WWE LFG 7/27/2025 Season 2, Episode 6

Shawn Michaels greets the wrestlers. He asks if they are comfortable and says it's a bad thing if they are. He says you always gotta be ready for change. He says he wants to see something we haven't seen out of them before and something outside of their comfort zone.

Bubba wants to make a BJ Ray an old school fiery face. Booker wants Chris Island to be mean and nasty. McCool wants Penina to be a face and be "P-Nicey". Taker laughs. Bubba wants Haze to be a heel against her.

Taker wants Dani to put on a lucha mask. McCool says she wants Summer to cut a promo and face Dani. Taker says he needs to see Drake be more aggressive. Bubba says he wants Elijah to face him. 

Penina says she looks forward to the challenge as she talks to McCool. Penina says maybe she will smile and change her entrance. Booker says body language will tell him everything with BJ vs Chris. Chris says everything he looks to is larger than life. Chris says he wants to do ninja/karate stuff.

Dani's wearing her mask. She says she doesn't know where the mask comes from but she's ready. Taker says the mask is a challenge as you have to use more body language. Taker doesn't seem confident.

Bubba talks to Haze about being a heel. Bubba says Haze needed to do something different. He asks her to dye her hair. She says she's been blonde most of her life and Bubba asks if she needs to be blonde. Bubba says maybe it'stime for a change. Haze says to "say goodbye to blonde, Bubba".

Bubba tells Elijah his comfort zone is reserved and quiet and that's the last thing he wants to see. He says he's still Holyfield's son. He says he wants everyone to know who Elijah is after tonight. Bubba says he wants to see more of what Elijah is uncomfortable with.

Taker says he heard Summer's out of comfort zone is doing a promo in front of a crowd. Taker thinks she's lying. Summer says she's been working on being a heel and mean since she got here. She says being herself is scary. Summer says she wants to show she's here to make an impact and help McCool beat Taker. 

Summer Sorrell does a promo pre-match. She says she stepped in the ring last week in front of a live TV crowd for the first time. She says she sat in the same crowd. She said she hoped it would be her. She says she was terrified though. She says she's learned how to deal with being scared. She points her mom out in the front row and talks about her mom having cancer. She said she left her fear behind the curtain. She says she's doing it for her mom.

Dani talks in the back. She says everyone has a sob story and she's not here to listen. She says she's here to kick her @ss and will give her more to face than her fears tonight. 

Summer Sorrell vs Dani Sekelsky

They called Dani "The Shooting Star". Sum armdrags her then backrolls her for 2. Sum sweeps her. Dani rolls over her back and chop blocks her. Dani boots her in the leg then hits elbow drops to the gut. Dani ties her leg up.

Dani says hi to Sum's mom. Dani then bangs Sum's leg off the post and takes Sum's mom's water. She drinks from it then throws water at her. Sum hits Dani from behind and sends her into the rail.

Sum sends her into the apron. Dani loads the mask while Sum isn't looking. The crowd chants "Summertime". Dani flying headbutts her in the head and pins her.

Thoughts: I liked it. Sum needs to work on her stomps but Dani was very entertaining as a heel and did well. Heel Dani could maybe be a thing someday. 

Chris Island says he's been waiting to fight BJ. He says he's a scared kid who thinks he's safer as he gets louder. He says it's time to let the dog out on BJ. He then tells Book to get ready for the point.

Chris Island vs BJ Ray

CI comes out in a white gi and red gloves. BJ runs the ropes pre-match and is lariated.

CI punches him in the gut then running back elbows him. CI side slams him for 2. CI chinlocks. BJ spinning suplexes him and hits shots to the gut. BJ snapmares him then pulls hims neck forward.

BJ takes a stun gun then CI lariats him. BJ hits a big slam. BJ htis punches then shoulders him over. BJ bulldogs him for 2. BJ hops around running the ropes and elbow drops CI. Taker is shocked. BJ is tripped into the ropes and CI pins him.

Thoughts: Chris looked decent here as a heel. His offense looked like it hurt. BJ didn't have the best night here as his offense didn't hit that well and he played to the crowd a bit too much.

Haze Jameson talks to herself in the mirror in the back with a black hood. She says she's stinky and calls her P-U-Nasty. She says she needs deodorant. She says Penina called her just another blonde. She then shows that she has pink hair now. She says when she's done with her tonight, everyone else will be too.

Haze Jameson vs Penina Tuilaepa

PT has pigtails and lipstick on. Haze says PT is so cute and piefaces her. PT chases her and Haze slides out. Haze says she's not doing this and complains outside. Haze stalls outside. She comes back in, goes out and PT grabs her by the hair. PT pulls her hair.

PT slams her and teases doing a moonsault. She gets on the buckles and Haze low blows her while holding the ref. Haze back elbows PT. She says she's nasty and PT shoves her. Haze gets on her back with a sleeper then Haze is rammed backwards into the corner.

Haze slides out again and PT chases her. Haze runs the ropes and is speared and pinned.

Thoughts: This was entertaining and the longest Haze match we got to see so far. Haze was pretty funny and over the top as a heel and surprisingly did a good job with it. PT didn't quite go into it as much as I hoped but it was okay enough. This was fun.

Elijah Holyfield does a promo. He said Drake stepped in front of him, became his prey and nothing will stop him from eating him. He says violence has always come easy to him and he says no one will forget his name.

Elijah Holyfield vs Drake Morreaux

This is in front of a real crowd. BJ and Taker sit on the NXT Performance Center riser.

Eli wristlocks him early then Drake reverses it. Eli side headlocks him and Drake shoulders him over. Eli backs him up in the corner and punches him in the gut. Eli flurries on him while he's down in the corner. Drake then rolls him up and pins him by surprise.

Eli goes after the ref. Drake then takes him down and pounds on ELi. They fight. Security and refs break it up. Drake the dives off the top onto security and they keep fighting.

Thoughts: It was short and not much of a match. The post match stuff was your daily dose of worked-worked drama as they sell it like it was real.

Elijah says once he pushed him, he crossed the line. They then argue backstage and fight more.

We go to break and return. Eli says he wants to f*ck him up. Taker asks Drake what that was. Drake says he was feeling the intensity. Taker says he will considered it a lesson learned.

We then go to the coaches to award points. Bubba gives Haze his vote. Taker says Penina gets his vote. McCool gives Penina her vote and Booker does as well. Penina wins the point.

Booker gives Chris his vote. McCool gives Drake her vote. Taker gives Drake his vote. Bubba gives Elijah his vote. Drake gets the point.

Thoughts: Haze would have gotten my vote with Dani being the second option. Chris would have gotten my vote as well.

Men's Standings:
2 points - Elijah
1 point - Harlem, Shiloh and Drake

Women's Standings:
2 points - Sirena and Penina
1 point - Dani

Coaches Standings:
3 points - Team Booker and Team Undertaker
2 points - Team Bubba and Team McCool

Booker says he feels good but doesn't want to get too comfortable. Booker won't first bump Taker.

Next week has Zena vs Penina, Sirena vs Bayley and Anthony Luke vs Harlem.

Overall thoughts: This was one of the best episodes of LFG yet. They worked well with the them they had and it provided for some fun moments with everyone breaking the mold and trying new things. Dani and Haze were the standouts here and I enjoyed their matches. Chris vs BJ wasn't that great and Elijah/Drake was too short to be much. I'd recommend seeing this one for LFG standards.
