Silas Mason vs Mr. Grim

SM facekicks him and roughs him up in the corner. Grim's head is banged off the buckles and SM bites him. SM boots him out of the corner and 2nd rope diving shoulders him for 2. Grim step up enzugiri's him and hits forearms. Grim sunset flips him off a powerbomb attempt for 2. SM backdrops him. SM lariats him.

Grim pulls down SM's throat over the top rope. SM running powerslams him for 2. Grim flying lariats him. Grim jumps onto the 2nd rope and flying forearms him. Grim hits a corner splash then hits a death valley driver for 2. SM hits a thrill ride and wins.

Thoughts: It was a fun heavyweight match here with Grim showing some agility and lots of weight being thrown around. This was a random match.

Lily Ruiz does a promo. She says she didn't imagine stepping in the ring wit hthe best. She says she gets to face Hailey J. She says her parents don't want her to wrestle but she's ready to work and will take this as her biggest opportunity ever.

Pretty Empowered (Kenzie and Kylie Paige) vs Caribbean Flow (Ruthie Jay and La Rosa Negra)

Ky = Kylie Paige

Jay and Kenz go at it. Jay rolls her over then armdrags her. Jay hits a dropkick. Ky gets in and is slammed. Jay hits a double knee in the corner. Ky takes a double hiptoss then Jay is dropped onto her.

Rosa hits snake eyes on Ky then lariats him. Rosa then eye pokes Kenz on the apron. Rosa back elbows KY then 2nd rope jumping back elbows her. Rosa's throat is pulled over the top. Ky clubs on Rosa's chest.

Rosa takes a double back elbow and a double elbow drop. Kenz sleepers Rosa. Ky stomps on Rosa in the corner and barely hits a hip attack for 2. Ky is thrown into the buckles then Rosa spinning spinebusters her.

Jay backrolls Kenz into a german for 2. Jay rolls up Ky for 2. Rosa corner spears Ky. Rosa is pushed into Jay then Ky rolls up Rosa to win.

Thoughts: It was average. The Paige Sisters got the win as expected here in this random match.

Jay blames Rosa and says every time they lose it's due to her. Jay points her finger in her face. Rosa grabs her wrist and says not to treat her like that. Jay hits her from behind then hits a soul foot. Jay then stomps on Rosa and hits mounted shots. Jay then stomps her and bangs her head off the mat.

Thoughts: I didn't see this coming. You can do the turn but I'm not sure where either one goes from here once they get their match out of the way.

Blk Jeez and Mims are interviewed. Jeez says the worst thing in the world is when someone can't get over the fact that they are a loser. Jeez says Paul Birchall needs to be over it. Paul says he won't stand here and complain about how things are. He says he will stand up for what's right. Paul tells him to trust the instincts that got him here. Mims says he has earned the @ss whooping free of charge.

The Miserably Faithful (Gaagz The Gymp and Judais) vs Talos and Daisy Kill

Sal the Pal is usually Gymp's partner but isn't here. They said Talos took him out. I do not believe that happened on TV. Judais hasn't been seen since June.

Jud and Talos trade shots. Jud hits shots to the gut. Daisy hits Jud from behind then tags back out. Jud corner lariats Tal. Kill hits Jud from behind then eye rakes him. Kill facekicks Jud. Kill pulls on Jud's beard. Talos corner splashes Jud then foot chokes him.  

Talos side slams Jud. Jud boots Talos out of the corner. Gagz hits shots on Kill and headbutts him in the gut. Gagz flying double chops Kill. Gagz hits a sliced bread #2 on Kill. Jud hits a razor's edge on Kill. Talos lariats Jud over the top. Gagz headbutts Talos in the gut. Talos then chokeslams him and wins.

Thoughts: Talos looked good here at least. It was a random match and was on the shorter end. It was average. Jud's razor edge was nice and Talos' chokeslam looked good.

Kyle Davis interviews Mike Mondo. He says he's p!ssed off and says it's time the NWA recognized greatness. He says he's here and here to stay. He said he studies the roster everywhere he goes. He says he idenitfies strengths and weaknesses. He said he knows someone here from a long time ago and said they have even been in the ring before. He says he knows who that person is and says that person will find out why he's here. Mondo says it's Mondo time and it's gut check time.

"Hollywood" Hailey J vs Lily Ruiz

Lily backs her up in the corner and dances. J pulls her by the hair and then dances. Lily then dances more and gets kicked. Lily shoulders J over. Lily hiptosses her then chops her.

Lily suplexes her. Lily slides out and is caught in the ring aporn. J pounds on her and throws her in. J trips her then meteora's her from behind. J running knees her for 2.

J throws Lily by the hair. J tries to tie Lily's hair in the ropes. Lily chops her and takes a double throat thrust. J suplexes her. J boots and chops her in the corner. J snapmares her then chinlocks her.

Lily boots her out of the corner then hits jabs. She dances and is hit in the throat. Lily step up enzugiri's her. Lily spinebusters her for 2. J chopblocks her and hits a mean curbstomp for the win.

Thoughts: Lily has some personality to her so she might be alright in the future. She did a little too much dancing here though. It was an average match though. J's curbstomp at the end looked good.

The Fixers (Jay Bradley and Wrecking Ball Legursky) vs The Slimeballz (Tommy Rant and Sage Chantz)

Rant is the heavier one of his team and Sage is the smaller one.

The Slimez get nailed before the bell. Jay hits shots on Sage in the corner. Rant hits some horrible missed punches on Jay then Sage ddt's Jay. Rant pushes Ball into the corner. Ball takes a double knee and a double team double chop. Ball then double shoulders over his opponents.

Sage enzugiri's Jay from the apron. Rant 2nd rope dropkicks Jay. Jay suplexes Rant then clubs on his chest. Jay misses a knee drop and tags out. Ball throws Rant in and Sage dropkicks Ball multiple times. Sage's crossbody is caught by Ball but Rant trips Ball to send them over. Sage is popped up and hits Jay on the landing. Ball corner splashes Sage.

Ball chokes Sage. Ball headbutts Sage. Ball slams Sage then splashes him. Jay then knee drops Sage while Ball's on him. Jay stomps on Sage. Ball gorilla presses Sage. Sage tries a sunset flip and is blocked. Sage guillotines Ball and is thrown off. Jay facekicks Rant off the apron. Sage takes a sandwich bodyblock.

The Fixers pose and Rant chopblocks Jay. Ball is sent into Jay. Carson Drake comes in and then saves Sage and says they are done. Drake says they aren't wrestling these neanderthals. The Fixers then gets DQ'd because Drake touched The Slime Ballz.

Thoughts: It wasn't a good finish. I can get The Slime Ballz cheating to win against the bigger guys but this was out of left field and they didn't do this the best way they could have. The match was mostly one sided otherwise with The Fixers beating up on The Slimes.

The Slime Ballz and Carson Drake are interviewed after. Drake says The Fixers got themselves DQ'd.

Billy Corgan has an announcement. He says he must restore order. He says what we saw from Thom Latimer and EC3 is not something he can abide by. He says we will have 2 cage matches in Alabama with Thom vs EC3 in a cage match and Tiffany Nieves vs Natalya Markova in a cage match.

Overall thoughts: It was the usual bad NWA Powerrr. All of the matches were random. They cited some angle in the Faithful vs Talos/Kill match that I'm pretty sure we never saw as explanation for why the match happened. Judais was out there instead of Sal in that match. Mike Mondo cut a promo on an unknown person so it's hard to get too invested into what he said. The main had a stupid finish to it as well. As always, it's a really hard promotion to watch and just gives me headaches trying to make sense of it. I'd give this one a 3 out of 10 and would not recommend it.
