going to AAA either. She says she was kicked out of the locker room by women who haven't accomplished half of what she did. 

She says there isn't a woman who can keep up with her athletically. She says the fans aren't fans but followers. She says she isn't defending her title at Gold Rush as no one in the locker room earned it. She says Yei Ling Lee isn't even on her radar and she beat her. She says you can call her whatever you want but you will call her champ. She then drops the mic.

Thoughts: It wasn't the best performed promo but the material was good here.  

OTM is interviewed. Price says they aren't chasing dreams but are chasing them. Nima says they are stepping on every single throat. They say what they did last week was just a glimpse of what they can do. Price says they don't need to yell anymore and they have silence that shakes. Chase U comes in. They say they are sick of everyone thinking they are stepping stones. Andre Chase then comes in and asks if p!ssing off OTM is a good idea. 

El Grande Americano vs Josh Briggs

We get an "Ole" chant for GA. JB backs him up in the corner and is pushed. JB shoulders him over. GA leg lariats JB. GA armdrags JB and hammerlocks him. GA heandstands while doing it. GA points to the crowd and sees Jasper Troy. JB facekicks GA.

We go to break and return. GA hits punches on JB. JB splashes him for 2. GA is crotched going up top then booted in tree of woe. JB pulls at GA's mask. GA's buddies distract JB. GA 2nd rope flying headbutts him. GA hits flying headbutts on him. GA spinning chops him.

GA walks up the buckles and does a blockbuster off the top. GA topes him outside. JB rebound lariats him outside. Tavion Heights comes in the ring to yell at JB. Los American's double backstabber JB on the floor. Grande pulls JB's neck back while keeping his legs down and submits him.

Thoughts: There was a lot of shenanigans here so it's hard to give this a great rating. The crowd was really into Grande here. I don't think we've seen the last of this. 

Wren and Grey talk in the back. Kelani Jordan comes in and asked if she watched. Grey says let's go. Ava says she wants to talk other. Ava says it's not Kelani's decision to defend the title at Gold Rush or not. Kelani says she's not the GM of TNA so it's not hers either. Tyra Mae Steel rips her for being disrespectful. Kelani says she's telling it like it is and says she's the most gifted star when she gets in the ring. Ava says this is her show and says she can test her luck tonight against Tyra. Tyra says we will see who likes second place.

Ricky Saints comes in and talks to Myles Borne. Borne says to save a piece of Trick for him.

We see clips of Chelsea Green and Ethan Page winning the AAA Mixed Tag Titles. 

Trick Williams and Ricky Saints do a split screen interview. Trick says RS is banged up from Halloween Havoc and he's not built to carry the title like him. RS says Trick threw a fit after losing. He says Trick's ego can't handle being 2nd best. Trick says it's because he is 2nd to none. He says RS knows nothing about carrying the brand. RS says his title is the symbol of a man who works hard. He says he can take NXT to heights that Trick couldn't.

Trick tells RS if he wants his title, get it at WWE Shop like everyone else. He says he's bigger and better than him and says he will be the last man standing on Tuesday. RS says Trick wears delusion well. RS says they should handle their business now and they go to fight. 

They fight. Trick hits RS in the gut with a metal pipe. Trick says RS doesn't want to see this side of him but will next week.  

WWE Women's Speed Title Tournament Semifinals - Wren Sinclair vs Zaria

Wren yanks on her arm and rolls her up. Zar backrolls her and Wren reverses it. Wren rolls her up for 2. Zar chops her down. Zar backbreakers her for 2. Wren does an octopus on Zar. Wren dropkicks her and hits double chops. 

Zar hits lariats on Wren and pump kicks her. Wren armbars Zar. Zar spears her and F-5's her to win at 2:31.

Thoughts: It was a quick one here. They rushed and just didn't have the time to make too much out of this.

Kelani Jordan vs Tyra Mae Steele

Tyra tkes her down and KJ hits shots to the arm. She pulls her arm and chin. TS knuckle locks her. KJ headflips out and then TS cartwheels out of her lock up. KJ knees TS in the gut. KJ blocks a sunset flip and holds the rope. KJ la magistral's her for 2. 

TS alligator rolls her then bow and arrow surfboards her. TS backrolls her. KJ hits a hard kick to the face. TS' head is banged off the post. TS' arm is banged off the apron then her shoulder is rammed into the apron edge.

KJ forearms her and Ts lariats her over twice. TS pulls her down backwards. TS pop up drops her. TS hip attacks her on an up and over. TS does a torture rack slam for 2. KJ hits wasteland on her then split-legged moonsaults her for the win.

Thoughts: Tyra rushed here some but it was one of her better matches. She has lost weight and did some new moves here. KJ didn't do much flying which was unusual.

Santino Marella appears on the tron. He says Ava is not the TNA GM but he is the TNA Director of Authority. He says she will defend the title there against Lei Ying Lee and Jordynne Grace in a triple threat.

Sol Ruca and Zaria talk to Ava. Sol says she's making progress and wants Blake Monroe at Gold Rush. Ava says she can only sign off if Sol is medically cleared. Fatal Influence walk in. Jacy says she wants her NXT Women's Title rematch at Gold Rush. Ava says she has to talk to Aldis to see who from NXT will be in John Cena's Tournament and kicks them out.

Je'Von Evans vs Sayquon Shugars

JE suicide dives Dark State when they arrive. JE chops him and SS side headlocks him. SS shoulders him over. SS blocks a seated springboard and does an atomic drop variation on JE.

SS hits him in the spine then backbreakers him for 2. JE hits him in the spine then butt drops his chest. SS backbreakers him for 2. JE spin kicks SS in the gut. JE blind springboard hurricanrana's him then headscissors and dropkicks him. Dion throws SS back in after he goes out. SS is back body dropped outside. JE plancha's him. Cutler distracts JE and JE takes a flying knee off the apron.

We go to break and return. SS gori specials JE. JE gets a 2 count on him then upkicks him hard. SS Takes a back body drop. SS slams him and cartwheels into a basement dropkick off of it. SS foot slaps JE. JE hits a big punch. JE seated springboard germans him. 

JE puts shots on SS then hits corner punches and stomps. JE then topes SS. JE springboard crossbodies him then corkscrew kicks him off the ropes for 2. SS sit out drops JE face first. SS misses a top rope move and is cuttered. JE os cutters him for 2  then Griffin pulls JE out. JE evades the heels outside. JE double jump tornillo's SS and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a fun match. Evans did his flying. Shugars busted out a whole bunch of unique offense we haven't seen him do. They kept this moving and it was never boring.

Blake Monroe tells Ava she wants her first title defense to be glamorous in NYC. Ava says is Sol Ruca is cleared she will face her. Blake says she doesn't think she will be ready. Blake's phone rings and she says her better half wants an interview for next week.

Tatum is with The Culling and blames herself for the loss. Izzi says Tatum can't keep making decisions on her emotions. She says she's a champ and can't make irrational decisions on a whim. She says if she doesn't think before she acts, she risks losing the title. Tatum thanks them and says she will be more selective about who gets a title opportunity. She says she has to do one more thing to feel satisfied next week.

Chelsea Green, Ethan Page and Alba Fyre are out for a celebration. They have Canadian flags and a fake cake. Page says everyone hates them as they say things and they become true. Page says they said they would become mixed champs and they are.

Green says jealousy is a disease and this locker room is filled with it. She says she doesn't blame them and says they could take over the entire industry. Page says they didn't fall into the titles, they said it and it came true. Page says they plan to defend against anyone and everyone.

Green says she wishes Joe was here. Page cuts her off and says he ruins everything. Green points at the cake. They grab sticks, say his name and wait to hit him inside of the cake. Joe then walks out through the entrance area. 

Joe says Page and Green got so caught up in their own ego's that they forgot what real talent looks like. Page tells him to say what's on his mind and asks if he wants a title shot. Joe says he wants an AAA Mixed Tag Title shot. Green says Joe doesn't have a partner. Thea Hail then appears in the cake with her own version of Joe's song. She pies the heels in the face and crossbodies them off the cake. Thea is dressed like Joe. Joe then pies Page. Thea and Joe then do his dance. 

Overall thoughts: It was a fun show. We had some solid wrestling and the ending was fun with the heels getting cake put in their faces. Kelani's heel work here was interesting too but I don't think it hit like it was supposed to. I would give this a 6 out of 10 and I enjoyed this episode.
