Thoughts: It was a long one here at 38:11. The early part of this wasn't that good as it was mostly weapons shots. Nia swinging any kind of weapon at people looked super dangerous and there were a lot of sloppiness. I would not be shocked if multiple people got injured from this one. Almost all of the girls went searching for weapons before they entered and that got a little boring after a while. I liked the Tiff double cash-in spot. I wish this would have been a bit shorter and I wish there was a little more focus on some of the feuds outside of Rhea vs Liv and Bay vs Iyo. I didn't hate it but I didn't love this one. As always, I don't love it when shows start off with a long match but it probably was necessary due to there being another Wargames match.

WWE United States Title - LA Knight (c) vs Shinsuke Nakamura

SN = Shinsuke Nakamura

SN backs up LA in the corner and pounds on him. SN snapmares him and kicks him in the back. LA lariats him then suplexes him. LA elbow drops him and hits stomps in the corner. LA boots him through the ropes and bangs his head off the rails.

SN reverse ddt's LA between the rings. SN hits a kinshassa on LA and wins.

Thoughts: I didn't like this that much. They did too much here with burning hammers and reverse 2nd rope slams not meaning that much. LA isn't a great worker and him and LA had a clunky matches here focused around striking. The crowd also wasn't super into this due to being tired from the Wargames match which is to be expected.

Akira Tozawa is trying to get Otis to come out but he won't. Maxxine says Akira is feeling the pressure of the holidays. She says she has just the thing to boost his confidence and it's a t-shirt as this is an ad. Max has Akira give Otis a shirt. Otis likes it and Max puts him over. Otis forgot to put pants on and Max says she needs to get him some pants. Otis then seemingly walks naked down the hall.

Kaiser rolling death valley drivers Sheamus. Kaiser hits a ddt on Sheamus and takes a big spear from Bron. Bron hits a big spear on Sheamus and gets the win.

Thoughts: It went a little longer than it needed to and they spent more time than they needed to outside but I liked it. It was a hard hitting match as expected with the three beating the crap out of each other. Bron had good timing here and really was explosive with his offense. This was what you would expect and they did a good job with it.

DP goes for the chokeslam but Gunther hits a big choke. Gunther grabs the arm on the 2nd attempt and does an AT lock on him. DP ropebreaks. Gunther hits a stiff lariat then DP hits one. DP rebound lariats him for 2.

DP is crotched up top. Gunther and DP fall off the top together. Gunther throws himself off and DP falls to the floor. Finn Balor double stomps him off the steps. Gunther facekicks Finn over. Gunther powerbombs him then hits downward elbows. Gunther sleepers him with the arm hooked. DP passes out and Gunther wins.

Thoughts:
It was better than their other encounters and made sense with Gunther working the arm, Finn interfering and Gunther eventually winning with a hold that moved the arm. It was a stiff one here and I saw a little more out of Priest than usual. I liked this one but it wasn't great.

Jey is held in a T-gimmick and flipped over by the heels. Sami Zayn is next in though his partners Punk and Roman try to get in. Smi jumps over Tama and lariats him. Sami hits corner punches on Reed. Jey superkicks Fatu.

Jey and Sami hug. Fatu nails Sami from behind and Reed headbutts Jey down. Fatu hits an implant ddt. Tanga Loa is next in and brings a table with him. Loa lariats Jey over. Loa hits snake eyes on Sami then splashes him against the cage. Fatu split-legged moonsaults Jey.

Roman Reigns tries to come out next but CM Punk walks out instead and shoulders him. The heels are waiting for Punk to come in to make it a 3v1. Punk brings a toolbox with him and hits the heels with it.

Punk step up knees Reed in the corner then bulldogs Fatu on a toolbox. Fatu no sells it and uppercuts Punk. Fatu then pop-up samoan drops Punk. Reed sends Sami into the cage.  Solo is next in. He bangs the cage door off Punk's head. Then he does it to Jey and Jimmy. Solo uranages Sami. Jimmy is lifted for a double twisting neckbreaker. Fatu double jump moonsaults The Uso's. Reed top rope splashes Sami.

Solo locks up the cage door on his own so Roman can't get in. Solo taunts Roman from inside the cage as Roman can't find a way to get in. Roman climbs the cage and the heels try to stop him but he hits them. Reed's head is banged off the cage and he gets crotched on it. Solo's head is banged off the cage. Roman hits a top rope crossbody on all the heels.

Roman and Punk exchange words in the cage. Paul Heyman comes down and tries to get them to work together. Wargames then officially begins. The two teams are in opposite rings and stare down. They all brawl between the rings. Sami runs up the buckles and tornado ddt's Reed. The Uso's hit stereo superkicks then stereo splashes off the top.

Roman low blows Fatu then spears Solo. Reed superkicks Roman. Reed climbs the top of the cage and tries to splash Roman through a table but Punk saves Roman. Roman helps Punk up and Fatu nails Roman. Roman superman punches Fatu. Solo samoan spikes Roman twice for 2.

Jey superkicks Fatu. Fatu takes a 3D. Jey spears Loa. Jey is sent int othe cage. Sami blue thunders Tama. Jimmy goes up on top of the cage and splashes Fatu through a table. Sami helps his partners up. Solo is surrounded by the faces and takes superkicks. Sami corner facekicks Solo. Punk hits a GTS on Solo. Roman spears Solo and picks up the win.

Thoughts: It was another longer one at 41:55. It wasn't as eventful as you would expect. This one was set-up to push Punk vs Roman and to put over Jacob Fatu as a force. It was better than the Women's Wargames match and would have been better if there was not another Wargames match earlier on in the show.. I liked it and it made sense but I don't quite think it was a classic. Some blood really would have helped this one out. I was expecting some kind of turn here and was surprised it didn't happen. I may be the only one here, but I honestly think a traditional Survivor Series match may have been as good or better.

Roman offers Punk a handshake after and Punk accepts it. Roman's crew holds up the one finger sign and Punk does his go to sleep sign. Punk hugs Paul after. He says they owe each other but he will ask him when he needs the favor. The faces then pose again in the entrance

Overall thoughts: It was a good but not great show. I thought the Women's Wargames match was dangerous, weapon reliant and sloppy. LA and Nakamura did too much and it just wasn't great. I liked the three way. I liked the World Title match more than I expected. Men's Wargames was okay but had issues as the women already ran through a bunch of stuff they did and really needed a big twist or moment that we didn't get. I think it's time Wargames is retired for a year or two so it feels fresh again. I also thought it sucked that we didn't get a Traditional Survivor Series tag on this show. I would give it a 6 out of 10 and I liked it, but it was not a classic. I don't really think you need to see this though.

Rosa pulls Harley into the post with her legs. Rosa pulls the mask off of Harley and bangs her head off the apron.

Rosa chops her then lariats her. Rosa dropkicks her while she's against the bottom rope. Rosa hits a package backbreaker and wins.

Thoughts:
It was an average match here. Harley goofed around and took the mask off for unknown reasons. Rosa eventually put her down here as expected.

Rosa holds a sign up after saying women's wrestling is alive and well.

Renee interviews Mercedes Mone. She says she doesn't want to hear the name Kamille come out of Renee's motuh again. She says she loves lucha and is here to celebrate lucha libre. She says she's most thankful for herself and her money. She says Christmas is around the corner and she wants more championship gold. She says money changes everything.

AA takes a death valley driver then a top rope MD ssp. MD gets the win.

Thoughts:
This got a lot of time. It was what you would expect with flying and a fast pace. It wasn't as wild as you would think though and we didn't get all of the dives we should have.

Nick Wayne and Mother Wayne are interviewed. Nick says he signed an AEW contract at the age of 16. He says Hook is dangerous but asks how dangerous if he has to sneak attack him. He says he begged for a match with Hook due to it. he says he wants to prove to Christian and the entire world what the real future of wrestling looks like. He says he'll see Hook at home, or will he?

Thoughts: It was a squash as expected here with Mortos winning. This went a little longer than I thought it would. I was fine with it.

We cut to the back and Kamille is down and was hit with a chair and pipes. A ref calls for help.

We get a bunch of people talking about The Dynamite Dozen Battle Royale. Kyle wants to shut up MJF. Archer and Cage say they are coming for MJF. Mark Davis wants to win the ring and cash it in to have a fun weekend. Cole says he doesn't care about winning and wants to get his hands on MJF.

Hechicero vs Komander

I guess Komander is done with AAA as CMLL would probably not allow this one otherwise. Hech takes him down by the arm. Hech drops down and Kom rolls into a side headlock on him. Hech pulls him down off the leapfrog and elbow drops him in the back.

Hech trips him and knee drops his leg. Kom headscissors him down. Kom is on his shoulders and sunset flips him. Kom handstand headscisosrs him down. Hech blocks a jack knife pin and tries his own pin. Kom la magistral's him for 2.

Kom walks up the buckles, does rope tricks and diving headscissors him. Hech facelocks Kom against the ropes and is stunnered over the top rope. Kom dropkicks him off the apron.

Kom 2nd rope blind moonsaults him outside. Hech rolls out of a top rope crossbody. Kom rolls him up for 2. Kom ddt's him. Kom walks up the buckles, moonsaults and is caught with an armbar. Hech pulls on the other arm with leg and Kom tries to pin him off of it.

Kom springboards and Hech spins him into a backbreaker. Hech step up knees him then headscissors drops him for the win.

Thoughts: It got a little sloppy towards the end but I liked it. Hech wasn't going to do all the crazy stuff Kom likes to do and kept him in check here.

Overall thoughts: 3 of the 4 matches were random here and Shibata isn't exactly the first wrestler who comes to mind when I think lucha. It was an okay show though and nothing was bad on this one. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 but you don't need to see this one. The trios match was the best match of the night.

AEW Collision 11/30/2024

AEW Collision 11/30/2024

Juice hits a big lariat for 2. Will hook kicks him and hits a styles clash for a close 2 count. Will hits a hidden blade and wins it.

Thoughts: It was about average. Juice and Will aren't the greatest match up stylistically and they did what they could with it.

Mariah May talks from a set. She said she's ready for her interview. She said she does things people don't understand. She said she never broke up with Mina and said they are closer than ever. She said Mina wanted to be a champ and she gave her a chance to be on top. She says having the title is what it takes to be on top and says Mina can have it all if she beats her. She says if AEW wants Mina, here she is and let's see how long she lasts. She says you can cry and scream and bleed but can't say she didn't lover her.

Johnny TV & MxM Collection (Mansoor & Mason Madden) vs. Mistico & Private Party (Quen & Zay)

Why is Mistico on this and not the lucha Rampage show after? I don't know.

JTV hits Mist. Mist handsprings and flying headscissors him. Mist goes for la mistica and JTV blocks it. Mist flying headscissors Mansoor. Quen jumps off Zay's back into a dropkick on Mandoor. Zay then does it with a leg lariat. Mansoor takes a flapjack + facebuster for 2.

Zay corkscrew kicks Mansoor out. JTV springboard enzughiri's Zay. JTV is crotched on the ropes then Mist springboard planchas MxM outside. Quen runs up the buckles and JTV takes gin n juice. Zay pins JTV.

Thoughts: It was a decent tag and as you would expect. There was a lot of flying here and they kept this one moving.

Anna Jay is interviewed. She says she has always swung for the fences. she says she lost it all against Mariah May and says she has nothing left to lose. She says Deonna found out that an Anna Jay with nothing to lose is one fat @ss that can't be kicked. She says there's other titles and she doesn't mind taking one big swing. She says just try me and says maybe she should try someone else.

Continental Classic 2024 Blue League Match - The Beast Mortos vs. Kyle Fletcher

They shoulder battle. Kyle facekicks him and Mort shoulders him over. Mort monkey flips him. Mort powerslams him then Kyle slams him. Mort flying headscissors him. Kyle slaps him as he sits on top.

Thoughts: It was the usual Kyle match where they did way too much and didn't sell much of it at all. It was a total indy match like usual with him.

Kyle O'Reilly, Bennett and Taven talk in the back. Bennett says this is about standing up for one of your own. Taven says he didn't get why Kyle said not to joining them last year. Taven says they respected his wishes and need him to respect theirs. Taven says to let them finish this chapter of their careers. Kyle says he respects the plan. Taven and Bennett are confused.

Don Callis and Konosuke Takeshita talk in the back. Don says he's here to talk about KT. He says he had a front row seat to him destroying Ricochet. He said it made him happy. He says they are going to blow the roof off the Tokyo Dome and says 2025 will be the year of The Don Callis Family and Takeshita. KT talks in Japanese. He says he will dominate this ring and title and says to come and take it.

The Outrunners vs The Iron Savages

The Runners now have a filter for their entrance. Jadcked Jameson says they aren't the meat riders as their shirt says, but it's the fans who are. Jacked says The Runners are the biggest meatriders of all. He says they will take them down and take their spot. Jacked says they will take all the low-t meatriders to Titty City.

Boulder and Truth go at it. Boulder back elbows him in the corner. Bronson hits punches and mocks The Runners pose. Bronson corner splashes Truth and Boulder side slams Truth for 2. Boulder does a very stupid looking botch when climbing the ropes. Bronson gets in and misses a corner charge. Truth tags out. Turbo hits punches on Bronson and Boulder.

Trubo slams Bronson twice then slams Truth onto him. Turbo tries to slam Boulder but can't. Boulder is then slammed by The Runners together. The Runners do a double elbow drop. Bronson takes a slam + neckbreaker combo and is pinned.

Thoughts: It was a short one here with The Runners winning as expected. Boulder had a silly looking botch here off the 2nd rope. This was basically a squash.

Mox and Shafir then get behind Pac and Claudio. Page goes for a buckshot lariat but hurts his knee. Yuta then does a pin attempt for 2. Page hits deadeye and wins.

Thoughts: It was okay with Yuta working the knee some and Page overcoming this one to win. They definitely teased some kind of issues with The Death Riders and Page here as Page kept staring at them.

Page pounds on Yuta after and stares at The Death Riders. Page grabs a chair and Jay White comes out with a chair. Mox is intrigued by this. Jay hits a blade runner on Yuta as Page leaves the ring.

Jay tells Yuta he's coming for the title and tells Yuta to tell his king the real king is coming for him.

Thunder Rosa does a promo. She talks about the CMLL wrestlers coming in later. She said she watched Dynamite and said she saw people stabbing each other in the back when they think they are friends. Grey hits a step up knee then suplexes her. Mina urakens her for 2. Grey roll s her up for 2. Grey takes a spinning forearm. Mina 2nd rope diving slingblades her. Mina hits an elevated sitout reverse ddt and wins.

Thoughts: It was on the shorter end of things and wasn't much of note. Mina won as expected.

Lexy interviews Willow Nightingale. She says it feels right if she reps AEW at the Tokyo Dome in the International Women's Cup. She says you can call her an ambassador and star but not a cup winner unless she wins it. She said she needs to make it happen.

Continental Classic 2024 Blue League Match - Kazuchika Okada vs. Daniel Garcia

Okada hammerlocks him and DG side headlocks him. They trade shoulderblocks. DG hits forearms then crucifixes him for 2. Okada offers a handshake then pulls his hand away. DG chops and punches him. DG sweeps him down by the leg and basement dropkicks him.

We go to PiP break and return. Okada misses a senton. DG hits punches and Okada puts a sleeper type of hold on him. DG jawbreakers him. DG hits a swinging neckbreaker.

DG hits shots to the gut and boots him in the corner. DG facewash kicks him and puts him in a sleeper. DG release it and PK's him for 2. DG goes for a sharpshooter and Okada ropebreaks. Okada is sent into the rails and DG hits mounted punches on a chair out there. DG dropkicks him against the rails.

Okada chairs DG and ddt's him on the floor. We go to PiP break, full break and return. DG hits headbutts on the buckles. DG superplexes him. Okada hits an over the back neckbreaker on the knee for 2. Okada slams him and hits a top rope elbow drop. Okada gives DG the finger and does his dance. DG ankle locks him.

Okada misses a dropkick. DG rolls him up into a cradle then they do a double clothesline. Okada hits a lariat then hits a nice dropkick. Okada hits a landslide. DG rolls him off a rainmaker attempt and does a sharpshooter. The match then goes to a 20 minute draw.

Okada teases shaking his hand after then gives him the finger.

Thoughts:
It was an average match for the most part. I didn't think it was anything too special. Okada really shouldn't be going to draws with Garcia, but it's not like he's been booked that strong. It went to a draw so we didn't get a great finish here. They probably needed a bit more time than they got in this one.

Overall thoughts: It was an average show overall. There wasn't anything must see though a couple of matches were acceptable. While the CC can give us some fun and unique matches, the matches are essentially random and don't do a whole lot to build to any future matches or give you a reason to tune in next week.. I'd give this one a 5 out of 10 and wouldn't recommend it.

TNA Turning Point 2024 11/29/2024

TNA Turning Point 2024 11/29/2024

Pre-show thoughts: This show really shouldn't be happening. It's happening during Thanksgiving weekend so less people will be around. There's a lot of competition from basically every other sport. There's also two other wrestling shows on during this plus Survivor Series is getting all of the attention this week. The card is really weak and the build to it was not good with the go home show having a bunch of old dark matches from earlier in the year. I'll never really get why TNA does these Friday shows when Sundays are free of other shows.

They are at a small and dark arena here. I don't know what happened here but the lighting is not good and definitely not up to standards.

Frankie Kazarian vs Mike Santana

Kaz armdrags him. Mike rolls and headflips out of a wristlock and they stare down. Mike shoulders Kaz over and they trade armdrags. They try to armdrag each other at the same time. Mike asai moonsaults him and topes him. Mike basement dropkicks him for 2. Mike superkicks him.

Kaz legdrops his neck over the middle rope then knocks him off the apron. Kaz hiptosses him then legdrops the arm. Kaz keylocks him. Mike backdrops him. Mike chops him in the corner and hits a senton.

Kaz pulls Mike's throat down over the top rope and slingshot ddt's him on the apron. Kaz slams him in the ring and springboard legdrops him for 2. Kaz goes up top and takes a belly to belly suplex. Mike enzugiri's him then backrolls into a cutter on him. Kaz is caught on a death valley driver on a leapfrog attempt.

Kaz swinging neckbreakers him for 2. Kaz slingshots and is caught with a nothern lights suplex. Mike then magic screws him for 2.

Mike is slingshotted in and takes a cutter for 2. Mike knees him in the face then rolls him into a spinning lariat. Mike then picks up the win.

Thoughts: It was longer than it needed to be and not the best choice for an opener. I don't think anyone was real excited to see this and the match was really average as expected with these two. I'm not real sure what beating Kaz did for Mike.

The System do a promo. Brian says they are the most decorated team in all of wrestling. Brian says he won't wear the turkey suit tonight and says Eddie will become champ. Moose says Laredo Kid gets a chance to be relevant tonight, but it will put him against The Franchise. He says he will beat him up, take his mask and give it to his kid. Eddie says Nic Nemeth is proud of himself and says his title dream ends tonight. He says he will become a 3x TNA champ and says he will learn that you always trust The System.

Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl Match - Rhino vs. Eric Young vs. Brian Myers vs. John Skyler vs. Hammerstone vs. Joe Hendry

Skyler talks as he enters. He insults the crowd and said its a monumental occasion as its the return of the TNA Turkey Bowl. He says it has nothing to do with the fat pigs stuffing their faces with leftovers. He says he gaurantees that someone else is leaving the building in a turkey suit, courtesy of these good hands.

Everyone pairs off and fights to start. Eric lariats Hammer over the top. Skyler pounds on Joe. Joe shoulders him over. Joe delay suplexes him. Rhino hits chops then lariats and back elbows him. Eric knocks Myers over with a punch.

Eric dropkicks Hammer and Hammer appears to have hurt his ankle. Myers flying knees Eric. Eric takes a double suplex. Skyler legdrops Eric and stomps on him. Eric gets triple teamed by the heels. Eric makes a comeback. 3 people are on the buckles for a double superplex. Hammer back elbows Joe. Rhino spears Hammer. Rhino does the powerbomb on a tower of doom spot.

Joe hits 3 opponents then lariats them. Joe fallaway slams 3 people including Hammer. Myers hits a big lariat on Joe and takes a slingshot spear from Skyler. Rhino spears Hammer and Skyler. Myers spears Rhino. Joe hits a standing ovation on Myers and pins him.

Thoughts:
It was a total waste of Joe Hendry. This is the best they could come up with for TNA's biggest star? It was a short and nothing match. There were just too many people involved and they were not guys who were going to fly around and do wild spots.

Joe tries to put the turkey suit on Myers after. Myers tries to leave but gets surrounded by the faces. Rhino belly to belly suplexes Myers and Joe hits an AA on Myers. Rhino then spears Myers. The faces then put the turkey suit on Myers.

Rosemary does a promo in the back. We can't hear most of it. She says something about Masha Slamovich and her match tonight. She says they can take everything good in their lives and says there's nothing you can do to stop her.

TNA X-Division Title Match - Moose (c) vs. Laredo Kid

They shove each other. Kid hits leg kicks and takes a knee to the body. Kid hits more kicks and slaps him. Kid tries to walk up the ropes and is pushed off the top to the floor. Kid is sent hard into the rails.

Moose tries to rip Kid's mask. Kid hits step up enzugiri's and Moose pump kicks him. Moose rips the mask more and stomps on him while he's in tree of woe. Alisha Edwards rubs Kid's face into the mat.

Kid rolls him up for 2 then hurricanrana's him. Moose uranages him. Alisha tries to rip Kid's mask off. Moose slaps him then chops him down. Kid hits a top rope dropkick then flip dives him off the post.

Kid slaps him outside. They get on the buckles and Moose blocks a top rope hurricanrana. Kid hits a top rope spanish fly for 2. Moose gets his knees up on Kid's 450. Moose hits a rolling spear then hits another one to wind.

Thoughts: I didn't like this. It was stupid that Moose could block a hurricanrana but then right after, could not block a top rope spanish fly. The spanish fly ended up meaning nothing here and Kid lost this one as expected.

No Disqualification Match - Josh Alexander vs. Steve Maclin

Steve is wearing skull style facepaint. They hockey fight to start. Josh facekicks him then is lariated over the top. Steve then topes him. Josh is thrown into the steps then has his head banged off the apron. Steve back elbows him and hits lariats to the back of the neck. Josh hits germans on him then Steve hits his own german.

Steve chops him in the corner then takes a german into the ropes. They fight on the outside and Josh hits punches to the head. Steve takes a back body drop on the floor. Josh then takes a death valley driver through a table.

Josh gets hit with a trash can lid. Josh hits forearms and elbows. Josh goes for the ankle lock but Steve breaks it up by hitting him with a trash can lid. Steve takes a slam on the apron. Josh hits him with a trash can. Josh puts the can on Steve's head then hits him with a piece of the table. Steve is sat on the apron and Josh crossbodies his back. Josh hits him with a trash can.

Josh grabs a door and Steve dropkicks it into him. Steve then elbow drops the door onto Josh on the floor. Steve hits Josh with a piece of a table. Josh hits Steve's knee with a door and table pieces. Josh bangs Steve's knee off the mat. Two chairs are put across from each other and Josh takes an alabama slam through them.

Steve hits lariats on him then hits mounted punches of the thesz press. Steve uranage backbreakers him. Josh hits corner spears and Steve pumping knees a chair into Josh's head for 2. Steve comes off the top and Josh throws a chair in his face. Josh then picks him up and torture rack drops him through a table. Steve takes a bad landing on his arm and face and I don't know why they thought this was a good idea.

Josh ankle locks him and Steve rolls him into a trash can between the buckles. Josh is put in tree of woe and takes crosshairs spears. Steve hits a KIA for 2 but pulls him up. Steve brings in bullet shells. Josh kicks him in the crotch.

They slap each other and forearm flurry each other. Steve hits a 2nd rope KIA on the shell-casings and wins.

Thoughts: This went long at 23:46. I wasn't a fan of it. It was a slower match. They did too much here with both guys going through tables and Josh taking two KIA's. Josh worked on Steve's leg for a while but it was forgotten about. The first half of this was also almost all weapons shots which wasn't super interesting to watch either.

Zack Wentz says Trey Miguel had travel issues and couldn't be here, in typical TNA tradition. He said he called The Shaman and says the bro is in the building. Matt Riddle then comes out.

KUSHIDA, Matt Riddle & Zachary Wentz vs. Ace Austin & The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy)

Ace takes down Wentz and Wentz goes for la magistral. Wentz hits him in the gut. Ace cartwheels over him and armdrags him. Wentz headscissors him and ducks a spin kick. They stand off.

Jeff and Wentz go at it. Wentz waistlocks him and Jeff slides out. Wentz chases him and Matt Hardy nails Wentz from behind. Wentz takes a chest shot + backdrop. Matt Hardy side headlocks Wentz then shoulders him over. Wentz kips up and bakflips out of a wristlock then armdrags him.

Wentz corkscrew crossbodies Matt off the buckles. Kush bangs Matt Hardy's arm off his shoulder then surfboards him. Matt Hardy bangs Kush's arm off his shoulder. Jeff works Kush's arm then Ace works Kush's arm as well. Kush takes an armdrag and Ace armlocks him.

Kush basement dropkicks Ace. Riddle is tagged in. He hits karelins' lifts on Ace and fisherman suplexes him. Ace takes a PK and senton. Riddle is thrown out. Jeff hits corner spears on Wentz then sends him into the buckles. Matt 2nd rope elbow drops Wentz's arm. Matt bangs Wentz's head off the buckles. Wentz's throat is catapulted into the ropes. Ace comes in and chinlocks Wentz. Wentz boots him out of the corner and tags in Riddle. Riddle does a pele kick on Wentz then pumping knees Matt Hardy. Riddle exploders Ace then sentons and PK's him. Riddle powerbombs Ace and knees him in the face for 2.

Wentz hits boots on Ace. Kush hits kicks to Wentz's arms then they high kick each other down at the same time. Jeff and Wentz get in. Jeff knocks him down a few times, atomic drops him and legdrops him low. Jeff then basement dropkicks him. Wentz hits a jumping knee.

Jeff hits a whisper in the wind on Wentz and Kush. Jeff jumps off Matt's back and splashes Wentz in the corner. Ace superkicks Riddle and Wentz handspring knees Ace. Matt hits a side effect and Jeff spin kicks Kush. Everyone is down.

Jeff and Riddle trade shots. Jeff canadian destroyers Riddle. Kush hiptoss cartwheel basement dropkicks Ace. Kush handspring double back elbows The Hardy's. Kush forearms both Hardy's down. Kush takes a twist of fate into a neckbreaker. Jeff hits a tope rope swanton on Kush and wins.

Thoughts: I didn't like this being a face vs face match. I also didn't like Riddle debuting here nor did I like him losing in his debut. I'm not sure why Riddle agreed to this. It was a different match with both teams being faces and The Hardy's kind of having to be more heelish here. It wasn't what it should have been and was about average.

TNA Knockouts World Title Two Out Of Three Falls Match - Masha Slamovich (c) vs. Jordynne Grace

1st Fall - Masha wristlocks her. Masha throws her over by the arm and JG hammerlocks her. JG headscissors her and they stand off. JG boots her then shoulders her over. JG lariats her then spinebusters her for 2. Masha hook kicks her then gori specials her into the ropes.

Masha facekicks her on the ropes. Masha knees her in the her face and lariats her. Masha hits snapmares then corkscrew topes her. Masha legsweeps her then PK's her. JG package piledrivers her on the apron.

They fight outside and reverse tombstone attempts. Masha then piledrivers her on the floor. Of course it's only worth a 2 count. JG hits slams. Masha head kicks her twice and JG hits an air raid crash for 2. They try pin attempts and JG gets a pin.

2nd Fall
- Masha hits an upkick and a step up knee and facekick in the corner. Masha koppo kicks her for 2. Masha throws her over by the arm and pulls on both arms. JG puts her in a full nelson. Masha goes for a sleeper and is dropped backwards for 2. JG lariats her over for 2.

Masha rolls her and double stomps her. Masha then sleepers her. JG hits a vertebreaker for 2. Masha tornado ddt's her then guillotines her on the mat. JG hits a vader bomb and Masha cradles her. Masha gets the pin.

3rd Fall - JG hits mounted shots. Rosemary is in the aisle way. Masha and JG trade forearms. Masha spin kicks her then kicks her from the mat. Masha knees her in the face and does a deadlift sitout powerbomb. Masha package piledrivers her and wins.

Thoughts:
I didn't like this. The 3rd fall was short and pretty weak which makes no sense since the third fall is the most important fall. The match wasn't that great. The crowd is not mic'd up well here and the pacing was just not that good. I also didn't like the vertebreaker meaning nothing here.

TNA World Title Match - Nic Nemeth (c) vs. Eddie Edwards

They roll on the ropes. Nic takes him down and rolls him for 2. Eddie goes out to stall. Nic side headlocks him and shoulders him over. Eddie trips him and Nic headscissors him. Nic hits punches and goes into the buckles chest first. Eddie hits mounted punches. Nic gets sent chest first into the buckles again. Eddie side headlocks him.

Nic headbutts him then takes a lariat. Eddie chops him. Nic hits a dropkick. Nic neckbreakers him and hits elbow drops. Eddie eye pokes him outside and Eddie's head is banged off the rails. Nic headbutts him then superkicks the timekeeper when Eddie moves.

Eddie punches him in the entrance way. They get back in and Nic hits a top rope elbow drop for 2. Nic goes for the superkick and Eddie backbreakers him. Eddie knee drops him. Eddie lariats him for 2. Eddie chinlocks him. Nic headbutts him then they double clothesline each other. They trade punches. Nic headbutts him. Alisha trips Nic and Eddie knocks Nic over. The ref ejects Alisha for tripping Nic. Nic hits corner punches on Eddie.

Nic thesz presses him and hits mounted punches. Eddie hits a blue thunder for 2. Eddie hits a backpack stunner for 2. Nic hits a fameasser for 2. Alisha Edwards comes back out after being ejected. The ref sees her an ddoesn't care. Alisha tries to hit Nic and Eddie ends up getting pushed into her. Alisha hits Nic with the TNA title and Eddie gets a 2 count off of it. Eddie hits a shining wizard for 2. Nic hits a danger zone for 2.

Nic lariats him over the top and goes down with him to the floor. Brian Myers comes out in the turkey costume and gets in the ring. JBL then comes out. JBL hits a big clothesline on Brian. Eddie pops Nic up then takes a headbutt. Nic superkicks him then hits a danger zone and gets the win.

Thoughts:
It wasn't that interesting as expected. Alisha was ejected, came back out and the ref did nothing about it. JBL and Brian Myers came in the ring and the ref didn't care either. I don't think anyone bought that Eddie was winning this one and he lost as expected. The work wasn't awful or anything but it got off to a slow start and didn't have a lot of exciting parts to it.

Overall thoughts: I didn't like this show. The lighting was bad. The crowd wasn't mic'd up well so you couldn't hear them even though they seemed to be into it. None of the matches had a great build to them either. The main and semi main didn't really deliver and Maclin/Alexander was a long and dangerous match with weak selling. Joe Hendry got wasted in a turkey suit match, Riddle lost in his debut and Santana/Kaz was not a good way to get this off and running. TNA just did put out the best effort possible for this and it was just not a good show. I would give this one a 4 out of 10 and would not recommend it.

WWE NXT Level Up 11/29/2024

WWE NXT Level Up 11/29/2024

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2024/11/wwe-nxt-level-up-11222024.html

 Drake Morreaux vs Harlem Lewis

They lock up. Lewis shoves him and elbows his arm. Drake shoulders him over and rolls him around on the mat. Drake dropkicks him off a criss-cross. Lewis dropkicks him then hits mounted shots. Lewis knees him in the gut and clubs on him. Drake hits short arm shoulderblocks then codebreakers him arm.

Drake running boots him and hits a big lariat for 2. Drake hits forearms and slams him. Drake lariats and back elbows him. Drake running facekicks him. Drake throws him off the 2nd rope and hits a top rope splash for the win.

Thoughts: They did some basic stuff here. Most of it looked fine though. There was nothing wrong with this and it was an acceptable heavyweight match here. Drake moves around well for his size.

Lainey Reid is interviewed. She is having problems finding a tag partner. She says she doesn't like too many people but will figure it out. Kali Armstrong walks in and offers to team with her. She says she doesn't like the other girls in the locker room either and says it doesn't mean they are friends.

Thoughts: They said this took place earlier today. The graphic for this match was set by this afternoon.

Layla Diggs and Tyra Mae Steele vs Lainey Reid and Kali Armstrong

This one got set-up last week. Reid tags out when Diggs wants a piece of her. Kali side headlocks Diggs. Reid is tagged in  and Diggs takes a double arm yank. Diggs wristlocks Reid then throws her over by the arm. Diggs armlocks her. Diggs hits a standing moonsault on Reid for 2. Tyra tries pins on Reid.

Tyra takes Kali down and rolls her around by the legs. Tyra waistlocks takedowns her and rolls her around more. Reid headhunters Tyra then hits downward elbows on her. Kali runs the ropes and shoulders Tyra over for 2.

Kali crossfaces Tyra. Tyra takes a double elbow drop. Reid chinlocks Tyra. Reid corner euros her and boots her in the gut. Diggs is tagged in. She cleans house on the heels and hits spinning heel kicks in the corner. Diggs double underhook suplexes Kali for 2.

Kali powerslams Diggs then misses a big splash. Diggs scissors kicks Kali and gets the win.

Thoughts: It was a fun tag here. Diggs had a good hot tag segment and Reid's a lot better. This was the Kali Armstrong show though. She hit a nice powerslam and shoulderblock and looks like she is developing into a power type of wrestler. This was her best TV performance to date.

We see Cutler James and Dion Lennox workout in the back. They talk about Dion's drama with Karmen and Ashante. Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors come in. Kale says he wants to face them in the ring. James brings up how he beat them already. They call Dion "Great Value Superman" and Dion calls them "Dumb and Dumber". The heels back off.

Diggs and Tyra talk in the back about winning. Tyra says she's going to get water and asks if Diggs wants some. Lainey Reid nails Diggs from behind and knocks her into ladders. Tyra then chases Reid and throws a water bottle at her, asking what she was doing.

Cutler James and Dion Lennox vs Uriah Connors and Kale Dixon

UC = Uriah Connors, CJ = Cutler James

Kale and CJ start us off. Kale boots him and has some wild one-legged tights on. CJ is thrown hard into the corner. CJ takes him down and wristlocks him. CJ arm throws him and running back elbows him in the corner. Dion hits a nice shoulder on Kale.

UC gets in and is shoved by Dion. Dion slams him. UC upkicks him. Dion fallways slams him for 2. Dion misses a dropkick and Kale chops Dion in the back. Dion dropkicks KAle right in the face and hiptosses UC. Dion takes a stun gun.

Kale pounds on Dion's back and bangs his head off the buckles. Kale kneels on Dion's neck on the buckles then splashes him from the ropes. UC slingshot swantons Dion for 2. UC leg kicks and boots Dion. UC then sentons him for 2.

UC jumps off of Kale's back in the corner onto Dion. Dion hits punches on UC then hits a big lariat. CJ gets in. CJ hits forearms and back elbows on the heels. CJ corner spears both then hits a double lariat. CJ samoan drops Kale for 2. Kale superkicks Dion. UC kicks CJ From the apron and Kale rolls up CJ while holding the tights to win.

Thoughts: It was a shorter one here but I liked it. Dion had a good showing and really resembled John Cena at times in a good way. He has nights like this and it feels like he's a star in the making. Kale and UC were decent heels like usual. James had his best showing to date and showed a little more speed and energy than he usually does. He still needs to work on his offense though.

Overall thoughts: It was a really fun edition of Level Up. All 3 matches were hits here plus we got some backstage segments and an interview. They made the most of their time this week and we had some good showings from Dion Lennox and Kali Armstrong. I'd recommend this one and I enjoyed this.

WWE Smackdown 11/29/2024

Thoughts:
It was a decent match. They overdo it too much here and the finish was something unique.

LA Knight comes out after SN and SN sprays him with black mist in the face.

The Bloodline and Bronson Reed talk in the back. Solo says Fatu has got this tonight. Nick Aldis comes in tonight. He says tonight is important and he doesn't want the number's game factoring into this match. He says everyone is banned from ringside tonight. Solo says we got it and understand each other.

Ciampa says he's not a loser and they aren't loser. JG says things change. Ciampa says nothing changed. He says he doesn't care if Alex Shelly was his mentor and says it seems that's more important than getting the tag titles back. JG says let him talk to him. Ciampa says he doesn't want to talk to him and says we will do it his way. Ciampa says he has one more chance to figure things out or it will be done his way.

Kevin Owens says there's people out there still on Cody's side. We see videos from 2021 with KO being thrown off the Thunderdome through a table. We then see Roman running him over with a golf cart. We see KO getting handcuffed at the 2023 Royal Rumble and taking tons of superkicks. KO says Cody was in the building but was nowhere to be found during that. He says Cody was there for Roman though when Roman needed him this year. KO says that's just 3 examples of why Code deserves everything that is coming to him.

Cody Rhodes vs Carmelo Hayes

Melo gets on the mic beforehand. He says KO was right and Cody did turn his back on him. He says Cody is the guy to stab someone right in the heart, not in the back. He says who needs enemies when you got friends like Cody. He says if Cody wants to evaluate the first round draft pick, he says the evaluation will show why he got picked.

They lock up. Melo pushes him and side headlocks him. Melo rolls up and Cody crucifixes him. Cody back rolls him and punches him. Cody tells him to come on. Melo slaps him and backs off.

Cody lariats Melo over the top. Cody topes him into the commentary table and bangs his head off the table. Melo dropkicks him as he comes back in. Cody hits a disaster kick. We go to break and return. Cody 2nd rope delay superplexes him. Cody hits punches and running forearms him. Melo la mistica drops him for 2. Cody powerslams him then figure fours him. Melo misses a lariat then is caught with a cody cutter. Cody hits cross rhodes and wins.

Thoughts: It was an average match. They didn't go as much into the story of this as I would have hoped. The finishing stretch could have been a bit better. Cody won as expected which didn't really do much to help out Melo's standing.

We get a sit down talk with Paul Heyman, Roman Reigns and CM Punk. Punk isn't there and Roman isn't happy about Punk making him wait. Punk then arrives and says he doesn't have a lot of time. Roman says it's a good thing he came late. Punk says he didn't show up for him but Paul. Roman says he doesn't need Punk's help. Punk said he thought he would feel that way and didn't want to give him his help. He says he's not here for him but for Paul.

Roman says he doesn't like him or his tone and doesn't want to team with him tomorrow. Paul says it's over if they don't get Punk's help. Paul says Solo will come after Punk if they don't take care of him. Paul says Solo knows Punk is the threat. He says divided we all fall to Solo but united, at best, we all survive.

Punk says he's not here for him, he's here for Paul. Punk says he wants his revenge and says they can revisit this conversation is they make it through Wargames. Roman and Punk both says "one time" and Punk says, "one favor". Roman asks if Punk owes him a favor. Punk says no and says Paul will owe him a favor.

Punk leaves. Roman asks Paul what the favor is. Paul says let's get through Wargames and we'll have all the time in the world to talk about it.

Thoughts: It went a little longer than it needed to. It had the usual limitations these matches have and was just average for the most part. Lash showed some nice power here with Piper.

LA is being checked on in the back. Byron interviews him. LA asks if we have to talk about his match with Nakamura right now. He says Nakamura has been gone for a bit and now has a problem with him. He says Nakamura will have a big problem with him. He says he lives and breaths in survival mode and says he will continue to be the US champ. He says he'll be looking Nakamura in the eyes at Survivor Series. He says he will drop him on his head and have him do 3 the hard way.

Sami Zayn and Jimmy Uso hype up Jey Uso. Nick Aldis walks in and says everyone is banned from ringside. They tell Jey he got this.

Jey runs into a Fatu superkick. Fatu samoan drops him on the commentary table. Fatu does an implant ddt and double jump moonsaults him off the top. Fatu then wins.

Thoughts: It was a solid main here. Fatu beat up Jey some as expected and we got a couple of dives and top rope moves. It wasn't anything to out of the norm for these guys but they put out a good effort and there were no real issues with this one.

Solo hugs Fatu after.

Overall thoughts: It was the usual okay Smackdown and it was the go home show for Survivor Series. There was nothing must see. It all made sense though and nothing was super offensive. The main was the best thing on here. I'd give this a 6 out of 10 and I don't think you need to see this one.

WWE Speed 11/27/2024

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2024/11/wwe-speed-11202024.html

Vega rolls her up to start. Vega then does another for 2 and tries a bridge pin. Green headbutts her and flatliners her. Green talks trash and is booted. Vega spears her and hits a kick for 2. Green germans her. Green grabs a sandal.

Vega spanks Green with a sandal and rolls her up for 2. Vega rolls her up and wins at 2:05.

Thoughts:
It was short and not good. They didn't do that much and what they did do wasn't amazing. The crowd didn't care at all. I'm not totally surprised by this as this was pretty low quality.

Overall thoughts: There was only new new match here as usual. It went 2:05 and was not good. It may have even been the worst Speed match yet. I would not recommend this.

Thoughts:
It was the usual fast-paced three way. They kept things moving and it wasn't boring. But the match has some limits, especially when it's second on the card and can't go long.

Sayaka Kurara filmed this one through one of the handcams outside. Saki and Miyu did Kog's pose with her. Saki ended up winning this one with a crucifix on Mei. It started off slow with Saki not even wanting to fight and them wasting time. Momo and Syuri traded some nice chest kicks and in the last few minutes, we finally got to the high speed chaos you would expect with this. This wasn't that good. Kog chased Momo to the back with a bottle after and Saki was staring at Mei's title.

Thoughts: It was an okay match. Kid worked Yuna's leg to lead up to the finish some. Aya had an okay showing and Suzu wasn't much of a factor in this one.

Thoughts: It was a decent tag match. Saya did most of the work here and had a good showing, not looking like a rookie at all. The heels were heels and the faces were faces here. The faces got a lot more offense in than usual.

The heels get mad after and beat up on Saya. Aya Sakura comes out to help. Saya talks on the mic after.

Goddesses Of Stardom Tag League 2024 Block B Match - Empress Nexus Venus (HANAKO & Maika) vs. HATE (Konami & Saya Kamitani)

Kon rolling armbars Hana. Saya pump kicks Maika and is lariated over. Hana facekicks Kon. Kon goes for the triangle lancer and Hana rolls her up to win.

Thoughts: It was a decent tag. Kon worked the arm towards the end and got pinned trying to do an arm submission. I had no real issues with it. They worked well with the styles clashes here and got a lot of good out of everyone in it.

Hana and Maika talk on the mic after and drink beer.

Overall thoughts: It was a longer show with 8 matches. The show was fine. The semi main was the best thing on here and the four way was my least favorite thing on here. There was nothing must see on this though nothing was awful. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 overall but I don't think I'd really recommend it.

TNA Impact 11/28/2024

TNA Impact 11/28/2024

Last week's show is here: https://prowresblog.blogspot.com/2024/11/tna-impact-11212024.html

Matthew Rehwoldt and Tom Hannifan are our commentators. There's all dark matches on tonight as this is airing on Thanksgiving.

The System (Moose, Eddie Edwards and JDC) vs PCO, Sami Callihan and Joe Hendry

This is from October 2024 though it didn't air on TV.

Joe says he's here with The Death Machine and PCO, who is already dead. He says the crowd will chant we believe and says they believe in Joe Hendry.

Eddie takes a running shoulder from Sami. Sami slams Eddie then legdrops him. Eddie eye pokes PCO and PCO facekicks him. PCO lariats him over. Eddie grabs Sami by the hair and the two sides stand off. Everyone goes out to fight.

Alisha Edwards gets on the apron, Brian Myers distracts Sami and Moose facekicks Sami. Alisha chokes Sami on the ropes. Sami suplexes Moose. Joe hits lariats on Eddie when he gets in. Joe fallway slams Eddie. Eddie goes for  standing ovation on Eddie and Moose breaks it up. Moose fallaway slams Joe. PCO ddt's Moose. Eddie superkicks PCO. Sami lariats Eddie.

PCO chokeslams JDC then Sami short piledrivers Eddie. Joe hits a standing ovation on Eddie and pins him.

Thoughts: It was a short one here that was to the point. The heels got some offense and cheating in then the faces won. It wasn't much of note.

Jordynne Grace vs Dani Luna

This is from June 2024. Jody Threat is on commentary. Dani and JG lock up. Dani goes at her and misses then goes into the corner. JG side headlocks her. They shoulder battle and Dani shoulders her over. Grace then shoulders her over. They go face to face. JG slaps her and they trade forearms.

JG throws her out and topes her. Dani doesn't go down, gets thrown in then Dani topes JG. JG jackhammers Dani on the floor. JG kind of takes a back body drop on the apron.

Dani hits a slingshot blue thunder for 2. Dani spinning back elbows JG. JG does a regalplex then hits a made in japan for the win.

Thoughts: It wasn't that good. They didn't have a lot of chemistry together and the crowd didn't care. It was slower and not much happened early on.

We see The Good Hands, Sami, PCO and Xia playing poker in the back. Hotch is all in on a hand and Xia folds. Sami says he's all in. Sami thinks he won the hand with aces and eights but PCO has a "flush royale" and wins. The Good Hands accuse them of cheating. Sami says PCO would never cheat and pulls a card down from PCO's pocket. Santino Marella then appears between these people. He says he will make a tag match between them next week to solve this. Xia says she lost everything and asks what about her. Skyler says no one cares as she's a little girl and she pies him.

The announcers say this is the time of year when you think about what you are thankful for. And they say the X-Division is one of those things. They talk about Moose's Turning Point match tomorrow. They say let's take a look at some of the x-division wrestlers.

Leon Slater vs Trent Seven vs Mustafa Ali

This is from June 2024. Leon suicide dives Ali and his guards as he enters. Trent throws Leon out. Trent hits a rainmaker on Ali for 2. Leon top rope crossbodies Ali. Trent backhands Leon. They trade chops. Leon leg lariats him. Leon and Trent go up top and fight

Ali then pushes both opponents off the top to the floor. Ali rolls in to a neckbreaker on Leon. Trent hits chops on Ali. Ali back elbows him and bangs his head off the bottom buckle. Trent hits a 2nd rope emerald flowsion and Leon breaks it up with a springboard splash.

They all trade chops. Trent punches Ali then back body drops Ali over the top. Ali takes a big bump for it. Ali chops Trent. Trent splits Leon's fingers and hits an emerald flowsion for 2. Ali pulls Trent out. Trent chops the post when Ali moves. Leon tope con hilos both over the post.

Leon hits a swanton 450 but Ali throws him out on the pin. Ali then pins Trent.

Thoughts:
It was a shorter one. Trent still found a way to get his 2nd rope emerald flowsion in on this. Leon had 2 nice dives and Ali had a nice bump over the top. It was fine for how much time it got.

Mike Bailey vs Jake Something

This is from October 2024. Jake misses a charge. Mike front kicks and dropkicks him. Mike corner facekicks him and hits chest kicks in the corner. Jake body blocks him. Jake lifts him up by the head/ears and throws him out. Jake curls Mike outside. Hammerstone encourages Jake.

Mike facekicks Jake on the apron. Mike legsweeps him then does a corkscrew asai moonsault on him outside. Hammer grabs Mike's foot and he gets tripped when trying to get in the ring. Jake rolls through a hurricanrana, gets wept and takes a running ssp. Mike hits a kick combo.

Mike rolls up Jake for 2. Mike PK's him then hits a standing moonsault double knee. Mike enzugiri's him and takes a hard shot to the back of the neck. Mike facekicks him. Jake steps on his foot and hits a big shot. Mike kicks Jake on the buckles then sitout powerbombs him for 2. Jake hits a wild top rope sitout powerbomb for 2.

Jake charges into Mike's knee. Jake spears him through the ropes and they go out. Hammer tries to hit Jake and misses. Mike canadian destroyers Jake. Mike is pushed off the top by Hammer then superkicks Jake. Jake forearms him and wins.

Thoughts:
I was surprised to see Jake win here. I wasn't a fan of this. It started out okay but they did way too much and brought it down. Mike should not be taking top rope sitout powerbombs nor should be kick out of them. I didn't like the canadian destroyer not putting Jake out either.

First Class (AJ Francis and KC Navarro) vs Rhino and Joe Hendry

Joe says he was told AJ complained to HR about Joe. He said Joe was too mean on the mic. He tells everyone not to chant, "AJ Sucks" and of course, the crowd does. He says not to chant for the gore either and the crowd does. He says AJ hates it when you chant, "we believe" most of all. Joe says they believe in him and Rhyno.

We go to break and return. Joe and KC start us off. Joe shoves him back. KC flips over Joe's back while he tries to back body drop him and does a cool flip. KC does the carlton dance and Joe shoulders him over. Joe suplexes KC.

Rhino and AJ get in. They shoulder battle and Rhino shoulders him over. AJ shoulders over Rhino then stands on him. Rhino is whipped into an AJ facekick. AJ stomps on Rhino. AJ running knees him in the corner and KC gets a 2 count.

AJ is lariated over the top. Rhino tries to tag in Joe but AJ pulls Joe down from the apron. KC rakes Rhino's eyes. Joe tags in and lariats KC over. He F-5's him then hits an AA on AJ. KC is caught off the buckles by Joe and takes a fallaway slam. AJ hits a big spear on Joe then Rhino hits a big spear on AJ. Joe hits a standing ovation on KC and wins.

Thoughts: It was a good tag and I liked it. AJ had a great spear here and Joe looked good throwing him on the AA and doing various power spots. I didn't expect much out of this but thought they did a good job here.

Casket Match - Moose vs PCO

This is from July 2024. PCO knocks Moose over then gets jumped by The System since there's no DQ's. Myers hits a big lariat on PCO. Eddie shining wizards him. Moose spears PCO. PCO is put in the casket. They try to close the lid but Joe Hendry comes down. The heels of course start focusing on him instead of winning.

Joe cleans house on The System then chokeslams Moose. Alisha Edwards gets in the ring. PCO puts his hand on her throat and Moose spears Alisha when PCO moves. PCO chokeslams Moose then PCO hits a top rope moonsault on Moose. Moose is put in the casket and PCO closes the lid to win.

Thoughts: This was one of the shortest casket matches I've ever seen. There was virtually no wrestling here with tons of interference.

Nic Nemeth vs Sami Callihan

This is from September 2024. Sami nails Nic as it starts and sitout powerbombs him for 2. Nic superkicks him. Nic goes out and we go to break. We return and they are outside. Nic hits punches on Sami. Nic headbutts him out there. Sami eye rakes him then backdrops him on the apron. Sami chops the post when Nic moves. Nic tries to corner splash him in the ring but misses. Sami bites Nic's fingers. Sami back elbows him.

Sami trap holds Nic. Nic jawbreakers Sami. They double clothesline each other down. Nic and Sami trade shots. Nic fameassers Sami for 2. Nic hits elbow drops on Sami. Sami cutters Nic for 2. Sami goes for a superkick but Nic beats him to it. Nic then hits a danger zone and wins.

Thoughts: I wasn't too interested in this one. Sami was not winning and it was a slower paced match. It did get more than enough time though.

Overall thoughts: It was a weird show as all the matches were old yet never seen so they had little to do with what is going on currently in the company. There were no new storyline developments on this minus one segment and the show didn't build up tomorrow's Turning Point PLE much. Doing this show the night before a PLE was a mistake. The wrestlers put in more effort than I expected in some of these matches though the casket match was a joke and Grace/Luna wasn't good. Nothing was must see here. Apparently, this didn't even air until either 9pm or midnight in the US which probably hurt the rating. I would not recommend it and would give it a 5 out of 10.
