WOW Women of Wrestling 1/10/2026 Season 6, Episode 14

We see clips of last week's main event. We then see Santana Garrett being checked on by EMT's after getting hit with a hand mirror.

Top Tier comes out to talk. Coach says they are still the WOW Trios champs. Coach says they are the gatekeepers of WOW and the gate is marked private for Top Tier only. Coach says they don't even need to know who they are wrestling as they are the forever trios champs. 

Tara Strike is calling Kara Kai on the phone and wondering where she is as they fight next. Ashley Blaze comes in. Tara says Kara isn't here or answering calls. Blaze says maybe they can get extra time. She says she's here for her. Tara says they signed this contract together and Kara knows how important this is. Tara's mom then calls her and we cut away.

The Alliance (BK Rhythm, Gigi Gianni and Sylvia Sanchez) vs Keita Rush and The Mighty Mights (Sugar and Spice)

Rush and BK trade waistlocks. BK wristlocks her. BK grabs her by the hair and Rush armdrags her. Rush hits leg kicks and flying headscissors her. BK ducks a step up enzugiri then misses an elbow drop. Rush kicks BK in the corner and holds up Sugar for a hurricanrana on BK. 

Sugar is full nelson'd by Gigi but then rolls her over. Sugar chops her, walks up the ropes and diving armdrags her. Gigi takes a double russian legsweep then cartwheel splashes from The Might's. Spice running knees Gigi and baseball slides Reina del Rey outside. Spice bangs Gigi's head off the mat then springboard armdrags Gigi.

Gigi takes a double ddt for 2. Sugar walks up the buckles and is pulled down into a Syl knee. Syl bangs Sugar's head off the buckles and hits a corner spear. Sugar takes a double boot and a double club to the back. Gigi runway walks Sugar and rolling sentons her for 2.

Sugar is on the 2nd rope. She twisting enzugiri's Gigi. Spice and Syl get in. Spice does a backslide neckbreaker on her. Spice walks up the ropes and is stopped. Spice tries it again and armdrags Gigi and BK. Syl lariats Rush and Sugar. Reina del Rey pulls Spice's throat over the 2nd rope and Syl facekicks Spice.

Thoughts: It could have been a little cleaner but I liked it. The faces were athletic and provided some entertainment. Sylvia got the win to put her over in her new role.

The Alliance get in the ring after. Arianna says it looks like their exterminator took out their spice and added it to their dish. She says they will serve it up all night long. Arianna says The Might's don't look so mighty anymore, do they? She says a new Alliance is in town and she's the boss.

Tara Strike comes out alone for the tag title match. She asks McLane to give them 35 minutes. She says she doesn't know if Kara Kai missed the plane or not. She says she doesn't know where she is.

Miami's Sweet Heat comes out with Lana Starr. McLane explains the situation. Lana says Tara has to forfeit since Kara isn't here. Dave says the fans came to see wrestling. He says we don't have to have a forfeit, let's have a singles match. Dave asks if it will be Lindsey or Laurie. Lana picks Lindsey.

Lindsey Carlson vs Tara Strike

They lock up. LC throws her down. They trade waistlocks. LC takes her down and side headlocks her. Tara misses an axe kick. Tara flying headscissors her. Tara running back elbows her, snapmares her and PK's her. Laurie gets in Tara's way outside. Lindsey hits Tara form behind.

LC lariats Tara for 2. LC oklahoma stampede's Tara for 2. Tara hits an unusual heel kick. Tara flying facekicks her in the corner. Tara flying knees her for 2. Tara armbars her. Laurie gabs Tara's foot and LC gets a 2 count on Tara. LC deadlift germans Tara.

Laurie and Lana get on the apron. LC nearly hits Laurie on accident. Tara then cradles LC and pins her.

Thoughts: The reffing and interference attempts were pretty bad here. The ref saw them and did nothing about them. There was too much shenanigans in this for me.

Tara is beaten up by the heels after. Ashley Blaze comes out and saves Tara. 

Ashley Blaze says that was unfair. She says if Kara isn't here, she will be Tara's partner next time. She says they will not let this happen again and says it's game on.

We go to break and return. Tara thanks Blaze in the back. Kara Kai then walks in with Sandy Shore. Tara asks where she was. Kara says she was grabbing coffee and is ready for the match. Tara told her she missed the match. Kara asks how she had a match without her and we cut away.

We get a video on Destiny Diesel, a new wrestler. She says she's, "The Freight Train". She says she played multiple sports growing up and always played contact sports. She says she has a lot of opportunities with Kalaki the Island Girl on her side. She said they became friends at the WOW Training Center. She says Kalaki told her that she will debut in a trios title match. She says she can't believe this and says she can imagine her, Kalaki and Sandy Shore as trios champs. She says it's like a dream but maybe it's destiny.

Next week has Tormenta vs Penelope Pink for the WOW Title. 

WOW Trios Titles - Top Tier (Coach Campanelli, Kandi Krush and Gloria Glitter) (c) vs Destiny Diesel, Kalaki The Island Girl and Sandy Shore

DD hasn't even wrestled in WOW and is getting a title shot. Her team has also never teamed together. 

Shore and Krush go at it. Krush pushes her then is rolled up for 1. Shore dropkicks Coach. DD is whipped into a splash on Coach. Kal then gets a splash in too. DD corner spears Coach. Kal armdrags Coach three times. Kal gutwrench powerslams her for 2. 

Glitter get in and Kal leg lariats her for 2. Shore snapmares glitter then pulls her neck forward for 2. Shore corner splashes Glitter then corner spears her. Shore hits the stroke on Glitter for 2. Glitter hits her in the throat. Krush pump kicks Shore. Coach jumps off of Glitter's back and back elbows Shore. Krush and Glitter then jump off backs and do flying lariats on Shore in the corner.

Shore sweeps Glitter. DD gets in, trips Coach and snapmares her. Kal basement dropkicks Coach and DD splashes Coach for 2. Kal is tripped and clubbed on at the apron. Kal's head is banged off the mat. Coach splits Kal's finger. Glitter 2nd rope codebreakers Kal. Krush springboard elbow drops Kal for 2.

Krush chinlocks Kal. Kal snapmare drivers Krush. DD comes in and hits knocks over the heels. She hits a flying shot on Krush for 2.  DD goes into the post off a missed corner spear. Shore pump kicks Krush. Glitter codebreakers Shore then Shore takes a lariat  + russian legsweep combo. Coach pins Shore.

Thoughts: It was acceptable. They didn't have the greatest of strikes. Diesel did fine in her debut and I liked some of Top Tier's finishers at the end. Top Tier won as expected.

Coach says this went just like she said. Coach says she's always right and will beat any opponent. She says they are the best team in wrestling. Daisy Lane, Fury and Chainsaw then come down and the heels lead up the ramp. Daisy's crew beats them up on the ramp and they go to the back.

Overall thoughts: It was your usual episode of WOW. We had 3 matches. All of them were acceptable. The big news here was Kara Kai missing her title match and Destiny Diesel making her debut. We'll have to see where things go with Kara. I'd give it a 5 out of 10 as it was average and nothing too great.
