Falls Count Anywhere - Leon Ruff vs Isaiah "Swerve" Scott

Ruff tries to go after Scott during his entrance but the ref stops him.

Ruff runs right into a face kick to start. Ruff does his usual jumping from rope to rope evade.Scott blocks a crucifix bomb and boots him. Ruff tries a twisting cutter from the 2nd rope but is caught. He tries to dive on Scott on the outside but Scott death valley drivers him into the side of the ring.

Ruff is thrown back first into the barricades and really takes a good bump for the second one. Ruff then gets a side slam on the ramp. The fight up top and Ruff takes a very high superplex.

Scott gets stuck on the ropes going out and Ruff pounds on him, then shotgun dropkicks him. Ruff then jumps off the steps onto him but is hit in the gut. Scott throws a tool box at him that Ruff looked shocked at.

We do a picture in picture break. They go backstage and Ruff gets powerbombed into lockers. Scott then runs a box into him. Ruff then gets thrown hard into the lockers. Ruff gets put in a camel clutch on the ramp but he comes back and pushes Scott into the pillar. He then flip dives off the ramp onto him.

Scott goes for another superplex but Ruff turns it into a crucifix bomb from the top. Scott is on the apron and takes a reverse hurricanrana to the floor. Ruff handstands on the barricade then Scott flips him over for an unusual driver/bomb for 2. Scott bangs his leg off the steps and Ruff bangs a toolbox off of it. He then frosgplashes him from the top for 2. Ruff puts him in a heel hook then does his twisting cutter off the 2nd rope, then he does it to him on the floor.

Scott gets clotheslines over the barricade. Ruff then jumps off the camera stand and AJ Francis catches him and death valley drivers him onto the rails. Scott then hits his storm cradle driver and wins it. They did too much here and the selling wasn't quite there but these two work well together and they did do some cool stuff. They expected us to know who AJ Francis is, but none of us do.

Scott leaves with Francis, I think Ashante Adonis and a girl.

We see Finn Balor entering the parking lot.

The Way enters Regal's office with Scarlett. Regal said they are having a meeting and Johnny says they want to have a meeting later. Theory says "those are huge" looking down at Scarlett and it's revealed he is talking about her nails.

Asher Hale vs Cameron Grimes

Hale is slammed down early and Grimes poses. Hale gets some leg kicks but Grimes comes back with a big lariat. Grimes hits some kicks and then takes a double dragon screw as he is tied up in the ropes.

Hale gets thrown on a tornado ddt attempt, then Hale kicks him upwards as he is in the corner and gets to the top. Grimes comes back with a hard swinging side slam then hits an M. Bison stomp for the win. Short but fine with Hale not looking out of place.

Kacy and Kayden get interviewed. They said they aren't concerned with Xia Li but said they want the next tag title shot. Franky Monet then comes in. She says they are adorable and I think says it will take them longer to win titles than it will with her.

Grimes celebrates his win in the back, saying he is going to the club. Ever-Rise then join him and want to go to the club, but he says they only have room for 3 - me, myself and I.

The Grizzled Young Veterans talk in the ring and say they are a gift to the NXT Universe. They said they can't wait to leave this country then they get interrupted by TT and Ciampa.

Tomasso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher vs The Grizzled Young Veterans

 We get off to a slow start as you might expect. TT hits some knees to Gibson's back TT and Ciampa stereo chest club the Vets. We go to break and return. Drake throws TT into the middle rope throat first.

Gibson and TT run into each other and both fall down after their heads collide. Ciampa gets in and hits a bunch of lariats on both Vets. TT pounds on Drake in the corner with elbows then TT and Ciampa double chest chop Drake at the same time. Both teams trade shots at the same time and both Ciampa and Drake go over the top on a Ciampa lariat.

TT double underhooks Gibson for 2. Drake tope's Ciampa over the table then Gibson twisting brainbusters TT for 2. Ciampa throws TT Wade Barrett's shoe, and he hits Gibson with it. TT then taps Gibson with an armbar. This was a very odd finish to an alright match. I'm not really into either team but I liked them clubbing each other.

Johnny G. and Theory say they are going to Regal's office. Regal comes in and Johnny says the North American title match shouldn't happen. Johnny tries to get out of it and Regal says no. Regal also says that Scarlett got Theory a match with Karrion Kross next week.

Swerve Scott and his posse walk the halls. He said that he told us he would beat Ruff and said that's exactly what he did.

We get a video package for Zayda Ramier vs Sarray tonight.

Karrion Kross comes out. Kross says he's going to dive bomb Theory on his head and leave him face down. Kyle O'Reilly then comes out. Kyle tells Kross he isn't afraid of him and wants a match with him. Pete Dunne then comes out. Dunne says he doesn't care aout either one of them. He says he is the baddest man in NXT and challenges either one of them to prove him wrong. Finn Balor then comes out. Balort takes a shot at Kross, but Kross drops him. Dunne then nails him from behind, Finn gets back in and Kyle takes some shots at Kross. Security comes to break it up and Kross lariats Finn. Kross saito suplexes a security guard.

Kross thinks he has everyone finished then The Way nail him from behind. Kross suplexes Austin Theory then gets superkicked by Gargano then Theory. Then The Way does double superkicks to him. Johnny then hits kross with a belt shot.

Theory and Johnny get interviewed on their way to the car. They aren't interested in talking and leave.

Zayda Ramier vs Sarray

Sarray hits a nice flying dropkick to the face early. Zayda hits an STF out of nowhere and Sarray hits the ropes. Sarray hits a wild spinebuster then puts her in the indian deathlock, which she gets out of. Sarray hits her dropkick through the ropes then hits a perfectplex for 2.

Sarray comes off the top with a dropkick then hits another dropkick after some Zayda forearms. Sarray tries to do another dropkick through the ropes but Zayda moves. Zayda then hits a sling blade for 2. Sarray hit a big spin kick to the face then a nasty release german. She then hit another nasty release suplex and won it. Sarray was real stiff here and probably too stiff for WWE.

Sarray thanks Zayda for the match after then Toni Storm and Zoey Stark get into it. The refs break it up.

Imperium are talking to Walter on an ipad. Between the audio and talking in german, I couldn't make out any of it.

Jake Atlas vs LA Knight

Knight says he's going to punt Atlas's @ss so far down the street that he will need a member to find it. Knight takes some armdrags to start. Atlas hits a single leg dropkick and gets nailed on a dive. LA does a slingshot shoulder in and misses a knee drop. Jake hits some punches and a high knee, then he germans Knight on his head.

Jake hits a bad gut kick and is caught with a snapmare driver soon after for the Knight win. Knight didn't really get much offense in here despite a somewhat quick win.

Indi and LaRae talk in the locker room. Lumis appears behind a door with roses for Indi. LaRae sees him and puts down the blind and Indi doesn't see him.

Toni Storm talks about Zoey Stark. She calls her the flavor of the month and says she doesn't deserve to be in the same ring as her or breathe the same oxygen. She says she is a global superstar and Stark is a nobody. She said she brought her into this business and will take her out of it.

Legado del Fantasma are in the ring with mics. Wilde says they didn't forget about MSK and said they didn't beat them, but LdF beat them up last week. Raul says they want LdF vs MSK for the tag titles. Kushida challenges Santos to a curiserweight title match next week.

Mercedez and Raquel do a side by side promo. MM said she built the road that Raquel walks in and that Raquel didn't deal with the hardships she has. She said she isn't afraid of her.

Ember and Shotzi find Monet's dog on their tank and they find out he pooped inside of it. They opt out of the tank.

Grimes goes to a club and tries to get in, saying he has rented out the VIP room. The bouncer doesn't know anything about it and won't let him in. Ted Dibiase then arrives in a limo and says you don't rent out a room, you rent out the whole place. He then laughs as Grimes goes nuts.

NXT Women's Tag Titles - Street Fight - Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon vs Candice LaRae and Indi Hartwell

This gets started before they even do the intros. They do some bad brawling outside and bring out chairs, garbage cans and a table. LaRae gets thrown int othe barricade then Indi is tripped into a dropkick and a senton.

Indi gets a trash can put on her head and is dropkicked from both sides. LaRae gets sandwiched with trash can lid shots on the outside. Indi throws Ember into the barricades then drops Shotzi face first on the apron. Ember is hung over the barricades and kicked.

Indi is sat on a chair that is sitting on other chairs and LaRae saves her from being dived on with a fire extinguisher shot. We go to picture in picture break.

Back from break and LaRae gets thrown shoulder first into the post. Shotzi puts the tarantula on Indi and Moon throws a chair at her. Ember puts Indi up for a dominator and Shotzi lariats her. Indi then takes double spinning forearms.

Indi is laid on a ladder that is bridged from the ramp to the ring and Shotzi sentons her through it from the top. Indi then takes an awful spinebuster through the table in the corner and I don't know how she didn't get a concussion from it.

Shotzi and Moon grab a ladder and Indi push kicks it into them. Shotzi lays on a ladder across a rope and LaRae asai moonsaults it. Ember then gets spinebustered onto a ladder for 2. Shotzi breaks a coffee mug on Indi's head then climbs a pillar. She splashes Indi through a table from the pillar.

Ember hits a bad pop-up powerbomb on LaRae then Indi elbows Moon through a table. LaRae then hits a curbstomp out of nowhere on a chair to Shotzi and wins it.

They did too much here and didn't sell too much. The execution as poor and sloppy as usual and there's no way nobody got legit hurt here. 

Overall thoughts: I would say it was a decent to good show overall. The show wasn't perfect and did have issues.
