Thoughts: I didn't think they sold well here and they really sped through a few bigger moves here. It wasn't one of the worst KF matches at least. I was surprised to Okada lose.
They shake hands after and Don Callis holds their arms up in the ring. Don was on commentary for this.
Lexy interviews Kenny Omega. She asks if him and The Bucks are reunited. He says it's a complicated answer. He says he hasn't been a model employee or friend. He says he needs to think long and hard about where The Bucks stand. He says if his friends and the fans accept his faults, who is he to say The Bucks don't deserve a second chance? The Bucks then run into Lexy as they leave.
Thoughts: Well that was a simple way to explain them getting along again and I guess it worked.

HC pushes the heels into each other. The faces get offense on them and Willow doctor bomb's Hart and pins her.
Thoughts: Hart's moonsault botch was unique here. This was acceptable. I was surprised to see the faces win since Mina and Toni are expected to make the finals and you'd want them against heels.
Tony Schiavone is in the ring and brings out Samoa Joe and The Opps (minus Hook). Joe has a cut on the top of his forehead. Joe kicks Tony out. Thoughts: MD no shot of winning here and didn't win. I thought this was average. It maybe worked out a little better than I thought it would but I think it could have been shorter and done a little better.
Shafir gets in the ring with Mox. Toni Storm comes out. Toni says she's the least b!tchy person in this ring. She says she likes Mox, but she operates in love while Mox operates in hate and fear. Toni says her team gets to decide the stipulation for their match with Shafir and Bayne. She brings out Mina and said she didn't get her anything for Christmas. She says her gift is the head of two on a silver platter. She says she wants a hardcore holiday death match. Mox holds Shafir back as Toni leaves.

She says she can face the past, stay in the present or head to the future. She says she knows where she is going and asks who is coming with her.

Thoughts: Kevin winning here was a big upset. Darby looked like he hurt his knee here on a monkey flip landing. They had some nice spots in this. It was alright but Darby really took bad looking bumps in this.
Eddie Kingston talks. He says he doesn't want to talk about Hook right now. He says he's not in line for a title shot but taking out Shibata could put him in line for one. He challenges him for Collision.
AEW Continental Classic 2025 Gold League - Claudio Castagnoli vs Orange Cassidy
OC rolls him up for 2 and backslides him for 2. OC cradles him for 2 and CC tilt-a-whirl backbreakers him. CC throws OC face firs into the top buckle. CC running euros OC in the corner. OC does his stupid weak kicks. OC superkicks him.

CC running lariats him. OC hurricanrana's him for 2. CC pop-up euros him for the win.
Thoughts: I'm glad CC got the win here as I thought he might lose at times here. I didn't like OC doing the weak leg kicks but at least he mostly stopped there with the comedy. OC got thrown around a lot during this as expected. It had a lot of action and highlights.
Renee interviews The Death Riders in the ring after. OC pushes The Death Riders and is stomped on in the corner. Roderick strong comes out then Takeshita, Fletcher, Dorada, Kevin Knight and Mike Bailey all come out and fight. Dorada top rope moonsaults the heels outside. Okada comes onto the ramp as OC hits an orange punch on Yuta.
Thoughts: This really wasn't the best big brawl ever and I have no idea why people like Dorada were out there.
Overall thoughts: It was a very wrestling heavy edition of Dynamite as expected. We had 5 matches and all got more than enough time to play out with the main going 9 minutes overtime. But it also meant this was light on the stories. I thought Darby's match was the best match of the night here and maybe OC/CC was alright too. I'd give this a 5 out of 10 overall and thought it was just okay.
