#1 Contender's Tournament Semifinals - Charlie Dempsey vs Chad Gable
Chad takes CD down by the leg and rolls him into a pin attempt. CD snapmares him then Chad wristlocks him. They repeat the spot and some more fast paced takedowns. CD double underhook suplexes him. CD monkey flips him for 1. Chad does a suplex for 2.
Chad grabs the ankle then CD takes him down. CD does cattle mutilation then goes back to an armlock. Chad overhead suplexes CD. Chad misses a top rope moonsault. CD goes for a bridge pin and CD is sent into the buckles. Chad backrolls him into a german and wins at 2:57.
Thoughts: It was probably the best match so far on Speed. It was fast paced technical wrestling with lots of counters and just super smooth work. They used every second of the time they had well and had a good one here.
Overall thoughts: There was only one new match as usual. It was one of the best matches they've ever had on Speed though. If you like fast paced technical wrestling, you are going to like this one. I'd recommend this one.
